    I had booked a ticket from CNB to NDLS journey date 5 Feb 2017, but the train got late from source for more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 05-Feb-2017 15:41:24 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train for 5 hours before i decided to take another train and then I have filled the TDR. Please help me on this asap.
    As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

      I booked the tickets for my two friends in Train NDLS NJP SF EXP(12524) for 8-Feb-2017 from NEW DELHI to SIWAN JN on urgent/emergency basis.
      PNR-[protected]
      The train departure time from Delhi is 15:05 but it became 13 hours delay and it departed on 9-Feb-2017 at 4 am. Due to immense delay the trip gone to vain and passengers didn't travel.
      So I filed TDR against these tickets.
      All these all pains, Indian Railway refused to refund the ticket amount.

      The trip was not cancelled by wish but it was cancelled due to big delay of 13 hours which totally distressed our program.
      Your action for refund will be really highly appreciated.

        I have made a complain to irctc regarding refunds but they are not replying anything, I am just getting automated mails with ticket number.

        Problem : Train was delayed by more than three hour on the date of my journey and therefore i filled the TDR before 3 hour of schedule departure, But i did'not get the refund

          This is to inform you that Toilet is too dirty to use for the train no. 12552 KYQ-YPR express (train journey date 15th Feb) & compartment no. B2. After informed so many times, irctc staffs are refused to clean it. The commode is too dirty & smells foul. Being as a senior citizen, made so many requests, nothing works out so far... This is unbearable as we are traveling for long distance and our seats are near to the toilet... Request you to take necessary action to resolve it.

            Hello Sir.

            When i have tried login im getting msg "Your account has been suspended"

            I have sent an email to activate my account and spoken over phone 3 times, Create almost more than 15 tickets, Still im not getting any response. It has been more 15 days.

            I have 550 rs balance in my irctc wallet, that is why im trying to activate the account.

            Please activate my account.

              Hi,
              I traveled on 6th Feb 2017 from trivandrum to Bangalore on 6th Feb on 3rd AC with PNR number [protected], no food was provided on train in the afternoon and evening, afternoon at round 2 when it reached kollam we need to get down the train and get the food again the same circus happened at night 8:30 at Trissur .Not sure why they are not providing any food

              The same repeated on my return journey on train 16315 with PNR [protected], normally it was supposed to reach Trivandrum at 9 but it was delayed by 2 hours and till 11 AM we didnt get food and not even tea

              Can you please make arrangements to provide food on train as i think is very essential for passengers, i managed with a pack on biscuits but others were not and even 1 person got almost fainted

                Dear IRCTC,

                This is bring you in notice that in Train number 12541 running from Gorakhpur to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. Date 15/08/2017. My PNR number is [protected].

                There is no cleaning in coaches, no bottle holder. Inspire for asking hand towel three times, the attendant dint provided it to me.

                The bathroom has no flush, and it's very untidy.

                Request you to provide services on above.

                    I booked 3 online ticket using irctc on 28th Nov 2016 and 4th Dec 2016 for train no. 15910 to travel on the date 11th Feb to Gonda to attend my own Wedding Sangeet function. Train got cancelled and i got an sms from irctc about this cancellation on the day of travel i.e. 11th feb at 3:46 AM. After checking the message in the morning, there was complete chaos in the family. As me being the bride and my own brother and sister were not able to attend the function.
                    Though i don't really expect much from Irctc but if they could have send this message on the day train got cancelled or may be 1-2 days before travel day, I could have made some alternate arrangements. It was one of the life time event for my which i missed due to mismanagement and ignorance of irctc.

                      Hi Team,
                      What is the use of TDR, if a person not travelling due to unavoidable situation then he/she may not have time to cancel the ticket before scheduled departure of the train and in that case. How to cancel the ticket? This is completely unfair to expect the person to know if he/she could travel in spite the berth/ticket seat will be allocated to another person.

                          I have another concern today morning someone call me with this mobile no-[protected] and told me he is calling from IRCTC and told me to disclose my cousin brother's card expiry date as well as the CVV code.I refused to give him such kind of details. He told me he will refund my money after I disclose this details as I contact to bank they told me never give anyone this kind of details to anyone.I want that IRCTC take this kind of matter seriously how someone calling like this as take an appropriate action against this kind of fraud people.

                            I was on my way to rajahmundry from vizag station in S11 coach Of train number 17488
                            Tirumala express @15february 2017.

                            I was feeling thirsty so I thought of purchasing a water bottle from railway catering.

                            It was unfortunate that catering person was selling the water bottle for 20rs which is actually of 15rs.

                            He was arguing with me and finally I don't have any other option of paying him 20rs.

                            It may be very small issue but if it happens to some lakhs of co passengers imagine it leads to some crores of corruption in an indirect way.

                            I don't think I will get justice for my 5rs due from irctc, but make sure it won't repeat for any other passengers.

                                      My son mohak has booked 3 (Three) no. Of e - tickets for myself, father, his mother & grand mother with pnr no. [protected] transaction id [protected] dt.[protected] date of journey[protected] from patna jn (Pnbe) to chennai central (Mas) by 12577 bagmati express in third ac. Passeger to board the train at mirzapur station on[protected] unfortunately the train no. 12577 of[protected]was cancelled due to heavy rain in chennai causing great harassment to the passenger.. As per refund rules of indian railway w. E. F[protected], in case of cancellation of train by railway, the amount of tickets booked is returned to passenger automatically in the account from which the tickets is booked, i have not received the amount. Formal complain with irctc vide their ticket no. 2872991, 3847338, 3884912 & 4772165 was lodged for refund of ticket amount.. Also registered grievance in govt. Greivance portal vide no. Morly/e/2016/17874 & w/nv/ald/[protected] nad also filed tdr for the same. But yet to receive the amount of ticket which is rs. 5315.60 including taxes.

                                        I have booked a ticket from new delhi to hyderabad at kachiguda station (Hyderabad) through debit card.

                                        Details of journey :-

                                        Coach - 3a
                                        Train - telangana express

                                        Cash deducted - 1760/-rs

                                        I am writing this complaint on[protected] & i have been thrice to kacheguda station, twice to sbi bank & also andhra bank to know the processing of my refund.
                                        As per customer care, it shall take 5 to 7 working days for returning the money, but it has taken around 25 odd days & still counting.

                                        Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible.
                                        I am attaching a andhra bank receipt which i got at station while making the cancellation.

                                        I & my wife regularly travel between Pune and Thane and travel by Ac. CC.

                                        The staff serve nastha - either bread omelet or bread cultlet.

                                        They charge Rs. 47 for bread omlet and it is exhorbitant by all standard. The food is also cold.

                                        Can you look in to this and stop this looting.
