I booked a ticket from chennai to chengannur on 20 / 06 / 2015 in irctc site. D O J - 18 / 10 / 2015 but there is no ticket amount was debited. I already complaint the complaint board site three times no result.
How to get a remedy for this case

Catering serive of New Delhi to Dibrugarh Radhani Express and return thereof. What ever food is supplies are very low standard which human generally not take. Quantity also not as per norms. Very less quantify used to served.Tea kits, tiffin etc. served are unknown companies. Timing also not maintained. Menu also fixed by the serving authority. No food is servied other than normal menu fixed by them for all the time.

I got my ticket booked from IRCTC on 11-Mar-2016 for travel from Faridkot to New Delhi. On two different attempts, the amount was deducted twice for which the respective banking account statement has already been shared with IRCTC.

I have tried writing email to IRCTC 3-4 times but no resolution has been provided. Even tried calling customer care but to no respite.

I booked a tatkal ticket from NDLS to ALD, PNR [protected] for 22-Mar-2016, that was in CKWL and ticket was automatically canceled whet chart prepared. Since we dint travel,
I got a message saying the amount will be refunded, which never happened till now. I have mailed 2 times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but not get any response.

I have booked two tickets for Train 17603 from kachiguda to yeshwantpur to be departed on 19-03-16 Time : 21:00. I have canceled it on 17-03-16 Time: 13:26:33. How come 240 Rupees got charged as against 120 Rupees. Please clarify on this transaction as I have canceled before 48 hrs of the train departure from starting point.

Account is disabled. I spoke to customer care executive, and was told to drop a mail. I did sent a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in . I received an automated message with ticket id IRCTC #3168391. I have not received any further info. I asked to send me all the future tickets which I did book using this account to my email id, but havent received anything until now....

I did not recieve any money from irctc as a return amount on my ticket which i cancelled 24 hrs before the journey and on the other hand i also raised a tdr which shows in the ststus cr registered.

Money deducted without booking
I was booking tatkal ticket for delhi from patna in vikramshila express on 3rd of april 2016 but the end of transaction there is the message error can not book. I booked retiring room at cennai central(Mas) station from 05.12.2015, 7:00am to 06.12.2015, 7:00am with transaction id [protected], rr reference no masrr296660 and travel authority [protected] but the train 12433/rajdhani exp. Was cancelled and the train ticket got cancelled automatically. As per rule, retiring room bookings should get cancelled automatically within 96 hours of check-in time, in case of full cancellation...

Sir, i am feeling very sorry to say that railway mister has spent lot of money in building executive lounge at new delhi railway station but corruption is prevailing there. There was a sikh manager there who was giving us shower kit without giving any receipt. Though he took money. After that he told us not to tell anybody. Quality of breakfast was also poor. I tried to book tickets from hubli to kengari, bangalore for 18th april 2016 date but cancelled last moment. I was looking for only side lower birth but unable to get side lower birth. I had a booking for 21 feb on train 22694 nzm-sbc rajdhani exp. The train got cancelled because of Haryana jat quota strike. The refund has not happened YET. We went to station Nizammuddin where there was announcement and even the Enquiry confirmed the same.
