I booked a e ticket online through irctc website. I booked ticket from asn to kyn vide transaction number 3 [protected], pnr- [protected] train number - 12321 on 21.03.2016. There were three number of passengers. The final status of the ticket was passenger 1 - rac, passenger 2- wl and passenger 3 - wl 2 after chart preparation. We could not travelled as the 1 st passenger was going to two senior citizen patients to mumbai for treatment purpose and the ticket was not confirmed they could not travelled. Then i tried to cancel the rac ticket of 1 st passenger but the system not allowed for the same. Then the refund of 2 nd and 3 rd passenger should be automatically credited but the refund of the same is not credited to my account even after the lapse of 1 months from the date of journey. For this i have written more than 5 times at [protected]@irctc.Co.In but i have not get even a single reply.

        I entered my username but my password is forgot. Then I click to forgot password.
        And enter the username & conformation code., then sending OTP to register mobile number. I don't no what mobile number is to register in irctc. Please send me my register mobile number & password..

          Dear sir, i had booked below tikcet on line, but when i arrived at station the train was cancelled. I apporached ticket window they told me to buy new ticket and travel in next train. The current ticket will be automatically cancelled and money will be rolled back to my account.

            I have boarded this train at secundrabad jn on[protected] and my pnr number is [protected] in 3a class, when i got my white coloured
            Bed spreads, i could see human hairs, on my rejection of the pair the bedding boy wants to change to another one, surprisingly i could see 6 packets opened in my presence by the supervisor all with hairs, which means the passengers boarding in between stations were not getting unused bed spreads. When i asked for the complaint book to lodge the complaint. He was very much reluctant and also non-cooperative for lodging complaints against the
            Washing agent contractor. Kindly conduct an enquiry about this and reply to me at the earliest.

              With the refrence given above i want you inform you that yesterday i booked the tatkal ticket from to jaipur (12403)but at the first trial it does'nt give confirmation of booked ticket so i did the 2nd trial and got the confirmed ticket and now i have the two tickets for the same .but its not my fault if irctc has given given me confirmation message at that time this mishappening was not be there.now sirwhat should i do now to get the cancelled ticket refundable.

                I booked my ticket on 13.04.2016 from Internet banking, from Hospet to Bangalore, I had to book railway Ticket Money out of my account, But to date has not returned my money of Rs. 237.38 but did not book tickets. still IRCTC not given the money back. It is the rule of IRCTC, If our money will be cut Immediately, So when the time comes for them to return have not yet.

                  Sir,
                  Myself Rajesh Upreti, I have an account in irctc with id raj18186, I have booked a ticket PNR- [protected] before 6 months from that account, I planed to cancel the journey because there is so cold. The issue is that the account which was used to book ticket was canara bank account by my named Rajesh Ac no[protected], that in now closed, i canceled the ticket i would not get refund, So i want to get my refund in other account with same name but in other Bank that is State Bank of india. Every time irctc customer care executive says that sir please wait, whenever, Irctc making me fool since 6 months this is the last option to complain in forum. my old ticket id is - Ticket Id - IRCTC #2579323

                    I did " tatkal ticket" on 16/04/2016, but during transaction the tickets got filled up and a message popped up on screen "no seats available".The specified amount got deducted and and no record of ticket is showing in "transaction history" section.
                    I haven't got any message or mail regarding this particular transaction so kindly initiate the process and duly notify me.

                        In 22 Feb 2016 my reservation is held in the train 12191 from NDLS to JBP but before the starting of train i got message from irctc like this...
                        Train no.12191 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Incovenience caused to passenger is deeply regretted.
                        But after 2 hours of starting of train, i got second message from irctc like this...

                          2 years before on 14 october 2014 i was travelling from 12854(Amarkantak express) from jabalpur to bilaspur which was running late by more than 3 hrs. I was having reservation in sleeper class as well as ac-3 tier...So i filed a tdr for sleeper class by giving reason that train is late by more than 3hrs...And i was traveling in ac-3 on same train and same date...But 2 years have been over they are not refunding my money of sleeper class and no one is paying attention towards my complaint...

                          Kindly help regarding this

                            I book the ticket from bangalore to Adoni last week with WL 8 was my status and the same status was continued till chart prepared so irctc refunded the amount back

                            Paid amount was : 407.9
                            Refund Amount : 320

                            20% of the actual amount is credited in irctc account excluding bank charges that user (me) has to borne

                            this is auto cancellation, since I booked it from irctc.

                            Same I ask them about why they are cutting so much for Auto cancellation which status is WL.

                            almost 20% of the money user is paying as penalty by booking online, at least I can travel in the same train if I book the ticket in counter.

                            Please let us know is it fair enough to put so much penalty for booking the tickets online.

                              Last night I was travelling with my friends and we reached at Pune station where we purchased mineral water bottle. I saw price and expiry date on the bottle and suddenly the owner yelled Rs.20 per bottle, I asked why should I pay more if MRP is printed and showing it as Rs.15. The person yelled again "Lena hai to lo warna jaao". It's ok if the bottle manufacturer was Pepsi or something else, but "Neer" water was supplied by government I guess. Please take action against these peoples.

                                Dear sir,

                                I've been writing everyday since 11 apr but no response from [protected]@irctc.Co.In..
                                I had booked 4 berths from bza - ltt by 18519 - vskp-ltt exp for a journey dated 9/08/2016 in 2ac, the booking was done on 10/04/2016 vide pnr - [protected].. I had marked 2 lb & 2 ub so that our family will be in together in one coupe.. But i find that my daughter (Akshara f 12) was allocated berth no 5 (Lb) while other tickets are 1, 2 & 3..Pl allot 4 for my daughter & keep my family together.. (The whole coach is empty..If possible, pl fit all 4 berths in one coupe in 25-28)

                                  I need to buy tickets for my July/August visit to India. This will be my tenth yearly visit. I am old and academic and yet managing IRTCT's methods defeats me. They have agreed to my user name but have ignored all my requests for a OTP (by email) for a password. I have been trying for over sixteen days. They are called, with presumably unintentional irony, Care.
                                  As I am in Cambridge UK it is difficult for me to move this problem forward. I have telephoned, written and sent copies of my password: what more can I do?

                                    Since i have not made any bookings of this amount please reverse this amount

                                      I normally never order food in railways owing to the sad quality of food but today i thought things may have changed so ordered dinner. The same thing happened the dinner was of the same sad quality. The rice was not prepared at all plus instead of chole curry we got only alus. The fried papads were kept in open, not in a container as such. The food lacked taste and add to this low quality of preparation was charged 120/-. Truthfully the food rate max is 30/-. Agreed the railways need to sell at a premium but 4 times more. Why? I have resolved to get my own food when i again travel by railways which i used to do in my past travels.Thanks for reminding me that.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had tried booking a tatkal ticket as the seats were available, however after the payment was completed the transaction failed .

                                        Money from my bank was deducted and the status given on irctc web site was payment settled.

                                        I waited for about a week to check if they have refunded the amount however i was disappointed .

                                        I later lodged a ticket under them and again waited however i am not getting any response from them.

                                        I am literally frustrated as there is not customer support facility with whom we can get in contact with.
