I have registered on irctc. Whenever I go to hame page and give my credentials. I go to mobile verification and email verification page. My mobile is verified. When I ask OTP for email verification I am getting the email otp very late and by the time I provide the OTP the session gets expired and I get back to Home page automatically. What shall I do????

Please get back to me as early as possible.

I was registered with IRCTC. I forgot the User Id and password for the same .
When Iam trying to open a new User Id Iam getting a message that my Mobile No has already been linked previously. As such Iam unable to open a new User Id. I would like IRCTC to either inform my User Id and password or delink my Mobile No linked to the old User Id to enable me to open new User Id.

I have booked Train Ticket from Vishnupuram to Chennai Central on[protected] with PNR No. [protected]. I have filed TDR on the date of journey i.e.,[protected]. Till then it is showing as "Under Process" but till now there is no communication from IRCTC regarding refund. I have also enquired consumer care no.s of IRCTC and the response was Nil....

I booked a ticket on line having pnr no [protected].later on i cacelled it.
the refund amount of rs 845 did not come to my account till date....

I have booked a ticket on 18th March under tatkal quota for train no. 12280 Taj express pnr [protected] which was waiting CKWL57/56 as on when booking completed.. By the time chart prepared I was not allotted seat as it was showing CKWL57/30. Now railway has emailed me that I will get refund of Rs. 40 but I have paid Rs 122..moreover their customer service executive told me that it's a policy.. What policy is this.. I would like to draw your attention that during 'Jat Riots' in Hariyana I had my train got cancelled two times. When I called '139' you told me that I will get automatic refund. IRCTC have deactivated my userid which is mith_6756 without information and without intimidation.
I have registered a complaing regarding this issue, any my auto reply no being #3088250.
Now i have registered this complaint on 17th Mar 2015...and now 3 days have passed but still no action have been take by IRCTC...

For every refreshment products like water, biscuit, frooti they are charging more than mrp ie extra 5 RS...

I, Afjal Ali Ansary have cancelled two online tickets on 19.03.16 againts PNR Numbers- [protected] & [protected] from my irctc log-in id. But yet the amount of Rs. 620 & Rs. 495 has not refunded to my SBI A/c ([protected]). Please look into this matter Sir.

I had booked two ac chair car tickets from travel from ludhiana to saharanpur in train no.14682. On 19/3/16, day of the travel, when we reached railway station at 5 am, we came to know that this train whose scheduled departure time is 5-25am, shall depart now at 12-30pm.
We came back to our house & at 6am submitted for online cancellation of the ticket.Now irct is telling that as per its rule book, this ticket can not be cancelled....
