It was the incident in which the irtc fails to gave proper information to consumer and consumer are goes in big problem through irtc mistake.

I had booked ticket in waiting for valsad to nizamudin on 2a class. They total are 8 tickets of waiting in which 3 are confirmed and 3 are in waiting list and 2 are canceled without any msg or notification. So that is the problem without any information we cannot able to book new tatkal ticket lack of information.
And then we goes to the train becoz we having tickets of waiting
Then railway tt also have no manners to talk with consumer they talk like a grand of the train. And they also give the bribery for travleling rs.11000 of two persons otherwise says whose pessenger having no ticket outside from the train on nexxt stop. Thosse passenger are senior citizen whnever any injury will make of them the irtc wwas responsible for all.

2. The cancellation of ticket their refund also cannot be refund.

    I have filed tdr reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not traveled. By cancellation id [protected], pnr no [protected], dt. 24-jan-2016 17:39:29 hrs. But till date no action taken. Still there are status shown "cr registered" in my login id. Its already three months late. Please look into the meter and asked to railway zone for refund amount into my account. Refund amount rs 2590. Please make fast refund process in railway department

            Booked a tour of bharat darshan (nzbd168) for a group of four with tour confirmation id: [protected] & [protected] for an amount of rs43, 160. But the tour was cancelled by irctc on 23/04/2016. But no refund has been done till date (7/05/2016). On query with the care no proper reply is being given even after 16days. As being senior citizen it is very difficult to cope up the irresponsible behavior of irctc . It is a harassment at this age. Please help at the earliest.

              I have booked the ticket from coimbatore to chennai in tatkal through online.And my train ticket is in waiting status and not yet confirm.So I have canceled the train ticket.Still I have not received the money from IRCTC.Now they deducted 8.28 rupees without any notification.

              06/05/2016 IRCTC NEW DELHI IN VISA POS ON 0205 8.28 Amount without any notification.

              So, i want to know what type of deduction is this and why this is taken by me.

                Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from gkp to nna journey date 30april2016, but the train got late from more than 4 hours.I had filed the tdr on the same day at 30-april-2016 17:39:48 hrs.The status of tdr showing cr repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                   This is regarding tdr case generated on 02/01/2016 for the "party partially confirmed/waitlisted and all passengers did not travel" for pnr number - [protected] with tdr generated reference number - [protected] even after continuous follow up refund is not processed. As per communication from customer care tdr case suppose to completed within 90 days of its filling. Also given calls several times to chief zonal officer which was received from customer care officer.
                  Unable to understand
                  1. What is the exact process for tdr refund..??
                  2. What is the upper time limit for completing tdr refund process...???
                  3. To whom we should contact in case of delay...???
                  4. Why so much follow up is required if all the processes are set.
                  Requesting you to please look into the matter and close. Expecting completion of process as its a very long pending.

                    Sir,
                    I cancelled my two ticket on date 11.04.2016 and it was conveyed to refund rs 2080.00 on each, and was also told to credit in account within 7 days. After 15 days i called to irctc helpline no. And it was told me to send a mail regarding my problem on their complaint mail id with my bank account statement.
                    I did the same but i got no reply. Again i called to irctc helpline no. And it was again asked me to send complete bank account statement, which i have already send. I send my account statement again, but no reply from their side, i again called to helpline, the executive told that she is forwarding the mail. I dont know to whom she forwarded my mail and why she hadn't seen this till that day, again on date 05.05.2016 it was asked me to send pnr no which i have already mentioned in my first mail and also attaching copy to honorable court. It shows that they didnt look on customers mails. Now about one month going to pass but the amount rs 4160.00 has not been credited to my amount. Kindly file my complaint and deliver effective order to penalize irctc on this delay to refund.
                    I am attaching herewith the soft copy of the correspondence made to irctc.

                      50 % of the total cost has beed deducted
                      According to refund rules of irctc : "for cancellation of confirmed tickets less than 24 hrs and upto four hours before the scheduled departure of the train, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total fare paid by you"

                      Kindly please look into it,

                      25% more has yet to be refunded that is : 967.5 /-

                        Redemption of reward points

                        Sbi irctc credit card is not allowing me to redeem my points in irctc. There is no such option in payment gateway to select pay by rewards as mentioned by sbi in their faq's section of irctc sbi card. I am in touch with the customer service department and have written many emails to them but they are not resolving this issue but again and again giving new complaint numbers.

                        Please help....

                        Dear sir, My IRCTC user account disabled saying wrong password/user name but i am 100% sure i have given the correct credentials however it is disabled and could not even recover the account through reset password.                           I have tried to booking a railway tatkal ticket in the irctc site on 5/5/2015 journey was from cstm (Mumbai) to cnb (Kanpur) for 6/5/2015 by train no 12534 the amount rs 2005.80 (In newdelhi at irctc 12027) was deducted from my hdfc a/c no [protected]. But as i chose the option "book only if confirm berths are alloted", my ticket could not be booked. I have checked my booking history and there is no ticket booked.                               I booked a ticket for two passengers on ac 2 tier for a journey from new delhi to jammu tawi for travelling on 20th february 2016 with pnr no. [protected] for train no. 12471 for rs.2655.
                              My tickets remained on the wait list after chart preparation still no refund has been received till date. I have contacted several times to the irctc people over phone and email, and they reply by saying that your complaint will be resolved shortly. It has been almost 75 days and no resolutions has been provided. Irctc complaint ticket no. Is 2933023.

                              Kindly look into the matter to get the dispute resolved at the earliest.

                                This is in continuation of my earlier complaint on this site. I have booked a e ticket from chennai to palakkad on 3.5.2016. The ticket was not confirmed during the chart preparation and it was waiting list 4. Due to waitlisted ticket, as per procedure this automatically gets cancelled. Just now i received a message saying that:

                                "your wait list ticket cancelled. Pnr no. [protected]. Amount 435 will be refunded to your account".

                                On what basis this amount of 435 has come i want to know. I have paid the fare as follows:

                                Ticket fare : rs. 500/- and service charge : 45.8 and total 545.8. Forget about the service charge. When you are cancelling on your own why should you take my money of rs. 65/- from me for no fault of mine. The ticket got cancelled automatically and i have not done anything.

                                First of all you have not given me confirmation and secondly you are again deducting money from me to the tune of rs. 65?

                                I was trying to book a ticket from chennai to coimbatore. While doing on line booking of the ticket, it has reached the payment part and i have made the payment of rs. 1125.80., but the ticket did not come. The following is the bank statement for having taken the money from the bank, . I have to get back the money taken from my account without giving me the ticket.

                                I have booked a ticket from chennai to palakkad vide transaction id[protected], pnr no: [protected] 22639 mas pgt 03-may-2016 booked 29-apr-2016 n. A. Irctc.

                                Since the ticket was not confirmed even after the chart preparation and it was on waiting list 4, i was not able to proceed. Railways/irctc has to refund my amount, but not refunded so far.

So, I requested ticket collector for tdr, so that I can get the refund. but he did not gave tdr form. On my repeated requests also he is on his words like no need of tdr.                                       Every 2 months i travels hyderabad mathura route in telangana exp 12723/12724, but those pantry staff never supply rail neer waterbottles to passenger instead of that some local cheap brand at same price they giving. When i ask they saying stock finished or not available or come to pantry they cant bring to here (My coach that was s3) pantry was near to s9 s10. How they can do like this and without railway peoples involving this is not possible, how they supplying cheap brand bottles. Panty people carrying rail neer package but if someone is going and asking then only they giving n that too not cold water bottle.Imagine in this hot season we getting cheap water or if we getting anyhow rail neer water. Bottle but burning hotand food quality is not good., this is not way of serving. Hope u lookout in this matter take necessary action and help to improve railway facility i want my this complaint should reach to proper authority.
