I was booking a ticket of second ac class and after the payment was done, the page automatically returned to the main page and showed that your session is expired that is logged off. However the money for that transaction money was deducted from my account (Without me getting the ticket). The ticket was from chennai central to jhansi in rajdhani express (Tatkal quota) for 20th may'16. My contact number is [protected]. I hereby request for the refund of amount rs 3900 that has been credited in railways account as ticket charge (Without actually it getting booked). Before booking the availability in the tatkal quota was for 18 seats in second ac and after the amount was deducted (I. E payment was done) the available seats still remained 18. I have attached the image of the payment transaction with the transaction reference number.

    I wanted to book a tatkal ticket today but error is coming that only two tickets permitted per ip address between 10am to 12pm, but have i not booked any tickets since months irtc is fooling people and favoring agents this is a scam irtc rail ministry should address the issue same error came to me 6 months back also at that time i thought there must be a tecnical problem but now i just google it and found lot of innocent people facing same problem rail ministry should provide the solution.

        I booked 2 tickets from villupuram to rameshwaram that is Rs.527 from my account in indian bank.. ticket was not booked but amount was debited from my account. Its before 3 days.. still amount is not refund...
        But in irctc service, they said that they refund amount witjin 3 days.. still its not refund..
        Even it is small amount, the procedure is to refund the amount to customer properly know.. pls resolve my prob

          A sum of rs.1684 were deducted from my bank of baroda account on may 13.2016 via net banking from which rs. 842 were for the tickets from ahmadabad to borivali in lokshakti express, but the additional rs. 842 were debited from my account even-though the transaction was an apparent failure. After which on may 14.2016 my tickets got cancelled and for which i was supposed to get rs. 700 back as it was messaged. Irctc is supposed to give me a total of rs.1542 (I. E, rs.842 for the wrong deduction and rs.700 for the cancelled ticket). It's been four days and i would like my money to be refunded as they are supposed to, also it's not the first time the money got deducted without the actual booking of the ticket, so i would like you take certain steps in improving your system.

              Ticket was booked from sbc on 10th may. Was at sbc, but train didn't turn up. Understood that train 56909 not coming to sbc due to platform repair work and it goes from yashvantpur.                 I booked tickets for myself and my parents who are senior citizens and the seats were available in duronto express and i was asked for my preference seats where i chose 2 lower berths and 1 upper berth and still i got all the upper berths form both sides. This is absolutely not acceptable to me. If you select seats as per your choice then why do you even mention preference in case of seats availability? I would like you to change the seats as it becomes difficult to manage while travelling because nowadays people do not even cooperate. As per the new railway system the senior citizens will get the lower berths defined during the budget by mr. Prabhu then why not it is happening?
                Travelling date is 15th july from pune to nizammudin and return is on 21st july from nizamuddin to pune. I would like you to change the seats as per my preference. Otherwise you should not even ask for traveller's preference.

                    Hi i was travelling 15th may 2016 on train number 12906 from Jharsuguda to Ahmedabad.Earlier i booked a ticket with PNR-[protected].But unfortunately it was not confirmed.So i bought a general ticket from counter & board the train.I requested TTE to kindly convert it into 3AC or 2AC.But they refused me and easily avoid me.I continue my journey upto Nagpur.There i requested the new TTE to please give me a seat.Suddenly they got furious & abused me in bad words.I cried openly.I cant stop my tears till one hours.I was feeling that may be i am not in india.I am a software engineer & he abused me like a dog.How can he scold anyone like this?

                    Hi Team, I had filled TDR on 15-Jul-2015 against PNR no [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled." It is been more than 3 months now but status not changed.

                    IRCTC — I am not able to view my booked history

                    I have booked so many tickets from IRCTC but now i am not able to view any transaction. I am not understanding how can i see the PNR status.i have to go to home on Diwali. i am trying to call but no one is picking up the phone from IRCTC.

                      Irctc deducted rs - 11.45 extra without any detail, from my account without any confirmation next day after making online reservation of four tickets.

                      Any transaction either can make bank or by confirmation of owner of account. Otherwise it is "illegal".

                      And this transfer of money is not fulfill legal requirements, and without any notice so it is cheating and fraud to customers.
                      Extra amount deducted from amount without any information.

                      On 17/04/16 I Have tried to book 2nd ac tickets for four passengers from ernakulam town to chennai central.Transaction id-[protected].The amount of rupees-4205.80 was withdrawn from my account.Till now i have not received PNR number.Money is also not refunded to my account.At present i dont want the ticket.Pls kindly refund my money.

                      Transcation has done with transcation id but not showing any details regarding name, details and pnr.

                      We are unable to file TDR due to filing after 4 hours but the it restricts us to file TDR after chart confirmation because in the new rules of IRCTC i.e of 2015
                      It is mentioned quite clearly that TDR can be filed for CNF status ticket.

                        I called to reconfirm my refund charge on wait list tickets. And agent was so rude & ill mannered. He straight away disconnected my call & was talking as not professional. I seems govt. Is recruiting illiterates & rural people.
                        Give us one simple reason why there should be charge on cancelling wait list ticket one month prior on travel. The way he was trying to convenience me was completely ill logical & language was unprofessional. Tell them, they are not talking to their near & dear ones at homes.

                          I was trying to book tickets for my parents on their journey from secundrabad junction to howrah. I gave preference on berth (Lower for both and in same coach). First time the money got deducted from by bank account and it responded that passenger can't be in same coach. So, i denied the transaction. My bank account shows deduction of money. I tried booking 2 more times, but every time seats were not in same coach so i denied. I am attaching the account statement. Kindly check with the status of the same.

                              I'm facing one common problem from irctc every time in tatkal booking. While booking the Tatkal Ticket on IRCTC site, I'm facing problem about automatically signing out while making payment of the ticket and then again i have to do all procedures again, till that tickets get over.

                              so kindly solve such kind of Problems, it irritates the Customers.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                  Railways has a wearied rule that you can not cancel the ticket if the chart is prepared.
                                  In my case I booked the e-ticket at 6.55 pm for before the chart prepare and after 30 mins I want to cancel my trip and wanted to file a TDR.
                                  The train was scheduled to depart at 10.00pm.

                                  But I was not allowed to file TDR and informed that there will be no refund.

                                  I want to ask question to IRCTC if you allow ticket booking 3 hrs before train departure then why can't provide refund?

                                  Railways/IRCTC should be return my money.

                                    Two trains cancelled on 20th feb2016 and 22feb2016 due to jat agetation in haryana the trains was cancelled by the aythoritiies of indian railways the cacellation dates and the train nos are still open on irctc web site as proof but i am still waiting for the refund the train detals are mentioned are below
