I called to reconfirm my refund charge on wait list tickets. And agent was so rude & ill mannered. He straight away disconnected my call & was talking as not professional. I seems govt. Is recruiting illiterates & rural people.
Give us one simple reason why there should be charge on cancelling wait list ticket one month prior on travel. The way he was trying to convenience me was completely ill logical & language was unprofessional. Tell them, they are not talking to their near & dear ones at homes.

    I was trying to book tickets for my parents on their journey from secundrabad junction to howrah. I gave preference on berth (Lower for both and in same coach). First time the money got deducted from by bank account and it responded that passenger can't be in same coach. So, i denied the transaction. My bank account shows deduction of money. I tried booking 2 more times, but every time seats were not in same coach so i denied. I am attaching the account statement. Kindly check with the status of the same.

      The ticket was not booked due to unavailability of seats but the amount was deducted from my account.

        I'm facing one common problem from irctc every time in tatkal booking. While booking the Tatkal Ticket on IRCTC site, I'm facing problem about automatically signing out while making payment of the ticket and then again i have to do all procedures again, till that tickets get over.

        so kindly solve such kind of Problems, it irritates the Customers.

          I have booked a ticket and date of journey was 29th mar, 2016
          For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
          The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
          For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
          Status was turned to cr registered, but the
          Amount was not refunded yet.
          I am not sure what else i might be missing to

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            Railways has a wearied rule that you can not cancel the ticket if the chart is prepared.
            In my case I booked the e-ticket at 6.55 pm for before the chart prepare and after 30 mins I want to cancel my trip and wanted to file a TDR.
            The train was scheduled to depart at 10.00pm.

            But I was not allowed to file TDR and informed that there will be no refund.

            I want to ask question to IRCTC if you allow ticket booking 3 hrs before train departure then why can't provide refund?

            Railways/IRCTC should be return my money.

              Two trains cancelled on 20th feb2016 and 22feb2016 due to jat agetation in haryana the trains was cancelled by the aythoritiies of indian railways the cacellation dates and the train nos are still open on irctc web site as proof but i am still waiting for the refund the train detals are mentioned are below
              date 20th feb2016 train name malwa express train no 12919 prno is [protected] tranc id [protected] from delhi to jammu tawi which stands cancelled
              the second train details date is 22nd feb 2016 train name is shalimar express tran no is 14645 prno is [protected] trancid is [protected] from delhi to jammu tawi train stands cancelled
              May i request for the refund please you can check the web site of irctc for list of the cancelled trains

                    Now-a- Days, IRCTC became biggest black market in india,
                    1.tatkal scheme itself black market, premium tatkal introduced, reason?just for extra money.
                    2.cancellation charges should be there for tickets if cancelled by passenger, but if WL not confirmed?still they deduct charges, tatkal tickets no refund at all.
                    3.taxes, bank charges, internet charges all together adds to ticket bill(even though Govt. Service) which are 70-100rs on each ticket fare and also not refundable.
                    4.TDR will be filed from passenger's end, even after 6 months no money will be credited to you and after 6 months no TDR history will be found in your profile.
                    My Case:TDR filed against PNR number:[protected].(reason, due to floods train diverted)
                    i followed up for 1 year on this, at least monthly once, total 12 automatic replies are there.now its invalid TDR file number.
                    5.telephone services, mailing options all are automatic.
                    6, surprising, only for looting money from people government working, but in returning the same no single employ is there to work/respond.very commercial than other private services.
                    7.WL2 also wont gets confirm if you book online, then why to show book option in online when no availability, just to get the cancellation charges (Rs.100+ for each passenger).

                      Train no. 15601 porvattar sampark kranti from silchar to new delhi was cancelled on 2nd may. Till now i haven't received refund of money. I already lodged many complaints, but there was no reply.
                      [protected] is the pnr no. Refund the money as soon as possible because i m in need of money. It has been more than a week. I already complained on [protected]@irctc.Co.In but there was no response

                        16227 train delay by more than 3 hours sbc to smet that a local train without no reason.
                        What a shame? I always support central govt but this time why no proper updates, no facility in station, majestic station is a station full urinal smell and not maintained properly severe action to be taken care, lot of mosquitoes at station.
                        People are wandering here an their and no one to answer communicate guide.
                        Is this what we want from our govt. Swatch bharat is totally missing in our place and to take broom also u find a in majestic station. Worst maintenace. Worst service from railway team.
                        Please maintain railway standard delay timinds should not be more than an hour.
                        It's my suggestion.

                          Tea / coffee was not served till 8.00 am.
                          Breakfast was not served to me and to many co-passengers of a1 coach.
                          Reason they said: prepared food exhausted ; could not estimate.
                          When we called the catering manager through tte, he did not come to meet the passengers to solve the problem.

                            There are so many transaction in my respective bank account without getting e-ticket. At the time of booking all details are fulfilled but there are no any ticket confirm or waiting not recieved by me, but irctc charges deducted what's going on! I am not understanding.
                            In this regard please do needful as soon as possible, we are facing a lot of problems for that activity.

                              My irctc ID is vishnunk23.

                              I have tried to book train ticket from shornoor to trivandum on 7th may 2016.
                              For the first time try, 714 rupees was deduced and ticket was not booked. I got transaction ID and I believe it will going to be refunded. But for the second attempt, 374 rupees was deduced and no transaction ID was provided and can not find any further action for refunding my money.

                                Hi team,

                                I had filed a tdr against train cancellation on 20 feb 2016 as train got cancelled due to jat akrakshan.

                                I had boarded the train from delhi cant. There was an official announcement at gurgaon station that the train is cancelled. After returning home i filed the tdr near about 1 pm. But at the timing of filing i was not able to select option that train cancelled so i choose option that train is late more than three hours and half of the passengers left.

                                From than i am in continuously in touch with irctc customer care and they are saying yes according to their information train got cancelled and you will receive your refund in 90 working days... Since than i was waiting for my money and today i got response that your tdr status is tdr repudiate.

                                  24×7 helpline service number [protected] is not responding even after repeated calls around 20 times. Every time after ringing bell, it says "called subscriber is busy" and then call disconnects.In any emergency situation, during ehich we need assistance or help, these customer care call service must be active if it is declared to be 24×7. Please help by giving another number on which consumer can call for any assistsnce or help.

                                  This mail is to the reference for the complain regarding service failure during ticket booking through IRCTC Portal.
                                  Today I have booked a ticket from Lucknow NR to Hanumangarh Junction through IRCTC Portal. During booking, the transaction has been made and the amount has also been deducted from my account, But I have neither received the PNR number nor I have received any information regarding booking confirmation of the ticket. Please look into the matter and take corrective action. I want this ticket booked as it is for upcoming friday. Please find the essential details below-

                                    My pnr no. Is [protected] boarding from ujjain ticket booked from mysore to jaipur train no. 12975. Door is not working oil is leaking and getting split over mine berth no. 64. Attendent not giving bedsheet we boarded from station at 21:30 hrs on 8th may 2016 and till this time bedsheets are not provided its near about 23:30 hrs. Cleaniness is pathetic.

                                      I had booked a ticket to coimbatore from aluva. The amount was deducted from my bank but the booking is not confirmed and irctc gives a transaction failed message. I want the ticket to be booked at the earliest as it is a train ticket for wednesday. Booking transaction id

                                        The Pantry car service is very horrible. They provide inferior quality food and charge excess right from tea to any type of food supplied in the train berth. Worst is IRCTC food chain. They charge more and if asked for food bill, do not supply . Complainig to IRCTC has no remedy as they do not bother to enquire. One gentleman has rightly written - the panrty car fellow replied " go and complaint- my boss keep Prabhu (Rly Min) in his pocket" .
