My transaction is failed & pnr not prepared but deduct amount rs. 674.35 in my bank debit card

    This is to complain about the allotting system for SE1 and SE2 coachs for train number 16227 and 16228(from Bangalore to Shimoga and from Shimoga to Bangalore). The coach is allotted at either just back of the engine or at the rear of train. It was very inconvenient for us, as we had to search for the coach(for 16227) which was attached just before the Engine. We had senior citizen who were travelling with us, and had to make them walk all the way till the engine for 16227. Over that as we were back to the engine, we were not able to sleep, as the engine makes sound.
    The other problem was when travelling back from Shimoga to Bangalore(16228), again we had to search for the engine SE1 with senior citizen with us, assuming that the engine is located at front. We along with Senior citizens had to run all the way back(last coach of the train). We being youngsters still ok to run back to the last coach, but think about the elderly people how should they board the last coach. It is very inconvenient for them.
    Hope you understand the situation and allot the coach SE1 and SE2 somewhere near to S1, S2.. etc so that it is easy to find and board the train. Hope you understand the situation and address the issue.

          IRCTC internet booking net is very slow, especially in the morning time, for tatkal tickets it never open the site till 8am and when the site opens then tatkal serveces shows full, It is like fooling people by keeping this services whereas tatkal ticket booke through agents you will get confirmed ticket. It is surprising performance by IRCTC. My question is to IRCTC, have agents any special quota?

About the posted complaint has been notified to Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [Irctct on 8th February 2016 morning by Consumer Complaint. in Team. On 12/02/2015 e-ticketing Tout arrested by RPF Central Railway. Another big catch of e-ticketing Tout by RPF/Nagpur Division/Central Railway. Indian Railway also tweet never purchase e-ticket from unauthorized agents or persons, using their personal IDs for commercial purposes. Such tickets are liable to be forfeited under section (143) of the Indian Railway Act 1989.                 Dear Sir/Madam,
                Ref to mail sent to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" & "[protected]@irctc.co.in" and online complain through "http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in" on dt.02.02.2016 midnight, I not received any response.

                My complain is as follows :
                Ref to journey dt.02.02.2016 by Train No-22691, Rajdhani Exp in which booked ticket PNR was -[protected], Rajdhani Express arrived late(22:25pm) at Bhopal Station while we have to catch Train No- 12185, Rewanchal Exp from Bhopal station which depart time is 22:15 PM and we had also confirm tatkal ticket in 3A reservation which ticket PNR was-[protected].
                But due to late arrival of Rajdhani Express at Bhopal, we were not able to catch the -Rewanchal Express from Bhopal (22:15 PM)

                We are surprised that how Rajdhani Express got late .

                We tried to File TDR online but it was not accepting with a note"Only permissible before 4 hours " and also not have the reason in TDR option column particularly for delay arrival of linking train.
                Kindle arrange to refund our Money for that ticket in which I had not made journey due to time mismanagement of railway. I requesting for refund of Money.
                Due to this incident, Me & my mother have to take stay at Bhopal for Night on 03.02.2016 and booked again a ticket for next journey by Rewanchal Exp which booking PNR is -[protected] .
                In whole incident, I had bear for hotel stay and fooding expenses at bhopal as well as booked ticket again which are extra expenses for me.
                So you are requesting to refund the ticket amount.

                    As train number 22823 was running late by 7 hours on 14 Dec 2015, hence I asked IRCTC right time to file TDR, in return IRCTC has filed TDR ( I don't exact time when it was filed by IRCTC). Got an email from IRCTC at 10:13 Hours on 15 Dec 2015 having ticket number 2555755 that TDR has been filed.

                    Later on it was rejected by concern railway authority mentioning it was not filed at correct time. Since I have not filled up TDR or asked IRCTC to do so, I am eligible for refund either from Railway or IRCTC.

                      I booked three tickets and tow ticket got confirmed and one ticket got called automatically during chart preparation. The cancelled ticket amount not yet refunded. PNR No [protected]

                      IRCTC taking to much time to process the customer issue. There is no use of IRCTC online system.

                          sub: 1-high priority complaint reg refund of cancellation charges and third party charges being deducted for continuation journeys of below mentioned pnr's only because of trains cancelled from vskp to sc -which is our starting journey on 31st jan and there is no before time minimum intimation from irctc due to which we have to cancel all linked journey tickets.
                          2-immediate refund to our account full amount without dedcutions of below pnr's immediately to re-schedule our journey in two days
                          take this complaint as high priority,

                          though we cancelled our continuation journey tickets of below menitoned pnr's
                          we are being charged for late cancellation which is the mistake of railways system
                          for not informing in time.

                          We have booked for journey
                          1- visakhapatnam to hyd on 31st jan and train is cancelled suddenly without prior initmation
                          what the irctc management are working.
                          2- due to which all our connecting journey to nagarsol, shirdi from different places we manually cancelled, mentioning below all the linked journey pnr tickets which we cancelled and amount deducted for late cancellation, mistake is from irctc for not informing before time that train from vizag is cancelled

                          we demand full refund including booking charges for below pnr's and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey.

                          We want full refund of below pnr's not partial or deducting for cancelling late which is entirely irctc working management fault of not informing priorly

                          1- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2795.80
                          amount deducted 800 rupees, for cancellation refund this amount .

                          2- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1835.80
                          amount refund rupees 175

                          refund amount rs.175

                          4- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 702.90
                          refund amount rs.140

                          5- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2455.80
                          amount deducted 175 rupees, refund this amount

                          6-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 940.80
                          amount refund rs.110

                          7-pnr - [protected] rs : 2795 refund amount 240 rupees

                          8-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1170.80
                          refund amount rs.110

                          9-pnr - [protected] total fare: rs: 2795.80
                          amount deducted 680 rupees, refund this amount.

                          For all above menitoned pnr's, including complete cancellation charges to be refunded in full amount and in 2 days to re-schedule. Due to cancellation charges from irctc without minimum 48hrs before intimation
                          due to which all the above pnr's when cancelled, late cancellation charges are being charged and also for booking we need immediately amount in our bank account
                          worst service by irctc management, no minimum previous intimation regarding cancellation of trains,
                          due to which we have lost money for hotel bookings in hyderabad
                          all the pnr details are mentioned above
                          refund all the below pnr's full amount including banking charges and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey

                            i have booked a ticket from irctc from jaipur to ahmedabad on 25/01/2016 but ticket is not booked and yet i have not received the payment of tran id-[protected] return id-[protected] as irctc shows refunded on 27/01/2016. Today my account is charged by difference amount as the service is not provided by the irctc any why should i pay the difference amount. I have sent a mail to irctc through my email id [protected]@outlook.Com and ticket no 2795937 is allotted on 25/01/2016 but still i have not received any solution or information regarding this. Why should i bear this charge and irctc benefited interest free amount. Irctc should pay the penalty for delay as ircts charges.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam

                                    I was open my IRCTC (online train booking) account in 2014, after i open my account with IRCTC there is one of Wallet account. wallet account means you can top up your money and whenever you book your ticket you use your money when you make reservation with IRCTC.

                                    Today my wallet account balance are around 4798.00 rupee which i unable to use this money or they are not refund to my money due to there is one system to update OTP password which get on your register mobile only. unfortunately my register mobile no was [protected] which i lost and purchase new number are [protected] which is presence today with me, IRCTC are not update my mobile or not refund my wallet money.
                                    i send so many email to IRCTC but they are not helpful for it, if you need all correspondence with IRCTC i will provide you.
                                    My IRCTC account user id is STARTOURS
                                    please do some thing for me and help for refund my money from IRCTC

                                      we all senior citizen got upper berth seat
                                      and we board in train, and saw
                                      all young citizen got lower berth
                                      it was very difficult to go on upper berth seat
                                      and also difficult to get down at night in dark

                                        This is reagrding pnr number [protected], I booked the 3 e-ticket for travelling from phagwara (PGW) to aligarh (ALJN) in 2 tier AC and it was waiting but on the day of journey the three seats were confirmed under 3tier AC . date of journey was 3 november 2015
                                        the rates of 2 tier and 3 tier are different, the refund for desired amount is not completed yet and its been months since i have been sending them e mails and calling them but still no one is responding.
                                        I have been trying to contact since 6 November but no one is responding, please help
