Hello, I had booked a e-ticket vide PNR Number [protected] and the train was delayed by around 6-8 hours. I immediately files a TDR and as per rules I should get 100% refund when train is delayed by more than 3 hours. However, I was only granted 50% refund. I see many many people are facing same issue. This amounts to gross cheating by Indian Railways. Request authorities to look into this. It seems like a large scale fraud happening...
