sub: 1-high priority complaint reg refund of cancellation charges and third party charges being deducted for continuation journeys of below mentioned pnr's only because of trains cancelled from vskp to sc -which is our starting journey on 31st jan and there is no before time minimum intimation from irctc due to which we have to cancel all linked journey tickets.
2-immediate refund to our account full amount without dedcutions of below pnr's immediately to re-schedule our journey in two days
take this complaint as high priority,

though we cancelled our continuation journey tickets of below menitoned pnr's
we are being charged for late cancellation which is the mistake of railways system
for not informing in time.

We have booked for journey
1- visakhapatnam to hyd on 31st jan and train is cancelled suddenly without prior initmation
what the irctc management are working.
2- due to which all our connecting journey to nagarsol, shirdi from different places we manually cancelled, mentioning below all the linked journey pnr tickets which we cancelled and amount deducted for late cancellation, mistake is from irctc for not informing before time that train from vizag is cancelled

we demand full refund including booking charges for below pnr's and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey.

We want full refund of below pnr's not partial or deducting for cancelling late which is entirely irctc working management fault of not informing priorly

1- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2795.80
amount deducted 800 rupees, for cancellation refund this amount .

2- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1835.80
amount refund rupees 175

3- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1510.80
refund amount rs.175

4- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 702.90
refund amount rs.140

5- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2455.80
amount deducted 175 rupees, refund this amount

6-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 940.80
amount refund rs.110

7-pnr - [protected] rs : 2795 refund amount 240 rupees

8-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1170.80
refund amount rs.110

9-pnr - [protected] total fare: rs: 2795.80
amount deducted 680 rupees, refund this amount.

For all above menitoned pnr's, including complete cancellation charges to be refunded in full amount and in 2 days to re-schedule. Due to cancellation charges from irctc without minimum 48hrs before intimation
due to which all the above pnr's when cancelled, late cancellation charges are being charged and also for booking we need immediately amount in our bank account
worst service by irctc management, no minimum previous intimation regarding cancellation of trains,
due to which we have lost money for hotel bookings in hyderabad
all the pnr details are mentioned above
refund all the below pnr's full amount including banking charges and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey

    i have booked a ticket from irctc from jaipur to ahmedabad on 25/01/2016 but ticket is not booked and yet i have not received the payment of tran id-[protected] return id-[protected] as irctc shows refunded on 27/01/2016. Today my account is charged by difference amount as the service is not provided by the irctc any why should i pay the difference amount. I have sent a mail to irctc through my email id [protected]@outlook.Com and ticket no 2795937 is allotted on 25/01/2016 but still i have not received any solution or information regarding this. Why should i bear this charge and irctc benefited interest free amount. Irctc should pay the penalty for delay as ircts charges.

      so I hope please return my money in my Account No which give above. Hope IRCTC will take strictly action for inconvenience occurred...

            Dear Sir / Madam

            I was open my IRCTC (online train booking) account in 2014, after i open my account with IRCTC there is one of Wallet account. wallet account means you can top up your money and whenever you book your ticket you use your money when you make reservation with IRCTC.

            Today my wallet account balance are around 4798.00 rupee which i unable to use this money or they are not refund to my money due to there is one system to update OTP password which get on your register mobile only. unfortunately my register mobile no was [protected] which i lost and purchase new number are [protected] which is presence today with me, IRCTC are not update my mobile or not refund my wallet money.
            i send so many email to IRCTC but they are not helpful for it, if you need all correspondence with IRCTC i will provide you.
            My IRCTC account user id is STARTOURS
            please do some thing for me and help for refund my money from IRCTC

              we book ticket on 28 sep 2015
              for 25 jan 2016 (120 day )
              we all senior citizen got upper berth seat
              and we board in train, and saw
              all young citizen got lower berth
              it was very difficult to go on upper berth seat
              and also difficult to get down at night in dark

              please update the software
              to help senior citizen to get lower berth

                This is reagrding pnr number [protected], I booked the 3 e-ticket for travelling from phagwara (PGW) to aligarh (ALJN) in 2 tier AC and it was waiting but on the day of journey the three seats were confirmed under 3tier AC . date of journey was 3 november 2015
                the rates of 2 tier and 3 tier are different, the refund for desired amount is not completed yet and its been months since i have been sending them e mails and calling them but still no one is responding.
                I have been trying to contact since 6 November but no one is responding, please help

                  We have booked 3 tickets in that 2 female and 1 male.
                  In my printout it showing as
                  Female 1 seat number 25
                  Female 2 seat number 28
                  Male 1 seat number 31.
                  And we have cancelled male ticket due to some reason. Now TT is saying that female2 holds seat number 31 and male 1 holds seat number 28 so female 2 ticket got cancelled and he had put fine of 1k.

                    I have booked three tickets for journey 27-Dec-2015 from Jaisalmer to Delhi out of which one confirmed and other two are in CKWL status.For these 2 tickets I have tried to file TDR but there is some issue in TDR filing and it gives me message
                    "TDR allowed up to 72 hours after actual arrival of the train at destination."
                    I also did email for the issue to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no reply from them and also tried to call via phone but no response and customer care also not free.
                    Please register my complaint against irctc.

                            Dear team,

                            I booked two tickets online through irctc.Co.in in AC class PNR no [protected] in jammu Tavi express from Delhi to bandikui for the journey on 9 Jan 2015.
                            The train time was 4.25 am but train reached 8 am, total late more than 3 hrs on 9 Jan 2015, as per rule I cancel my journey in this option but irctc denied for refund.
                            Kindly do the needful.

                              Hi,
                              Today on 26th January 2016 at around 2:05 PM I started using Paytm to avail an offer against IRCTC. For this I transferred Rs 4700 from my Axis bank to Paytm wallet.
                              Then I started to book my tickets through paytm offer. Everytime I tried to book the tickets and I was failed because, I didn't receive any OTP from paytm for the payment. After a lot tries I really frustrated. Finally I received an OTP and I just wrote that down on the box, but due to delay the IRCTC page session was ended that time. So, I couldn't buy the ticket. But surprisingly without purchasing the ticket my money got deducted from my wallet.
                              After this I tried a lot to talk to any customer care executive, but didn't get any source for that. The IVR has no option for this also.Which is not at all customer friendly. Now at 3:20 pm near about more than an hour the OTPs have started reaching my message inbox. I am really worried as this is my hard earned money.
                              So requesting you to kindly look after my issue and refund my money.

                                My government,

                                We received identity cards (000705, 000706) from the south indian railways. These say that we can use them to book etickets. However, even with accurate inputs the online booking for handicap people seems to fail with an error stating, "unable to perform transaction due to essential validation integrity check".
                                Our sighted friends made numerous attempts to help overcome from our end. This complaint represents unvoiced grievances of many disabled friends in our country. Please call me on [protected] when the issue is resolved; on server side or possibly the software.
                                I and my wife both are blind; and i am partially deaf too. We would be happy to inform our friends who are waiting to avail this solution from their home. Booking tickets even at the nearest counter is very combustive for weak, handicapped and helpless citizens.

                                  I have booked a tkt on 24/12/14, but as i check today they were not shown in booked history. So I chk my bnk a/c, here amount were deducted twice. How this happened I do not understand. How i got refund for the tkts not booked but amount deducted from my account? I am enclosing herewith bank details snapshot. Total amount deducted was 1527.42 You are requested to do needful in the matter .

                                    Even after 15 days ticket cancellation refund of Rs230/- vide PNR no[protected] dated 10/1/2016 has not been credited to my bank a/c no [protected] with SBI.
                                    As per IRCTC STATUS refund sent to bank, but bank denies receipt of the amount.
                                    Please refund immediately.

                                      I cancelled above ticket more than 8 hours before departure of train.
                                      IRCTC refunded 50 percent of fare. As per Railway refund rules only 25 percent should be deducted.

                                        Sir, while i was coming to pondicherry from mahe ttr asked me ticket i showed my ticket and he checked that.After i was about to reach pondicherry again another ttr came and asked me ticket.I showed my original reserved ticket that was issued by irctc taken from Mahe railway station.Then ttr asked my proof, i forget to take my proof I showed my adhaar proof that was in my phone and also i gave my adhaar number .He said that the proof is not enough.He said me to pay fine of 670.I payed the fine.There was also some hindi peoples like this but they were send back by the ttr without fine.The ttr came near me and he caught on my collar. please take the severe action against this.He also insulted me in the public.Im going to file a case in court.
                                        the name of ttr is suresh he is frm tamilnadu i think.
                                        so please take the necessary action against this please
