I had booked two ac chaircar tickets in train no 16342 of 11/2/2016 for travel from tvc to srtl with pnr no [protected].One ticket was cancelled on 7/2 /2016..Ie 4 days prior departure.I did not get any refund at all...I am a senior citizen.

      We have not travelled to Chennai inview of the floods in December and i have expected the TDR will be processed as the trains were cancelled.

      I have written to IRCTC and on 23 Dec and 10 Jan, till date payment is not refunded

          I am registered in IRCTC, but to activate my account, i need mobile verification code, but i dint get it from IRCTC. A message was appeared that your mobile number is not verified and there is no option provided in the site to verify my mobile number. Please help me.

              Today while bkg tatkal e-ticket online from NDLS to PNBE in 12570 in 3AC, at 10.00 am it showed more than 270 berths available.But after entering payment details, it didn't booked the ticket displaying message that all seats are booked. How these seats are booked within a minute, when all agents & like other's are barred to log-in is not understandable. It appears that some IRCTC insider in connivance with some agents is tampering with your website & blocks the booking in elite classes like 3AC, 2AC, etc for these agents. As per some TV reports, it is understood that some website like IRCTCEASYBOOK.com are providing pre-data entry support on payment & tatkal tkts can be booked within seconds. Such agents with say 10-20 terminals keep their data ready filled using such software & books tatkal tkts as soon as it opens. Such website needs to be investigated & blocked fully. I request IRCTC or Indianrailway's vigilance cell to investigate deeply into this matter & punish the erring offcials also barring the agents involved in it.

                whats going on cant understand, the irctc user id of mine has been disabled, statinG that due to fraudulent activity your account has been disabled, what kind of fraudulent activity, i cant understand, whats wrong with railway, their executive told me that kindly prepare a new id with fresh email id & mobile no, when i created a new one, after 6-7 days the new one also got disabled, now what, for every single ticket a new id has to be prepared or what.
                kindly help... due to some culprit, the innocents are suffering.

                  So we have been booking tickets since quite long on IRCTC and every time we give preference for lower berth we are either given upper berths or side births for the individual travelling at the age of 55+. what is that your algorithm doesn't pick and allots such hopeless seats. this has not been once or twice now but often. And i am writing you this as you guys yourself have mention to allot algorithmic-ally according to ages and other stuff. So please let us know as to why this is not available.

                  And FYI the couple traveling is not to good health and hence am writing this complaint after being fully frustrated with seat allotments.

                  Please work on the same.

                        I have cancelled my ticket due to train running late by more than 3 hours well in time. While as per policy I was eligible or full refund i have refund for only 50% of amount. I have raised concern for same with IRCTC using portal and for same IRCTC has opened a CR [protected]. It's being months there is no update and no response to may mails.

                        Can you please help me on this?

                          Booked ticket on 9th February 2016 at 9:00pm vide PNR number-[protected]. Got confirmed ticket same day through mail at 9:03pm.

                          However, on 10th February 5:11pm, received a SMS saying that my ticket got cancelled. I had not request for any cancellation of ticket.

                          Please rectify and get me confirmed ticket as per Transaction ID: [protected] (PNR-[protected]).

                            I have filed a TDR with reference no [protected] against my pnr no. [protected] (Train 13413-FARAKKA EXPRESS ) with the reason " TRAIN LATE MORE THAN 3 HOURS AND PASSENGER NOT TRAVELLED " on 24/01/2016 and on that day it was actually late more than three hours at my boarding station Kanpur Central (CNB).

                            As per their new refund rules of 12/11/2015 the complete fare of ticket i.e. Rs. 260/- should be refunded but I have received only 50% of my fare i.e. 130/- in my account on dated 02/02/2016.

                            I have complained at [protected]@irctc.co.in on dated 02/02/2016 but no action has been taken till yet.

                              I made one transaction on 08/02/2016 this month.
                              The other transaction on the same date which I opted out while doing the transaction was for amount Rs.5890.8 which is actually invalid.
                              But my message says that Rs.5890.8 transaction is made on my credit card.
                              Ticket is not booked but payment is done .
                              How and when will I get the payment back?
                              The user id is ananthpad of IRCTC.

                                Transaction got timed out but amount got reducted and ticket not booked.

                                      This is in reference to my cancelled ticket having PNR no. [protected]. The amount of the cancelled ticket is not refunded yet, but the status of the cancelled ticket shows the refund of Rs. 3340/- I have cancelled the ticket on 26.01.2016 and the refund of the same has not been provided yet. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve the grievances.

                                        My transaction is failed & pnr not prepared but deduct amount rs. 674.35 in my bank debit card
