On the 24 th of december, 2015 i was at the Varanasi jn. with my family. As our train was running late so we decided to buy some snacks at the irctc shop. We bought some snacks and were waiting for the bill, when my eyes fell on the transparent lidded deep freezer kept alongside the billing desk . There was a 'mouse' running around in it! I was shocked but what was even more shocking was that when we informed one of the staff ( the one who was doing the billing), he simply smiled and said " Oh, woh chuha woh toh idhar udhar daudte rehta hai"( oh, that mouse, they keep on running here and there), and went back to his work!! You can imagine our shock and the disgust.
Cleanliness should be maintained in such food stalls and restaurents and moreover when customers are pointing out your mistakes that should be taken seriously.
P.S : the food was also no good
