Respected sir, I have done a TDR file in train 12295/SANGHAMITRA EXP. PNR NO- [protected], Reason For TDR is Train Diverted And Train Not Touching Boarding Station, TDR Filing Date is 03-Dec-2015 21:33:38 HRS, TDR Zone EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY (EC), Cancellation ID: [protected]. But till date I did not get the refund. please help me. Thanking you.

    I had tried to book a ticket for Train no-1554 Vaishali Exp in first class AC coach from irctc windows app from my pc on 13 Jan 2016 but app shows error that Due to some Connectivity issues your transaction is failed but the money was deducted from my bank account .my irctc user id is parru123 the transaction no of Sbi bank is[protected] so I request irctc to refund my money 2780 Thank you

    IRCTC has messaged me Through SMS that your money will be refunded to my account as early as possible. IRCTC returned money after four days on 16 jan 2016 to my bank account .

        I am Pratik Padalkar. I have booked a E- ticket for journey on 17 Jan 2016 from Nasik Road to Mumbai LTT for Godavari Express(12118) .I have booked ticket on 13 Jan 2016.But the ticket was not booked and still the transaction for payment of ticket charges is done through my Bank of Baroda account and we also not got PNR number through message .My transaction ID is [protected]. My bank of baroda account no. is [protected] .My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Phone no. is [protected] and while booking ticket the phone no. which I have registered is [protected].I am also attaching some images for your convenience. Please look after the complaint and try to solve it as early as possible.If possible you just provide PNR no. otherwise refund the money to mentioned account number.You can send the reply on my email id mentioned above.

          During the journey from Nanded to Mumbai & back, Pantry car attendants overcharge beverages more than MRP in all trains. For example they sell water bottle for Rs 20/-. Moreover they don't keep rate cards for other food items. Consequently we had to pay whatever they demand. When trying to enquire about rate they behave rudely. Please look into the matter.

            I have got my tickets booked for 14th of january 2016. As far as the rule says, the blind should be given a seat along with the attendant in the coach. But here the blind is allotted a seat in B4 and the attendant in B2 and the third passenger in B1 respectively. This is extremely shocking to know that the railway expects the blind who os a minor and is 13 yrs old to travel all alone. My PNR number is [protected]. please ensure that the seats of the attendant and the blind passengeris allotted together. This is against the rule of the railways. This is sheer harrasment.

                I have booked a ticket from CNB to PNBE on 11th Dec 2015 and Date of Journey was 11th December 2015. The train was late for more than 11 hours so i didn't travel by that train as i was in a hurry. Soon i was unable to cancel the ticket, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount is not refunded yet. its already a month passed.                   Hey Admin, I was traveling from Rohtak station to Jaipur station on 31st Dec. But actually i had to catch train from Ambala station as per my seat confirmation. But that day i planned to catch train while when i was at my rlative place in Rohtak But unfortunately TT gave my seat to somebody else i argued but refused. i did complaint about him but now one listened to me. I called on helpline number using contact details from this website http://customercarecontactnumber.in/irctc-railway-customer-care-numbertoll-free-... but no one is picking call...i want my money back as i traveled my whole journey sitting near bathroom.                     I, Abhijeet Chavan, had cancelled two tickets with First Ticket PNR is [protected] and Second Ticket PNR is [protected]. Which IRCTC claimed that they have refunded the amount and asked me to contact with the bank. After contacting to bank they come with their side and provided with details stating though transaction was initiated by IRCTC but amount was not credited by IRCTC in that transaction. Same thing I conveyed to IRCTC which they said they have transferred to concerned department will get back to me. Its almost over a month since I am waiting for their reply but not received anything. Please solve it as soon as possible. The mail Ticket ID of my mail complaint is [IRCTC #2374343].

                              I had filled a tdr case against PNR [protected] and I had mentioned the reason that train was cancelled. JOurney Date:[protected] and train was cancelled on that day train number:-12150. But railway had regretted my case and they had given reason that ''train was not diverted'' I had mentioned that ''train was cancelled''.then why they replying that ''train was not diverted''. And i had not got any refund of that till now. I had sent many mails to TDR department of irctc and also the care department of irctc they always giving me a ticket id and when i am calling them they always said me that to wait or asking me proof of train cancel.

                                On the 24 th of december, 2015 i was at the Varanasi jn. with my family. As our train was running late so we decided to buy some snacks at the irctc shop. We bought some snacks and were waiting for the bill, when my eyes fell on the transparent lidded deep freezer kept alongside the billing desk . There was a 'mouse' running around in it! I was shocked but what was even more shocking was that when we informed one of the staff ( the one who was doing the billing), he simply smiled and said " Oh, woh chuha woh toh idhar udhar daudte rehta hai"( oh, that mouse, they keep on running here and there), and went back to his work!! You can imagine our shock and the disgust. Cleanliness should be maintained in such food stalls and restaurents and moreover when customers are pointing out your mistakes that should be taken seriously. P.S : the food was also no good

                                  I had booked an electronic railway ticket with PNR number [protected] for train Purshottam Express (train no-12802) with travel date 4th March, 2015 from station Anugraha Narayan Road(AUBR) to Kharagpur junction (KGP). The ticket was booked on 2nd Jan, 2015. The booking was done in a general compartment in AC 3 tier of the train. However, due to some reasons the passengers could not travel in the train and a TDR was filed almost 2 hours before arrival of train at AUBR station.The TDR was filed on 3rd March 2015 at 22:03:07 hrs.The reason given for TDR was "Passenger not travelled". The cancellation ID is- [protected] and the registration number-DEO090315W25628.The TDR zone is East Coast Railway (EO). On clicking TDR history it shows TDR status to be "CR registered" which has been showing for more than past six months.I have tried calling up the customer care numbers but unfortunately nobody picks up the phone. It has been more than 10 months since I have filed this TDR and approximately[protected] rupees are stuck here.I request to whomsoever is concerned to please consider this matter and refund my money.

                                    My ticket on october 1st-2015, Chennai to Tirunelveli-3AC ticket, Wait listed ticket partially confirmed, so i cancelled all tickets and filed TDR. Now the status of TDR is CR Registered. Reason- Party partially confirmed/all the passengers did not travelled- Rs.4000 Rs ticket, STill i din't get any refund for the status- already 100 Days gone.
