      I have booked 4 tickets from Hyderabad Deccan to Visakhapatnam on 10.02.2016 from Tatkal quota. date of journey: 11.02.2016, Out of which, only 1 ticket got confirmed. three were in waiting list. Due to this reason all 4 passengers had not travelled. after chart prepared the all ticket and applied TDR but I have not got refund and IRCTC site is still showing CR

          I have been using my IRCTC account without any problem but past few days ( after 12th Feb 2016) my account suddenly displayed "account is disabled", due to this i was unable to cancel few tickets. I have opened ticket through email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on Feb 20th, ticket no: [IRCTC #2933590]. Till now there is no update to Ticket and account is still disabled.

          I have scheduled Travel tickets with this ID for next month, there seem to be no response from the IRCTC support.

            I have boarded train 12792 on 23 Feb 2016. In coach S12 we are being charged 100 rupees for veg meal where as veg meal price as per irctc menu is 50 rupees only. Please take appropriate action on responsible person/authority.

              I have a reservation in train no - 12416, for which i have received a message from DM-IRSMSA just 2:30 hrs before the actual departure of train, that train no 12416 has been cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances, just after that i confirmed the same on NTES which also shows the same status, but train is departed from the station after some hours without any intimation, finally i miss the train and not received a ticket amount from irctc.

                Dear sir,
                Please inform from which date NEXT GENERATION E-TICKETING SYSTEM was launched by IRCTC.

                Regarding Booked Ticket History, IRCTC is showing Jan & Feb'16 booked tickets only and they have blocked the entire list of my previous ticket history. Their 15 digit Transaction ID is not being accepted.

                Similar is the case with cancelled ticket history/details list. IRCTC has shown entries till Nov'13 but nothing after that and 15 digit Transaction ID is not being accepted.

                In the guise of NEXT Generation e-ticketing, IRCTC has blocked the information to me. Can you please ask IRCTC to set right their web site and show histories of all my previous transactions.

                    I was waiting for 24 hours to expire so that refund can be credited to my bank account, but 48 hours have been passed but yet no refund is initiated.

                      Cancellation ticket is nearly 30% for confirmed ticket. It is very very high.
                      Booked a ticket for around 300 rupees, due to plan change I cancelled the ticket but they deducted 120 rupees. This is not acceptable.
                      People are travelling due to economic problem in train, but government making people as fool by taking this kind of charges
                      We cannot predict tomorrows plan then how come 4 months, this is ridiculous and cheating
                      This is the way to cheat people, worst government

                        I had travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai on 22nd Feb'16 taking the PATNA express. I travelled in coach S6 wherein lot o[censored]nreserved ticket passengers (all of em travelling to patna from Coimbatore) entered and disturbed us.

                        I believed the entire coach was dedicated for passengers only from CBE to MAS. The TTR tried his best but unsupported from his colleagues, his efforts went in vain.

                        Each and every station, Tirupur, Salem and especially Katpadi, wherein in huge crowd with unreserved tickets entered and was travelling in the compartment.

                        We, with the reserved ticket were hardly able to sleep.

                        Highly disappointed with the service from IRCTC.

                                    I tried to book ticket for 30th march 2016 from kokrajhar to howrah. Deducted Rs.516 instead of Rs. 417 and showed transaction failed. Took my money and didn't even got my ticket. And no one is responding the irctc customer care number. Whats dis? Pura paisa kha liya. Ticket v nai diya.

                                        TH train was cancelled due to derailment near Harda. TDR was file for the cancellation. Till date I have not received my refund for the TDR. I tried contacting IRCTC several time they mention that they have contacted Central Railways for refund. When I contacted Central Railway office they said that TDR has been rejected without giving any reason. He asked me to contact IRCTC to reopen TDR. I contacted IRCTC for the same, they just keep saying the same thing about contacting Central Railways to resolve the issue. I tried emailing my issue to central railway but never get any response. IRCTC has now deleted the TDR from the TDR history on their website. The refund has not yet been processed. I have tried contacting them again but haven't received any response at all. This is pure rip off for the customer by IRCTC and Central Railways and a case of irregularity in their operations and mental harassment to customer. I just want my refund without going through all the hassle
