I booked two tickets in Mangala dweep, Train No.12617, in second AC from Nasik Road to Hazrat Nizamuddin and journey date was 08-AUG-2015, But on this day train didn’t arrive on the Nasik road station then I filled TDR on same day and the reason was Train diverted and passenger not travelled but still I didn’t get the refund the money, I speak many time to the IRCTC help line no. but they always said that this is not our matter for refund the money .Request you to refund the money ASAP.

    Description: We made booking to travel from Guntur to Tirupathi. We boarded the train at about 23:10 at Guntur railway station and we had two lower births and one middle birth. My mom who was sleeping on the lower birth woke up in the middle of the night at about 3:00am because a rat in the A.C coach bitted her nose and she was bleeding. we just cleaned with the basic first aid i had in my purse and went to the hospital as soon as we got down the train. Doctor prescribed her some medication. This is not the first time i have seen rats in the A.C coach and would request possible attention to be given to this issue. Rats are high danger of spreading rat fever and also sometimes rabbis if they are wild. If it is in any other foreign country people would have sued the company for so much negligence. I know its not same here anyways i would request immediate resolution for this complaint and also return and refund for the damage caused to us.

      I booked my ticket on 5 december and my pnr no. [protected] and train no. 12314 departed from mughalsaria arrival at sealdah...date of journey is 8 December 2015..
      Another ticket I booked on 24 August 2015 and pnr no. [protected] and train no. 12314 which departed from mughalsaria and arrived at sealdah...its date of journey 7 December 2015..but I cancelled both of my tickets before the date of journey but still did not get any refund amount or any information why its getting so delayed while refunding money..please see to this matter as urgent as possible... Otherwise we need to talk about this to consumer court about it..as our many tickets get cancelled but no refund of the amount is done in our account.. Please its a request to reply to this matter soon..

        Sir my name is bal ram Sharma and I had booked a ticket from chitrakoot to Morena but train didn't touch boarding station at 07/12/2015. So I filed a tdr at 08/12/2015 against the pnr [protected]. And current status of tdr is Cr registered So pls sir resolve my problem

            On January 17/2016 I booking a ticket from Ludhiana to Lucknow in train no 12238 Transaction ID [protected] showing payment failed and the money was deduced from my bank i send two mail's but no reply I got. I request back my total amount of money

              Dear Sir, REQUEST ID NO. [protected] – APPLICATION NO.[protected] DT. 08.06.2015 W.R., H.Q., CHUECHGATE MUMBAI LETTER NO. T/587/3/911 DT.11.06.15. On 08.06.2015, I have booked two coaches under FTR and paid security deposit of Rs.1/- lac to Railway. Subsequently, due to certain conditions of the Railway, on 05.07.2015 through e mail I have requested for cancellation of coach booking which was followed by a registered letter dated 08.07.2015. Further email reminders viz. 15.08.15, 06.09.15, 05.10.15 etc. and registered reminder dated 06.10.15 were send. Concern Railway department neither responding to my any mail nor refunding the money. More than a considerable time has already been lapsed, but till now I have not received the refund amount of Rs.1/- lacs. The Chief Claim Officer, HQ, Mumbai vide their letter CRFC/3055083/07/15-16 dated 14.10.15 (pay order No.333927 dt. 14.10.15) informed IRCTC and Commercial Officer, Refund Section, Ajmer to refund the security deposit. The same has not been received till date. As more than six months have already been lapsed, I request your good office please look into the matter and arrange for an immediate refund of money from Western Railway, Ajmer. Undue delay in the matter is causing corruption angle in the matter. SHYAM NEEMA [protected] 45, Shikshek Nagar, Aerodrome Rd, Indore 452 005.

                I traveled with three of my friends in Rajdhani express from Goa to New Delhi on 2nd January 2016. There was nuisance all around our coach. The passengers next to our berth were openly consuming alcohol and the train staff were also the part of them. They create nuisance till 2 in the morning and all the train staff especially Mr. Beer Singh were high. At the end of the journey Beer Singh asked for the tip and when we refused to offer any then his behavior was very rude and he tried to stop our way by putting all the sheets and blankets on the floor, thus creating hindrance to roll our suitcases. Overall a very unpleasant and unsafe journey.

                    I had been booking ticket in SAPT KRANTI EXP, Train No-12558, in Third AC from Anand Vihar trm to Muzaffarpur Jn on 15 Jan 2016. Journey date was 21 Jan 2016. I had used SBI Internet Banking for transaction. Transaction Reference no.- IG0BHVFXX1, Payment had been deducted Rs. 2735.80. But Ticket had not been booked. But my payment had been deducted. I was booking ticket from IRCTC App. My irctc user Id- rksias. Kindly I request IRCTC to refund my money back to my account. Thank you.

                      I Submitted a TDR request on 12th December 2015 for train no: 12481/INTERCITY EXP which was runnng late more than three hours and we did not travell in it. its been more than a month but the status of my request is still "CR registered". How much tme does it take to complete this request. I have sontacted all the email ids but there is no update of any kind.                           I had booked e-ticket through IRCTC and it got cancelled automatically since it was waitlisted, PNR no is [protected]. I want to lodge the compalint for less refund amount. I had paid INR 334.35 (debited from my account) but I am getting refund of INR 240/- only as per the IRCTC email. Since I was nowhere at fault, why I am getting less amount of refund? I feel cheated by IRCTC, it could not provide me the services, still deducting my money which I paid well in advance. Please arrange to refund full amount what I paid during booking the ticket.

                            While booking train reservation i got the error message (no seats available transaction dropped irctc ) and amount has been deducted from my bank account.Don't know i will get back the money or not.

                                Sir i did't received my refund in my bank account, your agent said your pay is credited into your account but i was check there is no refund and i called them more than 3 times and my total call charges 72 INR and amount of refund is 542.90... the transaction id is[protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and user name of irctc psenmcom

                                  Hi, This is Mohan Krishna. I had booked ticket on 16th Jan'16 with train number 12798 under Tatkal. Amount got debited from my account Rs. 1382.87, and in status it is showing as Payment Settled. But I have not received any amount to my account. Request you to settle my amount which got debited from my account. Details are given here below. Train Number : 12798 - Venkatadri.                                     IRCTC robbing general public's hard earned money..inspite of checking the option book only if confirm berths are available they provide heavy wait listed tkt and by cancelling that tkt we tend to lose approx the rs100 every time...what is this non sense why are they taking our koney they don't have any right to do that Manya times they even fail to refund failed transaction, cancelled tkt and tdr tkt Please look into d matter by doing this they are taking alot of money from people unduly Plwase take strict action

                                      Dear Team, I had booked an eticket for 2 passengers and the travel date was 23rd Dec, 2015. Both the tickets were booked in Tatkal and one got confirmed and the other was WL which did not get confirmed after chart was prepared. The TTE also said that I would get the refund of the waitlisted tatkal as it would auto cancel but I did not get any refund till now. I have contacted [protected]@irctc.co.in a number of times but that also did not help. Please help Regards, Subhajit
