I tried to book ticket for 30th march 2016 from kokrajhar to howrah. Deducted Rs.516 instead of Rs. 417 and showed transaction failed. Took my money and didn't even got my ticket. And no one is responding the irctc customer care number. Whats dis? Pura paisa kha liya. Ticket v nai diya.

    I was on the irctc site yesterday to book tickets and due to some techinical issues the tickets were not booked. When I checked the bank account statement Amount Rs 1702.25 was charged twice without issuing the ticket.

    Please check and refund the amount of Rs.3404.50 back to my Account.

      TH train was cancelled due to derailment near Harda. TDR was file for the cancellation. Till date I have not received my refund for the TDR. I tried contacting IRCTC several time they mention that they have contacted Central Railways for refund. When I contacted Central Railway office they said that TDR has been rejected without giving any reason. He asked me to contact IRCTC to reopen TDR. I contacted IRCTC for the same, they just keep saying the same thing about contacting Central Railways to resolve the issue. I tried emailing my issue to central railway but never get any response. IRCTC has now deleted the TDR from the TDR history on their website. The refund has not yet been processed. I have tried contacting them again but haven't received any response at all. This is pure rip off for the customer by IRCTC and Central Railways and a case of irregularity in their operations and mental harassment to customer. I just want my refund without going through all the hassle

        I have a jurney on 15\2\2016 on PURI TO HOWRAH..[PNR no [protected]]. train time 22.30. i cancelled on 12\2\2016 at 4pm. fare price was Rs - 1200. I get only Rs - 720 . But tha rule says only 30 is the cancellation charge per head. But in case deducted Rs - 120 per head. I want to know why this extra amount is deducted.

          I have requested to cancel my ticket on Oct 19, 2015 12:05 PM and still there is no refund my 2 tickets, this is what irctc do when its error from their end to cancel the ticket. why you make customer to suffer who keeps faith in you.

          Please let us know what has happen to my ticket cancelled. Niether my money refunded neither any reason given why my money is not paid back to me.

          Please clarify.

                  today 20/02/2016 i booked a E-ticket from delhi to darbhanga through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my SBBJ ATM debit card account there an error occurred. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account for the transactions but ticket is not booked.

                  Please do the needful to get back my money back without any deduction.

                      Pqwl m not happy as I booked a ticket 2 months ago and it was on wl 6 and today it's on 2 wl if you wanna earn plz ask us to get tickets in tatkal. We are happy to waste the entire night and day. Rather then waiting and getting disappointed.

                            While logging into the IRCTC SITE FOR ticket booking or printing from15.02.2016 login error is showing USER IS DISABLED message comes... i am unable login ...IN MY USER ID having untravel tickets. i want to print...and some tickets to be canceal.

                            I am regular traveler, and i am using my personal use only and i am not do any fraudulent transactions.

                            alloated TICKET ID: IRCTC#2901924 and I telephoned, they said with in 24 hours you will got information. But till i am not received any solution.

                            on 18.02.2016 received a mail, mentioned that as per your query your user id is UNSRAO is inactive due to fradulent activity on NGET site.

                            There are many reasons to deactivate the account but no such process is their to make railway ticketing process easy, harassment is their each and every day from railway, the vast service seen from railway always, No response seen from mail, refunds are pending from last 6 month, Its really E category services is their in railway site and team of the railway

                                  Booked ticket from NDLS to BSB and out of two passangers only one passanger bearth was confirmed. But the second passanger W/L ticket was not refunded, and informed to IRCTC call center, and got a funny reply that if we want refund on partially confirmed ticket, we have to file TDR 30 mnts before train schedule. It is already Waiting list ticket and no berth is available .If the un-confirmed passanger is enter inside the reserved compartment along with another confirmed paaasnger in the same ticket, then he wl be penalised as per rules!!!

                                    Travelled by Rajdhani frm Trivendrum to Panvel on120216under PNR No.[protected].Found the caterer has not served as per the menu prescribed for Rajdhani express for A/C 3 tier.Short fall as under
                                    1. Welcome drink menu was not served at all.
                                    2. At dinner 2 Soup sticks & butter chiplet were not served. Also no ice cream or Gulab jam were served instead 1packet of Haldiram sonpapdi having MRP Rs.10/was served.
                                    3. In Breakfast menu fruit drink in tetra pack or aerated drink was

                                      This is Rajendra. We have booked train tickets from Chirala to Bangalore for 5 people. We are suppose to travel with my 3 months old baby. The actual time of arrival is 6pm at Chirala. It is informed that train will be delayed 90 minutes. So we were waiting at railway station. Later it is changed to 120 minutes, 180 minutes, 240 minutes, 300 minutes like that. It is keep on increasing the delay time. As we are waiting with our baby, we felt that it is not good to wait so long and went back home as it is mentioned 6 hours by that time. Even from home, we were checking for the train. But still it is mentioned that delay will be more than 7 hours. We finally decided not to travel. I have filed TDR for this ticket. When I am filing TDR, I heard that the refund will come after 3 months. But we didn't get the amount even by today, as it is nearly 7 months by now. Whom to contact regarding this also, no clear information on irctc. How can approach them and how will I get my ticket money. As it is mistake of IRCTC, I am suppose to get the money within no time. My cousine got his TDR amount within a month time. In his case, the reason is personal. In my case, the reason is due to IRCTC. Why I did not receive my money till date, I have no idea and literally confused.
