I have missed my train with confirmed ticket ( PNR no. [protected]) for which I had filed a TDR with option 'Passenger not travelled'. I got an email stating that claim is reject and refund not possible. I further, explained that I have missed my train as the connecting train(PNR no.[protected]) was late. Hence, ' Passenger not travelled' . As the connecting train got missed and passenger could not travel with not fault of his and entirely dur to delay in connecting train that is due to railways itself. My claim for refund is genuine and my TDR against must be accepted.

    Dear sir i had cancled my ticket of transaction id [protected] of train no 12906 but i didnt get refund yet plzz credit it to my transaction acount.

      Dear sir, i have tried to book two ticket in sleeper class to chennai in tatkal quota but i didnot get confirm ticket so ticket is not booked but the money is deducted on 23 dec 2015. That amount is not refunded till today 2nd janaury 2016. Irctc says they refund money with in 3-4 working days. you have to show it that india is in digital age. My transaction no is ..       some of my friend get the deducted amount on 30 december 2015 and i didn't get of of 23 dec 2015 . Which kind of facilities is this? Sir please explain..

      I filed TDR for my e ticket having details PNR No [protected] TDR Filing Date: 25-Nov-2015 21:26:27 HRS Cancellation ID: [protected] but in spite of repeated requests and reminders no refund till now, there seems that Mr Suresh Prabhu hired some people to praise Indian railway but actual situation of Indian rail is very grim and people are being cheated by various ways, cancellation charges are increased, cancellation refund time is decreased, platform ticket is doubled the cost so this new government is minting money from passengers, and some paid peoples are tweeting in favor of Suresh Prabhu to divert attention of people from real issues.

        I received two confirmation messages of cancellation of two tickets with PNR nos [protected] [protected]. But I didn't get any credit in my account yet now. I request you sir to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

          Howra mail 12839 on 27th December was late by more than 3 hours and i didnt travel. Filed TDR against my PNR [protected]. Status of TDR is CR repudiate. Please provide the details why my tdr is rejected.

                I had booked 2 tickets from Kolkata to Delhi in which i forgot to tick the senior citizen concession. The concession should be given by default to the passengers as it is for their benefit. The department must make the changes in the site too.. Kindly refund. PNR number: [protected]

                  Hello, I have created an account on IRCTC site some time ago. But unfortunately i forget the user name and password. I tried so hard to get it or recover it but it gets no result. i tried to find it in my all mail accounts, but it was not there. so i tried to create a new account in the site but not possible. they are showing me the message that your mobile number is already registered. so in this way i cant get in my old account and not even get a new account. its one of the worst thing to customers. and more than it there u cant find any help on the technical problems by the site. IRCTC have to get solution in these type of many question.

                      Pnr Nu-[protected], Train Name-12839/HWH MAS MAIL, Date of Journey-22-Dec-2015. I am not traveled due to train late more than 11 hour. I am unable to register TDR due to system had not taken on 23rd Dec morning. After 11a.m means after train leave the station TDR registered. Bur TDR status showing on system CR Repudiate. I want my money.

                        My name is Harendra Sengar. I was trying to book a tatkal reservation on 2 Jan'16 (10:00 AM) from my home in navi mumbai, in 3 AC 12541/Gorakhpur - Mumbai LTT for my parents from Habibaunj to Mumbai LTT for travel on[protected]. It was visible 10 seats left when i started booking and after filling the passenger details within (10-15 sec) when i have clicked on make payment, site has thrown an error "regret/waitlist" and has not allowed me to complete the booking. Same day at 11:00 AM i have tried to book the tatkal tickets in sleeper class of 12533/Pushpak Express for my parents from Habibaunj to Mumbai CSTM for travel on[protected]. It was visible 140 seats left when i click the book now link it has thrown a error that i "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM". I have not done any tatkal bookings on[protected]. After that i have closed all windows, disconnect the internet connection, unplug the LAN and reconnect it after approx 1 minute. But the result was same "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM". It seems site has been either hacked (externally or internally) and is leaking the critical information related to the PC's and connection from which users are trying to book tickets. This is putting the users critical information (credit/debit/netbanking details, login credentials of IRCTC, mobile numbers, passenger details) at great risk. Need your immediate attention to make IRCTC website secure.

                          Sir today i booked a tatkal ticket and i chose option(book only if all births are alloted) and i booked after all filling formalities. .. but after booking the tickets booked of waiting list.. sir look in this matter immediately and refund my money back because irctc should not book a ticket if we choose the option- BOOK ONLY IF ALL BIRTHS ARE ALLOTED .. this is my ticket pnr and transaction id -{PNR:[protected], TRAIN:12780, DOJ:03-01-16, SL, NZM-ANG, Dep:15:00, RAJENDRA+1, CKWL 33, CKWL 34, Fare:1550, SC:22.9+PG CHGS}

                            Tdr filed but no refund granted I have booked two reservation from Baroda to Varanasi but on finalization of chart only one seat was confirmed so i have to drop my journey plan and I have cancelled my waiting ticket accordingly and filed tdr for refund but after almost 2 month I didn't get any refund of my cancelled ticket.                               The train from Guhati to Trivandum(12516) has appaling hygeine.Water is not available in the bathrooms, no one cleans the bathrooms or the compartments.And this is the state of affairs in the a/c coachesn.On top of all this the train runs almost 4 hours late.The condition is simply unacceptable for the money we shell out

                                    Dear Sir, I filed a TDR on 27/12/2014 under Part partial confirm ticket, IRCTC rejected my TDR saying i have to give some TTE certificate which has to be issued by Ticket collector to the confirm ticket member. My father is not aware about this kind of certificate nor even ticket collector informed him about the certificate. Now, IRCTC is rejecting my TDR application saying failure to provide TTE certificate. I mailing them and called on customer care to make them understand that its Ticket Collector responsibility to provide following certificate to traveler. I hope you understand that not every passenger is aware of all the rules and regulation (railways rules keep on changing) its duty of the person to inform the passenger about these rules.                                       I booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Asr on 16th Dec for journey on 17th Dec in waitlist. PNR no: [protected]. when chart got prepared. 2 tickets were confirmed and 2 were stuck on waitlist. I called customer service and they advise to file TDR . I filed TDR within same day i have not received the refund and TDR is also rejected on the grounds that TDR was not filed within timeline (the time to file TDR is 72 hours after journey and i filed it when train started). Railways has the procedure to check that only 2 ot of 4 passengers travelled and waitlisted party did not travel.
