I have booked a ticked on 9/01/2016 with transaction no:[protected] FROM:CLX TO:SECUNDERABAD-JN DATE OF JOURNEY:16/01/2016 due to unknown reasons after payment of money through internet banking(bank of india), the transaction failed. but the money has been paid already.RS.192.90/- please try to refund my money as soon as possible

    Hi All I have booked a ticket on 14th Sept'15 with transaction id:- [protected] from Ludhiana JN (LDH) to NEW DELHI (NDLS) but the following transaction was cancelled by NORTHERN RAILWAY (NR) with cancellation id:- [protected] . As i'm still waiting for my refund amount of Rs 135.00 as it's been more than 3 mnths but no such refund has been given . Kindly Get it done as soon as possible . I'm also attaching the screenshot of the following details .

      I had book 4 tickets from Tatanagar to Kharagapur by 22892 / RNC HWH INT EXP and my PNR No. was [protected]. I paid Rs. 382.90 for the tickets. As the status of the tickets were waiting list it got cancelled by the system. But I got a refund of only Rs 120. I wrote a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in but haven't received any reply.

        Hi, I was planning to travel from jaipur to mumbai by gareeb rath. So i opened IRCTC and search the train details. i saw one gareeb rath from jaipur to Mumbai. As i will be travelling with wife so i thought of taking side upper and side lower. And there were 49 seats available at the moment. When i finally booked the ticket i got Side upper and Side Middle berths. At the time of selection there was no information regarding side middle berth. i felt cheated as i can select other berths if i know it before. Attaching the snapshot of berth choice in Gareeb rath.

          Today I purchased a KINLEY water bottle at Sidhardha hotel being maintained by IRCTC at Chirala of Prakasam district, Andhrapradesh. The attendant took Rs.20/-. When I asked him, he told me that he is collecting extra Rs.5/-. So, I preferred to give complaint.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from NDLS to ASR journey date 24 December 2015, but the train got late from more than 4hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 09.00 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. PNR: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Date of Journey:[protected] Ticket Amount: 4040.0 TDR Filing Date:[protected].00 HR TDR Zone: NORTHERN RAILWAY (NR) Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY. But, another family who had filed the TDR on the same date at about the same time got their complaint registered.So, i request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action in favour of me to get the refund that I have been deprived of.                   My name is Abhishek and i am working at IIM Indore. I was performing a journey from Hatia to Indore on 02/01/2016. Since there is no direct train for Indore therefore i had to make a break journey (i.e. from Hatia-Dhanbad-Indore). I started my journey on 02/01/2016 on Maurya Express (No.15027) bearing PNR No. [protected] from Hatia to Dhanbad. The train reached 40 minutes late at Dhanbad station due to which i missed the connecting train ie. Shipra Express (No. 22912) bearing PNR No. [protected] at Dhanbad station. I approached Station Master at Dhanbad station but she replied that since tickets has been booked by irctc therefore she is helpless. I want to claim the refund of rail fare of the missed train (i.e.Shipra Express) which is an amount of Rs. 7110/-. I even tried to claim TDR but the site was not allowing me to file TDR due to some reason which i cannot comprehend. Please make a necessary arrangement to credit the above amount at my account No. 20XXXXXXX18. My e-mail address is [protected]@rediffmail.com.                     Hi, I have booked two tickets for train number 17651 from Puttur to Kacheguda dated : 23/11/2015, my ticket was confirmed. Due to Chennai floods, train got cancelled. Train Number : 17651 PNR No:[protected] Date of Journey: 23-Nov-2015 I filed TDR but it is rejected stating that "TRAIN NOT LATE BY MORE THAN 3 HRS.                       Sir/Madam On 4th February 2015 I tried online purchase of international tickets from Bagdogra(IXB) to Amsterdam through IRCTC for my son by my SBI Credit card. I got the message from SBI in my registered mobile an amount of Rs.59039/- was deducted & my son got a mail from the IRCTC tickets not purchased as the transaction failed due to some inadequacies in card /bank account, though I had sufficient credit balance & no dues were pending. I informed SBI customer care about the facts & attempted 2nd time to purchase the tickets but the card was blocked. As it was urgent, my nephew purchased the tickets by his AXIS Bank Credit card through VIA.COM with which my son travelled abroad. Now I am surprised to see that SBI is claiming the amount against my credit card showing a tickets purchased through IRCTC with a different transaction ID for which we did not get any massage or mail either from IRCTC or from SBI Credit card section. Since then we have been mailing to SBI, IRCTC with no effective reply. An application was also submitted stating the facts in SBI CREDIT CARD OFFICE, KOLKATA, immediate after I got a message "complain has been resolved". We also send mail to JET & LUFTHANSA the two airlines enquiring about the VCR status of the so called fake tickets claimed by the IRCTC. JET assured to reply within a time limit but did not while LUFTHANSA shook off their responsibility showing IRCTC. This is not only mental & physical harassment to us but also wastes our valuable time & damages our credibility. So I want to get relieved from it by proper justice & monetary compensation.                           Hello, The Booked Ticket History tab in the portal does not show any historical data without transaction id and PNR number. If we are to remember them we wouldn't have required Booked Ticket History tab at all. I need to retrieve my booking history for past year.                             Dear Sir, I was travelling with my family on 2nd Jan 2016 from NDLS to Mumbai Central on Suvidha Express-22914, in 2nd AC, A/3 Birth No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5.. Our compartment was near the door. This train only stops on 2 stations between Delhi and Mumbai.i.e..1. KOTA and 2. BARODA. Around 5.30 a.m. in the morning, I realised, that my hand bag, which had all important documents, My PAN Card, Debit and Credit Cards, Mobile phone, Cash & Jewellery worth INR 3, 82, 000/- was stolen. The bag was kept near my head side and when we all were slept, someone flicked my purse. There was no one to help us. Even the Pantry boys were not to be seen or found. All this left us zapped and our New Year began on a very bad note. It is really SHAME on IRCTC, which promotes Tourism and boasts of good service cannot even provide Security guards for every compartment for the safety of its passangers. We are highly disappointed and not to mention, that will never travel by TRAIN again; neither will advise anyone to do so. You are at your own risk when you travel by train, exposing yourself to all kinds of danger. We did report the matter to the police and registered an FIR for the same and FIR No. is A00/16.But do not have any update on the goods lost. Really what a SHAME.                               Dear Team, I’m a frequent user of IRCTC and most of the time I get tickets via IRCTC portal; however; couple of recent transactions are too scary that; going forward to even think about your portal is not possible. Recently, I’ve cancelled three tickets( Rs# 7010), (please find below PNR number and transaction info) none of these money ever credited back to my HDFC credit card account (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3372), however status shows as REFUNDED. My humble request to you, kindly check with your payment gateway or back office, which account they have credited the amount, since HDFC credit card department was unable to trace the transactions information.( HDFC Bank inquiry Ref#[protected] & [protected]) I’m also opting for consumer court for the same, hope the issue will resolve soon, looks like there is a biggest ever cheating/racket happening, and which will worsen both of your brand value.                                   May i know the reason why refund amount of 410 rs only.

                                  I got mail from irctc ([protected]@irctc.Co.In) like below.. — dear customer,

                                  We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully. The refund amount of rs. 410 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly. — when i book the ticket oct-14, 2015, 470 rs money deducted in my account, but ticket is not confirmed doj:[protected],
                                  So ticket cancelled successfully. So i should get whole money, mean 470 rs amount.

                                  Why 410 rs amount will be refunded?, what about 60rs amount.
                                  Even ticket not confirmed, still money deducting, why should i book ticket early.
                                  If ticket not confirmed, i should get whole money, i[censored]ser cancels the tickets, some railyway service charges can deducts as per irctc policy.

                                  Here no ticket confirmed, and not cancelled by customer, why i am loosing 60rs amount.


                                  I want my whole money back, because ticket is not confirmed and cancelled automatically if no seats available by irctc admin.
                                  Here i am not cancelled ticket, and ticket is not confirmed, why money is deducted.

                                      Dear Sir, I booked a ticket from Hubli to Bangalore on 26th DeC 2015 for the journey on 01st Jan 2016. PNR Number is [protected]. Train number is 16590. It was a wait listed ticket and didn't get confirmed. When IRCTC refunded the money there was deduction of Rs.120/- ( single ticket for 2 passengers). My complaint is that when wait listed is not confirmed why there has to be deduction ? I wanted to travel but Railways couldn't provide me the birth. Thus when I am not at fault why this deduction ? Full refund has to be given for such cases where Ticket is not confirmed. In fact Customer is going through inconvenience of making arrangement for the alternate mode of transportion.                                         Had my reservation in Train# 11104/BDTS JHANSI EXP ) dated 24-Dec-2014 from BDTS To Ratlam . But the train was 9 hours late & i filed a TDR with category" train late more than 3 hours" But i Have not received refund yet. Inspite of my mails & regular follow. We are not getting reply & not even irctc is taking necessary action. Same had happened earlier also but this can't happen every time. I need my money back.
