    Pqwl m not happy as I booked a ticket 2 months ago and it was on wl 6 and today it's on 2 wl if you wanna earn plz ask us to get tickets in tatkal. We are happy to waste the entire night and day. Rather then waiting and getting disappointed.

          Dear Sir,

          While logging into the IRCTC SITE FOR ticket booking or printing from15.02.2016 login error is showing USER IS DISABLED message comes... i am unable login ...IN MY USER ID having untravel tickets. i want to print...and some tickets to be canceal.

          I am regular traveler, and i am using my personal use only and i am not do any fraudulent transactions.

          I Send the main on 15.02.2016 to [protected]@irctc.co.in and immediately I received a
          alloated TICKET ID: IRCTC#2901924 and I telephoned, they said with in 24 hours you will got information. But till i am not received any solution.

          Please help me and actiate my user ID

          on 18.02.2016 received a mail, mentioned that as per your query your user id is UNSRAO is inactive due to fradulent activity on NGET site.


          HERE I AM CONFIRM THAT I AM NOT DO ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE, i AM A REGULAR TRAVELLER DUE TO MY JOB, TICKETS ARE BOOKED FOR MY PERSONAL USE ONLY, FURTHER TELL ME HOW TO
          CANCEAL SOME TICKETS IN MY USER ID OR OTHERWISE PLEASE ACTIVATE USER ID
          same problem happened with me since 15 Feb 16 and finally i got mail from IRCTC that "As per your concern your user id is inactive due to Fraudulent activity on NGET site it is not possible to active again you want to re register with alternate email id and mobile number."

          My irctc account has been deactivated and when I called up the customer care number they said it has been deactivated due to fraudulent activity. I would like to know what kind of fraudulent activity has been noticed on my account . I request my account to be reactivated and also make me know the reason of the deactivation.

          There are many reasons to deactivate the account but no such process is their to make railway ticketing process easy, harassment is their each and every day from railway, the vast service seen from railway always, No response seen from mail, refunds are pending from last 6 month, Its really E category services is their in railway site and team of the railway

            I m a regular user of irctc ac as my regular home usage..Now it has been disabled from yesterday. I have to cancel today tic on 19th Feb and few tickets for next week from this account. I am using this account only for personal purposes and not for commercial use.

            So, please consider this mail and activate the account mentioned above as soon as possible.

                Booked ticket from NDLS to BSB and out of two passangers only one passanger bearth was confirmed. But the second passanger W/L ticket was not refunded, and informed to IRCTC call center, and got a funny reply that if we want refund on partially confirmed ticket, we have to file TDR 30 mnts before train schedule. It is already Waiting list ticket and no berth is available .If the un-confirmed passanger is enter inside the reserved compartment along with another confirmed paaasnger in the same ticket, then he wl be penalised as per rules!!!

                  Travelled by Rajdhani frm Trivendrum to Panvel on120216under PNR No.[protected].Found the caterer has not served as per the menu prescribed for Rajdhani express for A/C 3 tier.Short fall as under
                  1. Welcome drink menu was not served at all.
                  2. At dinner 2 Soup sticks & butter chiplet were not served. Also no ice cream or Gulab jam were served instead 1packet of Haldiram sonpapdi having MRP Rs.10/was served.
                  3. In Breakfast menu fruit drink in tetra pack or aerated drink was
                  not served at all.
                  4.In lunch no ice creamor Gulab jamun were not served instead 1 packet of Haldiram Sonpapdi having MRP Rs.10/- was served

                    This is Rajendra. We have booked train tickets from Chirala to Bangalore for 5 people. We are suppose to travel with my 3 months old baby. The actual time of arrival is 6pm at Chirala. It is informed that train will be delayed 90 minutes. So we were waiting at railway station. Later it is changed to 120 minutes, 180 minutes, 240 minutes, 300 minutes like that. It is keep on increasing the delay time. As we are waiting with our baby, we felt that it is not good to wait so long and went back home as it is mentioned 6 hours by that time. Even from home, we were checking for the train. But still it is mentioned that delay will be more than 7 hours. We finally decided not to travel. I have filed TDR for this ticket. When I am filing TDR, I heard that the refund will come after 3 months. But we didn't get the amount even by today, as it is nearly 7 months by now. Whom to contact regarding this also, no clear information on irctc. How can approach them and how will I get my ticket money. As it is mistake of IRCTC, I am suppose to get the money within no time. My cousine got his TDR amount within a month time. In his case, the reason is personal. In my case, the reason is due to IRCTC. Why I did not receive my money till date, I have no idea and literally confused.

                      I am a user of IRCTC, I forgot my password. I tried through "Forget Passowrd" but i didn't get reset password on registered email. I also mail on [protected]@irctc.co.in. they reply me only for ticket i.e. [IRCTC #2897345]. But still i can't login ...Please help me...

                        I could not travel in that train as train was late more than 3 hours and immediately i filed for tdr.

                        But now when i am checking on line on irctc they are showing tdr regretted.

                        Please give me valid reason why tdr is rejected when as per railway rules if the train is late more than 3 hours, full refund is to be given to passenger.

                        Please look into this matter and refund my money immediately.

                            Today I went by train from Bangalore to yashwantpur at 3:30pm.
                            Distance from Bangalore to yashwantpur is only 6km but they took 30rs.
                            What kind of robbery is this.

                            Really felt very bad..

                                I am a regular traveller of sealdah rajdhani express 12313 for last 4 years (atleat once a month). Please change the snacks: Lime water (fresca) it taste really bad. At least there must be some other option for drink like mango flavoir, lassi, etc..

                                      Officials present at Urinals at CST station charging Rs. 3 for each person for urinals. But as per charge board outside it is free of cost.

                                      When I asked them it is free of cost, then they were arguing. They are charging each person for uranals.

                                      Plz look into the matter.
