Dear Sir I had booked two 3 Tier tickets through IRCTC Site, details are as follows: 1. Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 21-Dec-2015 From: MUMBAI CST (CSTM) To: AMRAVATI (AMI) 2. Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 27-Dec-2015 From: AMRAVATI (AMI) To: MUMBAI CST (CSTM) I had cancelled both of these tickets 2/3 weeks ago and both were shown same Refund Amount Rs.1660/- for each ticket. After cancellation of 2/3 days, I had received only Rs.1660/- refund from IRCTC for one of the ticket, as the amount was same for both tickets, I was unable to understand refund belongs to which ticket. Till date I have not received another Refund of Rs.1660/- for another ticket out of the above given two tickets / PNR.     Why Indian Railway increased advance reservation period,
    as per my understanding it was use this money for internal uses.
    Also they have increase the cancellation charge.
    Both this future are Foolish because no human plan journey before 4 months ago.

    If human book a ticket 4 months ago after some moths he replan journey then he in trouble becuase cancellation charges are also incresed.

    This is nothing but getting money from aam aadhmi.


    This take quick action on it.

      I had booked an eticket on the 28th of Dec. 2015 for 30th of Dec.2015 from Pune to Mumbai which was wait listed. I decided to cancel it on the 29th of Dec 2015 as it was not a confirmed seat by this date. It took me many horrendous hours to try and cancel it but failed to do so. Despite of typing the correct "captcha" letters and numbers, I would get the response as invalid captcha. After persistently trying when I was finally able to log in, the advertisement windows would block the required fields to be filled in. There was no way I could delete the advertisement block. PNR No.[protected] Transaction ID.[protected] Hopefully IRCTC will do the needful. Thank You Razia Lulla

        I travelling with train number 19046 PNR Number : [protected] dated 27/12/2015 from AMH to ST . I want to complain about extra charges taken by the pantry vander on food item. The charges where like this WATER- Rs 20 (original cost Rs 15 printed on bottle) Dinner/Lunch - Rs 100 (Original cost Rs 60) lunch/dinner was of worst quality I do not want to talk about Breakfast.

          Sir, When I booked my e-ticket on Train no. 13142 From NCB - SDAH and DOJ: 07/01/2016 online, it was showing status as RAC 5, 6 but later when I booked It and Paid the money It was showing WL. Later I checked the status Even It was showing RAC 5 status. I need my full money to be refunded against the transaction ID:[protected]

              TDR was filed for PNR [protected] with reason " Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel." as our ticket was not fully(not all seats were confirmed) confirmed. TDR was filed well within the time i.e. after the chart was prepared but before the journey started. And now IRCTC has refused the TDR with reason "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED". This is disgusting. Can you please help us with this matter?

                I have filed TDR also with Cancellation ID: [protected], but the current TDR status is "CR Repudiate" and reason mentioned is "Invalid TDR Timestmap : TRAIN CANCEL". I wish to bring to your kind notice that my train no. 17311 had been cancelled on 04-Dec-2015 because of Chennai flood and the amount has not been refunded yet. The filing of TDR is also not required in case of TRAIN CANCELLED, but I filed because of my safe side but after filing TDR also they have not refunded the amount. I tried to contact customer care for the status but he asked that what is the proof that train has been cancelled. This is the reply that railway customer care has given to us instead of checking the train running history on their database.                   I am utterly disappointed to see tatkal showing CKWL35 at 11:00 am sharp, Train no.15901 Date:29.12.2015 SL So long for tatkal booking, I think it's a total waste of time.its not even worth booking . I got the screen shot alright. Sushant [protected]

                    Dear Sir / Madam, I cancelled my PNR:[protected] Order no. [protected], Booking reference no. : [protected] Refund Date :30-Oct-2015 Refund Amount Rs. 680/- Done many email conversations and gave them new account number with cancelled cheque of the ICICI same Bank and same Vasant Garden ICICI same Branch since Oct-2015 but not received any revert from IRCTC.                     Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund not received even after giving bank account details

                    Dear Sir / Madam, I cancelled my PNR:[protected] Order no.                       I have booked two tickets from DLI TO BST, i.e pnr no- is [protected], my one seat is confirmed and one is not confirmed, i didnt got refund one ticket till now, the dat of jorney is 14 december and i booked the tickets on 13 december 2015. so i need the refund asap., i booked through the credit card.

                        When are going to book a room of IRCTC SAMPATH RAIL YATRI NIVAS at Howrah Railway station, the staff of Yatri Nivas first told no vacant room is available but we requested again and again then he asked extra money Rs. 100/- for him(this money is non refundable), this is the regular practice. Vacant room is available but they are not willing to give the room to the customer because of the extra income, this is illegal but they are doing. Kindly look into the matter.

This is lapse pertaining to fraud on part of Both SBI as well as IRCTC.                             I booked ticket through irctc from Ahmedabad to howrah having Pnr no. [protected] having travelling date 6 April 2012. I filed TDR for the above ticket since none of the passenger travelled. I have send across several emails but still nothing has been done. It's been four years that I am following for refund. Request you to please look into this case.

                              We have booked a round trip ticket through irctc website on 10th November 2015 from Raipur to Puri and vise-versa with two senior citizens in the booking. While booking it did not activate the senior citizen check box against the two senior citizen's entry.                                 Sir, Lots of people faced similar kind of problem that I have faced during Tatkal Ticket reservation. As you know there are lots of traffic during tatkal ticket booking time. I want to tell you current scenario for booking tatkal ticket: 1. The time of booking, Irctc will show no. of available seats. 2. After pressing the ticket for book, Irctc will never tell you the status of ticket i.e whether status has changed to waiting or still available. 3. After payment it will show you got a wait listed ticket or confirmed. 4. Now I have option to cancel this ticket or wait for chart preparation and wait for automatic cancellation. But now if i have to cancel this ticket they will charge the cancellation fee. As you remember I have booked the ticket when it was showing available. But because Irctc will never tell you final seat status before payment, I can get waitlisted ticket also. After that I have to cancel this ticket and loose my cancellation amount. (Point to remember I have booked because irctc showing seat was available but still in the end I loose my money... interesting ) This is the situation not with me only, but maximum people getting similar scenario. Now how much money railway run by doing this: For example in one day you take 100 trains with 100 wating list. people will loose 60*100*100 = rs 600000 per day. That means 180 lakhs per month. That means around 24 crores each year. This is fully cheating by railways. If I have booked when ticket was available and in this situation I will get waiting list Tatkal ticket, they should return all the booking amount without cutting the cancellation price. I know the situation of railways during Tatkal reservation, they can not hold the ticket for long time like redbus or bookmyshow doing. So I want to give one suggestion that just you remove cancellation fee for tatkal ticket for atleast 1 hour of time. SO that people should not feel cheated.

                                  Sir, I have booked 2 senior citizen tickets (pnr- [protected]) in train no- 17006 on 16.11.15 at that time status was wait list for journey dt 27.12.15. Now after getting chart prepared seats confirmed are B1- 1 and B3-6. As births are separate and B3- 6 is upper birth for senior citizen lady travel become problematic kindly adjust it to lower birth

                                    I booked e-ticket from BANDA TO JHANSI train no:12447 UP SAMPARK KRANTI(PNR NUMBER:[protected]) AND TATKAL e-ticket JHANSI TO BANGALORE train no:22692 BANGALORE RAJDHANI(PNR NUMBER:[protected]) …since it was e-tcket they were to separate tickets…the first train was late and it made me raech jhansi station at 2.30 sheduled arrival was 11:10.I missed my rajdhani whose sheduled arrival was 1:20 and they are saying that your ticket was not connecting so you wont get refund…when I told them that my ticket is e-ticket And there is no connecting option then they said we cant help…why have they kept online facility if they cant provide things..they have not mentioned anywhere in their site that Tatkal e-tickets wont be paid refund if there first train comes late… So it is completely irctc fault and Mistakes. So Please process the Refund Rs. 8100 of e-ticket PNR No.[protected]. otherwise I am filing case in consumer forum.

                                        I had booked two retiring rooms for 24/12/2015 in Madurai Station on 12/09/2015 with TID [protected] and Ref No. MDURR309116 through IRCTC. The allotted room numbers were No.25 single room and No.22 A/c deluxe double room. But on 24/12/2015 when I went there for check in, the in charge of the retiring rooms informed me that the room No.22 A/c deluxe is not in use for the last six months due to some fire problem. After that they allotted room No.18 ordinary A/c room instead of room No.22. My question is why they allowed me to book the room as it was not in use for the last six months and made this type of inconvenience. I also request to that the excess amount paid my be shall be refunded to my account.
