Food and beverage price in train No-12967

Address: 600053

The vendor in train No. 12967 selling tea and coffee at Rs. 10/cup. Which is 43% more than the pricrbed by irctcb quality and quatity also bad The sellers are miss behave with the passenger who question the price. I am traveling in this traij regularly. My PNR NO-[protected]- seat No. 36 of S6. The vendor is meals on wheel....

Pnr- [protected] I have filed a tdr against this pnr on 6th nov because of rescheduling of train.i have emailed many a times to irctc but they reply that they have not received any refund til date from zonal officer.it has been a month till now i hv not received my refund. Even irctc customer care is not answering calls

        I had booked online 03 AC dormitory at Katra Guest House for 07.11.2015 date in view of our family trip planned for Maa Vaishno Devi with an advance payment of Rs. 4356. Booking details are: IRCTC Guest House, Katra Transaction ID - [protected] and hotel confirmation id [protected] Date of booking - 04.10.2015 on 31.10.2015, I tried to cancel the reservation online as per the procedure mentioned but the website not supported the cancellation. I called on 139, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for the same but to no avail. Email was also sent from my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.com, [protected]@rediffmail.com, wazir.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@irctc.com on 31.10.2015 and follow up mail on 03.11.2015.

          Dear Sir, I have booked two tickets one by one on irctc website on 12th Dec 2015 and payment was done by ATM debit card of Bank of India.As ticket was not booked from pune to hatia but amount of Rs 1796 was debited from my account.I have mail thricr to irctc regarding this issue but no reply or action has been taken yet to resolve my problem.kindly see into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.             Hi, I have booked an E-ticket from Pune to indore in special train which ran from Pune on 6 Nov-2015. I have booked and AC Chair car ticket but the train was not having any AC chair car coaches and all AC chair car coaches were converted to second sitting coaches so I traveled through that. We were told that we have to file a TDR for the refund which I did on 7 nov -2015. I also got a receipt from TT regarding the travel class changed. But till now I didn't got my refund.               I had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Delhi in Rajdhani Express(12431) with PNR [protected] (date of journey[protected], general quota, 3AC, Ticket amount rs.3075). But due to some personal issues i was unable to travel and i filed a TDR against my confirmed reservation with cancellation id [protected] on[protected] by the reason: Passenger Not Travelled. I can file a TDR within 30 days but the status of my TDR complaint has been repudiated and the reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF . TDR Zone :Northern Railway (NR) I want to get the details of it asap. Acc. to my information i have right to get my refund back if not fully but partially atleast because i haven't travelled with the ticket. Thanks Regards Bhanu Priya Sayal

                Sir i am travelling in train no 12424 which departed from delhi on 10.12.15 . The said train is late by 6 hrs and since by the time we reach guwahati its near 11 and hence was supposed to jave dinner from irctc. But they are only providing the meal to passengers travelling ahead to guwahati. As per rules even passengers travelling till guwahati are supposed to receive full meal but the attenders deneied the same. And even when we call the manager he denied to visit and said go to catering and see i[censored] r intrested.                   Dear Sir / Madam I booked ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Secunderabad having PNR no. [protected] on 20th June 2015 and my travel date was 18th October 2015. The tickets I booked were in 3rd AC but due to some unnatural reasons I had to travel in Sleeper Coach with my family and even the tickets were not in same berth. I request you kindly consider the matter in a positive way and refund the amount accordingly. Please be noted that now in the TDR history in My IRCTC account this record is not showing. And though TDR was filled on 19th October 2015 till date no action has been taken.

                    This case is against train Duranto Express from Allahabad to Delhi on 8th Dec. The train which is non stop train became a passenger train and was late by nearly 7 hours, reason which irctc says is fog, but there was no fog. Train reached Aligarh around 9:30am and it took 4 hours to reach Delhi, because of which we missed our office and had to go for salary deduction. We seriously don't understand how can such super-fast trains be delayed like this and why always only consumers suffer. Also, there was no food, water or any thing to eat available in the train for passengers to compensate for delay. We request for refund or compensation for our loss of time, money and physical & mental stress.

                        PNR no. - [protected] I booked a tatkal ticket in A/C 2 tier from IRCTC website The scheduled arrival of train was 21:00 hrs on[protected] But the train arrived 6hrs late So i decided to cancel my trip In the morning i cancelled the ticket But i did not get the refund After some days i went to a nearby station to ask about cancelling and refund but the person answered that i should cancelled it in the night itself Now the thing how am i supposed to cancel my ticket in the midnight. So i request for the refund of my ticket

                          Today Dec9th, I tried to book ticket for Dec24th of 2015 from SBC to BZA. I found a train "VSK SUVIDHA" with status for SL as "GNWL 39/WL25, Book Now". After completing all transaction details and payment it returns are 'No seats available'. On my enquiry to customer care, they informed as not to try again as ticket will not be booked. The amount will be returned after three days. This is annoying to allow booking and after payment say 'No seats available'. Transaction ID: [protected]

                            On 2nd of June 2015 I have file a TDR against PNR No. [protected] & PNR No. [protected] having cancellation id [protected] & [protected] respectively, due to diversion of train. But till date I have not received the cancellation refund. The TDR transanction only show CR registered.                               Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket through irctc website on 22^nd July, 2015 bearing PNR No. [protected] for availing journey on 14^th August, 2015 from Anand Vihar TRM to Tundla Junction. But that day, the train was late more than three hours so I had not performed journey by train and I have filed TDR on 14 August, 2015 to refund the ticket amount. But after completion of three months the said amount has not credited in my account. During this tenure i have contacted them on phone & mails but the complaint is still unresolved. In response to my email irctc care informed me that Your TDR requested against PNR No._[protected] has been forwarded to EASTERN RAILWAY (ER) Railway on 21-Aug-2015. IRCTC not received refund from EASTERN RAILWAY (ER) Railway. Once refund is received from EASTERN RAILWAY (ER) Railway the same will be credited back to your account. Please let me know when will I get my money back?

                                Yesterday 07/12/2015 11:45 I am traveled HOWRAH MAIL express from Chennai to ongole on S5, since my travel was planned emergency and the current ticket counters were closed I took s5 and thought to adjust with ttr. The VTS Number of open ticket I got is COLQBF25PQ. When im entered in the train all compartments including all sleeper classes filled with north Indian. I see they also took open ticket to travel. the compartments looked worst than second class unreserved coaches, I never seen HOWRAH MAIL Like this before. Maybe this is because of Chennai rail and water flood, then after the train departure two guards entered in all the compartments, they charged a minimum of 500 from each those poor passengers by billed and non billed. They got money Full of a bag. Even those ttrs traveled in the train done the same thing and they even beaten some passengers, is it this is necessary in these kind of situations? Where irctc goes? I don’t know whether you going to inquire about this or not, but in my mind it seems to be wrong, that is why I am writing

It's been a real pain to take continuous follow ups where no-one is working on it. Just because IRCTC fall in government controls & employees are holded by govt so they're this lazy its better be handed over to private. Please provide the refund ASAP, it will be easier for me.                                     I did not get the point of deduction on those tickets which are not getting confirmed (Waiting list tickets), If Railway is not capable to provide the facility to passengers, its railway fault not passenger fault, they should not deduct any amount for waiting list tickets, whole amount should be refunded. Passenger is suffering from both ends, he is not getting railway service and on the hand we missed important scheduled works and some times we have to take a tatkal ticket on some other route or timing by paying more money. Please find the details of last incident which I faced recently.
