My pnr no:[protected] . Train was Cancelled by Railway. till today not refund to me.Kindly reopen my case. we filed TDR on same day, but TDR entered but not forwarded till today. TDR show regretted . last six month i tried many times.. but not answered to me..please sir

The reason was "Party Could Not Cancel Because Chart Prepared At Originating Or Previous Remote Location". The Reference No for this is :[protected]. Till date I didn't get the refund.       I filed tdr as passenger Cancellation ID PNR Number From To Date of Journey TDR Status [protected] [protected] AWB CSTM 31-Oct-2015 TDR Repudiate date and time of tdr filing 31-Oct-2015 15:23:59 HRS this is really disgusting i didnt travelled, still they canceled my tdr they said NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED please take my complain seriouslly and work on it

        Hello Team, I have booked a ticket on 6 Nov 2015. But the train got delayed more thn 3 hrs. So i raised a TDR. Now i see the TDR Status as TDR repudiate with an invalid reason saying "Passenger Travelled". But i have not travelled. this is really insane.           Hi, I have booked a ticket from YPR to ET for 12193/YPR JBP EXP on 3rd Dec, 2015 and Date of Journey was 6th Dec, 2015. For reason Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket In RAC After Chart Preparation, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded.             Hi Team, On 14th December 2015 I have used my citibank credit card to made the payment of around 297 plus service tax on the merchant IRCTC via my mobile app.This was the first transaction which I have used via mobile app and thus the amount got deducted and the ticket was not booked and as usual as per the policy if the ticket not booked or failed the amount get refunded. And therefore I used my different card to made the payment of different bank and the ticket again not booked and the amount got deducted but in the second case the amount which was deducted from different bank was refeunded to me via irctc within time and than I thought i should use my citi credit card again to do the transaction and nor the ticket got booked and this transaction I done on the second day. I didnt received the amount of my first transaction which I booked on 14th December 2015 of amount 297 plus service tax. date of incident is :- 14 december 2015 tried several transactions on this date and amount got refunded for all except one of the same date which I used via mobile app and used the citibank credit card. All these transactions id i stated is of IRCTC transactions which were failed.

              Dear Sir / Mam, I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID" Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week. This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering. Regards, GARIB SINGH

                  I booked a ticket with PNR No: [protected], schedule journey for 12.11.2015. However the train was delayed more than 03 hours. Since it did not served my purpose, i had to take alternate options. I have filed a TDR for the refund which has been refuded to accept. Please process my request and initiate refund.

                            I have filed for a TDR against PNR. [protected] travel date 28th Aug 2015 for Punjab mail as the training was running late for almost 66 hours. I filed the TDR refund on the same day with the help of Mumbai TDR section team. I have not yet received the refund back yet. The current status shows as CR Registered for almost 1.5 months. 1. When I contact Mumbai TDR section they updated me that I should write to tdrprocess email id and they will look after my case. they also gave me couple of number for IRCTC which never works 2. I wrote to tdrprocess about the refund and contacted Mr. Sanjay Kumar IRCTC TDR process section. He had given an answer to contact Northern Railway for detail as this train falls with Northern Railways. I have all the emails from IRCTC on my interaction with them 3. I have asked him the contact person or department details for the same where he is not replying. 4. I also contacted "[protected]@irctc.co.in" (Mr. Vinay) and "[protected]@irctc.co.in". but what all I am getting as a response is they are passing the ball between IRCTC and Railways nothing else they are not worried at all for customer complaint 4. I am also trying to reach NR railway correct section but not output yet.
                            How can I get complaint number for future reference?

                              PNR Number [protected] l Tdr filed Reason "Passenger Not Travelled.", Reference No for this is :[protected] The case forwarded to the concerned Zonal Railways to process refund through EDR/ Enhanced Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS) under the present commercial rules. Refund not received Irctc customer care executive says that tdr has been filed after train departure Reallity is that scheduled time of arrival of trai is 1920 but it has not come to BJU railway station even at 2250 hrs si i travel ed rest of journey by bus. The case may be reviewed Refund may be refunded anb culprits be punished accordingly

                                Hi, i booked a 3A ticket of amount 3820 from irctc site to travel on 10/01/2015 from jaipur to ludhiana PNR - [protected] I filed a TDR (Tdr reason -train is late more than 3 hour)for the same before travel and train is late near about 14 hours. its status on IRCTC site is Refund under process. It has been more than 11 months for filed TDR. I contacted customer care many times by email/phone but no satisfactory response given yet. please let me what shoud i do to get it processed.

They had not sent even the message for the same. Now it is more than 2 months and I have not yet received my money. This is disgusting.                                     In My trip from Chennai Egmore to Trichy in Vaigai Express, during a stop in Villupuram Junction the vendors overcharged me by selling Rail Neer at ₹20 while its MRP is ₹15.Similarly a PET Bottle of Pepsi costed ₹40 instead of its MRP of ₹34. This is a serious flouting of Rules and Regulations. The Vendors were wearing uniforms so I infer that they are working for a company that has won a tender from IRCTC. I would like the IRCTC and the Ministry of Railways to take immediate action against the Company and conduct investigation in other Railway Stations also.

Mob: [protected], E mail: [protected]@yahoo.co.in, [protected]@gmail.com In Sri Lanka Ramayana Trail tour conducted between 9-12Dec'15, from Kolkata with tour guide Mr Kinkar, itinerary was not followed: 9.12.15-Ravana Temple & Cave (missed); 10.12.15-Gayathri Peedam, Divurampola, Hakgala Garden (missed) 11.12.15: Ramboda and Ramboda waterfall, Mani Kutta, Bahirwakanda(missed) 13.12.15 Muneeshwaram Temple, Chilaw, Mannavair Temple, Little Kataragamam (missed).Whenever we complained that itinerary is not being followed, the tour guide would give some excuse like in Ravana Temple & Cave there is nothing to see, or you all are too old to travel to that distance. On 11.12.15- The tour guide brought us at Kandy, lunch at 1200h. At 1700h we had to see a dance program me, not mentioned in itinerary, till 1230 to 1700 h we were kept captivated in hotel area, tour guide was untraceable, thus wasting our valuable time. The Tour guide, was seen indulged in drinking beer, as I saw twice. Never was he involved about the welfare of passengers, which was his prime duty. He in particular was more involved with a particular passengers who offered him tea/coffee ? beer and had no concern about other passengers. I feel bad about deliberate omitting itineraries, reason may be found out by you all. (Asia Adventure- The group responsible in Sri Lanka along with Indian Tour Guide were trying to save diesel and share the money themselves, since the bus gives 2km/liter and Diesel is about Rs 116/L) This is my 7th tour and first with IRCTC. I feel money me and wife Rs 93, 798 be returned back to me since it did not show Ramayana Trail and proper tour guide be employed so that passengers do not get cheated. Kindly an inquiry be done from your end for which I am available.

                                        I m seated on b2 seat 9, date 16/12/15. All the workers serving for B2 are bothering passengers for extra money. I have paid rs 3050 for ticket and still need to pay for extra??? Please take some action as they are spoiling the reputation of one of the best trains in India. I would prefer flight than getting bothered by these waiters. ShivaPuneeth
