Hi, I have booked an E-ticket from Pune to indore in special train which ran from Pune on 6 Nov-2015. I have booked and AC Chair car ticket but the train was not having any AC chair car coaches and all AC chair car coaches were converted to second sitting coaches so I traveled through that. This case is against train Duranto Express from Allahabad to Delhi on 8th Dec. The train which is non stop train became a passenger train and was late by nearly 7 hours, reason which irctc says is fog, but there was no fog. Train reached Aligarh around 9:30am and it took 4 hours to reach Delhi, because of which we missed our office and had to go for salary deduction. We seriously don't understand how can such super-fast trains be delayed...
