    Pnr Nu-[protected], Train Name-12839/HWH MAS MAIL, Date of Journey-22-Dec-2015. I am not traveled due to train late more than 11 hour. I am unable to register TDR due to system had not taken on 23rd Dec morning. After 11a.m means after train leave the station TDR registered. Bur TDR status showing on system CR Repudiate. I want my money.

      My name is Harendra Sengar. I was trying to book a tatkal reservation on 2 Jan'16 (10:00 AM) from my home in navi mumbai, in 3 AC 12541/Gorakhpur - Mumbai LTT for my parents from Habibaunj to Mumbai LTT for travel on[protected]. It was visible 10 seats left when i started booking and after filling the passenger details within (10-15 sec) when i have clicked on make payment, site has thrown an error "regret/waitlist" and has not allowed me to complete the booking. Same day at 11:00 AM i have tried to book the tatkal tickets in sleeper class of 12533/Pushpak Express for my parents from Habibaunj to Mumbai CSTM for travel on[protected]. It was visible 140 seats left when i click the book now link it has thrown a error that i "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM". I have not done any tatkal bookings on[protected]. After that i have closed all windows, disconnect the internet connection, unplug the LAN and reconnect it after approx 1 minute. But the result was same "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM". It seems site has been either hacked (externally or internally) and is leaking the critical information related to the PC's and connection from which users are trying to book tickets. This is putting the users critical information (credit/debit/netbanking details, login credentials of IRCTC, mobile numbers, passenger details) at great risk. Need your immediate attention to make IRCTC website secure.

        Sir today i booked a tatkal ticket and i chose option(book only if all births are alloted) and i booked after all filling formalities. .. but after booking the tickets booked of waiting list.. sir look in this matter immediately and refund my money back because irctc should not book a ticket if we choose the option- BOOK ONLY IF ALL BIRTHS ARE ALLOTED .. this is my ticket pnr and transaction id -{PNR:[protected], TRAIN:12780, DOJ:03-01-16, SL, NZM-ANG, Dep:15:00, RAJENDRA+1, CKWL 33, CKWL 34, Fare:1550, SC:22.9+PG CHGS}

          Tdr filed but no refund granted I have booked two reservation from Baroda to Varanasi but on finalization of chart only one seat was confirmed so i have to drop my journey plan and I have cancelled my waiting ticket accordingly and filed tdr for refund but after almost 2 month I didn't get any refund of my cancelled ticket.             The train from Guhati to Trivandum(12516) has appaling hygeine.Water is not available in the bathrooms, no one cleans the bathrooms or the compartments.And this is the state of affairs in the a/c coachesn.On top of all this the train runs almost 4 hours late.The condition is simply unacceptable for the money we shell out

                  Dear Sir, I filed a TDR on 27/12/2014 under Part partial confirm ticket, IRCTC rejected my TDR saying i have to give some TTE certificate which has to be issued by Ticket collector to the confirm ticket member. My father is not aware about this kind of certificate nor even ticket collector informed him about the certificate. Now, IRCTC is rejecting my TDR application saying failure to provide TTE certificate. I mailing them and called on customer care to make them understand that its Ticket Collector responsibility to provide following certificate to traveler. I hope you understand that not every passenger is aware of all the rules and regulation (railways rules keep on changing) its duty of the person to inform the passenger about these rules.                     I booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Asr on 16th Dec for journey on 17th Dec in waitlist. PNR no: [protected]. when chart got prepared. 2 tickets were confirmed and 2 were stuck on waitlist. I called customer service and they advise to file TDR . I filed TDR within same day i have not received the refund and TDR is also rejected on the grounds that TDR was not filed within timeline (the time to file TDR is 72 hours after journey and i filed it when train started). Railways has the procedure to check that only 2 ot of 4 passengers travelled and waitlisted party did not travel.

                        Dear Sir I had booked two 3 Tier tickets through IRCTC Site, details are as follows: 1. Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 21-Dec-2015 From: MUMBAI CST (CSTM) To: AMRAVATI (AMI) 2. Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 27-Dec-2015 From: AMRAVATI (AMI) To: MUMBAI CST (CSTM) I had cancelled both of these tickets 2/3 weeks ago and both were shown same Refund Amount Rs.1660/- for each ticket. After cancellation of 2/3 days, I had received only Rs.1660/- refund from IRCTC for one of the ticket, as the amount was same for both tickets, I was unable to understand refund belongs to which ticket. Till date I have not received another Refund of Rs.1660/- for another ticket out of the above given two tickets / PNR.                           Why Indian Railway increased advance reservation period,
                          as per my understanding it was use this money for internal uses.
                          Also they have increase the cancellation charge.
                          Both this future are Foolish because no human plan journey before 4 months ago.

                          If human book a ticket 4 months ago after some moths he replan journey then he in trouble becuase cancellation charges are also incresed.

                          This is nothing but getting money from aam aadhmi.


                          This take quick action on it.

                            I had booked an eticket on the 28th of Dec. 2015 for 30th of Dec.2015 from Pune to Mumbai which was wait listed. I decided to cancel it on the 29th of Dec 2015 as it was not a confirmed seat by this date. It took me many horrendous hours to try and cancel it but failed to do so. Despite of typing the correct "captcha" letters and numbers, I would get the response as invalid captcha. After persistently trying when I was finally able to log in, the advertisement windows would block the required fields to be filled in. There was no way I could delete the advertisement block. PNR No.[protected] Transaction ID.[protected] Hopefully IRCTC will do the needful. Thank You Razia Lulla

                              I travelling with train number 19046 PNR Number : [protected] dated 27/12/2015 from AMH to ST . I want to complain about extra charges taken by the pantry vander on food item. The charges where like this WATER- Rs 20 (original cost Rs 15 printed on bottle) Dinner/Lunch - Rs 100 (Original cost Rs 60) lunch/dinner was of worst quality I do not want to talk about Breakfast.

                                Sir, When I booked my e-ticket on Train no. 13142 From NCB - SDAH and DOJ: 07/01/2016 online, it was showing status as RAC 5, 6 but later when I booked It and Paid the money It was showing WL. Later I checked the status Even It was showing RAC 5 status. I need my full money to be refunded against the transaction ID:[protected]

                                    TDR was filed for PNR [protected] with reason " Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel." as our ticket was not fully(not all seats were confirmed) confirmed. TDR was filed well within the time i.e. after the chart was prepared but before the journey started. And now IRCTC has refused the TDR with reason "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED". This is disgusting. Can you please help us with this matter?

                                      I have filed TDR also with Cancellation ID: [protected], but the current TDR status is "CR Repudiate" and reason mentioned is "Invalid TDR Timestmap : TRAIN CANCEL". I wish to bring to your kind notice that my train no. 17311 had been cancelled on 04-Dec-2015 because of Chennai flood and the amount has not been refunded yet. The filing of TDR is also not required in case of TRAIN CANCELLED, but I filed because of my safe side but after filing TDR also they have not refunded the amount. I tried to contact customer care for the status but he asked that what is the proof that train has been cancelled. This is the reply that railway customer care has given to us instead of checking the train running history on their database.                                         I am utterly disappointed to see tatkal showing CKWL35 at 11:00 am sharp, Train no.15901 Date:29.12.2015 SL So long for tatkal booking, I think it's a total waste of time.its not even worth booking . I got the screen shot alright. Sushant [protected]
