Sir, I, Asheesh Kumar Pandey was scheduled from REWA to ANVT on dated 29th may 2015. I got SMS to mobile no [protected] by IRCTC on 28th may 2015, time 8.03pm, Train no. 12427 boarding at REWA dated 29-MAY-15 is cancelled by Railways. Pl Cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules. After getting above SMS by IRCTC, I cancelled my ticket as follows below and got refund RS. 2055 only. As per rules of railway I am entitle for full refund of my ticket booked amount. Requesting you please do the needful our booked amount as soon as possible.     i tried to book a tatkal eticket for my cousin in Sleeper coach in train no 12956. My payment got debited but i have not been provided with any ticket.. neither confirm or waiting. I am now sure that this is intentionaly commited tactics of irctc. this is not the first time i have been tricked. also although mistake is on irctc part, i cant book again as One ticket per IP during tatkal hours has been applied. you can makeout wat exactly has been done by irctc in the attachments.

      Hi, I mvSuryanarayana booked ticket on 26June 2015 for 1July2015 from samalkotjn(slo) to chennai egmore on Circar express i completed all process and I paid money by debit card money was cut from my account but I didn't received my ticket and what about my money. And again i booked ticket on 27 July 2015 again money was cut and this time unfortunately I received my ticket

        I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in on behalf of my mother. These are the details below. Train No./Name: 14606/GARIB RATH EXP PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 03-Jun-2015 Date Of Boarding: 03-Jun-2015 Date of Booking: 02-Jun-2015 From: CHANDIGARH (CDG) To: KASHIPUR (KPV) Boarding: CHANDIGARH (CDG) Resv Upto: KASHIPUR (KPV) Quota: GENERAL (GN) as it clearly shows i booked a ticket on 2nd june 2015 for next day. I visited the railway station next morning with my mother and the announcements were like "train is unconditionaly delayed for unkwon respective time and suddenly like 8-9 hours delay" .As my mother was not so much comfortable for travelling so late i immediately cancelled the ticket from my mobile and it showed TDR filed, the train arrived about 12 hours late as i checked its status on the same night the train came at night to chandigarh. after some days it showed cr registered and now the status is TDR repudiate and shows "Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled' Hats off to the TTE for your "honesty"

          Dear sir, I have tried to book train tickets through IRCTC but unfortunately during payment through net banking ticket fare is deducted from my bank but ticket was not booked. My booking Transaction ID is [protected], Date of Booking: 26-Jun-2015 . Therefore, I request you to kindly do the needful to return the deducted amount in my respective bank account please as ticket was not booked.

            I am not in a position to book a single ticket at 8 a.m.through my net (my home IP address 192.168.76.4) consequently two days i.e.on 25th & 26th June, 2015 as quoted "You are permitted only 2 ARP tickets between 08:00 Hrs to 10:00 hrs per IP address."               Sir, I am booking my rail journey tickets from this site for long time. Authorities can check the details from the record available with them. However it is observed that whenever we book two or more tickets (Husband and WIfe) normally continuous tickets are not issued.My present reference is as under :- 1) Ticket Booked from Pune Jn on 26/06/2015. PNR No. [protected] Coach No./Seat No. D/7, Seat Nos. 99 and 103 Date of Journey 05th July 2015 2) Ticket Booked from Dadar (Mumbai) on 26/06/2015. PNR No. [protected] Coach No./Seat No. D4 Seat Nos. 86 and 90 Date of Journey 01st July 2015 I shall be pleased to know why continuous seats are not booked? I also wish to inform your authorities that when such different seat nos. are issued it is very difficult to convince the fellow passenger to adjust the seat. This also some time cause inconvenience to passenger travelling like Sr. Citizens, Handicaped and sick persons. You are requested to look into the problem and make corrections in the software if required or issue the suitable instructions to the operating staff. Expecting your reply on the suggession made.                 I had booked a tkt through IRCTC website as per details below: Train Name - Sanghamitra Express, Train No. - 22351 Dt. of Journey - 20/06/2015 Class - 2A PNR No. [protected] At the time of booking the tkt was waitlisted but later confirmed. It should be noted that the above train scheduled to depart from Allahabad on 20th June, 2015 was cancelled. There was no information of the said train cancelled from IRCTC. Upon reaching the station it was informed to me that the train has been cancelled. In the above circumstances, since my travel to Chennai was urgent I had to make alternate arrangements . Since the train was cancelled it was presumed by me that IRCTC would refund me the amount. I waited till today but till date I have not received any refunds for the above tickets. I tried calling customer care of IRCTC and discussed the matter with an agent named Ms Kavita at around 11.30 pm. I was taken aback to be curtly informed that I would not get any refund as I had to cancel the ticket. I fail to understand when the train itself was cancelled than how can Railways or for that matter IRCTC expects the consumer to cancel the ticket themselves. They should have refunded the amount for all the tickets booked for that train. Further more Railways and IRCTC were so ignorant that they never bothered to inform us about the train being cancelled. I would like you to please look into the matter and arrange justice to the consumers. This is total violation of consumers right and harassment meted out to the customers by a leading Government organisation like Railways.

                  Sir, I had booked two tickets named (Meena Kukreja PAN No. ATVPK0403H) and( Divya Kukreja PAN No. DKJTK2880L) in SLEEPER CLASSS for 24.6.15 DEPARTURE FROM BHOPAL AND ARRIVAL AT YASHWANTPUR in Train No. 12648 KONGU EXPRESS UNDER PNR NO. [protected]. The train was proposed to go through Itarsi Junction. As an incident took place on Itarsi and some of trains were cancelled during that period I tried to see in morning on your site National train enquiry system whether train has departed from Nizmuudin rly station (originating station) as the departure from Nizamuddin was in morning at 8.45 am. The message appeared on the site "The train cancelled". Immediately I got both the tickets cancelled but refund amount shown Zero. I was surprised to see that railways has cancelled the train and I did not get any refund. I lodge a complaint at [protected]@irctc.co.in but neither satisfactory reply nor refund received. 2. I strondly condone railways this action and request you to refund full amount of Rs. 1640 in my account AND CONFIRM. 3. I hope that you will not leave any stone unturned to refund me and will not compel me to go further in litigation for claiming my amount. Yours (H.K.Kukreja) IAS

                    Today morning 26.06.2015, As I looking for booking Tatkal tickets in IRCTC, I found availability of tickets are 130...So i continued for payment but after completion of payment within 10 seconds Rs.922.80 debited from my credit card, Then I found my tickets are booked in tatkal wait list i.e., CKWL... So please avoid Tatkal booking in your own way. You should go to counter only. After a week I will get my money back with deduction of (922.80 - 40.00 = Rs. 882.80 only). This is 100% Cheating job as planned by IRCTC (Central Govt.). My request to the IRCTC, for the waiting list ticket you are debiting Rs.40/- this is absolutely ridiculous.Our suggestion is refund the entire amount to the waiting list customer. And also that debit amount in what way you are using that, and which concern department the debit amount is used. Kindly inform to us.

                      Hi Support team, I have booked a normal ticket from KIR to LKO in Train number 12435 and Date of Journey was 9th June, 2015. For reason ticket was not confirmed so I decided to cancel the ticket, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what I can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com.                           Dear Sir I want to complain against the violation of prescribed facilities offered in your website about preference of birth in cost of my money debited from my account. I booked a ticket first in available 116 Nos of ticket on 25.06.2015 15:30:09 (PNR [protected]) preferring the option as LOWER BIRTH but the ticket issued as S7 /8/SIDE UPPER. Then, without cancelling it I booked another ticket by opting no choice of birth on 15:39:01 and again this time the ticket issued as S8/40/SIDE UPPER. Later, I cancelled the second booking and called on your customer care and been advised to tick on the option in passenger details on "Book, only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted ", Now, the information given after booking was hold as ticket was not matching the instruction and I had to proceed by agreeing the booking without choice of birth by YES or terminate the booking by opting NO where as my money was already debited from my bank account again and I choose the option YES to try again for lower birth availability. But, this time again the same ticket issued as S8/40/SIDE UPPER (PNR [protected]) amazingly. Now, I want to ask you that if you cannot allot at least one lower birth in available 116 nos of ticket then why you have provided the facility of the preference of birth in your booking system and who will refund the money I have lost against the cancellation charges and bank charges from my bank ? I am 45 years old and 5'11" of height having constraint of L.S. pain suffering to travel in side upper birth. So, I want to get back my debited money and want to get the proper ticket as you committed as facility in your site of I will go the the consumer court with this issue. Please response early.                             my mom, dad & sister in law was going Hwh to Raipur (train no.-12906, date-20.06.15, pnr-[protected], 3AC).at the compartment their hand bag was stolen (where was atm, ticket, money, etc).all neighbor passenger was see the all things. after that TT was very worst person who misbehaves with my family and charge for new ticket, but they have no money a co-passenger helped them. and tt made a new ticket for same berth.my mom & dad both are senior citizen.

                                  Hi, I had booked a tatkal ticket in 3AC, one was confirmed and 2nd was in CKWL1 after chart prepared. So only one passenger on confirmed seat had been travelled. Now when I filled the TDR by selecting the reason "Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel.", they replied that TDR Repudiate and Reason is Miscellaneous. I again drop the email to the [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in asked the reason why you have refused then they again open my case and after 1 week again they marked as TDR Repudiate and Reason mentioned is "Passenger has been travelled." So this is , what we can do of this kind of IRCTC reply and their wrong information. Strictly government has to take immediate action regarding the same unless their presence is meaningless

                                    I was booking e-ticket from Allahabad to New Delhi in Tatkal. But after 10:00 AM the link to book the Ticket is not enabled. And when enabled the status was "REGRATE". Why this Online system is not enabled? I want to go in consumer court for this being. This happens regularly in tatkal scheme of IRCTC.                                         My PNR no. was PNR-[protected], Train no. 12030 dated 22 June 2015. On 22nd at 7.31a.m, I received a message from no. 139 that status of my ticket was one was confirmed and rest two had wl 1 and wl. no.2. Around 12.00p.m, I checked the status online where it was showing that all the seats were confirmed. At 2.51, I revived a text from 139 that status of my ticket got changed. Confirmed tickets now converted into waiting list and that was ticket number 3, 4 and 5. I tried calling 139 to know how the confirmed seats can be converted into waiting list, but no satisfactory answer had been given. I have to take next day flight to reach delhi due to scheduled appointments.
