ON 12 JUNE 2015, I have applied for reservation of Air Ticketing through IRCTC in flight Air india from Kolkatta to tripura which depart from kolkatta at 0945 hrs with the name of pawan kumar, address STC BSF Kharkan camp. An amount of Rs 4317/- had deducted from my account to [protected]IG0AECPPY4 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT but my ticket was not confirmed. Request you to refund my amount to my account [protected] as already more than 13 days passed.

    I have been trying for several days to enroll an UBI prepaid card for irctc to book only Railway tickets with irctc.com under my father's name. It says that we need to provide the exact name as it appears on PAN card (NSDL form) and I Exactly added the same name to fill the form (physical card and virtual card) but your site tells me that the name doesn't match the PAN card. Then I called up PAN card department and verified my father's name on the PAN card and what name I was entering is Exactly correct. The problem is in ur site. Please fix the problem. I have sent many email's to irctc customer service but no proper help.This is really pathetic service. Why do you come up with a site when you can't even enroll a person to get the benefits nor help anyone for it...

          I have booked a confirmed train ticket from bct to ndls, journey date:[protected]. However, due to gujjar agitation, the train got cancelled on the same day.

          My pnr is: [protected]
          Transaction id: [protected]
          Train no. / name: 22913 / ndls premium spl
          From: mumbai central (Bct)
          To: new delhi (Ndls)
          Ticket type: e - ticket
          Quota: general (Gn)
          Ticket charge: rs 2520. 0
          Service charge: rs 44. 94
          Total: rs 2564. 94

          Since i was travelling from pune to mumbai and then to new delhi, i was not able to access internet to cancel the ticket for the refund. Due to this, i have not received refund for my ticket, which should be done automatically by irctc. I am unable to file tdr for this, due to error stating "cancellation is not allowed as ticket is beyond permissible limit of cancellation".

          Now, irctc is not replying to my emails properly for the refund of rs. 2520. 0, which is not a small amount for a middle - class common man. They should be clear on the cancellation rules.

          If the waitlisted tickets get refunded automatically, why do the end user go through the hassles to cancel the tickets manually for the trains cancelled by indian railways ?

          Please refund the amount as per the norms as soon as possible and provide clarity on the cancellation rules for such scenarios.

          Note:
          In a country of billion people, i am being duped of rs 2500 not being refunded by irctc, imagine the number of people being duped on an average of rs 500 - 1000 on daily basis with cases similar to mine.
          I will have to write to multiple forums to get people in limelight about this grave issue.

            Sir, I am a registered IRCTC customer. Recently, I booked ticket through online. The details are as follows: Transaction ID: [protected] PNR.No.[protected] Tr.No.11013 Date of Journey:17.06.2015 Date of Booking the ticket: 07.06.2015 Place: Bangalore Jn to Coimbatore Jn. I want to cancel my ticket 36 hours before the Journey. I followed the cancellation procedure v.correctly. But I got some peculiar instruction (Red mark statement on the top) saying that I can't cancel my ticket. Due to this, I couldn't get my refund. Even I tried 24 hours before and 12 hours before to cancel my ticket and followed the correct procedure. But I couldn't do it so. IRCTC can help me getting the refund for the above journey which I didn't undertake.

              Dear sir, I have booked my tatkal e-ticket on 23rd june 2015 for new MUMBAI TO AHMEDABAD on sleeper class ..birth preference.My money has deducted from my HDFC BANK AC NET BANKING the money is also get deducted from my account.                 Respected Sir/Madam, During the tatkal booking hours of around 10 a.m. on date 22/06/2015, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for 12289 CSTM-NGP Duronto Express for the journey date of 23/06/2015.The transaction ID is-[protected].The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my bank account.Then, I get a call from an IRCTC person saying that the amount will be refunded immediately and then he asks me for my card details and the OTP that the bank sent me telling me that this is necessary for the refund.AND AGAIN THE SAME EARLIER AMOUNT OF RS.6825 WAS DEBITED AGAIN.I demand IRCTC that it refunds me the amount earlier and the next debited amount of Rs.6825.6+6825(Rs13650) as quickly as possible to my bank account.Now as I am calling the number from which I got the call and it is not responding. I hope you will help me soon.

                  Dear Team, please be informed the ticket which has been booked by me through online on 28/05/15 for 19/06/15 from SDAH to ASR on RAC mode and the ticket was cancelled on 08/06/15 but till the time the refund amounts is not credited in my accounts. My PNR number was # [protected]. Kindly refund my money back A.S.A.P. in my account.

                    my journey date is 25.5.2015 and the train no is 14056..The train is cancelled today..and i file a tdr of this ticket..my tdr file is registered and the registration id is DNF310515W04065...But till now 23.06.2015 its not refund my ticket fare...its only registered but not refunded..plzz as soon as possible refund my money

                      Dear Sir, I had booked for myself and my wife Mrs. Suniti Misra 1st AC class tickets on line vide PNR no. [protected] for journey from CHENNAI to KOTA by train no.12969 Coimbator - Jaipur Express on 29th May 2015 ( booking was made online on 25th May 2015). Due to non availability of 1st AC berths I was all alloted two berthes in 2nd AC class on same train from HO quota under a new PNR no. given by Railways . I was told that the difference of 1st AC class and 2nd AC class fare will be remitted to the bank a/c automatically through which tickets were booked online.                           Sir I have booked a Ticket for Date of Journey[protected] Ref PNR no [protected] Train No 22913 Transaction ID[protected] Ticket Amount 10744.94 INR For your information train was cancelled on[protected] due to Gujjar Andollan and there was no official information received by me Due to this a lot of inconvenience caused to me and my family the whole plan to visit my ailing Father my Mother got cancelled I am totally frustrated as i have not visited my parents on time apart from this the refund is also not done to my credit card account when i have approached railway authorities through customer care they simply rejected my case they are saying that the refund for cancellation of trains could not be automatically which i was not aware off and now they told me that i would have to file a TDR within 72 Hours to claim the ticket amount since i am financially very weak and taking care of my complete family with to much of struggle i request you to please instruct railway department to refund this amount as early as possible in my credit card account Regards Jayant Tyagi [protected]

                              I tried to book one ticket for a single person against transaction reference no. "[protected]" and its status is showing Payment Requested. I tried to book another ticket then it is showing me an error message which is "You are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M per IP Address". While I have just tried to book only one ticket...

                              I have registered in irctc with mobile number "[protected]" last day. After completion of registration process i got a notice that an activation link and mobile verification cod has been sent to the respective email id and mobile number. Few minute later i got a mobile verification code. But regret is that i have not received any activating link to my email "[protected]@gmail.com" untill now. I thought probably there would anythng wrong while sign up .i went to intiate the sign up process again but it said email and phone has been already registered... plz sir help me out..i kindly request you to send me the activating link to my email id as soon as possible.                                 Hi, Having good faith in IRCTC I booked a parcel on 15th June, 2015 by Ferozpur janata express from Valsad to Mathura. It was supposed to be delivered to mathura the next day. However when it was not received at mathuta and when I tried to trace back I found it was sent to Mumbai. After following up on that they promised deliver the parcel at mathura station on 22.06.2015. Again after cross checking with the staff I got an excuse that the parcel was under heavy load and they could not take it out within the time before train left and now it has reached Ferozpur. It has become more of frustration with going and checking for the same at Mathura station again and again apart from the inconvenience caused due to non delivery of the parcel. This is the reason I have to stay in Mathura till I get the parcel. It has already been about a week. The parcel is moving to every place except the destined station. Please look into this as soon as possible. Consignment number is: [protected] These small negligences and cold behavior by staff are turning out to be disastrous for people like us.

The train got cancelled due to Gurjar agitation. Since it was not a cancellation by myself but rather the train itself got cancelled, I assumed that IRCTC will refund my money by itself and there is no request that needs to be filed by me.                                     the ticket was booked from secunderabad to delhi on 22june15 for 27june15 by choosing credit card as payment option. when i clicked on book ticket it failed but i got the message on my phone that the amount for ticket has been paid by the bank on behalf of my credit card. i even did not got the PNR no. please do the needed and confirm the ticket . if needed please call - [protected]

                                      Hi I have booked a ticket today on 22nd June'15 with PNR [protected] for my parents who are age of father 64 and mother 60. As per rule declared in this budget for seat allotment to senior citizen specially to a female passenger, accordingly I have selected a preference for Lower Birth. Surprisingly, after generation of PNR I have seen that IRCTC have allotted Side Upper to my mother and UB to my father. Now, I have cancelled the ticket as my mother cannt travel on Side Upper, this is completely ignorance of rule and insane activity by irctc. Now, who will pay my cancellation charges and who insures that now I will get confirmed ticket.
