not received refund

sir i had cancelled a ticket pnr no . [protected] on 10 jun 15. the amount of ticket was 510 rupees. while cancelling ticket deduction was 95 rupees but i have received only 370 rupees that also has not come in my account. pls check the issue refund 510-95= 415 rupees in my account....

Non availability of bedding

Pnr : [protected] Train number: 15667 I, along with my family boarded from NJP railway station .there was no bedding provided to us(4 passengers in AC 2 tier coach, A1. No refund on cancellation of train

Insect in breakfast on Shatabdi

Appalled to find an insect in the breakfast(non veg) served on Train No. 12243 MAS-CBE today the 15th June 2015. The matter was reported to the staff and a replacement offered but that does not absolve the concerned authorities of their negligence. Will the railways please wake up and pay the utmost attention to hygiene at all levels. Shame on you....

Used & Uncleaned Bed Roll in Padatik Exp (12377) dated 13-06-15
