we booked the ticket from Virudhunagar Jn, (Boarding at Madurai) to Sai Nagar Shirdi via Bangalore City Jn by cut journey ticket PNR No.[protected],[protected],[protected], on[protected], by Train No. 16235 for fourteen persons.On the date we 13 persons traveled in the Mysore Express, and one persons who's number S7, Berth 70 (UB) was not traveled with us.
On next day[protected], we (all the 14 persons) are not traveled in the MYS-SNSI Express Train No. 16217, under PNR No.[protected],[protected] and[protected], since we already booked under tatkal and waiting list ticket for 3 AC coach and it was allotted to us.
However, since the short time between arrival and departure, we are not moving the person available in Counter No.3 at morning and he denied our claim, because the Rs.Zero only marked in ticket.
Further due to short time only available to us and there was door locked between 3 AC coach and ordinary sleeper class, we are not able to conduct TTE at Train.
now only we returned from Shirdi and we wants to claim the not traveled passenger ticket fair through your channel.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
