I am unable to print e-ticket due to the booked ticket with PNR No-[protected] booked in Train No-13007 from Howrah to Bakhtiyarpur not showing in my account or received in my email [protected]@gmail.com.So please send the ticket once again to my e-mail address so that I may get the ticket printed.

    whenever i try to book tatkal ticket it is showing unable to reach h server or site is temporarily unavailable. its happening since a long time. on the other hand if i give same ticket to irctc agent, he is able to book tickets. kindly look into it. If you dont wont normal logins to book tatkal ticket.. please remove option of tatkal from normal login.. it just waste our time. hope this Biased issue will get resolved soon.

      Dear sirs, I had booked a tatkaal ticket from kannur(CAN) to Chiplun(CHI) on 7-5-15 PNR [protected] . As I got no confirmation I had to book a premium Tatkal in a train 50 minutes earlier(CNF). Even at 8-am, I am not getting information regarding the first ticket . The chart is not prepared 3hrs before departure from original station. Hence the first tkt (PNR-[protected]) may be cancelled from your end, a, s otherwise I will lose money due to fault from your end. yours faiyhfully DR.K.M.DINESAN MURALIKA PORORA- PO MATTANUR KANNUR KERALA Mob.[protected]

      I have not received the refund towards the waitlisted Tatkal ticket with transaction Id - [protected] and PNR - [protected] in the train 12704 / FALAKNUMA EXP.

      The ticket was booked on 18th of June using my ICICI debit card. Please guide me on the refund process as its almost been a month and I am yet to receive the refund.

        Am famin.i booked ticket frequently in irctc.but am getting this site is unreachable. .am also getting.at the time of 9.59 am also it shows tickets .but at the time of 10, it shows this site is unreachable.am getting this error last 2weeks.but at the time of 10:30 .it shows normal but ticjets are booked and shows waiting list.please sove this problem. !             Dear Sir, user id mathewn83 Myself have booked two tickets for my son cherian mathew and Nayana on 3-5-2015 in train no 16303 from Changanacherry to Trivandrum jn ( PNR NO [protected]) IN A/C coach . Their little baby of one year old was also with them.Since the baby was with them i had reserved the ticket in the a/c coach..But it is regrettiing to not that tha a/c in the coach was not working and they had complaint the matter to the TTE also and TTE had not issued any warrant for full reimbursement of the amount. They had travelled in COACH C1 Seat nos 13&14

            Venkatesh male, booked on 2/3/17, booked for 3/3/17 2nd class birth tatkal from nagercoil to madurai train no-56701 madurai passenger, amount rs.215 likewise 3 times total rs.645, make immediate steps to refund the amount imnediately
            I book ticket of Mr. Praveen Umate on dated 06/03/2017. Transaction Id is IIN/I-Debit/irctc.co.in/[protected]. Amount debuted from my account is 805 Rs but ticket is not booked.

            Please confirm the ticket or refund the amount.

              Sir I Tried book the tickets in Tatkal[protected], But it showed the tickets in CKWL 70, 71, 72, 73. So my tickets automatically cancelled in next day. But Still now not received refund amount Rs 1820. So Please request you to send my refund amount.

                Hi, I have been trying tatkal since past month for my weekend journeys, even a single time i didn't get ticket confirmation from IRCTC. I am trying to book a trip for myself of rupees 475 rs. Almost in all these trials my money of 8000 got deducted from HDFC net banking, HDF credit card, SBI credit card. But i have given error service unavailable at clicking on book now step and after entering my details and after entering credit card or net banking details and after entering credit card and net banking passwords and OTPs what the hell going on with IRCTC god should be knowing. Kindly take this complaint and help in getting some explanation from IRCTC what's going on.

                  Dear IRCTC Team, I'm one of the frequent user with IRCTC and getting bad experience day by day. I would request you to stop online booking system if you can't handle / unable enhance the system to accommodate the users to do booking as their convenience. I haven't any confidence on you to run system to support the traffic hitting the site on a daily basis. I'm really shameful to live under a tech savvy PM and running such worst system. Request to make obtainable up gradation / shut down the same because its disturbing myself in the present scenario as we unable to met the basic requirement under tech savvy Ruler Narendra Modi.

                      I wanted to book a Lower Berth for my pregnant wife. While booking I chose an option only to book a ticket if at least one lower berth is allotted. Despite my condition it booked a ticket with upper berth. I cancelled the ticket. I booked again the same thing happened. I cancelled again. I booked again, I got her in middle berth but no lower berth. I had to cancelled my confirm tickets twice incurring penalty of Rs 240 and I still do not have lower berth. My cancelled Tickets are: 1st ticket: PNR:[protected] 2nd ticket: PNR: [protected] My confirmed ticket with no lower berth: PNR:[protected] I seek the following relief: 1) my Since I asked IRCTC not to book a ticket without lower berth option and it booked so I had to cancel, I want full refund without any cancellation. 2) I want my pregnant wife should get a lower berth, as a railway minister promised a lower berth quota for a pregnanat women.

                        Dear sir, We were travelling in 12815 / NANDAN KANAN EXP boarded from Kanpur to New Delhi on 26-Apr-2015 with PNR no.[protected] and [protected]. This train became late by more than 4 hrs.. Hence I could not board my connecting train to Jammu i.e. 12265 / DEE JAT DURONTO PNR no [protected] and [protected] for 26-Apr-2015. Now I filed a TDR within 2 hrs when connecting train left Delhi. Currently one of the TDR status is CR Registered and for other PNR it is CR Repudiate Both tickets were purchased through Internet. Please do the needful for refund of my money of 12265 / DEE JAT DURONTO PNR Express.

NOW, ON 06/05/2015 WHEN I CANCELLED IT, A MESSAGE CAME ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] THAT AN AMOUNT OF RS.2430/- WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR ACCOUNT.I THINK THERE IS SOME MISTAKE. BALANCE AMT. OF RS.815/- MAY BE REFUDED BY YOU. LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND BALANCE AMT. OF RS. 815/- REFUNDED AT EARLIEST.

                            4 people (2 male and 2 female) missed their train to Hyderabad which was by 11.30 pm at katpadi. No electronic display or announcement was made for their train. The enquiry officials seemingly directed them to a wrong platform, after repeated enquiries. Note: It was tatkal ticket hence, we are unable to apply for TDR.

                                    I had booked my ticket bearing PNR NO - [protected] in my name Mrs Juliet Sequeria for 12133 Man galore express CI-3A AND wait listed Showing no 6 & before Departure we checked it on line and saw as RAC COACH B3 SEAT 63 And On My Boarding the train in thane the ticket checker said that I was wrong and that I have no confirmation on the same I was of loaded with my 5 year son in panvel. I had to under go lot of harassment. I, Want to know the following 1, how did the situation change in 2 hours of the chart 2, what should I do in this matter and where do I approach and who should I approach
