This is my second complaint in last 10 days and this problem I faced everyday for last 10 days. The site doesnt work properly during initial Tatkal hours, i.e, around 10:03, 10:04 am and if it works then the transactions doesn't go properly. The amount is debited from the account but the transaction fails saying TXN failed due to internal error or due to time limit exceeded. There has been no response from IRCTC site to my last complaint and when I mailed them directly they said its a technical glitch. I have 9 screen-shots of the site during initial Tatkal hours when it was unavailable and when it became available the availability was not there.If this forum cannot take forward the complaint properly let us know how to expedite our complaint since its happening everyday. There were three transaction failure during the transaction and after 15 minutes when transaction got successful it went to WL. I have attached 9 screenshots of the time frame from 10:03 am to 10:20 am.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT THE SAME HAPPENED WITH ME ALSO
THIS IS LIKE SOME CHEAP GAME PLAYED BY THE RAILWAYS AND I THINK THAT IRCTC IS THE WORST SITE IN THIS WORLD.
I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS THAT IF IN THE TATKAL TIMING IF GENERAL PUBLIC CAN'T BOOK ANY TICKET THEN JUST STOP THE SITE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AND AND OPEN THE SITE ONLY FOR BROKERS & AGENTS OF IRCTC.

    THERE IS A BIG GOO[censored]P IN THE SYSTEM. WE CAME TO KNOW THAT DURING TATKAL BOOKING TIMING THE SYSTEM IS PURPOSELY KEEP DOWN SO THAT THE NORMAL PUBILC CAN BOOK THE TICKET. AND THE RAILWAY STAFF GET THEIR BOOKING DONE. THIS IS A CIRME. SYSTEM GIVE ERROR WITH IN A SECOND. GOVERMENT SHOULD GIVE SOME SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM SO THAT COMMON PEOPLE DO NOT SUFFER THIS THING

      My wife and two children were travelling by swarn shatabdi from lucknow to New Delhi on date 11/05/2015. PNR number of the ticket was [protected]. They were carrying the print out of the ticket and a on line print out of the aadhar card in black and white copy. They had other IDs in their email as well as in their smartphone. The TTE whose name was Smt Sunita Devi said that they were not carrying the legal original ID however she was several times told that it was the print out of the online aadhar card. She told that a fine of Rs 6600.00 would be charged however after been told by my wife that she was not carrying so much of cash along with her she tortured my son by telling him that if they would not pay the amount then she would prepare a memo and the RPF force would take them to the jail at the next station. When my told the TTE that she was carrying only Rs 1500.00 with her she took the money from my son and did not give any receipt. My son had even taken the photographs of the notes which were given to her. I know that now we don't have any proofs against her but I request you to kindly take some action against her so that she could not harass other passengers.

        I had booked a ticket in train no. 12315(ANANYA EXPRESS) from Barddhaman JN to Ajmer dated 30th April 2015 I had also booked a double bed delux retiring room at Ajmer railway junction for 24 hours from 1st May 2015 to 2nd May 2015. I had booked both items through two different persons. But the said train was cancelled and I could not complete the journey. I therefore request you to kindly refund both the amount.           PNR no [protected] travelling from new jalpaiguri to allahahad on 6th may 2015. class AC2 berth no 19, 20, 21, 22 There were cockroaches and rats in the cabin. All over dirty. No reading light was functioning. hand towels were not given. While train was crossing through bihar, private vendors rushed in the compartment every 5 minutes. Inspite of pantry car, unbranded mineral water was sold instead of rail neer. No complaint book was offered to us when we asked. Dr vishnu goel

            Date of Journey is 8th-Apr-15 and TDR Filed on 7th-Apr-15 (I was not able to cancel the ticket as Chart prepared at Source ). Train cancelled 1 day prior to date of journey. I have not traveled on this date then how come you people shows that I have traveled. Attached are the proofs which shows that your system is wrong and you train management is so corrupt. Change the system!!! I hope You will reply to the mail if you can understand the problem and you are much concerned about your duty.               Dear IRCTC Team No doubt online ticket booking is very good option to save time and easy to get tickets. But now days we have and many peoples are facing problem who try to get online Tatkal. But that time irctc web site not permitted to book tickets due to shows error on booking page.after few mints it's will open but that time all the trains tatkal availabilities are shows wait list . This is not a technical problems it is may be happened purposely by the tatkal ticket rackets. I need to clarify from the irctc what is the actual reason for the above problems.                   Dear IRCTC, For the past 12 days I am trying to book tatkal ticket online and I am getting the same error "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time", even though I sharply login into the site at 10:00. On first day I thought it might be some server issue which your technical team will resolve in an hour or so (being crucial issue).                     I have tried to book tickets from Guruvayoor to Chennai on 07.05.2015 through irctc website for travel on 10.05.2015. . The amount of Rs.4116/- has been wrongly deducted twice (i.e Rs.8232/-) from my SBI A/c No.[protected], Chennai, but after making debit card payment the status displayed is that "Error, No seats found". The transactions nos. are[protected] and[protected] respectively. Finally it was successful during the third time by Chennai Express (Train No.22640). The third time transaction no. was[protected]. Hence, I kindly request you to refund the wrongly deducted amount of Rs.8232/- (Rs.4116 x 2) to the same SBI A/c No.[protected], from where it is debited through my debit card.                         Hi, I was trying to book Tatkal ticket online. Firstly, i got error showing site is unreachable, please contact after sometime. Finally, i got error saying you are not authorized to more than 2 tickets per IP address but i haven't book any tickets & also i was trying to book only 1 ticket. This is happening because our IRCTC system doesn't want to remove bribe culture.                             When I am trying to book the tatkal ticket for past 7 days, from ndls to pnbe getting the error message : "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time".                               I have tried for reservation through Tatkal on 8th of this month from Ongole to Hyderabad. But it failed due to some reasons. But I have been charged Rs.1237.47 twice. But still the amount is not refunded from you. Take proper action regarding my complaint.

                                i booked a ticket on[protected] from vijayawada to kolkata and Date Of Journey is:15-Oct-2014 the train was late mare than 6 hours i file tdr on 15-oct-2015 and i called to coustmer care and tell this complaint they tell full amount was refunded with in 3 months after three months i called to coustmer care they are telling same story the tdr is in process after 6 months 15 days means 30-apirl-2015 the TDR was Repudiate ticket fare-8700 i ask Reason for Repudiate TDR: No Remark in charting i have all proofs ticket etc please help me my contact no -[protected]

                                Why the Railway zones are taking too much of time for refund for TDR ... its almost the 45 days over... still they are unable to refund the amount...
                                Just the status as &quot;CR registered&quot; after that no updates...
                                IRCTC is not able to resolve these issues as soon as possible..

                                If it goes like in this way.. just imagine the how many trains are ruining daily and how many are cancelling/TDR filiing .. is IRCTC able to handle this sceanrio????????

                                  Sir, I have not yet received tatkal ticket fare till date. PNR No [protected] tatkal ticket book in 12836 YPR Hatia Exp for 22 Apr 2015 in Class-3AC. Waiting List tatkal tickets berth not allotted and automatically cancelled but refund amount a sum of Rs 3804.94 not yet refunded to my account. Please refund the fare at the earliest.

                                    Agents are able to login and book the ticket and is the quota for the agent is grater that what it is for common login I was booking a ticket from pune to Hyderabad but at the time of booking the sever hung later once logging it give me an error for attempts has been exceeded I know some agent they guarantee you the tickets and they have developed a script,

                                      I booked tickets today using Premium Tatkal since Tatkal Quota gave the error 'The server is unreachable at the moment'(This seems to be a trick to lure people in buying Premium Tatkal tickets). I had a very bad experience with this, since while booking the ticket fare was shown to be Rs. 530 with the message shown below as follows: 'Dynamic charges applicable'(IN VERY SMALL FONT). First of all, people are in hurry to buy Tatkal tickets, so this SMALL message may go unnoticed. Instead an Alert should be shown when the Book button is clicked, so that people know what they are going for. In my case, I was charged Rs. 1245 per ticket which is MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original fare displayed. This fare is not displayed anywhere at the time of payment. This seems to be a way of looting people. I am very unhappy with IRCTC since the dynamic price should atleast be displayed at the time of payment. The passengers for this ticket are two ladies that are not capable of paying such a huge amount since they have a very low source of income. Request IRCTC to refund the amount or charge only Rs. 530 per ticket and also to take into consideration the changes suggested.

                                        I booked tickets today using the Premium Tatkal Quota since Tatkal Quota was showing 'The server is unreachable at the moment'(This seems to be a trick to lure people to buy Premium Tatkal tickets). This was a very bad experience since while booking the ticket, fare was shown as Rs.530, with red print written below it that dynamic charges will be applicable(IN VERY SMALL FONT). This is cheating, since we have to book the tickets in a hurry and that small red print might go unnoticed. Atleast, an alert should be shown for the Dynamic Charges issue. Also, there was no dynamic price indicated at the time of payment, I was charged Rs.1245 per ticket which is MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original price shown. Request you to refund the amount, since the passengers of the ticket i.e. two ladies are not capable to pay such a huge amount as they don't have any income source. Also, in the future please see to it that an alert is displayed for the Dynamic charges once the Book button is clicked and the dynamic charge is displayed prior to payment.
