Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that I booked a e-ticket by internet banking ( HDFC Bank ) on date[protected] PNR No- [protected] ), Train No- 12398, Train Name- Mahabodhi Exp . My train's journey date was[protected] and that day this train was late more than 3 hours . So I cancelled this ticket on same date[protected] through File TDR . But I got refund amount only Rs. 85 against PNR No- [protected] in my account . . As per railways rule ... (1) Train Running More than Three hours Late:- Full refund is permissible if refund is obtained/online TDR filed before actual departure of the train. (2) After preparation of charts, the user shall have to file online TDR for claiming refund. The refund case will be decided by Railways. The TDR can be filed by the same user who books the ticket. After receipt of the refund amount from Railway, it shall be credited in the same account through which booking was made through opted payment gateway. In spite of why did refund only Rs. 85 for this transaction ??? Please take quick action !!! I, therefore request you to please provide me full refund in my account as soon as possible...     I got one ticket with PNR no. [protected] of dated[protected] cancelled on the same date more than six hours before the departure of the train. But I have not got the refund so far as more than five months have passed. Kindly arrange to get me my refund at the earliest

      Respected Sir, A Catering Stall No. 7 (Platform No. 3) just near Geeta Press counter at Mughalsarai Junction (U.P.) is charging the costumer's above the price list issued by Indian Railway. Actual Coffee Rate List Rs/- 7.00 but they are charging Rs/- 10.00. When i discuss him about price list, he replied me in slang word's & told me this is his counter then price will be according to him. Santosh Kumar [protected]

        My father who is a senior citizen booked a ticket through travel agent from allahabad to mumbai in Duranto exp for journey date 9th may 2015 but no senior citizen concession is given to him while on ticket from mumbai to allahabad concession was given. please take the matter into account and inform me how to get refund. the ticket detail is as under.           1. pnr-[protected] amount-1185.00 rupees dated-15.03.2015 at 7.16pm cancelled 2. ticket cancelled pnr no.-[protected] amount-2310 dt.15.03.2015 at 7.08pm above amounts are not credited after cancellation of tickets since three days.

                  On dated 6 march 2015 a ticket which pnr no is [protected] from bnw to asr was cancelled but refund amount of rs 555 has not received of said cancelled ticked till yet . Further confirmetion of refund amount has already been received on 6 march 2015 from irctc through sms. Hence it is requested to take necessary action an may please refund the said amountvof cancelled ticket

                    actully i am travelling in howrah ahm xps...nd by mistake i take the train of super xpress nd i hv the normal general ticket... i accept that was my mistake...by tt came nd shouted at me nd force by leave the train by saying """ nikal jao trin se nd pushing me backside...""""" Is it the right procedure???? i dnt knw his name..bt i want to punish him ... kindly help??????

                      Hi Please note that vide Transaction ID : [protected] being departed from Tatanagar to Patna on 20th January 2015, the said train have been cancelled by Railway. Self have tried to cancelled the said ticket, but failed to do so. Thereafter, after confirmation from customer care department due to 'cancellation option' have not been functional, we have done TDR on[protected] in midnight. As per customer care confirmation, the said refund amount will be transfer to my account with 6 to 7 working days. But till date the said have been refunded back. Enclosed all relevant details for your ready reference. Please do the needful at the earliest. Regards P Kumar

                              Dear Sir, I am using the pandian express (12637 & 12638) since last 5 years by booking in advance, When I am travelling the RAC will be cleared on the basis of " First come first served". But last two months the clearing RAC in above train is not happened like this. For Example my pnr number for last travel by using that train is [protected].When it was booked 45 days back I am in W/L 67, then turned in to RAC.But I came to know W/L 120 also shared the same seat in RAC. Before the chart preparation I am in RAC 20, then later it was allotted RS-8 63, but one who is having RAC 42 ( before chart preparation) then turned into RS -5 55 got the berth. I am wondering how the RAC cleared to that passenger? Not for me...If it is a case what basis RAC clearing happened in our system..Even we can use the help of Operational research or PERT CPM in order to solve the above issue.The intention of mail is atlest it should not repeated in future.                                 Kannur-yeshwanthpur express 16258 has been continuously running late. I have been regularly travelling in this train for weekends and 5.05 am it is supposed to reach hosur...it has not reached unitill 8am On 16.03.2015. And then it is kept held for another one hour at hosur. People travelling in this train have work on mondays and with the expectation of reaching early travel in this train. even my duty timing is 8.30 at madiwala...and its already 9 and train is at hosur yet. This has been a regular issue And makes buses a better travel option to bangalore than this train. I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter Asap.

                                    FROM LAST WHOLE WEEK I AM TRYING TO BOOK TICKETS FROM LTT TO SHG BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GET CONFIRM TICKETS. TODAY AT 08.41 AM I WAS ABLE TO PAY THE TICKETS FARE FROM MY NETBANKING FACILITIES STILL MY TICKETS WERE NOT BOOKED. HOW CAN ABOUT 497 TICKETS CAN BE BOOKED AND IT GOES TO 148 W/L IN JUST 20 SECONDS. BECAUSE OF AGENTS NORMAL PEOPLES ARE NOT ABLE TO GET TICKETS

                                      Transaction id:[protected] train no: 13134/ BSB SDAH express date of journey:01/01/2015 date of booking:24/12/2014 (12:42 hrs) pnr no:[protected] I have booked four tickets through IRCTC from Zamania to Sealdah (ref: above mentioned details). However the train was cancelled on the scheduled date of journey for dense fog. Accordingly I thought that the ticket amount will be automatically refunded and transferred into the relevant bank account but till date I have not received the refund. Thanks.
