      I use to go by the Chennai Egmore-Salem train i.e. 11063 & 11064 atleast four times in a month. Previously there were small cockroaches moving here and there in all the compartments. We were afraid as they might go into the ears or inside the bags. But we blocked everything during the travel. Nowadays, the cockroaches have grown into maximum size scaring the ladies and children. We don't bother about the enhancement of charges but expect a clean and peaceful travel. Kindly arrange to destroy all the insects and keep the compartments tidy.

        TDR Filed but refund not received Dear Sir/ Madam, I have booked an E- ticket having PNR Number : [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Train No./ Name: 14217/ allahabad to UMB(AMBALA) I have filed the TDR because of the below reason Reason For TDR: Train late more then 3 Hours and The Passenger Not Travelled. TICKET Date: 12-DEC-2014 CANCELLATION DATE:25 DEC 2014 My request for refund has been repudiated by railways through cancellation id: [protected] Now I got the reply having TDR Status: CR Repudiate.           Dear Sir, My self Abhishek Jasuja. Yesterday i was traveled in 2 A. C. by mangla exp.( MANGLA LKSDP Exp) from khandwa (M.P.) to Mangalore. I clicked some picture and am attaching the train ticket. Further i would like to explain that these train pics was clicked when the train was at PANVEL. In spite of new projects are being launched regarding train clean this is the condition of 2 A.C. Coach...I paid the amount 2960 Rs. as per railway wish but we are not getting the facilities. If any one can take action, please do !!! We expect from Indian railway to provide good facilities to there passenger...

            Hi Sir, This is to bring your notice that my account has been deactivated and when i call the customer care they are saying it is tampered. I am a software professional and here is what i did, logged in and tried to book a ticket from secundrabad to machilipatnam and I have entered 2 times catpche wrong and third time the website tried to book the ticket and by surprise the account logged off and when i try to login it is saying your account is deactivated. I called customer care and he simply said I have tampered the account. Sir, I am using this account since years and I am person of good conduct. How can your customer care guys simple tell me I tampered my own account, that too with a techie. Please tell your customer care guys to at least learn how to talk to people. Since this is government sector and you people think that no one will raise voice on you and can do what ever you want. Since you claim that i have tampered my own account I want logs of my activities and need explanation why you people deactivated my account. Why should I stay calm without doing any mistake.

                Hi Team, Issue1: 3 Years back I created my profile in IRCTC using my company id- leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in Unfortunately, I forgot the password of my IRCTC Login. I wanted to cancel my booked tickets, I tried for forgot password option, the temporary password is reaching to registered email id. So, I sent an email to " [protected]@irctc.co.in" for cancellation of tickets.But they have not cancelled the tickets and asked me to send a scan copy of my original id proof with registered email id. Because of this, I loss my money. So, kindly take necessary actions on this. Issue2: The registered email id (leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in) currently not working as I am not with HCL now. So, kindly help me to update my email id, to avoid issue like above. Thanks, Leela

                    Train number 50105 diwa sawantwadi passenger does not have Bogie numbers on it.it has been announced that bogie number D1 will b second from engine.but there is no name plate on it.when i entered it was like general bogie.it was very confusing for passengers to get their seats. Even i had my reservation for my journey, it took half and hour for me to get seat, and that is also not as per my reservation.

                        Hi, while booking tatkal ticket, we are facing issue with refresh link. Even though we clicked on refresh it is not giving an option Book Now, but the option is coming when we click on ticket class like SL, 1A, 2A... Thanks and regards, Dasthagiri.

                            Hi, I had booked the ticket through IRCTC site having PNR No. [protected] and Transaction ID [protected]. As I could not travel, I had registered the TDR on same day within 2 hours of Train Departure. But still TDR status it shows as CR Repudiate and Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF . Please do the needful to get this solved.

                                I made train reservation from TMQ to MS in train number 16724 to travel on 11.10.2014 under PNR no [protected] (fare Rs 305/-)AND also in train no 12693 from MS to MDU to travel on12.10.2014 PNR no [protected] (fare Rs 315/-) which were cancelled on 11.10.14 and I received SMS that Rs 275/- and Rs 285/- respectively be credited. But till date not done. Kindly do the needful to credit the cancellation amount.

To Be more specific, I had booked two railway e-tickets by online ticket booking on www.irctc.co.in Below is my booking details. They didn't noticed me anything before and they didn't mail me of why they have charged me when I had already made the payments of booked tickets. Here is my account statement.                                       I have booked two e- tickets bearing PNR Number: [protected] from Mathura Junction to Mumbai Central, date of journey 9-Jan-2015 train number /name: 12954/AG KRANTI RJDHN At the time of booking the tickets were in Waiting list RLWL 4/RLWL 5, until the last minute of journey the tickets were not confirmed, at last one of the ticket was confirmed but the other was still in waiting list. So, both the passengers did not boarded the train and travelled by air, i can produce the e ticket of the flight as well. I filed the TDR on same date i.e 9-Jan-2015, but the current status on irctc.co.in shows (Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL). I don't understand that if Railways don't want to refund the money for actual purpose than why this TDR system been in place. Kindly look into the matter.                                       After putting up the complaint someone called me from contact number +91-[protected] naming Ramesh stating that he is calling from IRCTC, and they would like to refund the entire amount. But they need to know the debit card number of the ATM which was used.
                                      He transferred the call to some other person saying that he is transferring the call to refund department. The other person asked for Card Number and Expiry Date of the card, than he gave me a formula which was addition of few number given by him and adding my cvv number to the given formula and sharing the result.
                                      When i asked him that i can not share the result, it will result into disclosing the cvv number to an unauthorised party, i asked him that as per RBI guidelines no one ask for this information than he disconnected the phone.
                                      I would like to bring in the notice of the administrator of this portal that this portal is being used by some cyber criminals also, and the management needs to look at the same.

                                        Hi, I was trying to book tickets on IRCTC (on Date - 20/11/2014) for my parents journey from Mumbai CST to Nagpur for Journey date[protected]. In first attempt my transaction failed and ticket was not booked but amount Rs.657.49/- was debited from my debit card. In the second attempt my ticket was successfully booked and again same amount was debited from my debit card (SBI Debit card in the name o[censored]lhas Sule). I took up this matter with IRCTC and mailed them providing all the relevant transaction details and in reply they asked to provide bank statement. Then I took up the same matter with bank and verified on their end whether the amount is paid twice to IRCTC and they confirmed that same amount is paid to IRCTC twice one for successful and one for failed transaction. I then provided IRCTC the bank statement which has two entries of same amount, but they haven't responded me on this matter and i am still awaiting their response on this issue. I kindly request you to take up this matter with IRCTC and help me resolve the same and get me back my money.
