    I, Muhammad Sadiq booked two sleeper class tickets through irctc on[protected] from vadakara (BDJ) to ankamali (AFK) (train no:16348) with pnr number :[protected]. the bookeng status of tickets are w/l 66, 67. date of jrny was[protected]. Due to chance of not confirming those tickets, i have booked Tatkal tickets for same journy. and i tried to cancel the tickets. but due to their site maintenance i was unable to cancel my tickets. so one ticket get confirmed (s4 67) other not(w/l 7) on[protected].. but till now i didnt get the refund amount back in my account.

      It is shocking to see that the option for online ticket booking is not available for State Bank of India's Internet Banking customers. I would like to know whether the nation's Largest Bank has been deliberately kept out or it is on account of any technical error. If it is deliberate, denying the facility for SBI customers amounts to criminal intentions and let me hope that the facility is immediately restored. Else, the matter shall be escalated upto the level of PMO.

        Pnr Number: [protected] Train no : 16179 Coach No : S9 Birth No : 67, 70, 72 Here no fan is running in this coach.. Mr. Saminathan TTR is the wittness. He also tried with electrician to rectify but it failed. As a result we are suffering in this hot summer without fan and one of the person got chicken pox. the government getting extra charges failed to do its duty. Shame on our government.. Railways have the responsibility to reply us. You have to refund my amount and have to give compensation for your mistake.

          Hi All, There no proper maintenance in Yehlenka Railway station, as it is Junction still there’s no announcement of train arrival and no proper couch boards available on platform. Due to this passengers are suffering a lot. Instead of boarding to Solapur Yeshwanthpur, passengers are getting boarded into Solapur Sideshwar(Udyan) Train. For aged peoples it’s lot of trouble that they should run more than 5 to 6 bogies to board there specific couch as there’s no proper boards where the couch comes exactly. Even the parking fee is more (Rs. 20) and planning to raise railway charges but there’s no concern about the passangers. Due to this we lost the train and suffered a lot. Along with the Patient’s we need to travel in General couch and that too standing. If something goes wrong then who is responsible for this.

            Date of journey -- 29June2014 Train -- Dhanbad Express 13352 Erode to Chennai. PNR [protected] Pantry Vendors selling tea or coffee sell the same only along with mariegold biscuits costing rs 3. So that totals to rs 10. I[censored] want only the tea you wont get it. The vendor just walks away.

                  Dear sir, I had booked the 5 ticket on 24 - april-2014, for travel date (25- may-2014) pnr no [protected] which was on waiting list . On 25- may-2014 I found the status of ticket 1 was conformed n rest was on waiting. I called on the customer care no of irctc[protected], . asked for TDR file, the executive Gave me the guided to file the TDR & executive said to file for only one tickets . as per executive I did so. But again today I called on the customer care no . one of the executive he Said I need file the TDR again for all the waiting list tickets to get the my refund amount . So I request you to look in the matter & please solve the problem . requested to refund my amount my contact no is [protected], [protected](sunil)

                    Hi, There is some error occures in irctc website. Two times service tax has been deducted from my account when had booking ticket online from net banking options. Ticket Details: PNR No: [protected] Amount Deducted from my account as Rs 507.47 Actual as Ticket fair: Rs 486.00 Service Tax: Rs 11.24 Total as: Rs 496.24 But amount deducted as Rs 507.47, Please explain to us.                         I booked three airline tickets on 8th of december. My journey was scheduled for the last week of may. But due to some circumstances i made the cancellations on the third week of april. I got email from IRCTC that the refunds have been processes but it wasnt the truth. I went to my bank checked my bank statements constantly but no refunds came. I constantly reminded irctc that i need refunds. They asked for my bank statements and i sent them that starting from 1st january to 30 june. They made more excuses day by day as i fulfilled each of their demands. Lastly they wanted my bank statement from the date of booking i.e. 8th of december. Why would they need the statements of 6 months before i cancelled the tickets???? ! I had made the cancellations on april so obviously they would need the statement after that only.. But still i sent the december statements also.. After i sent all the things they asked for.. The emails stopped from their end because they were left with no excuses ! I exchanged 100s of emails with irctc and wasted so much of my time and effort. July have approached and i havent got my refund of RS.5000 I FEEL IRCTC MUST BE BANNED. THEY MAKE A FOOL OUT OF GENERAL PUBLIC !! AND THEY SURVIVE ON SUCH IL-LEGAL MONey WHICH THEY SNATCH FROM US !!

                          On toway's date i have book msnglore exp. Ticket on date 27/08/2014 through online irctc at 08.05am on today's date. While booing time it will show seat are available so have fill up my information throught e-ticket. After making payment through sbi debit card, it will shows that seat are not avaible on curret status. I think something is wrong happing in irctc booking status or it intersatly blooced for general people and service provide to agent. If theses possible we will file case to court to bann the irctc and flash it to local public through news paper.

                            IRCTC is online service via people can book their tickets for trains. Site also has provided the fraction of seconds through which u can book your advance ticket. That is at 8am they allow us to book ticket.. I have booked ticket within 10 seconds still i got my ticket to be in waiting list.. This is totally uncouth and unfair. Everyone is paid for fine once got waiting list...i think this must be the strategy that railway government is getting their profit through the fine by providing waiting list.Highly recommends you if ticket is not available...do not provide waiting list..and also transaction should not be done.Plz do needful action on the same.

                              I have never seen such a nonsense service from any of the site. I tried booking tickets for 27 Aug 2014, from Thane to Rajapur Rd, after all submissions it showed 261 waiting, I made the payment, once the payment was done it showed an error status "seats not available", where as the amount was deducted from my account in fraction of seconds. Is this a service a govt site is providing????? Just don't invest on site's layout work on the services.

                                  Dear Sir/Madem, I traveled so many times in train I observed recently the IRCTC persons sold their food items more than MRP price, that time I asked seller "why you sold food products more than MRP price? He answered me "my proprietor told " for example 1. Rs.10 and Rs.15 water bottle they sold Rs20 2. Rs 12 Biscuit and Rs10 chips packets thy sold out Rs15 3. Food items taste less and cold 4. Toilets and surroundings not cleaned 5. pasengers split and smoking inside the compartment 6. railway police behaviouor rouddly and they use bad words to passengers Please proper action above activitys, Thanking you, Yours sinsiarly, G.Durga Prasad

                                    On 27th May 2014, Train was cancelled by railway i got refund of Rs 936.00 where as i pay Rs. 2360.
                                    I read the complete refund rule of railway, as per this if train is cancelled by railway then they will refund full amount. But i did not get after marking mail on TDRPROCESS.co.in, i did not get any respond.

                                      My family is travelling via a special premium train from YPR to BBS. We have paid 2500+ per ticket fro 3-tier AC ticket. Issues faced 1) Train was late by 2 hours even though YPR was source station. 2) It is 2.30pm in the afternoon and lunch is being not served. 3) For breakfast they served 2 piece bread and boiled egg. Is this the breakfast for a person?? And, is this the service being served for Rs 2500+??

                                        I was visit New delhi to bhubaneswar in Rajdhani express for 24 hours of journey. The care taker has given 2 water bottle freely. He refused to provide third water bottle in free. He damanded price aginest the water bottle. Is the IRCTC provide only 2 water bottle for 24 hours journey....
