Irctc website issue

Hi,
i have an account in irctc website, i am automatically migrated to new generation website site which is very slow and works slow during tatkal hours, i can open another account with previous verson at the same tiem but my id doesnot works at that time ..

Please help me and restore the previous version of irctc. I DO NOT WANT to use new version, it is really depressing...

Payment gateway

The migrated IRCTC login is not good. During payment there is only limited options of payment gateways, we are not able to see the below banks, 1) Citibank 2) City Union Bank 3) TamilNadu Merchantile Bank Please ask them to add those gateways....

complaint against basic amenities

I had filed for TDR on 24 March and was eligible for 100% reund but they have made on 50 % refund.
