    I booked three ticket from kesinga to chennai central.Transaction id is-[protected], PNR no is-[protected], train no -18189, the train travel date is 26th june 2014 but still no money back, from three ticket one is confirmed and other two were in waiting list.so we did not travel.but railway department did not refund money of that two not confirmed ticket.and filed a TDR too for the confirmed ticket.please let me know what are the possibilities of getting the money back.

      Hi, I booked tatkal ticket from Tirupathi to Vijayawada for train 12625(Kerala Express) for Journey on July 25, 2014 There is a substantial difference in base fare and price breakup as below General Sleeper Ticket: 215(Base fare)+30(superfastcharge)+20(Reservationcharge)=265(Total fare) Tatkal Sleeper Ticket:265(Base fare)+30(superfastcharge)+20(Reservationcharge)+90(Tatkal charge)=405(Total fare) Eventhough for Tatkal they are charging 90, they are charging extra base fare also which is looting public people.

        At first, the online ticket booking included state bank of hyderabad in SBI associates group. But after my account got modified automatically, it's not there. So I'm unable to use my account for ticket booking as I cannot pay for it. Please include some more banks in it.

            Sir, With respect to my PNR [protected], I would like to state that i filed the TDR at 00:53 on 30th june while the train departed from my boarding station i.e. PATNA much after 02:00 (according to www. trainenquiry.com), so how come my request for refund can be denied based on the reason that :"TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit", as written in the mail sent to me by your portal. While the rule existent on your own website i.e. www.irctc.co.in clearly states that passenger must get full refund if the train is late by more than three hours and he files a TDR before actual departure of the train.                 I was travelling in train 12221, pune hwh duranta express from pune on 21st of july, 2014. The toilets had cockroaches and was dirty from the very boarding point. Throughout the 2 day journey it was never cleaned. Increase in train fare(approx rs.2500) and having such dirty toilets is not tolerable. I was in B3 apartment, seat no 28... Darshana ganguly

                  I had booked tickets tatkal through irctc online vide pnr no. [protected] for my relative couple. IRCTC allotted tickets in far apart compartment which is totally absurd and as a result of that I had to cancel the tickets getting ZERO refund. Due to that the passengers could move to their dwelling place incurring huge loss of time and money. I would like to get entire money at least to meet towards loss to some extent. I could not understand the ground behind misleading the regular consumers and making farce of the said so called online booking. Regards, SROY

                    Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                    I have booked a ticket (5 people) from New Delhi to Amritsar for 11th July, 2014 and only one ticket got confirmed and the rest was wait listed.

                    I accidentally filled the TDR for the one that got confirmed and the rest four I thought would be refunded automatically as it was in waiting, now I have been informed that I won't get refund as it was partially confirmed, the amount is huge and around Rs 3097, also I cannot file a TDR again as only one TDR can be filed for a PNR number.

                    Kindly please rectify this and refund the amount as the ticket was wait listed.

                      the menu rate on irctc I found on the pdf form is around 50% less that I have to pay on board to eat.. i.e rs 100for veg and rs 120 for non veg.. This amount wouldnt have been a problem if the food served was edible..I bet any of irctc desk employees to eat the food just record yourexpression and the amount of food U will leave..As a result whenever the train stops I run around on platforms searching for a bit less costly but more importantly the food that I can eat.. Wake up men..

                        invalid captcha errors in nget irctc site

                        even after several attempts of typing correct capcha for 10-12 times. site is not allowing to next page as this new site - nget irctc is having 3 capcha to have a successful transaction. it takes 30 capcha to be written to book a ticket. its really hard and irritating when someone types a correct capcha but still site doesnt allows to next page. proper testing is not done on these capcha. server couldnt able to crosscheck with the image...

                              Dear Sir, With profound sorrow and deep regretfully I want to tell that I tried all the ways to create a login id for irctc booking but sorry could not. All my email/gmail IDs and mobile numbers have been registered with irctc but none of them could make my efforts through. I do not know whether irctc is so funny or what else. What is so critical there that I have handled thousands of computers and could not successfully login in irctc. Very shame ful on the part of so called irctc which is not at all user friendly. If I could not make, there would be thousands/lakhs who would be unable to create a login id and perforce have to queue up at res counters for their reservations. Very very poor on the part of irctc support group. Shyam

                                Train Number 19132 ( Kutch Express) is late since more than 2 months. Kindly make it regular or else try to provide another train as an option. We regular people unable to reach our working place on time because of late schedule of this train. Our job is in risk. Please take it seriously. Thanking you Regards

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, Transaction ID :[protected] PNR No. :[protected] Train No. & Name : 12736/ SC GARIB RATH Date of Booking :17-Jul-2014 Class: THIRD AC Quota : TATKAL Date of Journey :18-Jul-2014 From: YPR To : SC Boarding At : YPR Date Of Boarding : 18-Jul-2014 Reservation Upto : SC This is to bring into your kind notice that my family was schedule to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 18/7/2014 by Garib Rath (details enclosed above). She had tickets for 3rd A.C. with status Confirmed. In a rush to board the train, my wife did not notice whether she was carrying the original or duplicate id card. After realizing during the ticket check she explained and apologized with the TTE for the same. He did not have any name tag on his jacket, hence she could recollect his name. He demanded a bribe of Rs 500 per ticket for the same. My wife refused to pay the bribe and after furious exchange of words between the TTE and my wife, she agreed to pay the penalty for not carrying the original id card but will not pay the bribe. Out of fury the TTE demanded 3300/- per ticket which was unacceptable by my wife. As we read the instruction on the ticket, in case the passenger fails to produce the original id card the TTE shall penalise with an additional amount of RS 50 per ticket from the passenger. Without having any courtesy that he was dealing with a women passenger with 2 small kids he simply started abusing her and asked her to get off the moving train immediately (very slowly though). Somehow she managed to get off the train. She approached the station master office but couldn’t find anyone on the seat and hence returned home since it was getting too late. I urge the addressee to kindly look into this serious matter and a strict disciplinary action should be taken to the responsible T.T.E., those who harass and create nuisance for the passenger. I shall await a response from the authority. Failing which I shall approach the consumer redressal court for justice.

                                  And the customer care has asked me to go and meet the station master for this complaint. I do not understand why can't there be an online support. For hearing I can be called for clarification. Going to the station master may or may not yield any result.

                                  I am raising an alarm about a corrupted TTE. Request you to please treat this seriously.

                                    Today just now when i tried to do reservation through irctc new site i was getting log off without any reasons, five time i tried to do reservation...I DO NOT WHY WE CANNOT MAKE USER FRIENDLY SYSTEM...this is just helping mal practices going on in reservations of railway...due to this i have to contact agents for reservation for which i have to give more money then ticket...that too will not be accounted in railways...if possible pl. do revert on action taken.
