Sir, I reserve 2tickets on 19/05/2014 in Azad Hind Exp (12130) from Howrah to Pune for 23/06/2014. But I canceled 2 tickets on 05/06/2014 & 11/06/2014 respectively. Ticket details PNR NO [protected], TRANSTION ID [protected]. I got return Rs 600on 13/06/2014 TRANSFERED-INB refund of IGU4847851 TRANSFER FROM [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C COLLECT After that I contact with [protected]@irctc.co.in on 25th june, 2014, as per my complain mail, They reply me to sent my bank statement scan copy from 19thMay to till date. I send them the bank passbook's scan copy & the SBI Transection Details From 19 May 2014 to 6 july2014. i send this on Day after tomorrow, but till i did not get any positive reply about this matter. so how can i got the refund money, please do somthing as early as possible.       As I have filled TDR on 31/05/2014, as my pnr number:-[protected], it is because train is late more than 3 hours.In indian railways it is rule that if train is late than more than 3 hours then we can take our refund.So that i filled in my profile tdr for my refund.Now they are not refunding the money after 2 months also.They are not replying also.Please kindly help.

        Dear Team, I am sudhavamsikiran from bangalore. I have booked a ticket to travel for palnadu express(train number 12747) from Guntur to Begumpeta. On Dt. 18/08/2014. But unfortunately this booking details are not appearing in any of my history records where I checked with old transaction records also. When I checked PNR status in www.indianrail.gov.in website, its giving correct details of journey. So request you take action where this transaction can be appeared in my history records.               My family started a journey 16346 Netravati Exp. on 05.07.2014 from Aluva, Kerala. There was no proper Pantry Car facility in this train for our entire journey up to Thane. On making enquiry with few Pantry Car personnel it is came to know that the contractor of the train is changed w.e.f. 05.07.2014. My query is:-


              1) How can Railways discontinue the Pantry Car Contractor without proper arrangement?
              2) If there is any problem with Pantry Car facility, it should have informed the passengers in advance. Why this was not done?
              3) The hygiene in the Pantry Car is pathetic. Rats and cockroaches were visible everywhere. Why there is no proper cleaning is happening in the train?
              4) We have paid the excess charges as per the increase in rate w.e.f. 25.06.2014. Why railway authority is not taking care of its passengers?
              5) Why should I pay Rs. 4277/- + Rs. 600/- for 3 of my family for the this kind of pathetic journey?
              6) The facilities in the platforms through out the Konkan Railway is not even sufficient for 1 compartment. AC ticket travellers are always suffering because of that.Why there is no sufficient food stalls in the platforms where express trains are stopping?
              7) Why shouldn't I ask for the refund for such third class journey in AC compartment with such soaring rate of ticket?

              Hello my family started a journey 06345 Netravati express on 04/11/2020. We are total of 9 family members traveling. Evening we ordered 5 non veg Biryani and 4 veg Biryani. To be very honest food was pathetic.. chicken was not cooked and rice too. Even vegetables was not cooked properly. Non veg Biryani cost was 125/- and veg was 90/-. Please look forward to this..

                      i had traveled by premium express train from hubli to falna on 24 06 2014 the train arraived 5 hours late at 4 am at hubli rly station nd breakfast was given at 10 am nd meals at pune rly station at 4 pm mean not in time the quality of the food was very bad nd had a very less quantity, the coaches were all dearty nd very old toilet was dirty the name is premium train but it stopped every station nd reached 8 hours late at falna name l g jain m 50 hubli

                        In the earlier version there was a radio button called Associated banks of SBI.When it is clicked STATE BANK OF MYSORE was available and i was able to book the tickets on-line.But now the so called third generation of IRCTC e-ticketing this facility is removed.This is very unfair.IRCTC has to re-introduce the associated banks of SBI.One of the replies i got from IRCTC is that i must use one of the banks listed.When i do not have any Savings bank account in any of the banks listed how can i book the ticket.I do not want to open a new account just for the sake of IRCTC.There is no use of new generation e-ticket for me at least now.

                          Unable to make payment through state bank of travancore online
                          Earlier we could book railway tickets through sbt online bank accounts. But today when i tried, i could see that irctc has removed state bank of india associate banks (Banks like state bank of travancore etc.) from the list of internet banking. So we could'nt book the railway ticket online. We lost our chance as there is no provision to book through debit card also of sbt. This is very unfair. Make immediate action to direct irctc to reinstate "sbi associate banks" in their list of online / internet bank for railway ticket booking. This request may be treated as most immediate as lakhs of people in kerala are losing their opportunity to book railway tickets through sbt online banking.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I was glad to learn that IRCTC has introduced the facility to book retiring rooms on line. As I had good experience of staying in retiring rooms, I thought o[censored]sing the same. On 19.06.2014 I & my wife left for Mumbai BCT by train number 12956 and in advance I had booked the retiring room No. 9 at Mumbai Central station. We checked-in. The room was neat and clean bedsheets were laid and there was absolutely no problem. Thereafter on 20.06.2014 late evening we had left for holidays to Indonesia & Bali. On our return i.e. 28.06.2014 we had checked-in in the room No.06 at Bandra Terminus station (we had booked the same in advance as we were to leave for Jaipur on 29.06.2014 by Train number 19707). The time of our check-in was nearly midnight.

                                We would like to state as under:

                                01. The room was in a pathetic condition. There were very dirty bedsheets. The person on duty was reluctant to change. His comments were " Shuker kariye ki bedsheets mil gayi" (most probably he was from Bihar). On my as well as my wife's repeated emphasis bedsheets were changed.
                                02. The bath room was really horrible as hundreds of earthworms were freely moving in all directions. It was not possible to enter. I immediately rushed to that man's room situated on the ground floor. He has sent the "safaiwala" but commented that "Yahain 5 star ki suvihdaye mut ummeed kariye". Safaiwala cleaned the toilet (unfortunately, I could not take the photograph of earthworms).
                                03. By this time it was 2:00am. We were quite tired, somehow we passed the night there.I went in the toilet just to wash my face at 07:00 am and I learnt that the oulet pipe of the wash basin was broken and lying on the floor this I realised when my chappals and trouser was wet.
                                I have taken 10 photographs of the room for your immediate reference and you will observe the
                                - dirty condition of the bed, bedsheets and mattress,
                                - dirty and horrible condition of toilet
                                - rotten condition of walls and interior paints
                                - condition of dirty ceiling fan
                                - dirty condition of room as a whole
                                - Not seen in the pictures are earthworms in the toilet, lizards in the room, ants and other insects in the room.

                                As a result, in the morning of 29.06.2014, I was feeling completely cheated and we moved to near by hotel as my wife virtually vomited last night.

                                I know this is definitely not the standard of Indian Railways. If due to certain reasons your rooms are not worth living and needs to be re-done, please do not offer the same to the passengers. I paid to the Indian railways the charges of the retiring room nearly two months in advance and the result will be so disgusting, is beyond comprehension.

                                I would like to know from you that under such circumstances why not my money should be paid back by Indian Railways with interest as I have been completely cheated and left with no option in the midnight with my wife and the luggage?

                                I do not want a routine apology. This is an utmost serious matter and I will approach the highest authorities including Ho'ble Minister and Ho'ble Prime Minister to let them know the facts of the matter.

                                    I think There is no Calculation / Procedure for calculation of Excess Fare for different kind of reasons .(Ex; Extending Journey, Match of ID proof OK but Age or Gender Wrong in Chart etc)

                                      Sir, I am regular visitor of IRCTC website for booking tickets, past 15 days onwards on my computer it is showing as you have successfully migrated to new generation e-ticket booking and when I start booking ticket it continues when it comes to payment options only limited banks are shown. Earlier version SBI associate banks were shown now that option is not displayed kindly suggest me how to proceed further. Only State Bank of India payment option is shown among State Bank groups and I am a user State Bank of Hyderabad Card. Kindly respond to the compliant Yours sincerely naresh kumar

                                        sir, with regards I want to fetch your kind attention towards Corruption On Wheels ( INDIAN RAILWAY ) .In fact we regularly visit Shirdi- Shinganapur.Our this visit was very special because we were very eager to find the changes in Railways as our Dream Govt. is in power, it was our first visit during New Govt., our all previous complaints were sent to junk in past. Now I want to brief my journey with numbers of complaints with a great hope their solutions. My journey started on 27/06/2014 with PNR [protected] in Karnatka Express we purchased VEG BIRYANI on a price of Rs 60.we visited Pantry Car to see the price and quantity. We found the following complaint. 1 Veg-Biryani was being served Without 100 grams vegetable and with 50 grams Raita and total quantity was 320 grams instead of 400 grams.we asked for complaint book to manager, he requested a lot not to file complaint. Next day we again noticed during Lunch that Meal was being served without 250 ml. water, however it is common practice, still we filed the complaint with the help of TTE copy of same is attached and we also registered our complaint at NO. [protected]. After that we deboard at Ahmednagar (ANG ) station on 6.30 p.m.Here we purchase a water bottle from Authorised Shop, we found here next complaint 2 Water which was being sold there, was not prescribed by Indian Railway.We immediately met Dy. Station Manager and filed a complaint there, a copy of same is attached, however Dy. Station Manage tried a lot not to file complaint but we deny his request.On return of our journey we found the same complaint at Kopergaon ( KPG ). 3. Water which was being sold there, was not prescribed by Indian Railway. Here we also met Dy. Station Manager, he refused to file our complaint and said that he didn't has Complaint Book with him. After ten we board the Train in Goa Express with PNR [protected].As we started our journey we found that there was completly JUNGLE RAJ in this train, here we noticed that this train broken all the records of PAST, here the most of items were being sold on more than MRP 4. Product MRP on Product/ Menu Sold Openly on Price Cold Drink 600 ml. ( Thums Up, Coca cola, Mirinda ) Rs 33/34 Rs 40 ICE CREAM Rs 15 Rs 20 GOPAL JEE MILK Rs 25 Rs 30 VEG BIRYANI Rs 53 Rs 60 Sir, our 4th complaint shows that there is no system in Railway and it is great fun with public and we should not see Govt. Ad. JAGO GRAHAK JAGO .I know that nothing is going to be happened because these complaints are not unknown to Railway Officials and in such cases only poor employees of Licensee are made victim on the name of action taken. No action is taken against Licensee. In last I request you to register all above 4 complaints and request you not to close without intimating applicant.
