Sir, I, Hansa Sachdeva, had cancelled my ticket on 2nd August 2014 at 15:41:54 HRS and my cancellation ID is [protected], PNR No.[protected] and the train No. and Name is 12426/JAMMU RAJDHANI. I got the Mail as well as SMS after cancelling the ticket that the refund amount Rs.7450 will be refunded back to my account shortly. But the amount has not been credited in my account yet. Kindly rectify this and refund the amount.

        i filed TDR on 7th july just after half an hour after departure of train...irctc team emailed me about the registration and also for CR being registered and it is being under enhanced coaching refund system ...i emailed them to provide me information regarding refunding they did not reply and their contact number they e-mailed is a spam...irctc not responding atall...tell me what to do...

            I am a frequent traveller in the route of Sealdah - Guwahati. While travelling in this route I have witnesses the worst fooding facilitie in the train. 1) No pantry car is available for train like Kanchenjunga Express. 2) Food supplied by IRCTC in several stations like Malda Town & NJP are rotten. All the foods are of the previous sessions / day which makes the food smell bad. Got dehydration due to the bad quality of foods. The Agency must take some serious actions in this regards and must introduce pantry cars in suck long distance trains. At least good & hygenic foods should be provided when subsequent amount of money is paid.

            In Doronto Expres. At Dinner time chapatti was not fresh it was like before 2 days made chapatti they had given us. and that stuff was like very hard as rubber its not be said as chapatti. So plz make the fresh food and then give us.and in 18 hours travelling only one bisleri they us to give us. if your are serving dinner two times so you may give the water two times. how can one guys survive with one bottle. So please its a request to you please provide service properly.
            I was travelling in Orissa sampark kranti. The pantry peoples charged me Rs 50 for break fast (2 pc bread, 2 cutlets) and Rs 90 for lunch (rice, dal and one subji). while the same thing I bought in nandan kana express a week back in Rs 30 for break fast and 90 for lunch (had 2 subji). Why is this difference in pantry services in different trains.
            Unsatisfactory service at food plaza under IRCTC located at bhubaneshwar rly.stn.

              Hello, I m Mrinalini from Bangalore and i m trying to book tickets through IRCTC booking system. I observed on 3/7/2014 that SBI has been removed from net banking option. Instead SBI associates has been added ! ( SB Patiala, Mysore, Hyderabad..) please rectify as this option is misleading and does not take the user to select SBI or others, but just to associate selection. Regards Mrinalini

                I was travelling (PNR[protected] from shornur Jn to Nizamuddin on 30/07/2014 in AC 3 tier (B3, Bearth no 17) in Mangala Lakshadweep Superfast Exp (Train no 12617).In the Night time I had kept my handbag under my seat and was found it damaged completely by the rats.The most shocking experience for me was that, when i tried to file a complaint with the TTE, he was asking me for the proof that the bag was not damaged before the commencement of my journey .Somehow I have filed a complaint (complaint No 16460).I felt extremely bad with the experience even after shelling out my money for my safe and smooth journey.I would like to get a fair compensation as a customer whose properties were damaged by the negligence of concerned railway authorities and the mental agony caused to me.

                  The worst experience I have got on 1st August night when I was trying to book a ticket. I was trying to book a ticket for 1st Oct.14, in Hate Bazare Express from Sealdah to Harishchandrapur in 2nd AC. More the 20 ticket was left. I have tried lot in the night of 1st October but I have not got no booking option. Even I have tried in the midnight, the site was completely on no booking status. In the next day morning again I have tried to book the ticket in the same train from 6.30 Am to 7.45 Am but I did not get the booking option. At that time more than 20 ticket was left. At last 9.45Am I have succeed to book a ticket in Hate Bazare, but I am compel to book the ticket in RAC. I just want to know how all 21 tickets could sell jut by one and half hour? Even the IRCTC authority can assure that all tickets has booked by the general public? Would they provied any information on the no booking of the site for long hour?                       Why Sr Citizen category seat availability has been weeded out in new IRCTC Railway On line Booking while booking tickets for older people. Earlier seats were earmarked in each compartment for Sr Citizens as result one could book LOWER BERTH easily for older people but under new format this facility is not sighted any where and older people are forced to climb up upper most berths . This shows disrespect shown by Indian railways towards Sr Citizens & needs to be highlighted to PMO as well to Rly Minister separately. Why can't this would be restored back in the format by improving software. Consideration is requested & NEEDED from IRCTC end/ authorities responsible for introducing new format they might have forgotten their own growing age probably.

                      Today I have booked ticket from irctc site vide PNR No.[protected] dated 01.08.2014 from Tata to LTT on Train No.12102 / Jnaneswari Express. My mother is Sr. Citizen at the age of 67 years. I have choice Lower Berth for her, but I have given Side Upper to her. How she can climb at Upper Berth. Availabiliy of tickets there is already 7 Nos. If irctc want they can give my choice, but I don't no by intentially they have done it or not.

                        Dear Sir, I, praveen Gupta, travelled yesterday, from DEE to JP, (PNR no.[protected] by DEE Double Daker. The problem I faced with the catering staff that they use to keep the change by saying "abhi aaker deta hu" and that happened to many of passenger's travailing into our compartment. And some of the eating stuff served without MRP printed on it. I have also go threw with "Jago Yatri Jago" column at Irctc.com, My suggestion is that to alive concern complaint numbers on issued ticket itself, so that passenger can take quick action for the same.                           I tried to cancel tickets booked through IRCTC but due to their database migration i wasn't able to cancel the tickets as these did not show up in my booked history, hence i called them but no one picked the phone. I sent them an e-mail but it has been more than a month no response

                            I booked a ticket on 28/06/2014 for my journey date 27/07/2014 from ujjain to jaipur and my PNR no was. [protected], train no. was 12973 by jaipur express.In your e-ticket scheduled arrival and departure was written 'NA'. When i reached platform on 27/07/2014 evening at 11:30pm it was informed by railway authority that the train was left on 27/07/2014 previous night. on this PNR no. i didnt travelled on that day due to your wrong detail mentioned on e-ticket.It was written on your e-ticket that date of boarding was 27/07/2014 and date of journey was also written 27/07/2014. train arrived ujjain at 23:55 and departure 00:05 but in your e-ticket it was the date of boarding was written 27/07/2014 and date of journey was also written 27/07/2014. Due to your e-ticket negligence and wrong feeding information i could not travelled on my jouner day with my family and it was a big loss for my day leave and mental harrasment side by side monetary loss of next booking by train. kindly refund my full money which comes Rs.2612.47 in my ac.

                              I have booked the tatkal ticket for the train no 12625 (refer below for the E-ticket details). The status of my berth was waiting only. After chart prepared also the status was waiting. It was not updated as confirmed in the PNR status. Also I didnt received any message from IRCTC that the berth was confirmed. So i did not travel the train. The problem is I am not getting my refund. Kindly check at your end and please provide me the refund.                                 Cockroach and bees found in meal .Pantry manager did not agree to provide complain book and threaten that if you complain I will throw you from running train.

My son ordered for food through FOOD ON TRACK app, selected ERNAKULAM place to serve food to our coach, and paid for the food ordered. Recieved many messages from IRCTC to serve food in time on to the coach. We didn't order for other food. Ernakulam came with no delay. But food is not served to our seat. Those ###### didn't send any message after that. We travelled without food. You take this matter as serious and give justice to us. Awaiting for your earluest reply. I condemned your service. Why you are cheating us. If not, you could have informed earlier that we are not supplying today. Call me soon. That ######## hotel number is also not given to us. Reply soon

                                Me alongwith with family on our return journey from Tirupati in Train No. 07115 - Hyderabad - Kochuveli Exp on 17th June, had bought Egg Biriyani in Train and found priting on the boiled egg. We thrown away the entire food and slept starved.
                                I am travelling by Rajdhani train number 12309. Date of journey is 9th July. It is 9.20 pm and the dinner is not being served to me. I have requested for Continental Non-veg . I am being told that I can sleep and they will wake me up to serve the meal.

                                Further to my complaint above, at 9.40pm the serving person came and brought me only boiled vegetables and macaroni saying 5hat only thus much us remaining. I have paid fully for my meal and am not here to eat bacha hua food. I would like to get my refund against the food I paid
                                In spite of not serving me dinner in train number 12309 travelling on 9th July from Patna in B3, the pantry staff came asking for tips. Photo attached
                                Dear Sir, I am travelling in T.No 22686 Chandigarh Yeshvantpur Samprak Kranti Express. PNR [protected]. Left Chandigarh on 10/7/18.
                                Breakfast Upma- Vada ( 2nos) is sold at Rs 44
                                When I insisted Upma-Vada is of Rs 30 they gave me Upma with 1Vada.

                                What is suprising is their rate card is not same as IRCTC online rate card.

                                Their rate card shows

                                Upma at Rs 22
                                And 2 nos of Vada at 22
                                So the breakfast Upma vada is Rs 44.
                                This is cheating please look into the matter and do the needful

                                I am a passenger travelling in Kolkata Rajadhani (12302) on 29july 2018. My PNR: [protected]. I would like to bring your focus towards the Food items served in this train. Chicken which was served in dinner was poor. If this type of food is served to the passengers then it may cause food poisoning to the passenger. As the price charged for food is Rs240 and if this type of food is served then it may cost passengers more than Rs1000 in their treatment. Also everyone knows that Kolkata Rajdhani Exp. is best premium train in India but now it will go to hell due to IRCTC bad services. Today Food chart aren't maintain, Food quality is poor, More item aren't given as per Schedule. As being a large organisation i think you will improve the quality of food served in 12302 and will not let down the name of big organisation.
                                I glad to know that you will take an neccessary Action to recover that.

                                Traveling to Delhi from Gaya to New Delhi from Bhubaneswar Rajdhani 22823 PNR [protected]. Expired bread is being served in the breakfast. Bread pack is having an expiry date of 27th while today is 28th September.
                                Dear Team, I am Travelling in Dibrugarh Rajdhani and my PNR is [protected]. Some points which is badly effected of Indian railways are as below:-
                                1. Low quality of food, worst then road side thela food.
                                2. Quantity is very low.

                                Please find where to find such food, the icecream packaged by Amul just like geld like made by the pentry guys.

                                Overall the food was a very big disappointment.
                                Please don't serve this type of food, the thela food is much better then this food..

                                On 11.4.2019 I was travelling in Howrah Jodhpur Exp Train No.12307 Coach No.S-1 Seat No.1At Agra . Being Mera Food Choice Pvt Ltd. Is an authorized partner of IRCTC E-catering services, I ordered @ 12.06 by SMS for lunch at Agra and I have been delivered a very worst meals, even road side meals would be much better. Moreover the meals was bought from the station itself at Rs.80/- and collected for the same at Rs.180/- for such worst meals. Why this type of cheating the passangers by Mera Food Choice Pvt Ltd. All passengers are requested/alerted to think many more time before wasting Rs.180/- for the meals the quality of which is only to throw away and to travel without meals even after spending Rs.180/=. I don’t think neither IRCTC Nor Mera Food Choise Pvt Ltd. Will bother to mend their cheating attitude to the passengers.
                                I was traveling on 9/05/2019 in Gujarat Express Train number 22954 form Ahmedabad to Palghar Seat number C2-60. I had booked a lunch on IRCTC book meal aap on Surat Station from Crysttal Palace Hotel Order ID is 11157126. The delivery boy came on the last movement when my train is already start and left the half of the platform. The delivery boy handover me the whole bag and tell here is your order sir. As I was ready with money in my hand 520/- and waiting on the door.I paid the full bill of 520/- for two lunch.As the train has been already started I was not able to check my order on the door of the train. Hence when I reached to my seat and open the lunch pack, I received only 1 lunch meal.while I had paid for the 2 lunch meals.As I was traveling with my family. Total we are 6 members & there wasn't even pentrey car ( Food Availability ) in my train. My kids suffered a lot after this incident.I had complained about this incident to the hotel person. He apologized me for his mistake and promise me to return the money on Paytm. As the day passed this person didn't send me my money back. And every day I called him 5-10 times.They literally don't care about my calls and made me fool. Today on 22/05/2019 I received my money after 13 days. It was very poor service I suffered a lot. I wish IRCTC should band such hotels for their unresponsive nature.

                                I had complained on IRCTC portal through mail but still didn't solve my issue. I received a mail with complained " Your Order no 11157126 is redressed" with feedback ID 11188768.
                                We are travelling from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi to Delhi on Jammu Mail train dated 28th July Coach no. B3 seat no. 41 to 46 .
                                We ordered food from irctc pantry and to our surprise they charged us 130 for each veg thali. We still took the food as don't had any other option but the food was pathetic.

                                Later we checked the price online and on IRCTC it is mentioned Rs 50.

                                The food included dal, paneer, chapati and rice whereas online it mentioned to be including curd, pickle, water as well.

                                Can you please do something on this as even with so much charge you failed to provide an eatable food to your customer and the food got wasted.

                                  Dear Team, I travelled from Delhi to Chandigarh on the below dates and PNR numbers with my Family. Extremely disappointed to see the state of affairs in India's premier trains.                                     PNR No: [protected] Date of booking on 29.07.2017 at around 12:20 pm Berth preference requested for Lower, but even if availability exists for lower berth it has been not allotted while booking e-ticket. Requesting for explanation for this and please explain what is the reason behind asking berth preference...? Regarding this issue i have spoken with Customer care executives @ 139, very unfavorable replies received. Hope somebody will help me to understand this system.                                     Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    PNR No. [protected] Not allotment of window seat despite availability as I have to travel with my family and small children who requested me to opt for window seats, but despite giving preference I was allotted non-window seat which is insensitivity and unprofessional attitude on the part of railways to have given a non-window seat despite availability and we requesting for it. What is the use of giving window seat preference when they see the age of children and aged people, ladies travelling in the family should be allotted requested seats.                                       At dot 8 I saw there were 433 tickets in New Delhi Howrah Duronto. I filled in the details and at 8:03 I clicked the pay option and it shows sorry we regret no tickets available. If within 3minutes the tickets get over then you need to change the system for sure. Either we fill in the details before hand or may be the payment details may be asked to fill in when we register ourselves. Something needs to be done.
