Dear Sir,
I, praveen Gupta, travelled yesterday, from DEE to JP, (PNR no.[protected] by DEE Double Daker. The problem I faced with the catering staff that they use to keep the change by saying "abhi aaker deta hu" and that happened to many of passenger's travailing into our compartment. And some of the eating stuff served without MRP printed on it.
I have also go threw with "Jago Yatri Jago" column at Irctc.com, My suggestion is that to alive concern complaint numbers on issued ticket itself, so that passenger can take quick action for the same.
