Transaction ID : [protected] PNR No. : [protected] Train No. & Name : 12269 Transaction ID : [protected] PNR No. : [protected] Train No. & Name : 12621 / TAMIL NADU EXP Sir I have booked these two tickets.I got the mail for the same but these tickets are not shown in my booked history. In case I want to cancel the ticket how can I do it ? Please check asap.

I m a user of irctc i have an account on irctc .today when i booked tickets payment was deducted but it was automatically signed out without any mesg i.e. whether ticket booked or not neither i got any mesg/email or it was showing in booked history it happened two times. both times amount was got deducted third time when i booked ticket it was booked but it is not showing in booked history.

Kindly help me urgently to let me know whether two tickets previously booked but actually booked or not since payment was deducted and third one ticket (actually booked) is not showing in booked history.

    Hi,
    i have an account in irctc website, i am automatically migrated to new generation website site which is very slow and works slow during tatkal hours, i can open another account with previous verson at the same tiem but my id doesnot works at that time ..

    Please help me and restore the previous version of irctc. I DO NOT WANT to use new version, it is really depressing

        The migrated IRCTC login is not good. During payment there is only limited options of payment gateways, we are not able to see the below banks, 1) Citibank 2) City Union Bank 3) TamilNadu Merchantile Bank Please ask them to add those gateways.

Thank you for using IRCTC's online rail reservation facility. Your e-ticket has been booked and the details are indicated below.               Ii have no any message or information receipts from IRCTC regarding the above matter and I have fallen in trouble due to no any train available that day from TATA to Gaya and my all ticket in schedule given details as under.

              1.From Bilaspur to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12833
              2.From Tata to Gaya PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12443

              RETURN TICKET

              1.From Gaya to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12802
              2.From Tata to BIlaspur PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12810
              As above you know that my schedule is depended train to train so I have facing problem due to non received of train cancellation information and my Ticket not cancelled automatically but The TATA station master said that your ticket will be auto cancelled and refund reached to your account with two days but I lodged the complain there a copy with me. Now I filled TDR but message so that the TDR file time limit is 72 Hours after that I make the complain IRCTC but their reply is very negative given as under for your ready reference.

              Dear Customer,
              Kindly note that the TDR filing time limit is revised w.e.f. 1/7/2013 upto 2 hours of the actual departure of the
              train in case of confirmed etickets & within 3 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of RAC or partial WL e-tickets As the time for filing the TDR for refund has exceeded, we are unable to forward your case to Railways.

                I am very surprise irctc service because i have no any message or information
                receipts from irctc regarding the above matter and I have fallen in
                trouble due to no any train available that day from TATA to Gaya and my

                My schedule is depended train to train so I have facing problem due to non received of train cancellation information and ticket not cancelled automatically but The TATA station Supritendent said that your ticket will be automatic cancelled and refund reached to your account with two days and now and I have also complain the matter at origin Station Tata Nagar a copy with me. I filled TDR then getting message that the TDR file time limit is 72 Hours after that I tell the whole story to IRCTC. They denied and Their reply is given as under.

When I try to login with my id, page goes blank or some command lines are displayed. And in same computer, when I use my friend's id, I am not getting any issues. Why is this so happening..?                           Dear Team: In reference to the above mentioned transaction ID number, money was debited in my account for this transaction ID number on 03/06/2014, but the tickets were not booked hence I had to rebook my tickets vide transaction ID number [protected] on same date i.e. 03/06/2014. When I contacted my bank for refund of money I was informed that there is no communication from your end and hence they are unable to refund the money to my account. It has been over 20 days now hence please look into the matter and issue a refund order so that I can get my money back. Sincerely, Rajnish Bhalla

                            Dear Sir i was file TDR against PNR No [protected] Dt 14 may 2014 im writing this mail against mail recd by [protected]@irctc.co.in Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : BNE290514V03237 and the reason being : 'As per chart, passenger has travelled' In case you require any further assistance, please mail us [protected]@irctc.co.in With regards, TDR TEAM Sir Passenger was my father & my wife they are still at Jabalpur they never traveled on the date.                               i Hemant Kumar travelling from new tinsukia to new delhi on 22 june .It was about 3 days journey .there is no light, no water facility in toilets, and to much messy toilets .and then i complaint about this to TT (ticket inspector ).he simply regrets me and getting angry on me .and started using rash language..i asked him name so he started shouted on me ..so pls get some basic step on it ..

                                Hi, Not sure whether this Site is authentic site for consumer complains, yet i am trying here. I am fed with the way IRCTC are replying . I had filed for TDR on 24 March and was eligible for 100% reund but they have made on 50 % refund. I IRCTC should be responsible for the refund of online service as we are contacting them for ticket and any hassles between them and Railways should be dealt internally, customers are not responsible. I should get 100 % refund, this is partial payment.I had applied for TDR on the condition that "Train was more than three hours late and Train had not arrived at the station when TDR was applied online" and as per the rule i am eligible for 100% refund PNR No.[protected] I followed up numerous times with IRCTC but in vein they just keep saying it is with "CCM/ER" and they are not even citing any reasons for the not refunding the full amount. " Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience.Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.[protected] has been forwarded to CCM/ER Railway on 18-Apr-2014 As refund is yet to be received from concerned railway, we have sent a reminder on 11-June-2014 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway"

                                  I have Booked the e.Ticket (Tatkal ticket) from my Computer
                                  today. From Jasidih to Tatanagar leaving on
                                  23.6.2014 . Payment made through State Bank of India
                                  net Banking. The amount of Rs. 271.24 has
                                  been debited from my account immediately and this is transaction id and account number in which money is transferred [protected]IGV8327838 TRANSFER TO [protected] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS E . The
                                  Debit advice SMS received as acknowledge from
                                  State Bank of India.
                                  But there is no SMS or Email from Irctc so far.
                                  I have checked the Booked History,
                                  absolutely there is nothing details.
                                  In such case How to know whether the Ticket
                                  is confirmed or not how retrive it? If not
                                  How to recollect my payment?
                                  Pls help me. Actually I have to book the return
                                  Ticket also. Getting single Ticket from
                                  Irctc through e.ticket is big problem though
                                  Green initiative taken by the Government. (without paper)

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am I had a ticket booked for 2 passengers on the following train on 18th June 2014. Train No.: 04824 Train Name: YPR JU PREMIUM PNR No.: [protected] The train was scheduled to depart Ahmedabad at 20:10 but it arrived late and hence departed late at around 00:30 hours. There was a charge of Rs.180 (Rs.90 per passenger) paid for availing catering (dinner) in the train. The dinner timings are usually around 8 pm to 10 pm. No one would like to have dinner at 12:30 in the night. Since the dinner was not provided to us during the normal dinner hours, we request the IRCTC to kindly refund back the money that was charged as catering component.

                                        I had booked Tatkal ticket PNR No [protected] on 3rd June 2014 to travel on 4th June from New Delhi to Chennai by Tamilnadu Express. Ticket didn't confirmed & shown refund status approved on their website. Later They are showing None on refund status & Amount to be refunded Rs. 2980. I have been writing to IRCTC customer care But no satisfactory reply. As per IRCTC Refund rule amount should refund in 3-4 working days. But Now It is more than 15 days.
