it contains the tickets reserved on march 30........as a purpose of taking the printout of the ticket, i have to access my account.......

the confirmation message received through mobile was accidentally deleted.........

No refund on cancellation of e-ticket

I have booked for e-tickets for 2 persons with PNR no. [protected] on dated 01.02.2013 and Rs. 550/- charged from my SBM account. due to some resons we are unable to travelling, so I filed TDR on dated 05.02.2013 at 10.53 P.M. & received reference no. ekt[protected].

after one month, I have not received any refund.

CONTRADICTORY ADVICE

I was treated as travelling without ticket by the TTE because my age and that of my wife got reversed by mistake while booking eticket. As we were travelling on SMS message where age is not given, I was not aware about and it came to notice when TTE was checking the POI. He charged full fare i.e. Rs.580.00 each and also Rs.250.00 as penalty for each ticket, for which he issued a EFT and alloted us the same berths.

I am living in Chennai. I booked an e-ticket on 1st Feb, 2013 for the following journey.

refund not processed for 3 months

Dear Sir,

We have made 3 bookings (3 tickets each) through IRCTC's website. All the three trains were late by more than 3 hours and I applied for TDR within stipulated time frame. TDR has been approved for all the bookings, however, approved amount is only 50% of the travel ticket, while it should be 100% since the train was late for more than 3 hours.

Request you to look into the matter and act accordingly....

Hello Sir,

I am facing issue with Log in to IRCTC website. It shows invalid password even after getting new password reset through the options they provided.

This is consistently happening for the last 5 to 6 months. This is something internally can be solved by the net work Engineers who are responsible for this error. I have complaint registered through emails and via phone of IRCTC customer care.

Declined TDR even though the train was late by 6+ hours

My wife was supposed to travel from howrah to mumbai on a ticket booked through an IRCTC agent in Mira Road, mumbai. The train timing was 3:15 in the afternoon from howrah railway station but it was more than 6 hours late so she did not travel on that ticket. I asked the agent to file a TDR as according to the railway/IRCTC rules i am entitled to receive 100% refund if the train is late by more than 3 hours. After so many days of filing TDR...

unable to book tickets

Hi,

I am not able to change date of journey under plan my travel in irctc. As soon as I click on the calender to change date i get an error message 'Please enter date in valid DD/MM/YY format'. I am getting this error in following browsers :Internet Explorer, Google chrome and Mozilla Firefox.Please suggest what can be done.

Please help me with suggestions.

Dear team, For the journey from tata to puri i booked ac 3tier ticket amount of 1732 rs for 23rd jan 2013., I filed tdr more than 12 hours before on approx 7pm 22nd january. As per rule, ... This is Raghav, I booked a TATKAL TICKET from a railway station ticket counter to travel from HYDERABAD DECCAN to MUMBAI CST in SLEEPER CLASS dated on 20/01/2013 which was a waiting list(49). Refund of a failed Transaction

I booked 3 tickets through IRCTC website using Citibank payment gateway.

At last step following message came "Just a moment you are being redirected to merchant site". I was never redirected as the page kept on getting refreshed.

On other hand my money got deducted but i did not get a confirmation email or a message if my tickets are booked. What should i do?Finally the session expired
