I tried to book an E-ticket on 25/09/2010 twice. Details are as under.
Amount was transfered from the bank but the ticket was not booked because of the bad server.
I have checked with my bank service that payment has made to the IRCTC. Details are also given under.
Please refund my amount. 322/-+322/-

Dear Sir, I booked a E-ticket using my CITY bank debit card on 25/11/2010. Due to slow internet connection or some other reason, my transaction could not be completed. But amount has been transfered from my account and IRCTC site showing that Payment has not been made. Please look in to the matter and refund the amount charged as the booking has failed due to non-transfer.
