I was booking a tatkal ticket on 24-Sep-2010 from https://www.irctc.co.in and after entering the payment details during first attempt, the site went down and the page expired. Money deducted from SBI debit card but ticket not booked

It is to make a notice to IRCTC. I tried booking my ticket on 05.10.10, between 1-2 pm. I paid the amount of Rs.446, through SBI debit card issued on my name, SUHAIB AHMAD KHAN,no.- 622............2344, but unfortunately, the ticket was not booked. I also confirmed it through checking my transaction of ID with IRCTC. Later I succeeded in booking the ticket at 02:14:13 pm, by paying another Rs.446.

fund transferred but ticket booking failure

hi, this is k.v.d.prasad. today i booked a ticket from secunderabad To ongole (Transaction ID: [protected]).
i payed the amount by going through onlinesbi fund transfer (sbi ref no:IG[protected] successfully. but i cant get the e-ticket from irctc.

and when i clicked the - refund status of failed transaction tab in irctc web, i got a remark that is - "Payment Not Received From Bank".
