Deducted extra money from my bank account

I booked a ticket on 8 feb 2011 through internet banking using SBI accont, the ticket charges were deducted from my account at same the time.
But after one day i.e. 9 feb 2011again Rs 10 was deducted from my account showing "TO TRANSFER
INB Commission of IG[protected] IG40599080IG40755883 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI IRCTC COMMISION A/".
What is This?
Refund my money as possible as and do provide me the...

the tdr filled ref. no. ekt[protected] dtd 3/8/10 for ticket PNR no.[protected] through irctc.co.in for amt 1171.00 not refunded til date evev after stipulated time i.e. 3 months since the train no. 2823 was cancelled on travelling date 10/7/10.
so i am requesting u to kindly do the needful for refunding the same.

Indian Railway — traffics

new propesed parsik nagar railway station between kalve and mumbra station thane ,mumbai ,still not started i.e. pending causign inconvenience to the local people
monopoly in television /internet cable by the local cablewala not allowing competitor like siticable in kalve kharegaon area thane mumbai m.s. need attn.

Indian Railway IRCTC — Unavailable between8 AM and 8:15AM

while we try to book Tatkal ticket in Online, the IRCTC system is always displays as System Unavailable message, or pages loads, loads, loads……..from 8AM to 8:15AM sometimes till 8:30AM or page can not be displayed error during Wednesdays

However, if we ask any agents to book tickets, they were able to easily book Tatkal tickets.

What is happening? Why Tatkal booking allowed for Agents when a common man finds diff to book.

Indian Railway very well know that There will be heavy traffic during this period, then why The system were not at all improved.

Generally, if the webpage has more images and pictures, it takes more time to load. Indian Railway is a non profitable govn organization with respect to its passenger service. Why there are having loads of adv in this page. if this site is a simple pages, it will help lot to load the system for min reuirments. The pages should be lightest

This is happening even for all my friends. Although my internet bandwidth is 1mpbs why we are not able to see even login pages or “System unavailable” errors. Indian Railway officers helping for agents to make money. common man is suffering here lot.
please try the website http://irctctips.blogspot.com/ for "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" problem
this is very much true..technically it is very simple..get the Agents ip addresses and allow only those traffic for booking between 8am and 8.15a

    IRCTC MEANS FOR EASY ONLINE BOOKING OF INDIAN RAILWAY TICKET. BUT IT IS WORSE THAN INDIAN GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION WAY. I AM MEMBER OF IT AND JUST TODAY I WAKE UP EARLIER IN MORNING TO BOOK E-TICKET TATKAL ON 8:00 AM. I JUST LOGIN ON 7:45 AM BUT WHEN THE TIME TICK ON 7:55 AM IT START THEIR REAL WAY. SITE WAS HANG OR DID NOTHING FOR FURTHER PROCESS. NOT EVEN LOGIN AFTER RESTART. I HORRIBLE TO KNOW THAT. EVEN THIRD PARTY SERVICE IS SO MUCH CORRUPTION. IT IS BETTER TO WAKE EARLIER AND STAND IN LINE FOR MANUAL TICKET BOOKING IN RAILWAY STATION.       Please let me know to whom I should reach out to regarding the unsatisfactory reply from customer support department of IRCTC. I have raised numerous requests regarding a non-payment of a ticket cancellation but I have never been provided with a satisfactory response which mention a particular date by when I will receive my refund.

      I have cancelled an e-ticket on 02-Feb-2011. Payment was done using internet banking of Axis bank while booking these tickets. Till date I have neither received any refund amount nor any intimation on when it will be credited into my account.

      I can see on IRCTC website that refund instructions has been given to the bank but I have not received the amount as yet. Details of the instructions (receipt number and date) given to the bank are not so reflected on the IRCTC website hence I can not even follow up with the bank for the refund amount.

      Also, I would like to bring to your notice that refund for another e-ticket cancelled on 03-Feb-2011 has been credited into my account on 05-Feb-2011. Please explain why refund for a ticket cancelled later is credited into my account and for the one cancelled earlier has not been credited till date.

      Despite umpteen number of calls and emails to the customer care, I have not even been provided with any specific date by which I should receive the refund.

      Despite paying the service charge if the service level agreement is not met then it is IRCTC is responsible for it.

      This is the most pathetic experience I have had with the IRCTC and would not recommend anyone to transact with them, as they are not transparent in refund procedure.

        Hi,

        I had to book a e-ticket in 3AC in Neelanchal Express for 03.04.2011 from Kanpur Central to Bhubaneswar. When I checked the availability status, it showed 103 berths available. However, when I booked the ticket from Kanpur Central to Bhubaneswar with a boarding from Lucknow and paid the money through my account, it showed me the ticket status as Waitlisted 9.

        The PNR number of the above booked ticket is[protected]. The screen shots are attached for review. Due to the tickets status as Waitlisted, I have cancelled the ticket and ultimately lost money without getting the reservation also. Can Railway authorities look into the above error in their reservation software and inform me the reasons on my mail ID registered with them, through which I booked the above ticket.

        On their confirmation, I would like to again book the ticket. Hope they they will refund me the cancellation charges and services, which I am loosing without any fault of mine.

          I had applied ti Subh yatra railway card 2 weeks ago through irctc login an i paid the amount through icici bant internet banking. but still not i received the subh yatra card and any responsible from their. And same day i had applied for SBI railway card also yet not i received any responsible from their. I not get acknowledgment for applied. How can I know about status of sbi credit card.

            Hi.,
            Not Sure if anyone is facing this issue., When you try to book a ticket (anyplace,any train), it shows Crazy waiting lists even 4 weeks before the travel date. I am sure why.,A train which goes daily having capacity more than 700 seats..
            Okay but still Tatkal is option., so when i try to book Tatkal tickets., I think it open 8AM 2 days in advance of journey date., so when we check at 8 AM, www.irctc.co.in website is down says Service Unavailable., so i keep trying finally in 5 mints i connect and shocked to see all 200 odd Tatkal Seats sold within 5 mints, HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE..., and this is not first time or second time,this happened to me many many many times., as i keep travel between Chennai and Bangalore, or Bangalore and hyderabad.,
            I think Indian Railways is running some kind of Scam which public is not aware of.,
            How can 200 Seats get over in 5 mints cannot understand, once is okay, it happens everyday.,
            Please Check this & take Action on Indian Railways, Its supposed to be Govt Sector and Public Transport.., Hope this is Cleared ASAP.,

            Even I have faced the same issue many many times. I definitely see a scam going here. As soon as it reaches 8:00AM the website immediately displays "Service Not Available" and miraculously it return after 5min with all the tickets booked, only to find I am in the waiting list already. Can some concerned person take a look into this issue? I strongly feel there is some collaboration between the booking agents and IRCTC. Booking agents always gets the ticket booked with Available seats. Please have this issue investigated.

                          Hi,

                          This is regarding a faulty software system running at https://www.irctc.co.in. I am not sure if it was designed by one of Mamata Banerjee's illiterate relatives. You wont believe the deficiencies present in this website. Earlier itself, this system had the following issues:

                          1. You try to book a ticket on a day 3 months ahead. you find that no ticket is available. You replan, but always it selects the current date (Why the [censored] they have decided with this... either they can leave it blank and always prompt for a date OR they can go with the same date user had chosen earlier)

                          2. It is not a scalable system. It can probably be used at a time by maximum 1000 users I believe. During festival seasons, when a hell lot of people use the system, it literally dies out (it is probably [censored]ed up and exhausted). You cannot access it for quite a long time.

                          Recently mamata seems to have given contract to her illiterate Maoist relatives to redo the website. They have done a "Good" work by completely tampering the station selection system.

                          1. Earlier system had an option to search for a station by entering the first letters (if the pop-up did not work). Since the pop-up is not always guaranteed to work, that option was provided. Now that has completely been removed.

                          Kindly take steps to restore this system to a useful state.

                          My name is Rohit Uttam. I was trying to book ticket from Kanpur to Kalyan (6 Dec 2010), but its showing REGT while its available from Lucknow to Kalyan. I was try the same with Badlapur ticket window but same fault was there. Please correct the system fault.

                              I have booked a ticket for two passenger to travel from Ranchi to Bhubaneswar on[protected]. But among these two passengers it was confirmed for only one person and another person was being waiting list so he could not travel with waiting list ticket (e ticket). I have filed TDR for this issue[protected], PNR Number: [protected], Ticket Type: eticket, Transaction ID: [protected], Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled, TDR Status: CCM Registered and Reference No: ekt[protected]. Still, i am not getting refund from IRCTC. Please check my case and refund my money as early as possible.

                              1st case :
                              TDR File issue not rectified
                              On dated 29.04.2011 the Delhi - Bhubneshwar Rajdhani train No- 12444 was Late More than Seven hour, we (2 Passenger ) not travelled due to this reason. Applied for TDR against PNR No.- [protected], but still not get the refund amount. Why such type of delay, where as railway have the information for Late departure instantly. TDR process time should be minimised.


                              2nd case:
                              TDR File issue not rectified

                                  I am Sanjeev Verma. I alongwith my family travelled from Patna to New Delhi on 15 Jan 2011 by RJPB Rajdhani Express. PNR Number is [protected] and coach no. was BE-1, Berth No 65, 68, 66. My complaint is during moring on 16 Jan 2011, tea and snacks not served in the coach except some few passengers. On enquiry, it was excused that they don't get water and other items from the pantry car. When the tickets in Rajdhani Express includes cost of meals and snacks then why such kind of excuses is given. IRCTC should return the basic cost of food.
