I have booked a ticket on[protected] from VASCO DA GAMA to KACHEGUDA, journey date is[protected] for 5 passengers under Tatkal quota. Initially all seats are in waiting list, after chart is prepared, only one passenger seat is confirmed remaining four passengers are in W/L. Partly confirmed tickets refund needs to be carried through TDR process. I booked TDR on this PNR no.[protected] on[protected]. Usually in IRCTC website it is mentioned that it will take maximum of 90 days to refund the amount. But its already 140 Days, till now i did not get any refund. I am attaching chain of mails that i sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no result. I spoke to the customer care several times no result. Kindly suggest me the further step in order to get my money refunded.
I need to get 1500 Rs aproxmately

I thank Google to get your email Id's, I am writing this mail with pleasure. Below chain of mails are self explanatory. I would like to take this issue into your notice after so many calls to customer care and email to IRCTC TDR process.
I booked a ticket on 12-May-2010 for 5 passengers, from VASCO DI GAMMA(VAS) to KACHEGUDA (KCG) Journey date is 14-May-2010, after preparing the chart only 1 passenger berth was confirmed remaining 4 passengers status was Waiting list. (W/L). I filled TDR on 18-May-2010, till now i.e 04-Oct-2010 i did not get the refund of Rs 1500/-. Kindly look into the issue sir.
