i booked a ticket on 13th august 2010 with a user name & password in the irctc websight. but today when i am trying to logging into this website its mentioning my user name or password invalid. when i went through the forgot password option & gave the answer of the question i have selected its showing an incorrect answer alert.
i really need to access my account having the same user name & password...

Deactivation of my irctc user account

I m a regular user of irctc having more than one account but i use only one account as my regular usage.I got mails that all my accounts are deactivated including the account by name "channaprag" which is utmost important to me. I have to cancel few tickets for next week from this account. I am using this account only for personal purposes and not for commercial use.

I want to bring into your notice that I filed TDR against PNR No. [protected] and got the transaction ID - "[protected]".
The ticket was booked on[protected] and the date of journey was[protected] for two passangers. The fare I paid for the ticket was Rs 1900.
On the day of journey the train was reported late by 10 Hours from the scheduled time at Ayodhya Station ( Information provided by Station...

Refund for Partially Waitlisted ticket PNR no. 2204139138

Hi,

I booked 4 e-tickets through IRCTC from Amritsar to Delhi. All the tickets were in wait-listed.
On the day of Journey only two out of the four tickets got confirmed and rest were still showing as wait-listed.

I sent an email to IRCTC regarding the same, and they assured me that it would get refunded within 90 days. The TDR was filled on 1st of April 2010. I waited for 90 days, but nothing was refunded...

i-ticket delivery

I had booked i-ticket on 7th of August from WWW.IRCTC.CO.IN in Pune, but yet it has not been delivered on my address.
IRCTC tieuped the delivery with wrong courier service overnight express courier service because they are not delivered without follow-up.
I have faced this type of problem several times I got the tickets after passed the journey date....

i have booked two e-tickets through on line IRCTC website .i have my PNR for both tickets .but i forgot my password of IRCTC login even the security question also. so i am unable to take a printout of my tickets.i wrote a mail to [protected]@irctc.com also .but till now no reply .

User-id deactivation clause

Suddenly my irctc user-id got deactivated, the answer I got is a terms & conditions used in irctc, which I was not aware of.

My complaint is, if there is a clause like below why cant they do this while creating an account itseft, Why after so many months after the account is created and you have a ticket booked in that account only not in any other.

Today i booked a E-ticket from Lucknow (LJN) to Varanasi (BSB) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my ICICI debit account there an error occurred.Then after 5 mins i tried again but the same error occurred again Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account for both the transactions but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancations are "[protected]"...

I’m the owner of a small travel agency in Kolkata. I’m deeply distressed by the Railways ruling that took place yesterday barring agents from Tatkal bookings between 8:00 and 9:00 am. No refund yet for tickets cancelled on 18th Jan2010 via TDR

Dear Sir/Madam,

I haven't received refund for my TDR filed on 18-JAN-2010.
It has been long time that the status is changed to 'Forwarded To Railway' but the refund has not been made.

Also I would like to know what is the maximum time the refund may take (as in the site it is mentioned that the TDR refund wll be made within 90 days.)
