I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST IRCTC ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM,THAT ONLINE RESERVATION SITE CRASHES DAILY AT 8 AM TO 8:30 AM,WHICH IS THE PEAK TIME FOR BOOKING OF TATKAL TICKETS,ITS DIRECTLY A CASE OF CHEATING FROM IRCTC TO THEIR CONSUMERS,WHO TRUSTS THAT SITE,AM ALSO THE SUFFERER OF THAT PROBLEM,I LOSE MY JOB DUE TO THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY ,BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO BOOK MY TICKET,ITS WELL KNOWN THAT THIS SITE IS RUNNING FOR THEIR BROKERS AND AGENTS WHO GAVE THEM GOOD AMOUNT OF COMMISSION,SO KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THAT SITE ,BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THAT ANY OTHER PERSON SUFFER AS LIKE ME.
Indian Railway — Refund not received for Wait listed tickets
I had booked online tickets (e-ticket) on IRCTC website for 4 people from Mumbai to Bangalore (Krishnarajpuram). All 4 were wait listed tickets at time of booking.During Chart preparation only 1 ticket was confirmed and others were still wait listed, so only 1 passenger travelled, so I assumed that remaining refund for the Wait listed tickets would be automatically refunded, but I never got the refund. After waiting for few days, I called up IRCTC helpline, and they asked me to file TDR.
I filed TDR but still after many months, I have not received the refund. Infact TDR now shows incorrect status even though only 1 passenger travelled and it just mentoins that "Passenger travelled" as per records, where only 1 passenger travelled.
When I call up IRCTC helpline and other refund dept numbers, they dont answer properly and say that refund is still in process even though it shows something on website.
How can I get my refund now ?
