please stop tatkal ticket booking on irctc.co.in

please close the tatkal ticket booking from the irctc.co.in, because it is not possible to take/book tatkal seva scheme ticket to any normal person. please allow this facility to only railway reservation counter instead of irctc.co.in.
if not stop booking of tatkal ticket online through irctc.co.in website then it will become harmful to all people except agent who making money of triple time ticket fare....

deducted fare twice from debit card

Hi,

I have booked a railway ticket from Vijayawada (BZA) to Howrah (HWH) PNR NO. [protected] for Rs.1460 on 05/13/2010. I have checked today (05/15/2010) IRCTC has deducted twice of the fare from my SBI debit card ie RS 2920.. Hence I have faced trouble while assuming 1500 balance in my account.

IRCTC website does not open around 8 AM

I have registered a complaint about the irctc online booking website not opening every morning three days ago. I have tried to open irctc site for tatakal booking also today i.e. 14th May 2010 from 8.00 AM onwards but the site is not opening. IF the higher authorities of Railways will not intevene with an honest attitude the things will remain the same.

Non refund of TDR filed

AA) The refund against following PNRs not received after filing the TDR as train was late for more than 3 hrs
27.01.2010, PNR no [protected] - no refund received till date.
27.04.2010, PNR no [protected] & [protected] - only 50% refund received, which should have been full amount as train was late for more than 3 hrs.
BB) Refunds are taking more than usual time on cancelled tickets also.

Cheat Fraud and a Scandal

IRCTC online website is a cheat website. Whenever you want to login during the opening time of website, the website is down. The whole train is booked (possible by black ticketers) and only after the wait list status comes, the website is up for common men like me. No tickets issued in spite of RAC

Dear sir,

I travelled from Mumbai to Coimbatore on the 7th of May 2010.I was travelling with my 69 years old mother and I had 4 RAC tickets. My PNR was[protected]. My RAC ticket were RB2-47, RB2-47,RB2-55, RB2-55 and by coach no wAS 03101.
On getting into the train the TC for that route said that tickets were full and he would be able to help us if seats were available only after Karjat.

Rly points earned not shown in the statement

I am using frequently SBI IRCTC credit card for the last two years. But till now I am not advised the number of railway points earned by me. My telephonic inquiry with toll free number of SBI cards yeild no result. IRCTC website performance is utter waste in morning times

I am observing some performance related issues in www.irctc.co.in website especially in the morning times (mostly between 8am -9 am).
Some times the site does not even open. I tried to book Tatkal train ticket.
But it failed ..and started depending on ticket broaker which they charge double of actual ticket fare.Please provide proper service to the users of irctc.br...
