Hi,

Rac for long journey trips it is painful to travel without berth. Tc is saying 500 rac how can i provide berth. My sincere request is if you are not sure about berth. Don't allocate side seat. If for 3 to 4 hrs journey you can follow this but for long journey trips it is painful to travel. We have lot of options for travel. I don't think you're system is not making any sense here as your taking additional cost and you are making us to suffer.

    Details : ‌Sir my family plans to visit Sikkim with package tour from 07/04/2018 to15/04/2018. We started from train Agra Fort to Kanpur Central pnr is[protected] train no 15635. Then Kanpur central to Howrah junction pnr is [protected] train no 12302 coach no B4 seat no 41 42 43 44 dated 07/04/2018. But premium train like rajdhani was late around 3 hrs and arrived at Howrah junction 12:55 hrs instead of 9:50 hrs we missed our flight AI 721 from Kolkata scheduled 14:40 hrs pnr is ZB8W7 having margin of 2:15 hrs. We lost our money, time and gets lots of mental harassment. So we need appropriate action & compensation. My mobile number is [protected] & email is [protected]@gmail.com. I already sent my complaint to COMS App of Indian railways they give me the details in my email is Your Complaint No.: A/ER/HWH/[protected] has been attended to and it is now closed. Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, this train not detained in ALD Division. By [protected]@indianrailways.gov.in on date 18/04/2018. Another complaint is also registered through email to Indian railways & complaints no is W/NR/DLI/[protected] Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, all M/Exp. trains are suffering detention in ALD Division due to over saturated section for Passenger, Goods and Special Trains. Reason is well known to the Railways and all efforts are being made to de-congest the section. But I am not satisfied with the the given answer. Please resolve this issue.

      Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 255 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.
      Above details are of my automatically cancelled online ticket due to waiting list but ₹60 deducted.
      Plzzzz look on this matter as soon as possible.

        I am using ir smart card since 2016. Until recently it was helping me to get ticket in mumbai suburban train with dependability. Since few days the smart card started malfunctioning. No atvm is accepting the card, even though sufficient balance is there and the expirary date is 2019 feb. When i contacted the nearest card issuing counter they are not willing to solve the problems nor issue fresh card nor refund the amount after mandetary deductions. Instead they want me to approach the particular department at cst and resolve it. I am sure there are many commutators with similar smart card issues. Kindly provide mailing address of the railway authority for follow up in this regard. The problem giving card no. Is cr1404680.

        I am suffering from train no. 22429. My PNR NO. is [protected]. There are so many beggars in the train. I often travel by this train. It is a big problem. Do a strict action against them. The beggars are irritating the passangers. As per government rule beggars are not allowed in railway. So kindly do the best to improve the railway services

        How rediculous is that when a train halt at kgp at around 10 pm but comes to jakpur, next station at 12:00 am...i am simply impressed!!!
        as a daily passenger.
        Its a just ...
        Like me ...so many daily passenger reach home at morning despite reaching station at 10pm.
        Just rectify the process.

          Dear sir,

          We m/s divya enterprises, e-223, sector-63, noida-201301, dist. G. B. Nagar, (U. P.) hereinafter will be called consignee would like to inform you that our 02 parcels (Weight 25 kgs) have been booked from bangalore.

          They safely reached at nizamuddin railway station and we have been intimated to collect the same. You can find out entry in your material receipt register where your clerk entered it.

          But when our representative reached at nizamuddin railway station he only find one parcel of about 03 kgs and 02nd parcel not found by him. After enquiring about lost parcel your railway staff behavior was not good and no one was willing to search that lost parcel. They simply said us to claim us instead of making efforts to search the same.

          In above situations it is a matter of clear carelessness of your working staff who is not able to search the same in-spite of 03 days already passed.

          Now we would like to claim the lost parcel of 22 kgs. Approx costing rs. 18, 000/- only as per bill copy attached. Also please confirm how we can release our 02nd box of 03 kgs.

          Sir, iam travelling in gkp 12596 humsafar Exp. This train is always late by 4-5 hrs. Railway is charginng dynamic fare and supeefast charges but the condition of train is bad. This train is always late. Please do something other wise people will stop reservation in this train

            Hi am abulala labib living in indore madhya pradesh. Today i went railway station on 12:10pm on 2 wheeler. When i parked my scooter there, the staff person demanding rs.10 of parking. I told him right now i have no change, whenever i will come outside i will pay you. But he told no i want money right now. So i paid him rs.500 than he return me change but he didn't gave me parking slip. I told him please give me parking slip but he didn't gave and told me to go. After that he misbehave with me. Please charge and suspends illegal people from there.

              Dear sir,

              We have booked ticket in 2ac in navjivan express train no. 12656 for 19.04.2018 for 3 passengers from chennai to ahmedabad, boarding at ongole.

              Ticket was purchased from ahmedabad using credit card by me and i had couriered it to my family who were to travel from ongole. The ticket was in waiting list when purchased. Pnr no.: [protected].

              We also had purchased ticcket in 3ac to be on safer side and were to cancel one ticket that gets confirmed first.

              Two berths in 3ac were get confirmed and one ticket was cancelled that was in waiting list.

              2ac tickets were in rac when chart got prepared.

              When my family went to cancel the ticket but reservation clerk refused to cancel the 2ac tickets saying that he wanted the original credit card to cancel the tickets.

              Sir, credit card is being used by me at ahmedabad and my family were traveling from ongole to ahmedabad.

              We will be loosing lot of money if tickets were not cancelled.

              Request your quick intervention to get ticket cancelled and get refund.

              We the passengers of Delhi to Dibrugarh rajdhani express(12436) are facing problems due to not working of the AC. The coach b5 has become a place of suffocation. Please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

              Train 12491 standing at BJU at 13:20 around 1hr 30 min passed but not a single TCS man present for Cleaning.
              Its came BJU from JAT around 9hrs 30 min late. How much patience need indain railway. God knows indian railways future.

                Train no 22686 was booked from hubli to bangalore on 18th april 2018 and scheduled time of departure from hubli was 10:20pm but it departed at 2:30am from hubli,

                Who is accountable for this..? Will indian railway compensate for this??

                Indian railways is pathetic and never maintain any time this keep happening and never taken any step to fix these issues.

                When we cancel tickets they charge heavy fines even for waiting list tickets, now for these delays will they compensate the people?? They should compensate when they can charge heavy fine for cancellation and all.

                  I had booked a reserved ticket in 15659 kanchanjunga express to travel with my family from dakhineswar to noopur for 19 april 2018 about two weeks ago. On the day of the journey at the dakhineswar station i found that the train has changed its route and would pass through neither dakhineswar nor colour.

                  I was not even informed before about this change. I was unpleasantly surprised and harassed.

                    I have travelled on urgent basis to ahmedabad on 11th april 2018. By hwh ahmedabad. The train were like hell of its service. General compartment are over flowing by people. Maximum of general passenger are going in sleeper class with huge luggage and the sleeper class compartment became deadly crowd. Some of passengers are exausted in the train.
                    The same i noticed in returned from ahmedabad to kharagpur on 14th april. At surat station huge crowed gathered in the train. The existing passenger couldnot travel properly.

                    I was badly remembering the developement of indian railways which is its very poor service. I think it is the worst service and lazy management of railways. There are numbers of trains lying in the yard but no one take intiative to give additional trains when the regular trains are over crowded

                      I was travelling from vadakara to chennai central in chennai mail (Train number - 12602, pnr number - [protected]) along with my four friends on 16/04/2018. Myself vinodkumar surabhi, i was sitting in s3 compartment on rac 31 side (Lower seat). Opposite to my seat, in lower birth (S3/25 & s3/26) - one aunty and 2 kids (Avanthika - 4.5 years, shreya - 11 years) were travelling along with me and my friends to chennai. Night around 10pm, aunty took his daughter shreya to bathroom. Unfortunately middle birth (S3/26) has been fallen down, avanthika was sleeping on lower birth (S3/25), she got injured badly on her head near eyebrows and some blood was coming on her head, we some passengers tried helping her.
                      We spoke to ttr and captain on the train, captain told he will arrange for doctor in next stop (Erode), it will take 1 hour 30 minutes to reach erode.
                      After 1hour 30 minutes, when we reach erode - doctor was late. Finally doctor came inside s3 compartment to help avanthika. The person who came to help was not looking like doctor, he was not in doctor uniform. Doctor didn't prescribed any medications/ointment to avanthika.
                      Doctor didn't spent more than 5 minutes, moreover he was charged 100rs for visiting a kid (Avanthika) who was in danger in night time when travelling in train. She is a small girl, she was literally crying for more than 2 hours in train. This is not a simple thing, i was scared to the greater extent, it's a "life". I felt very bad, what if this incident happend to any of your relatives/ neighbours? Please take this complaint as very serious and do some actions to save further incidents like this.

                        Dear SIr,
                        This is related to railway gate located in west cabin of Kansbahal station. We have been lodging the complaints for last 3 years and service has not improved at all. In fact all the complaints were missing from the complaint register. I have spoken to station master many times but without any success.

                        I request in your good faith to lookupon the problem faced by local village public. It takes minimum 1hr gap for opening of gate.

                          Today i am traveling with train 12874 from anadh vihar to jharkhand due to my cousin sister marriage, its working day so little trouble in leave from office, we are private employees and getting trouble for long holidays, but the train which must be reach on today morning still on the way and late more than 10 hours and my train which will start 07:45 pm from anadh vihar get late 4 year and now i d't know how much time it will take more, now not any fog and winter session, so can anyone from govt tell me why this train late more tha 10 hour and what is our fault, we are tax payer employees and pay tax for our benefit, everywhere for every product, but getting 0 facilities. Also i am a girl, is their govt responsible is something will wrong in night due to their less management in railway system.
                          Please loss their pockets from our money and do something good for us so we will also get some benefit for our tax paying.
                          Also tell me the exact specific reason why this train late, and what will now i do, i have one one choice to cancel my trip and again join my office and pay the govt again for their home, so that they will use our money for their convince and the public make stupid, i want compensation for my travel, marriage and office leave.

E-ticket booked on 6.4.2018 bearing pnr no.[protected] (2a) for mas - tna for travel on 3.6.2018 has cancelled on 8.4.2018 for which the refund amount of rs.3255 has not been received so far. Similarly, e-ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] booked for dr - ms for travel on 12.4.2018 has cancelled on 6.4.2018 for which refund of rs.240 has not been received so far,
                            Kindly look into the matter and see that refund amount of rs.3495 for two
                            E-tickets cancelled on 8.4.0218 credited into my sbi, west tambaram, chennai, savings bank account no.[protected].

                              The tickets booked by sbi debit card on[protected] at reservation counter on platform no.10 of secunderabad railway station at 14:34 hrs vide pnr no.[protected] from secunderabad to nagarsol and in return from nagarsol to secunderabad vide pnr no.[protected]. As such an amount of rs.1825/- for one way journey fare and it costs for both up and down rs.3650/- has to be debited, but an excess amount rs.1825/- has been deducted from my account. Futher, i requested the booking clerk smt. Naga laxmi suggested that the amount will refund in (02) days. But my excess amount was not refund so far. However, i the matter to onduty booking incharge. Hence, i request the kind authority to refund my amount as early as possible.

                                On 15th april 2018 when my sister and i reached howrah and i went to take our tckt my sister was standing out of the queue one of the female tte ask her for the tckt... She told that my sister had gone to take the tckt bt that women misbehave with her and taken her to their office.. When i showed them the tckt then also they are asking for fine and to make settlmnt... How could they do that even when a valid tckt is being shown... The indian railway ttes are the greatest thief in the country... Their greed for money is the cause that we suffer... Indian railway should look after these corruptd staffs... I dnt their names otherwise i may reveal their names too...

                                  With great regret & inconvenience, i bring to your notice the inappropriate behavior of the railway staff at haridwar jn. I, swami vishnu v. Anand (+1) had purchased the train ticket (As attached) from haridwar to mathura on 18478-kalinga utkal express (Pnr [protected]) for travel on 16 april 2018. I made a cash payment for the tickets at the booking window, and the ticket had a wait list status at the time of booking.

                                  At the time of boarding, the tickets were not confirmed and the tt did not allow us to board the train.

                                  Post this, we went at the booking window and asked for the refund of the tickets. We spoke to the senior railway officer at haridwar railway station but he had refused the refund for the ticket. I went to 4 railway officers but nobody listened to my request. I felt harassed because of their behavior and faced a lot of inconvenience.

                                  Hence i request you to look into this and expedite the process of refund at the earliest possible.

                                        In the train no. 22431 ALD Udhampur Express, the AC is not working for a prolonged period of time and the when the passengers complained about it staff started misbehaving, his name was Ankit Kannu and Prabhat Patel. The coach was B2 AC 3 tier and seats were 14 and 16. I Pavan Saini requests the govt. to look after this incident as we are facing problems in the scorching heat.
