I completed to shikohabad parcel officer and he said that our package in sambalpur railway station at this time but he doesn't loded my packages so sir pls help me my contact number [protected] 2 box 4 cartoon and 1 washing machine.

    Dear sir,
    I booked my ticket in train no. 14311 (Ala hazrat expresd) for 31mar18 from bareilly to delhi, the scheduled time of reaching delhi was 11:30am but it reached at 02:40pm more than 03hours delay.
    Me and my wife had an flight from delhi to goa on at 02:25pm but due to train delay which was more than 3 hours, i had to reschedule my flight. So i had to pay 11000 more rupee.
    Me and my wife had travelling insurance in train and in flight.
    Kindly tell me that how can i get my compensation on this irresponsible act of indian railway.

      I had booked consignment vide prr no [protected] in dt 09/03/18, but till yet this consignment not despatched from raipur railway station.
      This is bed roll packet which uses in ac compartment in railway for passenger.
      This is an urgent matter, because due to not availability f this packet along with ac bedsheets railway charges huge penalty from us.

      Sir, I am SOUMYA GHOSH a daily passenger of Gurap To Howrah my Ticket no- XESYC2M001. This is to inform you that Gurap station which is on HWH- BWN cord line there are so bad passenger facilities at the time of evening the platforms are so dark and there was a some ammonnt of platform shed .And the foot over Bridge steps are broken.

        I am travelling in saraighat express with my mom she is a senior citizen india railway ticket reservation system wrote in their website about saving paper and one can travel with only sms which we get in our mobile when we book ticket but the t. C denied this and used slang language and cruel behaviour i paid 500rs to indian railway for my comfortable journey to guwahati

          I am traveling from patna to jhajha by patna dhanbad intercity express, train no - 13332. I have observed that there is unwanted chain pulling occuring after luckisarai junction. At that time train was on time. But due to chain pulling now train is running late by 30 minutes. No one is here to punish them. That's why it is increasing day by day. System is getting worse day by day due to no punishment for this offense.
          I therefore request you kindly look into the matter and punish them for this type of offense.

            In railway stations ticket counter are sufficient but people giving tickets are not sufficient.
            At least i know clearly about guntur and hyderabad stations in that stations ticket counters are 4 5 like that but only 2 3 ticket counters only working.
            Please take action and take steps fill those counters at least festival seasons.
            Please please please sir.
            People are suffering.

              Hello sir.. I am travelling from train no 11071 from ltt to varanasi. Everyday this train is late by 4 hours and halts 1 hour in varanasi outer. Passengers travelling goes to lot pain because of late arrival. Transport n safety of passengers are in risk. Trains actual arrival time is 7:30pm but it reaches varanasi 11:30pm.
              Kids go out of pain with the journey time. How come a train is late by same time everyday... Railway traffic is not the same everyday... Why for specific train only...

              Being a citizen of india. I think railway is not understanding the grief of passengers.

              Request u to look into the mater

                Dear sir,
                I am here to bring your notice that last saturday (07/04/2018) i was travelling from sealdah to naihati station by sealdah - kalyani (Super) train at 7.10 pm.

                I was in the last vendor compartment (From guard cabin) and found there is a gang of you guys who are not concerned about any rules and start drinks openly.

                I don't know it's going on regularly or saturday only. But i am sure they are habituated with it as regularly in a sequence whatever it is.

                Please find attached herewith the above vedeo clipping for few seconds which is taken by me with risk.

                Hope there will be an action against this type of offence.

                  I was supposed to board Nanda Devi Express (12206) from Haridwar on 3rd April 2018. While trying to open the door of my coach, I realized it was locked from inside and just behind the door there were 6-7 helpers/porters/staff in a highly inebriated state. I shouted and kicked at the door, and finally one of the drunk men managed to stood up and opened the door.

                  This whole incident was so appalling as it risks the safety of the passengers travelling. It's unfathomable how these very drunk men were travelling in a major express train. Imagine a child or a lady getting up in the middle of the night to use the washroom and find these men on the passageway? Also, why there was no one to keep a check on such staff?

                  I request the concerned authority to look into the case and charge the culpable individuals.

                    I had booked 1(one) package of old clothes on 29/3/2018 from Delhi to Guwahati against Bill numbers:7202593, and message received on 4/4/2018 from Indian railways that package loaded on 2/4/2018 at bramhaputra Mail but the same still not reached at Guwahati why??? who is responsible, really disgusting so poor service by Indian railways, if my package not reach GUWAHATI in next two days I'LL take the matter to senior level for immediate reply.

                    No body is responding, pathetic service, no proper system to track,
                    Very very poor Service of Indian railways, need to improve .
                    I had booked 3(three) package of old clothes on 29/8/2021 from Delhi to Burdwan against LT numbers:A8867756, and message received on 29/8/2021 from Indian railways that package loaded on 29/8/2021 at poorva express but the same still not reached at Burdwan why??? who is responsible, really disgusting so poor service by Indian railways, if my package not reach burdwan in next two days I'LL take the matter to senior level for immediate reply.

                      I am travelling from pathankot to lucknow from begampura express (12238) on dated 5/4/18 cach no b2 seat no 5 at the sharanpur station my mi mobile ([protected]) theft by unknown person. I have complaint about this to rpf/grp scort immediatelly who present in train. After 1 hrs when i treassing my mobile no the call have received by sharanpur grp (Munshi) he inform to me that my mi phone have been recoverd by him. I informed to grp /rpf scort team about this and he confermd to me talk with sharanpur grp (Munsi of grp). So kindly request to u pls provide my mi mobile on my address.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had booked a ticket from BSB to KOTA in 13237/PNBE KOTA EXP, journey date was 11-Mar-2018. I was unable to cancel it 11-Mar-2018 . and hence was directed by irctc to file TDR . I had Filed TDR Claim mentioning Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.Subsequently I had sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in asking as to when the refund will get processed . I didn't got any response from railways and 26th MARCH 2018. I received an email from [protected]@irctc.co.inmentioning that claim is rejected stating reason "As per chart, passenger has travelled". Please note that I had travelled to 11072 / KAMAYANI EXPRES . and hence could not travel by the 13237/PNBE KOTA EXP on same day. I have the ticket details of 11072 / KAMAYANI EXPRES, hence I can prove that railways has wrongly denied the TDR claim.But it is wrong. I have not traveled.
                          Please check it ones from your end, i want my money back or Refund. Please find the enclosed attachment for irctc Image.

                            I have booked motorcycle from jalandhar city station (Juc) on 28-mar-18 for kanpur central station (Cnb). The motorcycle was loaded on the same day in train no. 18310. When i reached to take the delivery on 31-mar-18, i was told that your parcel has not yet arrived. On 02-apr-18, i went to nr cell to raise a complaint, but the person sitting there took photo copy of the receipt and noted my mobile number and said when the parcel arrives we will call you. But as on date the motorcycle has not been delivered.

                            Request indian railways to look into the matter and deliver my motorcycle at cnb (Kanpur central) station at the earliest.

                              Sir i submitted rrb online application to rrb bangalore board and amount paid through debitcard 250/- on 18 march 2018, amount debited but transaction shown to me unsuccessful, again i paid 250 amount and submitted application. But there is no refund generated for the first transaction from your side for this i consulted the bank but they said to me merchant transaction successfully received. So you have to consult merchant only. Please rectify my problem

                                  This complaint is with regard to the prs ticket pnr no. [protected], booked for journey from kota jn to shahdol (Sdl). The date of journey is[protected]. The ticket was booked from prs counter from shahdol railway station.
                                  Further, on[protected], the ticket was cancelled through online through https://www.operations.irctc.co.in/ctcan/SystemTktCanLogin.jsf
                                  Later, on[protected] at 11:00-11:30 am, i went to the prs counter to get the refund from sdl railway station, as the ticket was booked from the same station. But, unfortunately, the person at ticket window refused to refund any amount stating that it can only be refunded from journey commencing station, i. E., kota jn.
                                  Even after i told him again and again that refund can be taken from either the journey commencing station or the nearest prs counter, i. E., where the ticket is booked.

                                  But still, no authority in station is clear with the rules and therefore, they are refusing to give any refund. Everyday i have to meet some new authority, who also is not acquainted with the rules and process of refund in case of cancellation of prs counter ticket through online cancellation.

                                  I am attaching documents for your kind perusal. Please provide some relief and jusice to the passenger, as this is making us suffer a lot.

                                    Today morning i had bought unreserved ticket[05823919] from sodepur (Sep) to asansol (Asn) for akal takht express of rs.95.00. After reaching koaa i have got informed that the train was rescheduled. Then i have reached hwh (Howrah) station & commuted with poorva express for asansol in a unreserved coach. One tte came after raniganj & charged me of rs.65.00 as excess fare & fine rs.250.00. Total eft [aa 614318] the tte charged was rs. 315.00. As i had one ticket for the same destination then how the tte charge me a fine of rs.250.00 for without ticket. Though i have requested him to take only the excess fare he had forcefully charged wt fine.

                                      Todays date is[protected], i am trying to make a reservation from the train shatabdi 12004 from cnb to gzb for the date:[protected]. It is showing total fare 1000, where you are charging 222 rs. As dynamic fare. As per my knowledge, dynamic fare can be start when we book a ticket within 15 days. And i am trying to book 22 days before. This is totally unfair and unjustice. Please do something for this unethical and looted type of strategies..

                                      Mostly I travel by First AC either by Rock Fort Express or Mangalore Chennai Mail to Chennai from Srirangam. At Srirangam Railway Station even though display of couch no. and seating arrangements are there for other coaches for First AC it is not there. Please arrange to do needful . My recent PNR no.

                                      In S6 compartment there are lots o[censored]nreserved passengers sit and travelled. We the reserve passengers are getting scared and suffering inconvenience . We are not seat properly. TTE do not checked properly. Plz. Do needful.

                                        Mere yahan kam karne wala ladka jo anpadh hai. Kal train no.12534 se apne gaon jaraha tha. Wo apna aadhar card yahoo bhulgaya. Jab rat mai karinb 23.00 baje ticket checkers ko apne wats up no. Per apna aadhar card battaya to use ticket checkers be gali diya aur ek tamacha bhi mara. Jo ki kanoon ke khilaf hai. Uska pnr no.[protected] hai.
                                        Aap se request karta hoon ki aap uchit nayaye kare.
