Last sunday (25.03.2018) i visited delhi sarai rohilla raiway station to receive my relative.

While proceeding to the platform from ticket booking area in the rush, some one pick pocketed my wallet.

I carried rs. 4000/- cash and my employee card of delhi financial corporation in wallet.

Kindly register my complaint and do the needful.

    On 2nd april 18, i am travelling in ngp - cstm duranto express in s -2 bogie. I wanted to reach on time to mumbai as i am having an important exam to appear but because of inordinate delay i could not reach at my exam centre on time. Shame on duranto staff for making me suffer by not reaching at 8.05 at cstm station. Duranto expresshas lost its name by becoming late this way. Othermail/express trains of indian railway travel late & now duranto type trains also joined to this notorious status.
    Shame on them all.

    At 8.45 the train is passing kurla station .From Ngp the train started halting at various places ;slowed the speed at several occasions .It halted at, sewagram Dhamangaon rly for the first time also halted at kalyan station for longer.

      I have booked 2 person ticket from Allahabad to Delhi. Train No. 14005, travelling date[protected], train started from SITAMARHI at 2.35 AM but departure at 13.27 PM. Now showing arrival time at Allahabad 15 hrs delay. We both of them stuck here, please tell this type service provide Indian railway. You should be shame on your self because of your service we realize, how much backward from developed country. You can't handle normal train and you talk about for bullet train.

      You should be think about your service if you wanna best in world.

        IRCTC ticket ID 8465839
        IRCTC customer care still not refund my money back to my Bank account .
        Still I face the problem from IRCTC end and they give only IRCTC TICKET ID from last 60 days.
        I couldn't understand why should they ignore me even I'll given all reference regarding bank statement on 24th March 2018.
        So, therefore I still waiting for my money.

          I travelled a super. Train no 12828 from purulia (Prr) to kharagpur (Kgp) with a super fast ticket from prr to mecheda (Mca) but there is no stoppage of this train at mca so i took a express train no 18029 having a stoppage at mca but unfortunately i sat a sleeper compartment having many vacant seat for which a sum of rs.335/- was charged by tte in train when i was travelling in 18029 express train in sleeper class having vacant seat from kharagpur (Kgp) to mecheda (Mca) with a valid super fast train ticket from purulia (Prr) to mca in the same route. Whether it is as per railway rules. Kindly give me a proper advice.

            I got ticket for traveling from nungambakkam station to guindy station on 2/4/18 (Morning). But the railway employee at ticket counter gave ticket from nungambakkam to villivakkam station wrongly. Due to his negligence i was forced to pay fine during ticket check. Purely because of his negligence i paid 260 rupees fine and the ticket checker was also not listening to me. I am very much disappointed with the attitude of the employees of irctc. I want a reply from irctc for this immediately. Wrongly given ticket no. Was 17393434

              Sir,
              I had booked parcel (Refregerator) from patna junction to visakhapatnam on 21/03/2018 vide prr no.[protected]. It was loaded on next day 22/03/2018 on train no 22644 (Ernakulam exp.) vide loadind sl no. 99707 and departed from station. It had to unload at visakhapatnam railway station but had not unloaded, and online tracking status is also blank.

              Sir please have a look in this matter and help me tracking the same. I would be thankful to you.

                  Sir, i travelled by train no. 12190 (Mahakoshal exp) on 31 mar 18. My ticket was rc-1 in b-1 coach from nizamuddin to satna jn (Pnr[protected]. After boarding in the train mr ashok kumar the tte of the coach had allotted vacant berth to other passenger by taking some extra money where as i was denied even being rc-1. However, when this guy handed the charge to other tte mr mahesh at agra then i was given a berth. Please investigate the matter and action taken is to be intimated to me at the earliest.

                        Hi Consumer Cell,

                        I would like to inform you that I was going to Hazrat Nizamuddin to drop my relative on 25th March 2018. When I was going to purchase platform ticket, only two clerks were working over there and one is standing to his seat and when I asked him that why you are standing then he just replied that there were no ticket as of now. When I went to purchase ticket on the counter where ticket were issuing then I asked to him that why these all seats are vacant, he replied that there were no tickets, that why, he is standing. Clerks also don't have their badges. I asked name of the clerk who is issuing tickets to the passengers then he replied my name is Prem Kumar and also replying that can I have to tell my address also, I didn't replied to that. After that he abused me that go away otherwise I would beat you than I replied come and beat me than he came outside and catch my color than a person came in between us and relaxed him and a security person also came and told me that why are you fighting with him than I told to the security person that I didn't fight with him and that clerk was caught my shirt color, than security person replied he is a government employee, for this kind of incidence you would be send to jail than I didn't replied to that security person. After that, I decided to send a mail to consumer cell so that they can fix these type of issues will not take place in future or their should be remedies for these kind of incidences. Last but not the least, The clerk who is standing vacant has opened his Almari and took out ticket and seated on his seat and I have three photos of that counter. The person who is sitting in photo was not working as you would be able to see the vacant row. Now number of question arises like why clerks don't have their name badges, why they were become shirker of their work, does Railway have any rules and regulations to control these type of incidences, why they are behaving in a rude manner, why there is no separate lines for ladies, handicapped and senior citizen and what should be done to fix these type of issues.
                        In my opinion, Consumer cell come front to fix these type of issues. You have to fix these type of issues otherwise public would be suffer for that.

                                I'm journey in a train 22403 bza to ngp, a train cleaning is very bad condition toilets is very dirty not a properly clean and outside look is so dirty. Not clean in a pdy junction and refer to a journey.

                                My 1 question is also about what a swachh rail and swachh bharat, i'm not understand looking about 22403 this type of swachh bharat.

                                  I was travelling from bsp to tata in ltt shm express (18029). My seat was in rac 55 in s6 birth. I boarded my train on bsp station. I asked the tt to confirm my seat if possible. But he said he will not be able to... But later on he confirmed the birth for w/l 1 and also alloted the seat for a person without a genuine sleeper seat, both by taking certain amount of bribe.. This two incidence took place in front of me.. On asking he did not even said his name. Nor he gave any reason.
                                  Kindly see to the matter so that such kind of corruption could be stopped.

                                    I would like to inform you that i am a regular commutator between thane and nanded by 11401/02 nandigram express. I have seen that (1) 11401 reaches aurangabad any time after 23.30 hours. As the major portion of the passengers get down at aurangabad at that mid night, the passengers of nanded bound feel disturbed because the alighting passengers put on the lights, make noise, shouts!! Immediately after that, the passengers board the train for nanded / nagpur from aurangabad and the remaining passengers cannot sleep comfortably. It is a nuisance!!
                                    (2) similarly, 11402 arrives aurangabad any time after 22.00 hours and same thing happens. The passengers alight at aurangabad with making noise and putting on the lights. The passengers board from aurangabad again put on the lights, make noise, some of them take dinner, some passengers in a group sleep at late night, gossip, chat and making life miserable for the passengers who like to sleep and take rest.
                                    (3) the same thing happens in both up& down directions of devgiri express too.
                                    The solution: let there be two sections in the same compartment. (1) say berth no 1 to 48 be exclusively for nanded (2) and 49 to 72 for the aurangabad. Let the nanded bound passengers sleep without any disturbance (3) no mix allotment of the berths should be allowed. It can be for ac iii, sleeper coaches, ac ii and even in ac 1st class.
                                    Conclusion: for every problem, there is the solution. Hope our indian railways will look after the solution and make the journey comfortable.

                                      I have booked a ticket vide pnr no [protected] travel date 12th march 2018 from renukoot to sambalpur. Train was late by more than 3 hours infact 8 hours hence i have to cancel my plan and i have not travelled. Accordingly i filed the tdr. My tdr was repudiated and i was told as reason that passenger has travelled. I can prove that i have not travelled. The tdr is wrongly repudiated.

                                      Since i have not travelled on 12th march 2018 i booked another pnr [protected] for 13th march 2018 and my boarding station was renukoot. Train was late by more than 3 hours hence i have not travelled. Tdr was wrongly repudiated.

                                      I cofirm that both the tdr has been wrongly repudiated. I confirm that i have not travelled because train was late by more than 3 hours

                                        This is pankaj bhatia from jodhpur. I have booked 1st class AC ticket from jodhpur to khathgodam journey date was 20mar18 under pnr no [protected]. DUE TO FAILURE OF AC railway transferred us to 2nd Ac & mean while generated a receipt to get refund of our journey & informed us that once we will get down at our destination refund money will be provided to us without any problems.. As u can see this tickets was booked for old age Guest insted of getting good services we got lots of problem while journey which was not expected. My old age mother all alone transferred her luggage from so called 1st Ac To 2nd ac. very poor & pathetic services we have experienced. No cleanliness no proper arrangement for 1St class Ac repair.. Staff at jodhpur station was very rude & threatening us not to be raise complaint about this. They simply denied that we cant do any thing you need to be travel in same conditions.After putting all this matter on Twitter some how they said u can travel in 2nd class ac & give us one receipt for refund money which was said that you can collect from any railways counter. When a old age lady after having such a pathetic experience reached at railways counter with that receipt to get refund again same service she has experienced. No result only passing their ball to other ground. They said your ticket is generated online so refund process u need to done on line. With no other option my old age mom was hope less n informed me about this. I tried to do online with my railways account but as per railways this pnr was not generated by irctc so again TDR is not allowed.. I have generated this ticket by PAYTM i have called them they informed that i need to send that receipt within 72 hour to railways headquarters situated in Delhi.That receipt is not with me its with my mother & she went on some spiritual work & SHE is not aware how to do all this stuff & her location is in remote area. with all this how is it possible to send receipt to your headquarters. My complaint is regarding first of all failure of 1st class ac she need to travel in 2nd class..At jodhpur station we faced lots of problems as they are government employee they are least bothered about services then again in the end of this pathetic experience now we need to get suffer for getting refund of money..
