This is not a new issue and this is happening for the past seven to eight months. People without tickets and with general tickets are boarding the train at katpadi as well as arakonam junction and trying to occupy our berths. Also many of those are sitting on the pathway and blocking our way to toilets. This is not being taken care by the tt or by the rpf. Around 200 people of this kind are boarding the train on daily basis and no one was caught by either tt or rpf. Could you please take necessary steps to avoid as this is seriously affecting our travel.

I am suffering FROM JMP to RIG BY TRAIN No.07008 10/4/18 but that train are very very slow that train are delay at destination station 9 hour 2mint. And it's train are delay 18 hour so dear please take proper action for train speed...

    Respected sir,

    I have today booked my to and fro journey ac3 tickets by rajdhani express from ranchi to new delhi / vice versa vide forward journey pnr number [protected] and return journey ticket pnr number [protected].

    As usual, i had applied for booking of lower berth consideration. To my surprise, while in both ticket on line booking, approx. 228 numbers berths initially were available for confirmation, but after my booking, i got middle berth for forward journey and side upper berth for return journey

    I fail to understand - how this is possible while almost the entire train ac3 berths were fully available with its assured confirmation.

    Probably, this is related to the software logics that is creating this situation. More so, i am a senior citizen and the booking software should automatically support for lower berth booking / confirmation. But what is happening, it is just the reverse, even on my specific request for lower berth.

    I think, this needs to be set right.

    I would request you to look into this issue and take corrective action on urgent basis in your system software to assure lower berth especially for a senior citizen.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I would like to bring to your kind notice that during cancellation of the mentioned tickets on 14.04.208, i am getting repetitive message "cancellation not allowed", though i tried cancelling the tickets 24 hrs prior to departure i. E on 15.04.2018.

      We, family of 10 members were supposed to travel to holy place deoghar in jharkhand, but due to some emergency we cancelled our trip. I have booked multiple tickets.
      We tried several times to cancel the tickets on 14.04.2018 evening, but cancellation not allowed messages pops up for only these two pnr: [protected], [protected], while rest of the tickets we were able to cancel.

      Request you, to please look into this matter & kindly arrange to get refund for the eligible amount.

        I was travelling From Jammu to Ghaziabad by Shalimar Express (Train No. 14646) dated 14.04.2018. As I am going for the purpose of Marriage of my Brother's Son and daughter so Carrying Gold Ornaments of more than 5.5 tollas along with Costly Sarees, suits etc in this suitcase. It was stolen at mid night hours. Already complaint to Railway Helpline, GRPF and filed FIR also. Please Compensate my Loss.

          Sir i booked my bike from agra cantt vide part no [protected] and parcel railway receipt no 1496704. I approached to ernakulam parcel office on 15 apr 18 for collection of my bike but parcel staff told me that your bike did not unload from train no 12644 and told me to come next day. I went station as on 16 apr 18 but they tolm me same answer come to tomorrow. Pls solve my problem.

          There's a huge demand for train service from Mysuru to Udupi. Existing train runs only 3 days a week without having enough availability of seats. Please add an additional train from Mysuru to Udupi as soon as possible.

            I have my tatkal reservation on 15/04/18 in train no.22404 with schadule departure of 23.45 from ndls to jhs with pnr [protected]. When i reached the station i found that train is reschaduled at 7.15 am. Then i took a train 22456 wth general ticket, my phn got switch off so not able to file tdr. More over thr were so less tym that i was not able to contact the official on counter. As i have not recieved any msg of reschaduling so railway should copensate me for the discomfort and inconvenience or atleast reemburse the amount of ticket. Tx

              Sir even after too much attempts watering is not done in our coach. We boarded from ashok nagar and when we entered we saw that there was no water in the bogey. After complaining they assured that it will be done in jhansi but still haven't done. Please make it sure that watering must be done as soon as possible. Train number is 04905. This is special train running from ashok nagar to new delhi.

                Brother and sister were traveling from bikaner to howrah in train whose no is 22308 which had depart on 13.04.2018 and which was arrived on 15.04.2018 morning. Name of passenger sunil chopra and chanda chopra. Brother sunil chopra trolley has been torn through blade and took out 2 pcs moti kara of gold and 4 pcs silver bowl and those items kept in trolley in a pant and only the victim knows about it.                     While my mother was traveling in hirakhand express (18448) on dated 24.12.2017 from damanjodi to bhubaneswar with pnr no.-[protected], seat no.-a1, 1, at palasa station at around 03:45am, the vanity bag containing (Voter id card, wrist watch, gold ear ring, mobile phone, cash approx 3000/) of my mother amounting to total of approx rs.20000/- got stolen. Fir was lodged in the railway police, bhubaneswar on the same date. But till date no action has been taken.

                      I had booked scooty from bhubaneswar to silchar on 03/04/2018, vide prr no.[protected]. It was loaded on 05.04.2018 on train no 12822 (Dhauli exp.) and departed from station according to online tracking system. It had to unload at howragh railway station, after it will transferred to silchar station through another train.
                      But still my parcel not reached at silchar station after 9 days, and online tracking status is also showing only depart report from bhubaneswar nothing else.

                      Sir please have a look in this matter and help me tracking the same. I would be thankful to you.

                        Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                        I have booked a tatkal ticket from TATANAGAR JN to Bilaspur JN in Train No. 18477 (Kalinga Utkal Express) and a further tatkal ticket from Bilaspur JN to UJJAIN JN in Train No. 18245 (Bsp Bkn Express).

                        However, due to a delay in arrival of the first train for more than 4 hrs, I was unable to catch my connecting train from Bilaspur JN. Train No. 18477 which was supposed to reach at 15.20 was delayed by about 4 hours and due to which I was not able to board train No. 18245. Besides, the railway officials at Bilaspur JN were not ready to listen to any grievances and told that no refund shall be made for any confirmed tickets. I therefore request you help me get the necessary reimbursement as the delay was solely due to Indian Railways.

                          As i was booking rail ticket from anand to varanasi through irctc app on 18/10/2017 and selected option for home delivery after payment, unfortunately it missed out and rs:1310 was debited from my a/c. I complained about issue several times through mail and with phone, in spite i have registered complaint too in indian railways portal (No. W/wr/brc/[protected], but still now i did not got my refund back. Its very radiculus about indianraiways being suc type of worst service provided by them.

                            I am a frequent traveller from thane to cst mostly central line. Today 11 april 2018 around 12:43pm i dropped at ghatkopar west station and was stopped by a tc named nancy
                            Daruwalla she checked my first class pass and even though it is valid she started harassing me that i should not laminate my train pass and started to argue very rudely and gave me very angry stare as if she wants to kill me. There is no guide lines behind the train pass about not laminating the pass.
                            I need strict action against this negative attitude of your staff who is rude and very impolite to us even after respecting the rules and regulations of indian railways.

                                On 8th april at 9.30am i booked 6 adult and 1 child for arambag (Hwh - arambag local) from howrah station counter no 11 (Ladies) i gave him 500rs note and was shocked he (Sirdhatha chakravarty) charged us double by providing with return ticket which i didn't ask. When i pointed out hus mistake he didn't pay any heed after that started using offensive language and totally denied his mistake. I immediately rushed to the deputy managers cabin but he could not compensate with our lose.

                                Stolen wallet in which I had kept my personal ticket and 2000 rupees during which the train comes to platform...
                                The train runs today with 18 hrs delay and it may delay further. There is no sign of recovering the delay. Cleanliness is also poor. Kindly look into the matter so that running time is improved.
                                T.T is not available Delhi to etawah seat confirm is not done and toilet is very dirty please solved my problem

                                  Respected sir/ ma'am,
                                  I was travelling in swaraj express from bandra terminus to katra on 30/03/2018 in coach s2 26, 27, 29, 30 along with my two kids (Less than 5 years), my husband n mother in law.
                                  Around 2:00 am train departed from mathura junction. Around 3:15 my husband saw 4 persons in coach searching for something he thought may be for there bearth... At 3:45 i found my handbag missing which was having two mobile phones, cash 40000/-, all id's pan card, adhaar card, driving license n atm cards. I shouted but thief ran away.

                                  No one was there mean while train arrived nizzamuddin station tte took my husband saying you file a fir n delayed the time... Till delhi there was no rpf or grpf...
                                  Copassengers told us it's a daily affair...

                                  At panipat railway station i pulled the chain as i was not having money n pantry people denied me of a water bottle n my 1.5 year child was carving...
                                  The rpf misbehaved with us...
                                  After a lot of chaos the sho of panipat brought a paper to write down a complain...
                                  He left saying i[censored] find any trouble in lodging n boarding u can call me...

                                  But i was surprised that these people didn't do any thing for tracing my lost valuables. Because when i came back to mumbai i found that there was withdrawal of money from my bank account...

                                  N still there is no action taken by railway...
                                  Do we pay for all this 3-4 months in advance by booking our tickets?

But all the andhra projects are pending. Like doubling work of electrical line, modification of platforms in vijayawada, existential of pit lines in coach depot (Cd) or in wag depot (Wd) in bza and also the pending work of (Wd) construction in gudivada which is stooped previously. All of projects likethese will be completed if bhubaneswar zonal work for vishaka zone for south coast railway for atleast the 5 years period.

                                      I had booked a parcel for 2-wheeler (Model - yamaha r15 v2, colour - gray and orange, reg no - ka 05 jt 6192) from bangalore cantonment (Bnc) to guwahati (Ghy) on 04th april, 2018. Parcel way bill number is - 0182366. Please find attached ticket image.

                                      I am unable to find any contact number for both bnc and ghy parcel offices. I am not even able to track my parcel with the parcel way bill number on the indian railway parcel website.

                                      Please help me in tracking my bike as it is very difficult to visit the guwahati railway station personally as it is 300 kms away from my hometown. And i need the vehicle for office travel and my work is also getting affected due to this.

                                        Sir my name is mukesh nisar. I have send parcel from tilaknagar to new jalpaiguri on 30.3.18 through train no.15647. There were 4 box and 1 bundle. I have only received one bundle and 4 box has been misplaced by your railway department. My parcel receipt no is 069036. Sir kindly look into this matter. Sir i have also launched complaint at new jalpaiguri station at which my parcel was to be delivered but i have got no response from them till date. Sir it has been also 10 days.
