This is pankaj bhatia from jodhpur. I have booked 1st class AC ticket from jodhpur to khathgodam journey date was 20mar18 under pnr no [protected]. DUE TO FAILURE OF AC railway transferred us to 2nd Ac & mean while generated a receipt to get refund of our journey & informed us that once we will get down at our destination refund money will be provided to us without any problems.. As u can see this tickets was booked for old age Guest insted of getting good services we got lots of problem while journey which was not expected. My old age mother all alone transferred her luggage from so called 1st Ac To 2nd ac. very poor & pathetic services we have experienced. No cleanliness no proper arrangement for 1St class Ac repair.. Staff at jodhpur station was very rude & threatening us not to be raise complaint about this. They simply denied that we cant do any thing you need to be travel in same conditions.After putting all this matter on Twitter some how they said u can travel in 2nd class ac & give us one receipt for refund money which was said that you can collect from any railways counter. When a old age lady after having such a pathetic experience reached at railways counter with that receipt to get refund again same service she has experienced. No result only passing their ball to other ground. They said your ticket is generated online so refund process u need to done on line. With no other option my old age mom was hope less n informed me about this. I tried to do online with my railways account but as per railways this pnr was not generated by irctc so again TDR is not allowed.. I have generated this ticket by PAYTM i have called them they informed that i need to send that receipt within 72 hour to railways headquarters situated in Delhi.That receipt is not with me its with my mother & she went on some spiritual work & SHE is not aware how to do all this stuff & her location is in remote area. with all this how is it possible to send receipt to your headquarters. My complaint is regarding first of all failure of 1st class ac she need to travel in 2nd class..At jodhpur station we faced lots of problems as they are government employee they are least bothered about services then again in the end of this pathetic experience now we need to get suffer for getting refund of money..     Mera pnr no hai.[protected]. Train ke time table ke anusar train new delhi 27 ko 1020 hrs tak pahucna hai. But train late no gai raste me. Mane delhi to dehradun by air ticket kiya hua ttha jiska photo niche sanlagn hai. Train late hone me karna meri flight choot gai. Mera flight pnr hai dc3fvm hai pz take a favourable action pz.

      Train number 55303 not comes on time daily, thousand passenger have MST for one month to three month, its departure time from Moradabad is 6:30 but not departure on time, alway comes late 45 minutes to 80 minutes so our request is that this train should be departure on time after that we can reach on time to our duties.

        Train 19270 is at Malhour for more than 1 hour which causes the train to unnecessarily delay. The train is now delay by 3 hours from its actual time of running.
        I booked a vehicle from Gandhidham to Kanpur on 09 march 18. The vehicle MH31 BY 3624 is not off-loaded at KANPUR, I think it reached Howrah station.
        I cannot track the parcel status as booking office is not computerized. Parcel way Bill A 851987

            Railways tt charged rs 1000 from me for not having a ticket at exit of hazrat nizamudding railway station delhi. He was asking for rs 3900. And he also physically assaulted me. He was forcefully trying to get his hands inside my pocket.
            Me and my brother travelled from gujrat to delhi. There was only one ticket for two persons. He got out from one exit of station and i was going out from another exit.

              I made a complaint to indian railways and number is no. W/sc/sc/[protected] for the journey i have performed on 17.02.2018 by train 17018 in ac 2tier berth no, 42 su by purchasing premium tatkal of rs.4455/-, where as a ac 2tier tkts cost is rs2500/-

              My complaint is a railways not attached proper ac coach. The berth provided to me is very shaby condition and even curtains are torn, a wire is placed in the place of curtain rod.
              The berth provided me is not like a premium tatkal berth.
              Kindly the make difference of fare as refund taken as preimum tatkal.
              Other wise i will be forced to approach consumer court for the trouble or agony faced in the journey due to negligence shown by the railways to attach proper ac compartment. Please refund fund money as you have not provided a right coach for what i paid.

                Sir,
                I am a constant traveler on the route of dehra dun to gorakhpur and vise-versa for my personal use. The train that is only and most suitable is the rapti-ganga express that runs thrice a week. Though the train is the main source of transportation of people from eastern india to the northern india and to get a berth booked in this train like climbing one the himalayan mountains, unfortunately, the government and the railway ministry has not thought of increasing the frequency of the train to daily basis and nor has thought of adding a few more boogies to it.
                But of last this train which use to complete its journey in time, which was the best part, has since the october of 2017 started running late, by as much as 12 to 16 hrs, in one case as per my experience the railways had to cancel this train in dehradun, due to its late arrival time to the tune of 20 hrs. I once had to spend excruciating hours in gorakhpur railway station when the train that departed from gkp at 2115hrs, monday, was postponed to 0230 hrs the next day. Yesterday the same train started about 6 hrs late from gkp and has yet to reach ddn. And as per the station master of ddn station it will start for gkp at around 2355hrs. What is this happening sir? The railway minster and the pm of india mentions a lot about the security on the train, upping the standard of the train, increases the fare of the train tickets and yet we see to just complete 800 or so kms from gkp to ddn an express train takes unimaginable time causing untold pain, anxiety and sufferings to the passengers young and old alike.
                When the minister and the railways cannot make a train run in time, how will a bullet train run in india? How will the other ambitious projects announced by the pm will see the light of the day and have a successful run.
                We the customers of indian railways only want our trains to be safe, clean, trustworthy and run in time. Time is very important for all o[censored]s, but we waste a lot of time just trying to board a train that reaching our destination in time.
                Please go for improving the basic facilities of train services to make a traveler's experience enjoyable and worthy.

                  ‪Noida is a modern and upcoming town and holds a important place in Uttar Pradesh. It generates lots of revenues from manufacturing and IT sector and many other sectors. Transportation is incomplete without a railway station and people travels a lot.‬
                  For women and senior citizens traveling early morning and later at nights travel a lot from far away areas and even have to travel many kilometres and hours of journey just to take a train at New Delhi or Anand Vihar or any other Delhi based station. Even taking metro may be difficult due to long stations and packed luggage. Big pieces of luggage poses another difficulty as they cannot be scanned or not allowed to board into any public buses or any other public modes of transport.
                  A survey should be conducted across many sections of society to gauge the difficult and ease of convenience if a new railways stations comes up in Gautam budh nagar.
                  All the major railway stations in India and specially Utta Pradesh be connected to the upcoming stations. This shall not only increase revenue but open a host of benefits for railways in terms of money generated from advertisements, kiosks, shops, booking is parcels and many other. ATM must be installed in the periphery for public use and income must be generated from it. Hotels and restaurants will increase public utilities and delicacies will also bring people closer to it.

                    I boarded krishak express from lucknow city to varanasi city on 23rd march 2018 11:30 pm & the train was scheduled to reach varanasi by 12:30 afternoon on 24th march but it didn't, due to which my job scheduled hampered. As if i have seen no good reason why these people are running train's so late here in u. P. Either they have to much of leisure time or don't value others time.
                    Now what higher segment or the authorities gonna do about it.

                      I am a resident of ahmedabad. The sabarmati riverfront is very important land mark as everyone knows. The railway over bridge passing above the riverfront road, do not have under track cover. When we walk under the railway over bridge and if a passenger trains are passing then the human waste fall on the passersby. People who are walking or are on two wheeler have to wait till the train pass.
                      It's very sad that such a simple thing is thought of. During different festivals and vibrant gujarati many foreign tourist are surprised when we wait away till the train passes.

                        New delhi - kolkata rajdhani and new delhi - sealdah rajdhani after leaving new delhi do not stops before kanpur central.

                        Distance from new delhi to kanpur is around 450 km.

                        People travelling from up (Particularly from aligarh mandal) to kolkata have to run to new delhi for reaching to kolkata.

                        If these rajdhani trains start stopping at aligarh jn. Or tundla jn., it would be of great help to such people. And also the seats of such trains would not go vacant.

                        Please provide inclusive service so that the people o[censored]p could also be benefited by reaching kolkata well in time by travelling in rajdhani train.

                          On 15th march 2018 i (Aged 60 years) along with my wife mrs. S. Sasikala (Aged 55 years) boarded train no.12657 chennai-bangalore mail express in 3 ac berth/seat nos.49 & 52, both lower berths alongwith our luggages and one ladies shoulder bag. During the journey my wife woke up for toilet and noticed that her leather shoulder bag has been stolen. It was stolen by an unknown person when the train was at jolarpet station. The stolen bag contained the following:

                          1. One 12 gms. Gold pendent chain with garnet stone valued rs.50, 000/-
                          2. 4 gold rings of total weight 24 gms valued rs.72, 000/-
                          3. 2 samsung mobile instruments of total value rs.20, 000/-
                          4. One sbi-lvb credit card
                          5. Net cash of around rs.4, 000/-
                          6. 1 leather ladies shoulder bag valued rs.4, 000/-
                          Total value: rs.1.50 lacs

                          I have lodged a police compliant and obtained an fir

                          I request you to kindly intervene and arrange for recovery and handover of the above to me

                          My FIR No.0051/2018 issued by City Railway Police Bangalore as mentioned above. Till date there has been no response from any concerned authority. I sincerely on 2 different occasions went to Bangalore City Railway Police to ascertain my complaint status. Finally I was informed that they have recommended and forwarded to Coimbatore Division and Jolarpettai Station vide Ref.No.SRP.No.CRM/TR/16/18.
                          3 months time has since elapsed. No response is equal to inaction on the subject matter.
                          Please arrange for redressal of my complaint

                              It was 22nd of march 2018 i have started my journey from anand vihar to katihar by the so called ac super fast special train arunachal express 02412. Me really very disappointed to see that the situation of indian railways is getting worse and worse day by day despite change of government. I am writing this complain but not sure whether this would reach to the correct officials or concerned departments. And if it reaches to the concerned department by chance then also any corrective measures would be taken or not. Why always we the people suffer and not the so called ministers and govt. Officers?...
                              Our train could not reach the first stoppage, kanpur in 9 hrs can anyone imagine... Would railways take the responsibility and compenstate all those who are in loss due to the delayed train. Shame on indian railways and all those who do fake promises...

                                Can't really believe the standard of rajdhani first class.

                                  Still not received re-fund, tdr filed in july 2017... Please look into the matter

                                  I have filed a tdr for re-fund against pnr number [protected], since this train was late more than 3 hrs.

                                  Now on the same evening, tickets was available in duronto express, train no. 12294, (Ticket attached for your ref (Proof i have submitted to western railway).)

                                  So at 17:00 hrs., i booked ticket in this train, pnr number [protected]... So passenger travelled by this train.

                                  Now western railway is saying that, as per chart, passenger has travelled by pnr number [protected]... For which i have filed tdr

                                  So just explain me, how can the same passenger travel by 02 trains in the same evening???

                                  Irctc & western railway, please explain me or re-fund me my money back.

                                    Hi team,

                                    Hi am shivaji kshirsagar here from kasarwadi pune location from last 3 years i am travelling by local train from kasarwadi to pune (Up / down) due to official/jobs concern,

                                    My mistake, :- “ last 2 months before i withdraw local pass for 3months which was got expire hence am failed to gives / renew it, hence today i got catch / checked by your ticket checker master at pune station at plat form no 1, hence is here my mistake which i had accepted here hence got ready to the next formalities,

                                    Your ticket checker master tc doing own business to earn money with the help to paytm payment mode @ pune station/junction

                                    Interaction / issue happen with me while formalities,

                                    “your ticket checker master has going to earn money by different way which is unexpected, the tc has informed me 270/- fine for without ticket travelling hence i had simply inform right now i don’t have cash if you want will get back to you with cash, is there number of atm’s available at station he not agreed hence against i ask, if railway has started paytm then will get ready to get transfer on registered number which will provided by railway, but tc not able to agree or listen any so i ask what is option now i have office i need to go get release me on time in need to report on time, if have formalities then pls.. Go ahead”.

                                    “there was 2 pa/tc 1 senior & one of leady tc there is office counter hence inform me wait till 4 pm will need to complete from railway court, which is unexpected / unwanted while ready to submit fine on time then inform till wait 4 pm.”

                                    “then 1 of tc inform if you want release on time then get money transferred on other paytm private number with 30 res extra changers’ or commition need to paid due to no cash, is means need to pay or transfer amount 30 commition inhered 270/- fine total 300/- which was communication done or inform me your ticket checker master tc at pune station.”

                                    Now you guys can you revert me with resolution, what is can you explain me what is course of action if any catch without ticket while travelling by train local & what action you have going to taken against ticket checker master tc at pune station,

                                    If you want interaction/pls.. Find along details with pfa, also require my visit then call & discuss will available any time, but i want to clear resolution.

                                      I have booked my tkt from gwalior to svdk and my transaction done twice for a single tkt. Plz refund my money. First transaction so me that the transaction is not completed that is an error occurred plz try again. So i tried another time but this time same problem face them after few times l got a msg from bank that is your account is debited 460rs and then i got another msg that is account is debited rs460. So total my acct debite rs920. Plz help to refund my money

                                      I was travelling from Raipur J.n. to Burnpur J.n. on 12 March 2018. My PNR no was [protected]. While getting down at Burnpur Railway Station, I forgot my suit cover containing my suit hung at swat no. 26 in coach no. A2. If found please call at [protected].

                                        Along with my 4 family members boarded the train with following details :

                                        Frm rnc to hsa.
                                        Before we arrived our destination around 5.30 pm on morning i found that my mobile was stolen from the charge point by some unknown person between 5.30 to 6 am. Helpless i tried to search all over but coulnt recover my phone. Plz help as it has got sensitive and business details and very important data.

                                        Phone model:vivo v3, rosegold in colour with black back cover.

                                        Regarding my comolain i feel either a person frim the same compartment has stolen my phone or a gang is working on this situation when people are slept on this early morning time, they get on trains i form of hawkers and all and take away whaever they can.unsubject persons should be stopped entering trains in this time .
