Ac not working since the time train left from chennai central (16021, 2-may-2018). Multiple complaints raised you the technicians and the ticket. Checkinh officer. No one was able to solve. The doors of the ac coach has a huge gap and i believe that could be causing the cool air to flow out of the coach. I'm aware this issue cannot be solved today, but the railway authorities need to at least do their basic checks before the trains are moved out of its shed or ready for their journey. It's getting too hot in here and very uncomfortable.

    I was travelling from kcvl to kjm in b3 under 3a class. After one hour, lot of railway employees entered in the compartment and occupied seats reserved for others. Upon questioning they told that they can eneter in any compartment and sit anywhere. When called tte, he also said the same and did not take any action. This is the regular practice where these employees enter in sl and other classes and create panic for reserved travellers. Please take necessary action.

      I cancelled the ticket bearing pnr no. [protected] on 11th april 2018 and i am yet to get the refund of rs.960 which is due to me as per the email of [protected]@irctc, email reproduced hereunder

      Dear customer,

      We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 960 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.

      Regret no refund effected till date though it is over 20 days now.

        I booked a ticket of ljn bpl garib rath train and i paid bedroll charges online 75rs extra for 3 passengers but while my relative demand the bedroll than train staff also take 75rs for bedroll.
        That was the incident of 21 apr 2018 and my ticket pnr no is [protected].
        I also complain indian railways and my complain no is[protected] and after my complain someone call me from railways and ask my concern and said i resolve it after i don't find any resolution and yesterday one message came from indian railways that your complain has been attended give your feedback on below link.
        If i don't know that where is money and i don't find my money back than what is use of this type of resolution and what feedback i give.
        Their is no matter for money its matter for fraud and cheating. So i complain to you please resolve it if you do that.

        02485 was suppose to b at 10.45 n delayed to 14.10 at pune post which no platform number ...and then so far no train info.on platform made 2 engines stand with noise pollution for passengers.

        Garib Rath Train is Good for Delhi to Mumbai but there are no stoppage at VAPI.
        Because Surat and Borivali Station is very long Distance . for Vapi Passenger very difficult to Surat to Vapi by Other Train.

        I requested to you kindly One Stop at VAPI station.

          This brings to your kind concern that i have done the ticket for the journey from bilaspur to bhopal (Pnr no. [protected]) and bhopal to bilaspur (Pnr no.[protected]). I paid the fair through debit card of central bank of india. As i have canceled my journey on dated 21/12/17 due to some circumstances and canceled my ticket. Now i want my money to be refunded in my account. As i am having an account on central bank of india, sadar bazar raipur for transferring the amount.
          I complained to railway inquiry via twitter, but they said amount has been transferred to cbi, sadar bazar, raipur and at the bank, i asked all about this to mr. Amitabh anand, sr. Manager, sadar bazar, raipur. He said no amount received from the railway.
          Now i am attaching printouts of all discussion with railway and bank, reference number given by irctc from enquiring cell along with this application.

          Kindly accept my application and do the needful at the earliest.

                I travelled by 11301 udyan express from dadar to bangalore. The train left 90 mins late without explanation. By the time it reached bangalore it was 150 mins late. This train has been running for 40 years without a pantry car and passengers have to suffer for clean food and water.
                The cleaning and housekeeping was conspicuously absent.
                The 2ac electrical failed and some jugaad was done to keep it running.
                We do not have enough charging points for a long distance train. Everyone needs to charge their laptops and phones.
                The bogies are unrenovated 40 year old, without proper upgrade.
                The bedsheets guy does not appear throughout the 27 hour journey. He does not issue napkins and hantowels.

                M really sorry to say that in sachkhand express they are giving used bed sheets in 3AC coach. In spite of paying the desirable fares the service is ridiculous. Kindly look after this

                  With great regret & inconvenience, i bring to your notice the inappropriate behavior of the railway staff at bangalore (Ksr sbc) i had purchased the train ticket from sbc to agc cant on 22691-rajdhani express (Pnr - [protected]) for travel on 28 april 2018. I made a cash payment for the tickets at the booking window, and the ticket had a wait list status at the time of booking..

                  Travel date - 28-apr-2018

                  At the time of boarding, the tickets were not confirmed and the tt did not allow us to board the train. Tt last sir name - verma
                  Tt was demand for 6500rs for penalty charge.. I[censored] will give to same amount than u will countinue otherwise u will cancelled your ticket at counter.. Plz check and resolve my issue and take action...3780 rs big amount for me..

                  Post this, we went at the booking window and asked for the refund of the tickets. We spoke to the senior railway officer at sbc railway station. But he had refused the refund for the ticket. First time senior counter person was told u have to go where u have booked the ticket... But i was told sir my boarding point sbc station.. And booking point kr puram its not possible... I went to 4 railway officers but nobody listened to my request. After 30 -35 min delay one lady person was cancelled my ticket and told u will not recieved any amount because train time has been finished. I felt harassed because of their behavior and faced a lot of inconvenience.

                  Hence i request you to look into this and expedite the process of refund at the earliest possible.

                    Despite my repeated request to [protected]@irctc.co.in, I am being told to send cancellation email from someone else email id. (Pics attached)
                    My correct email id saved in the irctc website- My profile is capt.[protected]@yahoo.co.in.(screen shot attached for ready reference).
                    Moreover, my transaction history is showing NO Records and ticket booking history is not visible.
                    I am attaching picture of sms received from irctc also.
                    Due to this I am unable to cancel the eticket with DOJ 3 May 2018.
                    I have tried many time to convince but the response is negative.

                    How can I sent ticket cancellation request from some else email id.
                    Request to kindly intervene.
                    Pl assist immediately.

                      L gobi. R (Defence service)&preetheswari had booked my luggage on 20/4/2018 from madurai (Tamil nadu) to agra cantt (Uttara pradesh) parcel no agc 676449, but till now i have not received my luggage, but i received my bike only on 26/4/2018 by train no 16318 &train name himsagar erpress.
                      I enquired in madurai they informed me that my luggage had moved from madurai (Tamilnadu) on 20/4/2018 by train no 16787 train name smvd katra express.
                      I have enquired at agracantt parcel office several times but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.
                      Sir, i am in an army man. I am working in mathura cantt and hence i can't take leave and go to the railway station daily. First time i shift my family from madurai (Tamil nadu) to mathura cantt and i suffer very much.
                      I attached the billty copy herewith. Please open this attachment &understand my problem.

                        सर, इस गाडी़ का सुबह 11:00am तक आननद विहार पहुँचने का समय है।
                        लेकिन ये गाडी़ इस समय शाम के 07:22pm तक मुरादाबाद तक नही पहुँची।
                        ये गाडी़ 12 घंटे से भी अधिक देरी से चल रही है।
                        रात के 2:00am से इस गाडी़ का लखनऊ मे इतंजार करते - करके ये गाडी़ सुबह 11:30 am पे आई।
                        ये गाडी़ बस कुछ जगह पे रूकती है, लेकिन ये गाडी़ हर छोटे - छोटे station पे रूकते हुए चल रही है।
                        सुबह से बिना कुछ खाये इस गाडी़ मे सफर कर रहा हूँ।
                        सर, कृपया कर के इस गाडी़ को जलद से जलद आनंनद विहार पहुँचाया जाय।

                          uts app - money deducted but no season ticket on uts app

                          Hi,

                          The amount for the first class season ticket (587 INR) has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the UTS app on 17th April, 2018.

                          On reaching the Chennai customer care, they said it will be refunded in another two days to my bank account but nothing happened. When I try to reach the customer care later, their number itself is out of order

                          Sir/ madam, today morning i have parked my motor bike at secinderbad railway station parking for 25 minutes and they have charged 20 rupees for that time. When i asked the rate cut off they showed a board which made me faint. Because in that board the parking fee of bike for 24 hrs is almost equal to the fare of ac chair car ticket. Kindly inspect this and make help for so many passengers and civilians.

                            No tc in janmabhoomi unreserved are occupying whole bhogi causing inconvenience to reserved passengers now i crossed yelluru from rajahmundry dated on 26 th april causing very inconvenient and no responsible person is there in this train. Now i'm travelling in d1 coach is there any capable person to solve the problem immediately?? How many years have to wait for proper maintaince??

                            Plz collect in ligli wine and rum in gujrat at time in rankpur express in first viklang coatch in about 15 bag of wine so plz collect at that time in valsad

                                Plz, increase the number of train, in north to south india because according to indian population, the number of train is very less, and the fare of ac couch is very highly according to medium income of family in community and d'not referred of fare ac couch
                                And the fare of train ac couch is more than the air fare so, plz decrease the fare of ac couch in train
                                And according to the indian population d'not require increase the speed of train or bullet train it's require for increase the number of train and make a good network of train

                                  I had booked my bike from delhi junction to kharagpur on 19 apr 2018. It was loaded on the same day on train no 22824 (Rajdhani express.) and departed from station. It had to unload at kharagpur railway station but in the meanwhile the train route was diverted from kharagpur to hijli and thus it was not unloaded in kharagpur/hijli railway station. Sir plz have a look in this matter and help me tracking the same. I would be thankful to you.

                                    While travelling from kinwat to nasik road on 22nd april pnr [protected], i suffererd harrassment from other passengers who doesnt have reservation.

                                    There was more passengers with no reservation than those having authorised reservation in s2 compartment. We were forced to give them seats, so that, we could not travel comfortably. I was travelling with wife and 2 children, one of 8 yrs and another with 1.5 years. There was no place to keep our feet on ground as passengers occupied all space in s2. Because of large noice of people we could not sleep as well. How railway adminstration allowed people to enter in reserved s2 bogie? We were unable to reach wash basin, toilet etc. While droping down to nasik road, the passage was full of passengers sleeping, so that, it took 30 mins to reach exit door of bogie.

                                    I complianed with tc, but even he was unable to control people.

                                    In above circumstances what is the use of reservation???

                                    Worst worst experience ... face me indian railways
                                    I am complaining this as my mother-in-law got a RAC reservation. But they alloted RAC with a boy.. how a lady can share seat with a boy.. its the matter of safety. But when i checkwd with TC, he just told that he cant do anything. Very irresponsible.
                                    Its train 16593. Berth S6/63.

                                      I have booked my splendor pro bike on 22-04-18 from ambala railway station. I booked it on amritsar mumbai express (Dadar express) with train no. 11058 at 4:00 pm from umb station. I reached to bhopal parcel staff when the train arrived at 11:30am but they told me that your bike did not unloaded to bpl station and told me to come 1-2 days later. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. My bike no. Hr07s4927.
