I booked 6 adult tickets from patna rajinder nagar stationto new delhion sampuran kranti exp. Jurney date was 13th. Nov.2017. When we got to station at 5pm we were told about train cancelling we were left at the station without any alternative. I contacted all station official. No body helped me fo booking alternative train. All refused bluntley. We are all very upset. Your staff at station was not doing their duty for which they are paid. After struggling for nine hours we have to pay another 16000 rup. Wegot to delhiii hour lateand missed connecting train to phagwara punjab. From delhi to phagwara we have to go on bus.

    I am mentioning about a ticket lender at chitradurga railway station named mr. Basavaraj. Without any prior intimation he booked return tickets and fought with us badly when informed. Myself working as doctor in chitradurga. The way he treated us was irrespective. He himself told to lodge a complaint on him. Hope railways take necessary action on him.

      We were travelling from miryalaguda to pune in train no 17221 dated on 11-nov-2017, while it was running on time and reached, solapur outer, train got slowed down due to signal around 3:00 am midnight (Dated 12-nov-2017), theft had happened.

      Theft details: 30.5gm mangal sutra, worth of 1, 50, 000/-inr lakhs

      We request you to kindly look into it and do the needful, though we had given a complaint however, it's been a month now and had been calling rpf, grp officers from last few weeks but nothing is moving ahead and every time, they asked me to call back but nothing happening.

        While traveling by 12792 dnr - sec exp on 12-13 dec 17 i observed the cleanliness & other services were pathetic. I boarded from danapur, found the water bottle holders were full of wrappers. Coach attendant served used pillow, on complaint he replaced the cover, vendors overcharging and argued. During journey of 36 hrs, none came for cleaning coach

          I traveling to kerala in 22642 shalimar tvc express pnr no [protected] coach b4, 41, 42, 43 and 44. This compartment charging port is not working. I lodged complaint to attender. The electrician cheked, he says no spare sockets are available with me. He knows the socket was faulty earlier. But not repaired anyone. Please solve the issue.

          I am Bijo George, I traveling from Santragachi(kolkata) to kollam. Date 12 Dec 2017. PNR no [protected]. Cach B4 seat no 41, 42, 43, 44. I complained to the attendor for charging port is not working. The electrician cheked, he says no extra assesoriss are available.the port was broken inside, he already known the port was faulty and already wrap insulation tape. We have 3days journey. Please solve the issue, after 3days the trail wil return but the port wil not change the again passenger wil suffer trouble

            Cause of dissatisfaction was for irctc regarding the refundable amount of a cancel ticket which is in waiting list status. It is very much acceptable if irctc charged for cancellation of a confirmed ticket as it is carry values and significance. But charged for cancellation of a waiting list status e-ticket doesn't carry any meaning as the ticket is valueless.

            From my point of view it is not correct. You should charged the consumer where you require some inputs or labour. As of my knowledge it is all system generated procedure. If your e-ticket is in waiting list its automatically get cancelled and you are not permit to travel with the ticket. So please let me know for which labour or inputs or service, irctc charged consumer on such cases in this digital era?

            I hope irctc and indian railways will take these point into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

              Sir, i had booked a rly ticket in train 18312 bsb sbp express from ranchi to sambalpur for doj 05.12.2017. The pnr no is [protected]. But on 03.12.2017 i got the ticket cancelled. The cancellation id is [protected]. But till date ie 12.12.2017 the refund amount couldn't be credited to my concerned account. Kindly do the needful. Take it as a request.

                Sir, i am waiting at renigunta station since 10.00 pm from 11.12.2017 for train no 08568 qln-vskp which was supposed to arrive at 11.40 pm. Still train is "indefinitely late" and your enquiry portal is not updated since 10.00 pm. My mother is senior citizen and not well. Though i have an a/c ticket, i have to pay rs 24 per head per two hours for almost 6 hours now at a/c rest room (A/c is not working). Still your enquiry staff not sure about time of arrival. Now they say it may arrive at 7.00 am approx. I have some urgent work at destination and i lost one day of time, sleep, comfort, cost etc. Please enquire into the issue. Every time i observe that there is no accountability in railways. Very sorry state of affairs.

                  Today i fined by tc for amount 260/- as i m not caring correct ticket.
                  Yesterday i booked general ticket majn-cstm express (Train number. 12134) form kankavali railway station.
                  Travelled by same train & get down cstm station[protected], as due to no halt at dadar station.
                  Ticket checker checked my ticket and said that you should get down at dadar station than need to take train for borivali.
                  How can get down at borivali as there is no halt dadar station?
                  Tc took me railway office and said “ aap gunehgarr hai, aap khade raho, hum aapko jail main dal denge, aap ke upper case karenge, aap log ko phukat ghumane ke adat hai. This type of language use by tc.
                  And when we ask for tc name but he didn’t tell me.
                  Tc said that you need to paid 400 amount and when i argue with him than he said paid 260/-. How can penalty amount changed so easily.
                  I gave 260/- amount to tc as i need to attain office, but still i have some question.
                  • kankavali to cst ticket is 175 and i paid 190/- amount, what for i paid extra 15/- of travelling to borivali
                  • how ticket counter (Kankavali) issue ticket when no halt at dadar.
                  As my ticket clearly mentioned that kankavali to borivali, i think not doing any thing wrong.
                  Please check my ticket details and need to refund my amount.

                      I had booked one bike from lalgarh station to hajipur on 11 nov 2017 but that bike has not reached at hajipur station till 12 nov 2017 this one month i have tried many times from hajipur station and simultaneously from lalgarh station but till there is no response as latest information from delhi parcel hq is the said parcel is in jammu station.

                      आदरणीय, ट्रैन न. 15232 आज दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर को सुबह 8.45 पर कटनी स्टेशन के पहले आउटर पर आ कर खड़ी है, पिछले करीब 2.३० घंटे से।। सभी यात्री परेशान है क्योंकि बोगी no S 4 में सारी टॉयलेट गंदी पड़ी है और उसमें पानी भी उपलब्ध नही है।। सर यात्रियों की परेशानी समझिये।।।
                      I am a passenger of indian railways and going to my hometown (villege) toilets of coaches are so dirty of train no. 12816 coach S11 seat 65 going from New Delhi to Kharagpur the toilets are so dirty and smell flowing throughout the whole coaches so please arrange to clean coaches no one bear the smells of the poops in dirty toilets.

When i was in need of money i saw my wallet was missing from my bag. There was 460 rupees, aadhar card, driving license, college id, boi atm card, ubi atm card, passport size photo etc. So kindly help me to find out my all documents.

                          On 27th november 2017 train number 13006 (Asr hwh mail) was booked by me with six other passengers from amritsar to ludhiana. I booked this train online for returning from amritsar to ludhiana. The train was supposed to run at 18:40 but it ran at exactly 23:10 i. E. Is 4:30 hours late. My coach was s4 and my seats were 33, 34, 35, 36, 37&39. The
                          Passengers who were with said they will never travel in train in future. We suffered a great loss due to this delay. I therefore, request a compensation from indian railways.

                            Churu to sikar broad guage work complited and train started from 9dec3017. Harsawa railway station falls between fatehpur and lachhmangarh sikar. Harsaws suraunded by many villages and all are in very much need of convances. As this govt. Is very much keen for the betterment of villegers. Sir it is my humble request to halt trains at harsawa.
                            Sir this govt. Is for the people who are less previllaged. Please see the gtound reports you will realise the need.

                              The sapthagiri express carrying the passengers from tirupati to chennai and vice-versa has not been following the actual timings for quite some time. This train which is supposed to start by 5:40 from tirupati and reach the chennai central at 8:45 is not doing so, but starting at 6:10 and some times even at 6:25 and reaching central at 10:10 instead, which is grave. So please look into this matter and make the timings of the train more prompt and punctual. Hope that the railway authorities look into this and relieve us of this erratic time sense which is being followed.

                                Train no 12552 KYQ-YPR was late by 3 hours at Asansol Station on 7th December. It arrived at 1.30 hours at Bangalore by making the delay of 7 hours!!! Our Railway Administration is so callous that no one given any importance to this Super fast Train. What is this?
                                My PNR no[protected]. In that mid night how a man can reach home? Pl stop it .
                                This Super fast train was delayed so high only because of the Callous Railway Employees. No one thought of giving due importance to this Train as if the Passengers are travelling at free of cost. The patients having appointments with Vellore Doctors, lost it because of those poor IQ People working in Indian Railways. Soon it was delayed at the starting, the due importance should have been given so that it could reach Bangalore at schedule time. I just can say it is utterly negligence of the concerned staffs. Let them search other jobs as they are incapable.

                                  I have booked a luggauage parcel for my 2 wheeler TVS Wego (unit cost Rs.10000) at Guwhati railway station to be delivered at LTT, Mumbai railway station on 28th Nov 2017. During my booking my friend's Bullet was also booked for the same destination. Hope that the staff have loaded the vehicle on 28 th Nov 2017 onwards. He had received his Bullet on 5, 6/12/17 @ LTT, Mumbai. Till date ie 08/12/17, I have not yet received this parcel so far. Details of the parcel are below .

                                    I have booked 2 cartoon box and one steel box parcel from ernakulum town station to malda town station which is supposed to be loaded on 3 dec 17 and scheduled delivery is 5 dec at malda town.. But today is 10 dec 17, item not received at the destination point ie malda town. I my booking number is s 181598. I have instinct that the bike is there but they are not giving because they want to harass and at last can ask for chai - pani amount.

                                      I was travelling howrah to chandigarh and then chandigarh to howrah by kalka mail, no-12311 & 12312, during my journey i have seen the cleanliness is avoided badly tolets were james and dirty, sweeper came but what cleaning they have done it is questionable, another thing is very trouble some that is as the train enters uttar pradesh, local passenger make the tire ful journey more trouble full, they start arguing for have seated. At night also many passengers without valid reservation.

                                        I booked a tatkal ticket on train no 22667 coimbatore exp with pnr no. [protected], with boarding station as nagercoil junction (Ncj), date of journey 3rd december 2017, time of departure 21:30.

                                        My home town is in balaramapuram (Bram) which is almost 55 km from ncj. I usually boards 56313 (Tiruvananthapuram cental - nagercoil passenger) (Bram departure time 18:23, ncj arrival time 19:55) to reach ncj to board train no. 22667. On the day as usual, i took ticket from bram to ncj. But as the train hadn't arrived till 18:45, i checked train status in my mobile and it showed the train 56313 hadn't departed yet from the starting station trivandrum central. I also found another train 56315 (Thiruvananthapuram - nagercoil passenger) was still halting at nemom station, station just before bram.

                                        While taking ticket, the staff hadn't informed me about the late running of trains. So i again reached the counter, informed details about the train i need to catch and inquired the cause of delay. I also inquired whether train 56315 will come soon or should i arrange other mode of transportation. But the staff's response was rude. He replied he haven't been informed about the reason for delay and told me to use some android app if i need to get any information. I requested him to contact nemom station and provide information, but he was reluctant to get information and started to shout on me.

                                        When i rechecked train status for 56315, it showed the train departed nemom station by 18:49. On the hope the train won't be delayed in any other station, i boarded the train. But the train halted at the very next station, neyyatinkara (Nyy).

                                        So i inquired staff's in nyy about the delay. The staff's there were very helping. They informed the train will depart only after 20:30. They also informed the delay was due to some work near kulitturai, a station yet to arrive, and it was already informed at every station about the delay. They were asking haven't i been informed about the delay while taking ticket.
                                        There were many other passengers too in train 56315, who needed to board train 22667. And it was too late for us to arrange other mode of transport to reach ncj.

                                        So the staff's there suggested us to take ticket and board train no. 16724 ananthapuri express, which was already running late and will reach nyy soon. They informed train 16724 will leave before train 56315 and if no delay occurs, the train will reach ncj before 21:30. They also called ncj station and informed about the situation and requested to delay train 22667 for few minutes, if in any case train 16724 got delayed.

                                        The train left nyy by 20:11 and ran without any delays. The train reached near to ncj by 21:15. But the train was halted few kilometers before ncj in some deserted outer location. The train halted there for almost 20-25 mins and was taken into ncj station only by 21:46.
                                        But by that time the train 22667 was long gone. It left station exactly at 21:30.

                                        As it was important for me to report for work the very next day, i was forced to travel in general compartments. I had to take new tickets and to board multiple trains to reach erode. I couldn't even sleep for half an hour during the journey.

                                        The bram station staff should have informed me about the delay when i was taking ticket. I could have arranged some other mode of transportation to reach ncj, if i was properly informed, at least when i made the inquiry.
                                        And in ncj, train 16724 could have reached ncj before 21:25.

                                        I request to take necessary steps to provide refund for ticket with pnr no. [protected], to provide proper compensations for the mental, physical and financial stress i had underwent and to take proper disciplinary action towards the staff in bram station for his irresponsible and rude actions.

                                        Note: the name of bram staff is not known; but he is the only ticket counter staff i had seen there for more than a year. As of my knowledge he is the only staff over there.
                                        Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
