water leak from ceiling at platform

Dear sir,
Please have a look at the attached image. It was taken at the thiruvalla rialway station (Kerala) platform no 2 yesterday by a passenger.

As you can check it is the only station in pathanamthitta district and it is one of the busiest stations in kerala.
Could you please take immediate action to sort this.

In ghatkopar east side (Pantnagar) side tv indicator which shows which train is arriving in how much minutes is not working since last 4 months.
Vikhroli side (On the bridge). Gps system.

It becomes extremely difficult to understand the timings of the trains.

In fact even on the jhunjhunwala side the tv indicator is not working.
It is just running we cannot see anything.

      Sir, this is 2nd time i am writing complain to this train, i am travelling this train for the 10th time but not in a single time it reached in time, timing to reach to howrah railway station is 8.25 but now it 9.45 it waits for line clearance, i have to go 40km from howrah if i go by private taxi they will charge night fare i think railway board will think about it and try to reach the station in particular time.           I'm traveling from this train currently. Every other train is passing by on tundla junction. But this train is standing.
          Even the train started 5hrs late.

          This is how our railway is making profit and india is shining. No customer service and nobody to take care of mango people.

          I wish continue success like this.

          Also water is completely exhausted when it started. We have repeatedly complaint it to TC. But no action. It is case in AC and sleeper classes.

            Dear sir,
            I am travelling to hubballi on 24th evening, last saturday from bangalore city. The train is wonderful and maintaining the timings as it is. But i had a bitter a travel experience in my above travel.

            I travelled in a complete reservation compartment (S 7) in gogumbaz express - tain no. 16535 on 25.11.2017. The said compartment is fully reserved. The tte (Train ticket examiner) came and checked all the berths and went away. After the train left bangalore city, after about two hours there was about 10 people mostly middle aged ladies and along with teen age boys and one man middle aged. The came and sat opp to us about the time we are eating the food around 9.00 pm.
            All the 6 or 7 ladies occupied the side lower berths leaving the original reserved passenger out of place for even sitting. When the passenger asked about his berth the man told him in a loud voice that they will be here for half an hour and get down at next railway station. Half an hour passed and next station also came and gone and these people never moved. Again he asked for his berth but for which the man told him that he told him already that we will be here for some time and sleep some time and afterwards get down in a same loud voice. During the course of time all the 10 people were talking in loud voices and the boys were getting down and getting in to train whenever the station comes resulting allowing the unreserved people to get into the train which guarantee the no safety for our luggage.in our block we could not sleep because of these though we reserved 2 months back those sleeper. It was annoying me and hence i went to other compartment and searched the tte who is i/c for our s 7 compartment. Finally with great difficulties i found him and informed him. He said that they have taken some urgent travel and most of the ladies and he allowed them, he told. I told him that he is not doing his duty properly. How can he allow about 10 people those who are having only open tickets, in a reserved compartment exclusively for sleeper berths. Then i had to remind him about his duties which is not included about allowing even a man without reservation. Even then he told me manage the situation. Is it acceptable by us???

              I would like to know if there is a facility for recharging the smart cards of local trains online? My experience is that many times on local railwy stations, either these machines are not working nor server is working. Therefore, top up of these cards becomes difficult.
              The railways can consider providing this facilty, if it is not there.

                Sir, 16316 kochuveli runs on average of 1hour late every day... This has a great impact for passenger going to offices, school...
                This is highly ridiculous that even today instead of progressing we are thrown back to the stone age.. Not just this train even sbc to kanyakumari runs late daily.. This is absurd and no one is taking any responsibility to fix this... How can a train run late almost year with no plan to fix this... Pls don't take passengers and their time for granted..

                Hoping some good plans are made and people are booked for these delays

                  Sir/madam,
                  Iam deeply amaze, the train which iam to travel on 27/11/17 from delhi-dimapur was cancel on 26/11/17 which in return let to sudden failure of work which lead chaos and effect in many ways as you know. So my question is if there is any cancellation of train what are the alternative provided for the passenger to reach the destination at the earliest, and if there no alternative then is it not the indianrailway responsible for that to provide alternative to reach the destination in time.
                  We must maintain and use the time wisely, as nobody can buy and rewind it, also it will in return help the nation develop faster if we manage time properly.

                    I was travelled in train no 12916 ashram express at 25 nov 2017. Two coaches was occupy by haryana police so the general coach passenger occupy seat in sleeper coach and three times chain pulling was happened in train because of heavy crowds in each station i am attaching photo for confirmation please look in this matter very seriously and take strict action against it. So that it would never happen again.!!!

                      I, mohamad imamuddin shaikh, make a humble submission that my valuable parcel worth rs.10000/- was booked from jammu tawvi to samastipur junction on 10.12.16 with builty no.596290 in amarnath express. But till date the parcel is not delivered to the booked adress. And the station authority at samastipur junction is showing their unability to trace the consignment and told me to place a online complaint. I have booked clothes, utensils, documents, cash of rs. 500 and some daily use goods with the luggage ticket to my home address. Thus i pray your kind jurisprudence to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliver the goods to me.

                        Indian railways — ticket distribution

                        When i was gone to railway station of mathura. During ticket counter the ticketer abuse me. He forbid to give me ticket. He refused to exchange money.

                          I am travelling from gwalior to bhopal by 12002 shatabdi express on c4 coach, the coach is too dirty and unmaintained, the seats are very old and very very dirty, the roof of the coach have dirt marks all over, it's very unpleasant. We r paying this much cost on shatabdi express just for comfort and convenience not for uncomfortable and unpleasant journey. There is also too much noise coming inside the coach.

                            Dear sir's,
                            On the 14th of this month travelled from visakhapatnam to secunderabad by duronto train no 22203 and returned on the 22nd by the same duronto which is an excellant train between both these stations and i'm gland to mention that it reached on the right time.
                            1) the attendants were selling water at rs20/- when the rate as mentioned by railways is rs15/- only. When questioned he mentioned that as there is no pantry car, he is charging the said amount.
                            2) secondly as the train was reaching its destination they came around asking the passengers for money for the service provided of supplying the bed rolls. This happened in both my travels.
                            Request that this practice of the attendants should be stopped immediately.

                              Either trains are delayed or derailed. People like me face many problems. Besides there is no audi alterum partem - hear my voice as it is tribune and not court. Railway passenger office is not available in need to passengers. Already weekdays and holidays people are kept on waiting due to mega block. Sir metro and ring rout is not so officially started as local trains. Sir instead of bullet trains if railway conditions are improved then it will be great boon to passengers. Sir in rush times ladies and students add to crowd of common class as they need support; sir if you start students coach separately and add more ladies and students coaches and keep rule that unless need persists they do not crowd gents common coach then it will minimize crowd of overcrowded gents common coach. Only ticket checkers are seen bullying running passengers in hurry to catch leaving train as already time is waisted in crossing bridges. Escalators are many times closed due to load shedding. Sir if you start lift on solar energy for women then crowd will be minimized on bridges and escalators. Sir it will be better if you increased reserve trains for students and ladies and handicap and cancer etc. To avoid rush in normal local trains. Sir passengers will be happy if they see medical nurses and lady docters face to receive the passengers in need than brute evil face ticket checkers.

                                Sir, i m travelling in train no 12508 from guy for chennai, since today morning there is no water in toilets. I could not do my routine in the morning. Now i m feeling pressure for no 2 and went for search for toilets in other compartments where water is available. But could not find any. I m feeling sick seeing the condition of toilets. Most toilets are chocked and filled with excreta. I have no such bad experience till now in train journey.

                                  Sub: rub (For lmv and pedestrian) at km 10/300-400, gnanabharathi layout iii
                                  Stage (Opp to rv college bus stop)
                                  1. Large number people are daily crossing the subject railway track day and night including daily wage workers, ladies, aged, kids etc; putting their life under risk. Of late there are several incidents of robbery in the mid night also raising serious concern.
                                  2. The 15 years demand of rub (For lmv and pedestrian) at subject location was approved by railway vide swr letter no. Ce (P-c)/pr/86/2016-17 dated 21.10.2016 based on various representations through prominent leaders. Chief enginer of bbmp and swr have jointly estimated cost as rs6, 56, 86, 051/-. State human rights commission has also expressed their concern about the safety of commuters. It is also pertinent to mention that govt properties are made available at both sides of track.
                                  3. Union minister sri d v sadananda gowda has also persuaded for early release of centage vide his letter dated 30/1/17. Bbmp issued centage amount (Cheque dated 31/10/17) to swr. Quoting the bbmp letter dated 8/11/17, swr dy chief engineer/ central (Construction), #18 millers road bangalore-46 immediately returned the cheque stating it is not feasible vide letter no. W.352/cn/bnc/rub/kgi dated 14.11.2017.
                                  4.in view of the above kindly review the case sympathetically considering in the larger public interest.

                                      I hv a jorny from bbsr to delhi on 23rd nov.17.. Dt was such a nightmare for me.. Service is worst, bathrooms are very unhygenic, and most importantly the arrival time was given as 24th nov 5pm but it reachd in delhi aftr 11pm.. So my kind request to all o[censored] dont book ur tckts in this train. Unnecessery stopages were there only for this train i was unable to attend my meetng so that was such a horrible jorny for me.
