I have booked my ticket in 2tier coach with pnr-[protected] in train no.22606, date of travel on 18.11.2017. Due to some coach mechanical issues, my berth had been downgraded from 2tier to 3tier and the tte refused me to issue a guard certificate in this regard allowing me to claim excess fare charged for 2 tier. I have filed my complaint in indianrailway consumer portal a month ago, but till date no response had been given by them. Here i am attaching the pics pls find them in due regard.

My complaint havent been resolved yet...! A month ago got a mail that my complaint had been forwarded to certain dept, thats it they emailed me...! Pls find the image attached herewith...! My refund havent been made till date

    I said please 2 (Two) ticket, from dhubri ticket counter, on that time i wasn't seen our tickets, after accrossed gauripur station one traveller ticket examinar, checked our tickets, and said your ticket has adult 1 (One) and child 2 (Two) unfortunately recorded the above mentioned reference, we are request your honour kindly record my complaint for our future reference.

      Had my dinner outside and wanted to wash my hands. He said he won't allow me to wash hands inside. He said go wash your hands anywhere in the railway station except the toilet or pay money to wash your hands inside.
      Even though the notice outside says urinal 2/- he charges 5/- and 10/-. The way he talks to people is very very rude.. I'm a 28 year old guy and when i'm saying it's rude then image people more than 35, how they should feel.

          Train 12414 got cancelled at the last moment on 23/12/2017 and my daughter could not travel home from ludhiana to jaipur for her winter vacations, as no alternate train reservation was available. She is stranded and is in a precarious and vulnerable position, alone. Who is accountable for such last moment cancellations which impacts so many important travel plans and requirements? Is indian railways not responsible for providing suitable travel arrangements in such cancellations? Why is train cancellation taken so casually by the indian railways? Who is responsible for my daughter's safety in such a stranded precarious situation?

            In train no 12192 dt 24th dec early morning saw that some unreserved people's entered in the s4 & s5 coach, they are sleeped in front of gate, bathroom & common passage. No passengers not able to used bathroom & basin. Even in requesting they are not agreed to clear that place. No authorised person i not able to find to complain it. Please take any reponsible action to continue the glory of indian railways. Thank you.

              Train number 15905 kanyakumari to dibhrugarh.
              The bathrooms in this train are not hygenic as it is stinking of toilet smell. Though the railways are charging huge amount in the name of premium tatkal, the bathrooms r not being maintained upto the standards. Where does our money go??? If we have to travel in such stink to ease ourselves...
              We want the washrooms to be cleaned at the earliest. Thanks.

                  I had my mst still tt charged fine for seating in sl class even it was not booked. I understand that mst holders are not allowed in sl class but we are student and we have to travel daily for class. We have no other option to travel and the general bogie is always filled with so many people so we student have lots of problem to sit in general bogie that's why we move into the sl class. And it was a matter if just one stoppage from asansol to chittaranjan. As the source of the train is from asansol and our destination is chittaranjan. The name of the train is asansol-gorakhpur (13507) which runs on friday. Please help us.

Tt didn't allowed me to travel inside the train mentioning that your all three e tickets are in waiting list and you cannot travel in train. He told me i will get automatically refund within 24 hours in my bank. Payment didn't got credited nor i able to file tdr. I have provided screenshot. He told me if i travel i will be penalize and if i do not pay him 20000 he will sent me to police.                       Myself ramniranjan khandelwal,, had book a ticket for myself and my wife both senior citizen of 80 years by poorva express for 04.12.17 to travel from jsme to hwh. As the train was delayed by more than 6 hours could not traveled as had connecting flight from kolkatta to pune the same evening. I had no option but to file the tdr for the booked ticket, as if traveled by the train could not catch the flight. I had just checked the status of tdr and found to my surprise the remark against the same as "cr repudiate". I am really not able to understand for the remark, as the train is delayed by more than 6 hours and the possibility of further delay, i personally request to look into the issue and arrange to advise the concern for the refund of the tdr filled ticket at the earliest.

                      I Booked a reservation ticket on 12/04/17 by ATM Electronic funds, and I Cancelled on 15/05/17 PNR No.[protected] . After cancellation the ticket till today DT .22/12/17 Department can not transfer my remaining amount to my bank account. I send two email to pgportal.gov.in on 8/6/17 and17/06/17. Pl Help me.

                        I told the women who is giving the tickets to cut 2 tickets for gobordanga but she cut 2 tickets for duttapukur when i saw that i told her but she refused and the amount for gobordanga but the ticket was of duttapukur. I told her but she refused and told me that i want to cheat them and on that time i told her that i will call rail enquiry and they will decide that. Then she again cut the ticket of gobordanga and given to me. Please solve all this type of non sense things. This are just disgusting. This happend in dumdum cantonment, kolkata-700065

                          Due to reschedulement of 53041 UP Howrah Jayanagar Passenger on 22/12/2017, 13187/Maa Tara Express - Sealdah to Rampurhat ER/Eastern Zone have been given stoppage at Pandua Station. Now due to overcrowding situation many commuters have to board even reserved coaches. But in D4 compartment, in the middle passage/gate, some daily passenger blocked the door right from Bandel and not allowed any passenger to entrain or detrain in any in between station. Though the on duty TTE observed the situation, but took no steps at all. Even he chatted with them jokingly as he was known to them. Please initiate appropriate steps to ensure that these type of obstruction cannot be done hereinafter. Regards.

                            I have been unnecessarily charged rs 10 for just entering the parking lot. As soon as i entered the parking at kochuveli railway station my train left, so i did not park, i just took my car off and this particularly rude lady came and told me very rudely that am supposed to pay rs 10, even if i just entered their parking there! Both her rudeness and unnecessarily taking fees only fits our culture. Our country will never change

                                I had booked train tickets from Banasthali (BNLW) to Jaipur (JP) in D1 Coach & Jaipur (JP) to Jodhpur (JU) in S2 Coach in RANTHAMBORE EXP (12465) for journey date on 22.10.2017. I was waiting for the train on platform of BNLW station. The train came at BNLW but it was overcrowded. Even there was no way to go inside the train as both the doors of D1 coach & doors of neaby coaches were packed with crowd. I was trying hard to go inside the coach with my luggage and my family. But I could not board the train. Hence I could not make my both journey in this train.

                                  The quality of food is going from bad to worse in shatabdi express. Is this what we pay extra for? I have attached a picture of the sandwich i got on my recent train journey and i am sorry to say the experience in this train is getting worse. It seems the government has no willingness to bring ache din for people! Sincerely, a disappointed traveller

                                    Me and one of my friend were travelling from thane to pune in train no.22143. Train started from thane at ~9:50 p. M. On 15th december, 2017. We had confirmed seat (Coach no: s2, seat nos: 10 & 11). After riding, we found two drunk passengers were seating on 11th no seat and were eating. After requesting multiple time, these two passenger did not leave our seat and continuously saying that they will leave after finishing eating. One of the co-passenger who were allotted seat no 12 (As i remember) were siting on the top berth (I guess seat no 14) which is opposite to seat no 11 were supporting these two drunk passengers. I was lying on the seat no 10. Although tti came, nothing happened. Meanwhile the guy who was sitting on seat no 13, came down by keeping his shoes on seat no 10 where i was lying. When i asked him not to keep his shoes on my seat, he got agitated and slapped me. This whole incident happen in front of tti and other passengers who were local people. Nobody including tti did anything to the guy who slapped me. I got scared and the guy who slapped me was telling me random things. This was a serous offence. So i request the higher authority of the indian railway department to take serious action against the person (Who were allotted seat no 12 of s2 coach) and tti who were present there but did nothing.
                                    Also i must mention here that except the people who were having confirmed seats, there were many people in the coach. Most of these people had no ticket for sleeper class. The situation was extremely difficult. The behavior of the tti was indifferent and the journey was quite scary for me. I request once again to the railway department to take stringent step so that in future similar behavior does not reappear to any railway passenger.

                                      I am yogendra pandey pnr no. [protected] coach no. S-10 - 59* upper birth date of journey 15/12/2017. I had a chocolate color bag which i kept on my seat has been stolen. A red color shirt person besides me are suspect as my view. He get down in gaziabad and my bag also stolen during that.in my bag there are hard earn money rs.25000 cash and aproxx 25000 worth new cloths which i carried with me for my mom and relatives. I m feeling so sad after this incident. Pls do my help as much you can. This incident discourage me to travel with indian railway. The personnel of railway like tte, rpf do not show any concern about the passenger problem. There are many antisocial element walked all time in coaches but no any personnel or railway police dare to ask them. I was not single passenger who faced this problem there are many passenger who also faced the same. I hope indian railway will help me to find my bag. There was also return ticket from pawapuri to new delhi pnr no.[protected] in the bag. And pls help to issue duplicate ticket on behalf of this pnr no... Please help me. I dont have any blongings with me left.

                                        आपको अवगत करना चाहूंगी मै एक घटना से जो बीती रात्रि दिनाँक (१४/१२/२०१७) गुरुवार को रात्रि ०३:१५ पर मिराज स्टेशन पर मेरे माँ-बाप के साथ घटित हुई हैा मेरे अभिभावक बैंगलोर के यशवंतपुर स्टेशन से पुणे स्टेशन के लिए यात्रा कर रहे थे. ट्रैन संख्या (12629 / संपर्क क्रांति). प.न.र संख्या- (४८५८२१७५२३). पुणे से पहले मिराज स्टेशन पर रात्रि के अंधरे का फायदा उठाकर एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति उनके कोच में जबरन घुस आया और उनका पर्स छीनकर भाग गया, मेरी माता जी के शोर मचाने पर मेरे पिता जी ने जब उससे अपना पर्स छीनने का प्रयास किआ तो चोर ने उन्हें धक्का देकर गिरा दिया, जिससे कि उनके सर पर चोट आयी है. मेरे पिता जी मधुमेह के रोगी है, और वह काफी हताहत हुए है इस घटना से.

                                        चोरी किये हुए पर्स में निम्लिखित सामान रखा था,
                                        १) १०, ००० रुपए नकद
                                        २) ३२ ग्राम सोने की चैन ( ५०, ००० रूपए की कीमत )
                                        ३) नया मोबाइल फ़ोन ( सैमसंग १०, ००० रूपए की कीमत का )
                                        ४) सौंदर्य प्रसाधन का सामान ( २००० रूपए की कीमत का)
                                        ५) दवाइयां (३००० रूपए की कीमत की)
                                        ६) पैन कार्ड, वोटर कार्ड और भी अन्य सामान जो की बेहद ज़रूरी था.


                                        आपसे अनुरोध है की कृपा करके हमें हमारे हुए नुक़सान का हर्ज़ाना तथा जो मानसिक और शारीरिक उत्पीड़न हुआ है, उसका भी खामियाज़ा अदा करें.

                                        हम आपसे सकारात्मक कर्यवाही की उम्मीद करते है।
                                        उम्मीद है की हमें हमारे रेल मंत्री की तरफ से निराशा हाथ नहीं लगेगी.

                                        Due to which lot of aged people who regularly cross East West bridge is facing tough time.

                                        Is there a way to fix it and make sure we maintain it on weekly basis?

                                        Igatpuri se Thana tak kinnar log passengers se jabarjasti paise vasuli karte hai. Sleeper class me.nahi dene par gandi gandi galiya dete hai. Aur maramari pe utar jate hai.date[protected]ko mere sath bhi aisa hi hua.kripya in logo par kadi karyawahi kiya jaye.nahi to passenger ko kucch bhi hua to iski jimmedari railway ki ho gi.
