Respected sir/madam,, i was traveling from secunderabad to buxar since yesterday ie 30 th november to 01 december in 3ac ad rac passenger, my pnr was [protected],, coach attendent did not provided me bedding,, when i shown him the latest circular about issue of bedding to rac passengers in 3ac,, he denied,,.. I have paid entire fare with bedding... Here i want to lodge a complaint and want 5000.00 rs compensation from railway to harass me...
Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He said me on that station was not collected to check CST station
All are due to the callous people with poor IQ are working at our Indian Railways Ticket Counter and there is no Management at all.
