Hello,
There are very far difference between marketing digital india and actual true india, now days trains are running by huge delay, any one caring about this that how people are suffering, any compensation, facility given by railways, there are normally tradition that,, if the train got delayed then more delay are allowing to that train, what is the system is this? Only marketing is not solve the problem, need to work on ground

      Rs.395/-has been debited two times by the railway employee of madurai junction ticket booking centre while booking ticket for the train (Pearl city express) travelling from chennai to madurai on 11.02.2018. I asked one amount of rs.395/- the staff told me that the amount will be credited to my account. This occurred on 25.12.2018 at 6'o clock. Tilldate the amount is not credited.         I'm traveling from howrah to jalandhar by train (Deptd on dec 29) 13005, pnr [protected], coach s11, seat 63. I shocked to find that my coach doesn't has dustbin. What to do with disposables? I just had my lunch, and looking for dispose the wrappers and packets. I'm really shocking to know that indianrailways (Ir) is making the fun of swachchh abhiyaan, an initiative taken by the current government. I have noted down the all info regarding coach serial no. Etc, and will file a pil in court against ir.

          There was no display of coach poisons at mathura junction for boading help.
          Display kept alternating between pf02 and mtz
          We pay, money spent on infrastructure customer need not served and this is several times seen and complained by me at old delhi station as well. We have to run helter shelter after paying money for infrastructure over and above travel ticket. Don't know when accountability for responsibility will come to us all

              I booked a ticket from Ghaziabad to Lko in Padmavat Express for 5, 12, 25 Jan 2018 with PNR Nos as PNR No. : [protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively. Now through one of my friends who is also frequent traveler it came to know that train is canceled till 12 Feb 2018; but railways didn't take the responsibility to notify me. Railways only have responsibility to take the money and not to notify passengers, Is that what can be understand with all such incidents? Now If I am gone to cancel this ticket, railway will deduct cancellation fees, why should I pay this fees? Now as Railways have not notified me, I want railways to arrange the confirmed ticket for me for the given dates as I am not being able to find tickets for me now. I would also raise this on all social media sites and want compensation with confirmed tickets for the given tickets. Thanks Prashant Gupta

                As we were traveling from parbhani to mumbai with the family & 5 luggage load. As we were having the reservation for 3tier a/c coach & there is no display present on 3 number platform. It completely made inconvenience.

                  I booked two number of parcel at New Delhi Railway Station from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar on 15.09.2017 vide PRR No.[protected] and immediately on 17.09.2017 I enquired about it but parcel not reached at Bhubaneswar after that I have visited so many times to Bhubaneswar parcel office and given written complain also but I have not got any satisfactory reply and till today there is no information given by railway department about my parcel.
                  Apart from this there is no system update so that I can check status through online .
                  This is a very irresponsible behaviour from railway department and I suffering mental harrassment.
                  Kindly make arrangement for the delivery of my parcels and inform the status.

                      I am ansari nurahmed, i booked my 2 packages of electric goods at ahmedabad railway station for manglore jn rr no-265006 dated-19/12/2017, as per my enquiry my goods dispatched on 20/12/2017 train no-16311 (Bikaner kochuveli exp) rslr no-13354, but i still not recd packages & not any updates or reports of my goods at manglore junction.
                      Today 27/12/2017 i still awaiting for my packages at manglore junction, i personally requesting please look this matter & let me inform where is my packages, its to much urgent for me, i attached the copy of dispatched & rr.

                        I would like toø¢ highlight some un-acceptable behavoiur that iø¢ faced atø¢ kota city junction railway station on 24/12/17 morning 07 :30 am..
                        My elder brothers wife is resides in jaipur.ø¢ she was going to jaipur from kota (Jabalpur express) and she had a operation because of that me went to drop her.
                        When i reached the station, i got that from 24/12/17 they have stopped giving the platform ticket.
                        Me went into the station to drop her to the train.ø¢ on my way back there was a person standing at the exit and asked me for the ticket.ø¢ & then he asked me for the fine to no platform ticket, first he asked me rs.450 then i refused him to pay then he took us to the some manager and then again. After that i toid him that i wanted to meet station master for the same, then i will pay, after that he started telling me that we have to go to court for the same if we are not paying the money. I had paid the money because i was with my wife. After taking the receipt i asked him why have u given me the excess fare receipt.

                        He had not showed me a rule book where as per rule. We have to pay fare from previous station + excess fare so we had paid 200+250 = rs.450
                        When i insisted i need a fine receipt, he told me that this is the only receipt that we have.
                        I had no choice but to take the excess fare receipt and come out quietly & he was behaving with us like we have done a big crime.
                        This is a shameful incident and casts a very poor image of the railway ministry, paying any fine is not a problem but paying money for excess fare is a totally fraud.
                        I kindly request indian railway to check the amount i had paid & also check that i case of no platform ticket why c t t i squads had gave me the excess fare receipt.

                        Transgender persons are coming on the train they are asking money but I don't have money they are abusing too much, Pls take it as serious give respect to passengers.

                          Pnr-[protected] i travelled in train with sleepless whole night due to stinking blocked broken toilet where fabulously flush is also nt working. I cudnt sleep whole night bcoz of stinking smell... This journey psychological n physical way distrb me... Worst experince of life.. During journey every passenger vomited who dare to try to use the toilets... Obhs staff tried a lot bt failed to open the blocked toilets n flush of both toilets bt it was invain as it was broken. Why passengers are treated worst than animals by running such worst condition coaches i dnt undrst aftr paying amount.

                          When i purchase bread cake at old dehli railway station platform no 11 vendor taken 5 rupees more than MRP rate. When I questions that he say contractor was told that you sell more than MRP Rate. I tell will complement he no problem contractor given more money for officers. So I don't be afraid. You go to give complaint. No buddy do anything

                            I am now (25 to 26 th dec, 17) travelling from jl to kgp on amedabad howrah sf (12833) with my sister and my little niece (Aged 1.5yr) on s4 with general ticket by giving fine and from the beginning i was requesting the tte to give atleast one birth but he did't gave the same and selling the sit to other person who travelling with current ticket without any fine by taking bribe, and i have the proof also.

                            My ASHISH PARDESHI I am traveling from New Delhi railway station to Pune Railway Station in jhelum express this train is approximately 10 hrs late the worst service of Indian Railways . So please change the name jhelum express and give the name jhelum passenger you are insulting the name express . Because this train doesn't deserve this name.

                              I am nri and was travelling in india using indian railways. I had horrible experience.

                              I was travelling by ajmer bandra express. I had reservation in sleeper coach. I am a senior citizen, i had lower coach. During whole night, several people woke me up. They had no reservation and wanted to sit down where i was sleeping? Also, one family had reservation for one ticket and they were group of six. They did the same thing. How in the world indian railways allowed this? Is this the way i had to travel using indian railways even though i had reservation? Where was the tt or tc or police in the coach? It is they allow those people without reservation to enter the coach and harass me. Why indian railways have not listed phone number where i could have made a call for help?
                              This is nothing but shame on piyush goelji, modiji and indian railways.
                              Please let me know what steps you guys are going to take to stop this harassment.

                                My pnr no. Is [protected].
                                Today 25th december, i boarded amritsar shatabdi train (12014) from ambala cantt. While checking the train running status at ambala cantt., it was showing train is late by 1 hour 15 minutes and at the same time the new delhi arrival was showing as 11:33. That means train was late only by 33 minutes. However train reached at 1:45 at new delhi i. E. It was late nearly by 3 hours. Also while checking the status in between it never showed the correct status there by misleading the passenger because of this i have missed my flight and had to pay another 10000 to take another flight to reach pune.
                                This is really very bad and pathetic service by indian railways. If they would have shown the proper status update i would not have missed the flight today. This was never expected from so called shatabdi trains. I simply fail to understand that if train had departed at 9:43 from ambala cantt, how can it reach new delhi at 11:33 i. E. 200 kms in less than 2 hours.. Is it possible? Can somebody please explain this?
                                I don't understand why does indian railways don't show the correct picture before hand so that passenger can make alternate arrangements rather than relying on this crap indian railways where they don't value others time and money and always misguide passengers by always showing wrong status updates and impossible arrival times. Trust me i had experienced this issue many times but i never raised it. But it's very unfortunate that indian railways has not shown any improvement in this regard. Why don't you reveal right picture at right time.
                                For your information my flight was scheduled at 3pm and train was supposed to reach at 11 am. Inspite of 4 hours margin i missed the flight it's all because of indian railways..
                                Hats off to indian railways. I don't know how nation is progressing may be by foolig passengers.
                                I want this to be escalated at highest level so that railway minister should know what is happening actually on ground level.

                                    Hello sir/madam,
                                    I traveled by train from amritsar to delhi (22430) pathankot express dated-25/12/2017. Two female passengers boarded the train with a lot of commercial luggage. They didn’t had a confirm seat reservation as well as not even the ticket. First they were breaking the laws of indian railway afterwards arguing and even started abusing for the seat which was reserved by me. So i beg the concerned authorities to take a strict action against these type of people no t. C. Is present in the train to whom we call. I am sure most of the small station between distance in this area travelling without paid. We left india so beautiful and people like this have distroyed it and blame govt. For the bad condition of the country. They don’t see them selves what they are.

                                      I have booked my ticket in 2tier coach with pnr-[protected] in train no.22606, date of travel on 18.11.2017. Due to some coach mechanical issues, my berth had been downgraded from 2tier to 3tier and the tte refused me to issue a guard certificate in this regard allowing me to claim excess fare charged for 2 tier. I have filed my complaint in indianrailway consumer portal a month ago, but till date no response had been given by them. Here i am attaching the pics pls find them in due regard.
