I lost my purple and black framed spectacle in train 16128 guruvayur chennai express at[protected], on seat no 48 coach s1. I hanged it above the seat and forgot to take it when i got down at tirunelveli railway station. Kindly help me to find it. Its emergency. Its quite difficult for me to do my daily chores without it. Please fund it as soon as possible.

    At bharwara railway crossing due to road damage and heave vehicle load it takes excessive time. The condition of crossing is very pathetic. Many people struggle a great deal while going to their offices or schools.in case of emergencies also it is a very time spending affair. It is also a great wastage of time and petrol and man hours. It always takes more than 30 min.

      Train no 76508 - bwt-bnc demu express
      This train is not stopping at diesel loco shed the stop that comes after hoodi and before kr puram.
      This train used to stop regularly at this stop earlier. Nowadays due to political leaders and railway management authorities. They are not ready to stop this train just to make sure bmtc buses are profited by the it employees and not the train.
      Now they say that there is no official stop. Earlier on of the minister pc mohan acted as if he will request a stop for the local/passenger trains to stop at diesel loco shed. But it was just his publicity.in the end he told us that i cannot do anything since this stop does not fall into his constituency. How cheap. He was not aware if this stop comes under his constituency earlier. He just did drama to make sure people gets his attention and he will get the votes. These dirty politicians are no good for anything. Hardly for 2 mins they are not ready to stop!!! This is why india is still developing because of the corrupt politicains.
      Almost 100 employees will be benefited if the local train stops at this stop. Why cannot they stop?
      Chutiya hai saale ministers and railway authorities. Even after dirty politicians and railway authorities know that if people travel by train traffic will ease out. They are not ready to help people to use the available railway services by providing one stop!!!
      Ashamed of you people. Everytime they keep saying new driver was there and he was not aware if there was a stop. Why cannot they make the local/passenger trains make give a stop? Khujli hota hai kya? We should throw stones at the drivers.

        (A) we're a 28 member group of passengers had reservation to travel from bikanerl to tatanagar on dt.09/12/2017 by train no.22308/13288. The train no.22308 reached asansol at 0400hrs (I. E. At 4.00am-morning) late by 4.00hrs. Due to this we missed the connected train no.13288 from asansol to tatanagar. Train no.13288 pnr no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
        (B) in return journey we're a 28 member group of passengers had reservation to travel from tatanagar to jaisalmer on dt.12.12.2017 by train no.22857/14659. The train no.22857 reached at anand vihar terminl-anvt (Delhi) at 17.00hrs i. E late by 6.00 hrs. Due to this we missed the connected train no.14659 from delhi to jaisalmer. Train no.14659 pnr no.[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].
        We're not able to cancel the tickets because the connected train left the station and more some of members were senior citizen and we could not take risk to meet different railway authorities for further enquiry as we all went for marriage of my son at tatanagar.
        We have lost money, faced lot of difficulties and agony in reaching to tatanagar and back at jaisalmer. Further on 14.12.2017 i have to organise
        Marriage reception which i also posponed on 15.12.2017 due to late reaching at jaisalmer by road.
        When i tried to fill the tdr but site not allowed the and no other authorities at jaisalmer helped me.. I also made twit on 12.12.17 to railway ministry. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange the refund.

          My parents mr. Balakrishana aged 68, male and mrs managala aged 62, female travelled from secunderabad junction to hubballi junuction on train no 17320 starting on 5th jan 2018 from secunderabad junction. They reached hubballi on 6th jan 2018

          They were booked on coach a1 3 & 9 with pnr no [protected]. However, mr balakrishana travelled in berth no 1 after exchanging it with a fellow passenger.

          In the morning on 6th, my father went to use toilet and he kept his gold rudrakshamala (Gold chain) on berth no 1 and left it there without wearing by oversight.

          I humbly request to inform the concern who take care of the coach to help us get the ornamnet back as it has a sentiments attached to it rather than a value. You can contact us on the phone numbers - [protected].

            On 29 dec 2017 after mid night, at csmt mumbai, we were waiting for csmt to nagpur special train.
            Train reached the platform (Mostly no. 18) at around 23. 50 hrs on 28 dec.
            We occupied our reserved hearth in bogie b7.
            We were relaxing and had our beds laid, suddenly around 12 in mid night people said - numbers of this bogie has changed by chalk.
            It was very trouble some for st citizen lie we to change again at odd hours. Our breath mid were 6 and 8.
            Railway need to understand difficulty of passenger and should act in advance.

            Also there was no water in some toilets.
            Similarly while returning from nagpur to csmt mumbai on 03 jan 2018, by duranto exp. Some toilets had no water (After i started) and i had to come out with dirty hands and #.
            S6 25 and 28.

                Due to dirtiness/bullying of railway department the train had been let all time(7 to 8 hours), my pnr no.[protected], when this dirtiness of railway department will go on???? i have been suffering this type of problem all time.I had train from NJP at 7:25PM (train no.12346), but the train had come at NJP at 10:40PM.Then this train reached at Howrah at 12:25PM means 7 to 8 hours let.This is the dirtiness/bullying of railway department.

                I have booked my scooty at 9th December 2017 at yashwanthpur railway parcel office.but till date it didn't reach destination station that is Faizabad.
                It was supposed to be reached by 16th December 2017.i tried to call yashwanthpur railway parcel office but no body is responding.

                    I am travelling via delhi jpr double decker. Without any reason it is standing at kanota from last 1 hour.. Only our country have issue i'm delaying the train not even a single country have this problem.. No use to travel with double decker super fast express. It have only name super fast, no fast at all. It's better to travel in bus rather then this so call super fast train. Please improve it else no one will like to travel in this train.

                      This is horrible, train no 07212 has been running more than 4 hours on its schedule every time.

                      Yesterday i observed this train running status, it was pathetic. Because it reached destination late by 7 hours.

                      I am worrying on because i booked tickets to this train from jolarpet to ongole on 09-jan-2018. After seen the running status it is better to cancel the tickets and look for alternative ways.

                      I am not able to understand why this special train always been running late more than 3 hours. That to special train and high fare.

                      Recently railway minister told that trains will run at right time but it was not happening. Don’t foolish people.

                      I request you to railway minister, please take necessary action and try to run all trains at right time without spoiling passengers time lines.

                      Hi team, Today (09-Jan-2017) is the my travel date but my trainc got delayed by more than 7 hours. This is really worst journey. I have to board train at Jolarpettai. PNR:4139898809, TRAIN:07212 I am not able to understand why special trains always get delay. That to Railways are charging more more this of trains but not managing time table. What Railway Minister is doing? He has to understand people time tables and should not waste their time. I am nother happy with the services.

                        During journey from delhi to guwahati in train no.12506, the fans of. My coach (Pnr no.-[protected]) are not getting switch off. I am shivering alongwith my friends and two senior citizens. After filing complain my issue was not resolved. Just because of careless behaviour of railway officer we face such a big problem and also there was not any person of railway to whom we can concern.

                          The train was delayed by more than three hours and we were not traveled and filed tdr for the same.

                          After processing indian railway denied saying that "as per chart, passenger has travelled" which is completely false. On the same day we had traveled by another train and i can provide the evidence for the same.

                          Indian railway is doing non compliance of its refund rules and doing fraud with the general public.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            I was traveling with my family from bandra to udaipur via train 22901 in gen coach (Seat no.39-40-window seat). On 30 nov 2017 @ 11.25 pm
                            The train departured at 11.25 on time and my sister was seating at window seat playing game the mobile got slipped from his hand and fallen into the broken furniture we started searching for mobile below the seat until we got to know that the hole besides seat is through and through and mobile had fallen to track somewhere between khar and santacruse station. I didn't pulled chain because i thought train will get delayed and also i can register complain hence i immediately launch a complaint via my mobile phone to the all india railway helpline no. They told they will send there team to track and will locate your mobile but unfortunately they did nothing then on 1st dec (Tomorrow) i again called and they sent 2 railways police officer of chittorgarh station (Nearest station) then they looked into the matter wrote complain saw the hole in furniture and took photos of that and they assured us that it's fault of railway and they will definitely help you for the concerned matter.
                            Then now after getting back to bombay i still didn't get any call and messages regarding my lost mobile,
                            I think it's fault of coach and railway should track my mobile through its imei no. And handover it to me.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that the first class ladies compartment of trains running from vashi towards thane happens to be very dirty all the time. Railways have allotted only limited seats for ladies first class and if the said compartment is also dirty how will the first class ladies travel? I have always noted that the compartment invariably everyday happens to be very dusty, with torn and uncleaned seats, dirty fans throwing dust on the passengers, smelly, with poop. Are the railways of charging the passengers for this kind of service? Sometimes we even see rag pickers occupying the entire seat.
                              We are certainly not asking for a high class compartment but the least we expect is a neat compartment.

We are facing the problems as shortage and unhygenic bathrooms, poor quality of foods, coaches are dirty. Please take the initiatives as it's concern for Indian Railways to satisfy the consumer's travel plan.

                                This to bring to kind attention of concerned person that my brother md jawed alam khan 37year male who is suffering bipolar disorder (A psychiatric disease) was traveling in faizabad-delhi express on 01/01/2018 from faizabad to delhi (Pnr no.[protected] seat number b2 43 in 3ac) shortly after train departed from faizabad station tte came for ticket checking and due to delay in showing ticket in phone tte called grp personal and they did man handling and stole money and phone from him and called him terrorist and threatened him to put in jail and they changed seat as well
                                Railway should take action against such employees

                                  But i am sorry to inform you that my refund has not been credited my account.
                                  ​pl check the mater and resolve my problem​.

                                    I have traveled on 30.12.17 from vijayawada to secunderabad by train no.12795 vide pnr : [protected]. I have some doubts about online reservation.

                                    When ever tried to booking online reservation, that time showing online reservation status is general waiting is 18 and tatkal waiting is 8 (It means train is full), then i have booked tatkal ticket, that is confirmed after chart prepared my seat no. D9 / 37.

                                    But when i was traveled, i have surprised, that train is many seats are reservation vacant. Let me know, why it is happening showing above status while booking?

                                    Please clarify the above situation, if give the clarification its very highly appreciable.

                                      Tc charged more fare than real rent. He first promise to me, to sleeper seat confirmation, he get all the penalty, he received all the money. After overall that, finley he said me, there is no seat in the sleeper coach. And one which seat was promised to allocate, that was given on more cost. And that person didn't have any ticket i. E he traveling without ticket. Please note my complaint. It's happened in solapur - mumbai express (Up)

                                        I have booked ticket on 20.12.17 from irctc. And ticket booking fail amount deducted from my sbi a/c through payumm bank. Transaction id-[protected] borivali to vadodara date of journey 12.01.18 amount 230 transaction date 20 dec 2017. Also i attached image which get from irctc so i request you plz resolve my qurrey. Irctc say amount refunded to payumpp bank but amount not credit in my sbi a/c. Plz do needfull.
