Please to notice that today my journey in double duccker train from visakhapatnam to tadepalligudem... I found some issues... Maximum seats are empty... Why r u recognise... That is all seats are available by reservation only is it possible to book... Please better to make it and allow it as direct general. Counter booking... Then only it should be perfect for every one and also u will be get more successful in occupancy ratio...

    Indore is a metropolitan city.
    Despite this there is very little connectivity with major cities.

    There is only 1 good train from indore to delhi (12415 indb-dee express). Inspite of the fact that there is always long waiting list why the railway department does not ply additional train?
    Can't a shatabdi like bhopal shatabdi start from indore?

    There are trains to major destinations like hyderabad, banglore, howrah, chennai, jammu, chandigarh, dehradun etc from indore but the trains are soo # that they take more than average hours to reach their destination and also are not daily.

    There is single track from indore to ujjain still.

    Indore to bhopal train is there but it stops at many intermediate stations. Because of railways negligent attitude, indore bhopal double decker got off track. Why would a person pay more money and time for the journey from indore to bhopal. Private operators are taking advantage of this. There is good bus connectivity of buses from indore to bhopal.

    Please improve the condition of railways at indore.

    There is no escalator at indore station. The foot over bridge is very narrow. At least the basic things should be like a city.

      Dear sir i booked my bike self book on 30/11/2017 fm jabalpur to mariani jn.
      My pnr no[protected], &[protected]. My bike number is wb-20 s-1034
      My booking slip no is 135275. When i reached destination my bike was not delivered and it is not in parcel wagon
      I facing inconvenience for not delivering my bike.. Before booking through i approached safe express.. They told it take 01 week for same bike and amount is same but i think through self booking i will get bike as early... But railway also failed...

        Dear sir/madam
        Complaint regarding item lost/ stolen during travel on 03 december 2017- pnr [protected] train no 12853
        With reference to the captioned details, my parents were travelling from raipur junction to katni via amarkantak express, details of which are already mentioned in the subject.
        When they got down my mother either forgot her spectacles in the train or probably it might have been stolen.
        We even send our relative at bhopal station to check if its there but all in vain.
        We request you to kindly check with the fellow passengers and your staff members, for they might have mistakenly kept it, or in order to return it to us they might have kept it safe with them.

        Request you to kindly resolve this issue asap, as the spects are of dire need of everyday life and its getting difficult for my mother to see anything without them.

        Hello my name is Kameshwar Singh and i was having a booked ticket from chappra to Anandvihar on 30th nov and my PNR Number: [protected] but even after getting a confirmed ticket my coach was not there in train.Along with me this happend to 72 passengers of thar coach.I want some action to be taken against this issue.

        28-Nov17, my wife had a train 12314 from NDLS-SDAH (PNR-[protected]). She was travelling to catch this train from train 12189 from AGC to NZM (PNR-[protected]). The train 12189 was late more than 4 hrs to reach NZM so my wife's next train was missed (12314). so who will bear my loss?
        I have booked a ticket Moradabad to Lucknow with pnr no. [protected] in train no. 12318. I have booked tickets in superfast train with higher amount. But train is running late. I think this train should be on time otherwise superfast surcharge should be returned to me.
        Train no 12678 daily starts 2 hours late and arrived Bengaluru 4 hrs late. The train is also very dirty.
        Sir I am travelling in b1 coach berth no37 on 28/11/2107 in hirakund express. when I purchased samosa at bilaspur station on 28/11/2017 from stall NO.9 he charged rd.20/- for 2 samosas instead of rs.14/- as displayed on chart. Sir kindly check this.AS I am travelling i could not do anything
        Now a days kaveri express train was come so late it time was 4.15 but it come to walaha at 4.50, 35mit late kindly say to your higher officer because number of people employs are affact, so come to proper time not only kaveri other train also come to late plase take action to come train proper time

          It is to inform you that i had booked 3 items from howrah to deliver the items to bhadoi u. P vide prr no./pwb no. [protected] dt. 02.11.17. Out of three items one item i. E two wheeler motor cycle was delivered. Although more than a month has past, the rest two items i. E almirah and bycycle 40 kg has still not been delivered.
          Thus you are humbly requested to take up the matter, so that immediate delivery may be assured for the same please.

            As on 3rd dec 2017 at 2:30 pm. I was at old delhi rly station main prs booking counter. There was very big queue. I was told at counter to give me ticket for bhiwani but she had given me ticket for rewari. When i told her, i was asked ticket for bhiwani she denied to return back ticket. And talked rowdily.
            Please talke action on her. I have taken her picture. I dont know her name. Perhaps her name is rachna so pl find out her name and take action on her.

G ramabbhupal reddy regular passenger from kachiguda to dhone, i am traveling in every friday, general box in any express train with ticket, but trains rich now mahaboob nagar and gadwala so many people coming to general box journey up to gooty with out ticket (Every train minimum 250 people)
              Loss on railway please put on tc please avoid this type of negligence

                Train no 02822 is more than four ours late. I planned my journey according to estimated time given on irctc web portal. My pnr is [protected]. My next journey from pune to solapur shatabdi express has been missed. I lost my money, more over my time. I planned journey with grace period of three hours but ir crossed that limit too. My pregnant wife is supposed to go to her family in time. It's more than 22 hours we have started our journey and didn't seem to reach our home for next 8 hours. I expect ir will take interest in being punctual.

                  Dear sir i have booked my bike mp 17 ma 4001 dated 30 nov 17, prr no [protected] from raipur to satna. I have enquired at satna (M. P) railway parce office they refused that same have delivered they also have said that they have not sufficient staff so that parcel recieve at regular basis. Today i have got message that your parcel unloaded at durg station. This is very painful for me. Kindly request to you sir please do needful action for same so that my bike receive to me at satna (Mp).

                    Sie,
                    My train, train no. 20814 which was scheduled to departure at 14:00pm departed at 17:00pm. It is running very late then also it is stopping at outer and small station which are not covered usually. Moreover the train is very dirty, no staff has visited for cleaning since 24hrs, no water on taps. We are sitting in b3 coach
                    Kindly solve the issue

                      This is worst in my journey. All my bags have been chew by rats in the coach. My bags are damaged and moreover cloths and other precious items are totally lost. Such kind of negligence is not accepted at all. There need to a pest control in railway. We lost our bags and materials.. Our next train i ms mangalore express today night 2315. We can't catch the train because of late scheduled of guwahati express, please take necessary action.                           I sobhana devi m have boarded kerala s kranti eexpres no 12217 from kozhikode to panvel on 2dec 2017 along wirh my son in law and my pnr no is [protected]-. After passing madgoan station i found that my hand bag had been stolen. I have lost cash of around rs.8000, my mobile (Mob no [protected]) model samsung with active sim card. Also i have lost all my valuable documents viz pan card aadhar card voters i'd card as the above documents were kept inside my handbag.

                          Apart from the above i have lost my bank locker keys and the keys of my almirah.
                          Do the needful for finding out the lost handbag

                            22692 rajdhani expres train is not halting in guntakal railway junction. This jn is no.1 railway staton in andhra pradesh. Every one is shocking for 22692 rajdhani train is not halting in guntakal jn. So, give official stoppage of 22692 rajdhani train in guntakal raiway juncton. So, we can easily make reservatons and also transportatons of goods from nzm to gtl jn and also gtl jn to sbc.

                              Respected sir/madam,, i was traveling from secunderabad to buxar since yesterday ie 30 th november to 01 december in 3ac ad rac passenger, my pnr was [protected],, coach attendent did not provided me bedding,, when i shown him the latest circular about issue of bedding to rac passengers in 3ac,, he denied,,.. I have paid entire fare with bedding... Here i want to lodge a complaint and want 5000.00 rs compensation from railway to harass me...

                                I have booked a journey with pnr no. [protected] train no – 07092 from darbhanga (Dbg) to secunderabad (Sc) for my father, mother and my 2.5 year son. When they arrived on source station (Dbg) there was an announcement that the train is diverted from darbhanga (Dbg) to samastipur jn (Spj) station which is 75kms from darbhanga (Dbg) station. But they didn’t send any message or call with prior intimation. It is difficult for senior citizens to travel with 2.5 yrs kid from one station to another station in last minutes. We spent our money to travel from one station to other station. Who will responsible if they miss the train or if they get into any trouble. We logged a complaint as well in the samastipur jn (Spj) station and the complaint no is 25. We lost money, time and mental tension for senior citizens.
                                So we demand a compensation and a proper explanation from railways.

                                  12393 sampoorna kranti express was cancelled on 08/02/2017. Therefore i was forced to apply for cancellation of my ticket pnr no.[protected] through tdr receipt no.304099 (No. 99) dt.20/1/2007 of okhla station for an amount of rs.6500/-

                                  However i was provided a refund after deducting rs.950/- as cancellation charges although the tickets were cancelled as the train had been cancelled.
                                  The money was credited into my account several months later.

                                  The amount of rs.950 deducted incorrectly shall be credited into my account at the earliest.

                                  I was forced to apply for cancellation of my ticket PNR no.[protected] (Train 12394, journey date 02/02/2017) owing to "CANCELLATION OF THE TRAIN" through TDR receipt no.304116 (no. 16) dt.20/1/2007 for Rs. 7800/- of Okhla Station.

                                  The refund provided to me is short by Rs.1950/- as I am entitled to full refund because the ticket was cancelled owing to cancellation of the train.

                                  The short amount shall be refunded to me.

                                    I'm at a loss for words to describe the condition of the mumbai railway local train. The everyday commute is worsening day after day. It's people's precious time and safety we're talking about here. We have witnessed the so called "improvements" the govt has made.in stead of introducing a. C. Trains, why can't the govt better the existing services. Why dream so big when you're aware of were you stand?. It's just ridiculous the way we travel, people pushing and shoving each other and to top it all, delay in trains. You dream of turning india into japan. Why can't you'll make india into a better india. The people of this country are so complacent with everything kyunki sab chalta hai and thats how it works.

                                      Train number 14674 which was supposed to be depart by 11.50 am on 1st december '17 from amritsar jn got rescheduled to 4.30 pm and now its almost 6, still its in platform only. I' be to pay the transportation charge towards station twice due to this and moreover who gonna pay for the time we lost on trusting railways. At least an intimation message was enough to plan accordingly in an unknown place. I believe each train departs with lots of preparation and planning. Or is it something like 'get one engine and pull the attached trunk'. Already passengers need to baer the poor quality of cabin and toilets, on top of that these type o[censored]nprofessional service. Shame on you.

                                        Today i have boarded simhadri train at tadepalli gudem it's scheduled arrival time is 11.30 am but it has arrived in tadepalli gudem at 12.30, and it reached guntur at 5.15pm scheduled arrival to reach guntur is 3.30 it means 2 hours delay. This is not the first time facing delay. Most of the times indian railways are late.
