I have confirm ticket of train 12322, journey date 18.01.2018, my pnr no. Is [protected]. I got an sms at 18.20 on 18.01.2018 that train is rescheduled and it's rescheduled time is 00.45am. I have planned to board from dadar station, according to rescheduled time, train suppose to come to dadar station at 00.57am. Now time is 01.33am. Just now i have inquired with rly. Officer and he told me that, train yet to start from cstm.

My complain is, who assessed and rescheduled train, why exact time can't assessed by concern officer/s. Hundreds of the passengers are get harassed at station at midnight. Because of wrong assessment of reschedule of the train, what action has been taken against the concern officer/s

    I had booked a discover motorcycle from,
    Asansol to ypr on 03/01/2018.
    The parcel office asansol, has no number, by which, i can track the parcel. They said, you will receive a call, to come & take the parcel.
    I had given all required details including phone numbers. No call came, after a few days i called ypr parcel office, nobody received the call. The next day as i went to ypr parcel office, i was charged 1786 as what?? No explanation from the officers. I asked, no information or call came from the railway parcel office? Reply was, we don't call anybody. So how would i know, whether the parcel has arrived or no. Due to no information from the railway, i had to pay rs. 1786. I have written a complaint at ypr station. I have all bills. I request a refund of the same, as it was not my mistake.

      As my family was traveled from vizinagram jn to chennai central by train no 22859 vide pnr no [protected] dt 15 01 2018 in b 2 coach (3 a/c.,)

      On board found the bed rolls were kept as used one.. O calling the coach attender and tte., shown the conditions of the blankets as used one with stains and hairs (Evidence o[censored]sed ones) tte also advised him to look in to it.. But the attender replied ias his contractor at puri had send it to him to provide the same to the passenger as he is helpless..

      Where we are talking of clean india but the railway contractors trying spoil the image of railway as well hygiene of the passengers..

      The same was send thro the sms complaints but no any ack., as of now.. Why railway cannot punish the contractors as well as the respective officers are allowing them /negligence in their control as to play with the health issues/hygiene of the passengers..

      Will the form highlight the same to the respective dept/officials to resolve the issue by considering the passengers health.

      The same is seen on many of times hence this time highlighting to you as the tte., a are also helpless on this.. So to whom we have to highlight on travelling..

      Pl highlight appropriately to all the concerned officials to avoid such incident to others.. As to keep image of indian railway

          I was travelling with my two children on 12th january, 2018 in pushpak sf exp-12534. I had boarded the train at bhusawal junction and was travelling towards lucknow junction. While sleeping at midnight, i found out that my handbag had been stolen. Later after hours of search, g. R. P. Found my handbag in the washroom of a sleeper coach. All the valuables including rs.17000/- cash, a gold chain, a pair of ear-rings and a power bank went missing. I have already filed a f. I. R. Of the same with the g. R. P. I request the authorities concerned to look forward to this matter seriously and the guilty person to be found and punished.

                I have boarded in vivek express 15905 from vijayawada bza to srikakulam che in sleeper class s2. Here situation is very pathetic. Almost 100s of ppl are sitting and standing. They are not having tickets also. They look very rude. We are not able to sir or board to our seat. Looping very dirty. Y they are boeing allowed in a sleeper class where people boooked for sleeping. This is like à general bogie only

                  On 11/12 jan.2018 night at about 23.45 hrs., stray dogs chased a cow on right side and other cow also chased by stray dogs, suddenly came running from leftside in front of my bike. I dashed the running cow and i falled on road. While i was getting up, group of 4-5 dogs attacked me and one of the caught my left leg. I got up and protected myself from them.
                  I visited railway hospital and got medical treatment including 2 injections. 2 more injections to be taken on 14 and 17th jan.18.
                  I request the authorities to control the unauthorised movement o animals cow and buffalows on road from danteswar area to tarsali ring road. The owners on these animals leave them on road in nights. Both animals and human ply on road at god's mercy. The animal owners know very well that the authorities donot check during nights so they leave cow and buffalows venturing on road.

After that I can't seat in like rac. because the ticket is auto cancel after prepared the chart. I gave extra charge than ticket counter. but ticket value not in rac. refund in 1or 2.3weeks. ye he digital india.

                    When i was travelling to mumbai by aravali express on 09/1/18 my bag was stolen away in between 2:30 am to 4:40 am.
                    The bag had valuable worth rs. 10, 000 along with my wallet which had my original ids, debit card and rs. 5500 cash.

                    I informed the police personnel on train but he was not able to find anyone. I have also filed an fir but i have no updates regarding the same.
                    Who is responsible for this? How can one consider themselves to be safe while traveling in such an environment?

                    I want to claim compensation for my loss.

                    The said train reached gwalior late by more than 03 hours.
                    When approached for cancellation of the same, was told that the system is not showing late and denied for cancellation and refund.
                    I have not travelled in this train.

                        Rac passenger get only one set of pillow informed by attender and one pillow is taken away by attender.in case of asking whether if one pillow can be adjusted he said pillow has come per seat not per head. So two rac passenger have to adjust with one pillow. As i am traveling in 3ac coach in 12833 howrah express. Same question asked to tte but he replied the same.

                          I am travelling in down 22411 nhln ndls express, coach no. A4. Date 11/01/2018. The heating system in the whole coach is not functioning and it's quite cold inside the coach. I am travelling with small children and they are suffering a lot. Despite repeated verbal complaints to railway staffs, no one seems to be bothered to attend the issue. Rather they are not in their position or might be sleeping somewhere.

                            We regret travelling in indian railways for the not being punctual.. Extreme delay in the arrival have cause immense lose of time and money, who is responsible? Is the so called govt??? I have missed my flight and lot of inconvenience face by me... And we don't even know the reason for delay. When the climate is clear even then why is the delay? Please value our time and money. So many families are in trouble you don't even have a kind gesture to inform the passengers about it. Karnataka super fast express from delhi to bengaluru..

                              I have lost my suitcase consisting of gold ornament, silver items, new clothes etc on date of journey 29/11/2016 in the early hours of 30/11/2016 in ltt train from wadi to visakhapatnam. I have raised complaint in visakhapatnam railway station, they have transferred the case to vijayawada railway station.
                              But till now my issue has not been resolved.

                                I lost my purple and black framed spectacle in train 16128 guruvayur chennai express at[protected], on seat no 48 coach s1. I hanged it above the seat and forgot to take it when i got down at tirunelveli railway station. Kindly help me to find it. Its emergency. Its quite difficult for me to do my daily chores without it. Please fund it as soon as possible.

                                  At bharwara railway crossing due to road damage and heave vehicle load it takes excessive time. The condition of crossing is very pathetic. Many people struggle a great deal while going to their offices or schools.in case of emergencies also it is a very time spending affair. It is also a great wastage of time and petrol and man hours. It always takes more than 30 min.

                                    This train is not stopping at diesel loco shed the stop that comes after hoodi and before kr puram.
                                    This train used to stop regularly at this stop earlier. Nowadays due to political leaders and railway management authorities. They are not ready to stop this train just to make sure bmtc buses are profited by the it employees and not the train.
                                    Now they say that there is no official stop. Earlier on of the minister pc mohan acted as if he will request a stop for the local/passenger trains to stop at diesel loco shed. But it was just his publicity.in the end he told us that i cannot do anything since this stop does not fall into his constituency. How cheap. He was not aware if this stop comes under his constituency earlier. He just did drama to make sure people gets his attention and he will get the votes. These dirty politicians are no good for anything. Hardly for 2 mins they are not ready to stop!!! This is why india is still developing because of the corrupt politicains.
                                    Almost 100 employees will be benefited if the local train stops at this stop. Why cannot they stop?
                                    Chutiya hai saale ministers and railway authorities. Even after dirty politicians and railway authorities know that if people travel by train traffic will ease out. They are not ready to help people to use the available railway services by providing one stop!!!
                                    Ashamed of you people. Everytime they keep saying new driver was there and he was not aware if there was a stop. Why cannot they make the local/passenger trains make give a stop? Khujli hota hai kya? We should throw stones at the drivers.

                                      (A) we're a 28 member group of passengers had reservation to travel from bikanerl to tatanagar on dt.09/12/2017 by train no.22308/13288. The train no.22308 reached asansol at 0400hrs (I. E. At 4.00am-morning) late by 4.00hrs. Due to this we missed the connected train no.13288 from asansol to tatanagar. Train no.13288 pnr no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
                                      (B) in return journey we're a 28 member group of passengers had reservation to travel from tatanagar to jaisalmer on dt.12.12.2017 by train no.22857/14659. The train no.22857 reached at anand vihar terminl-anvt (Delhi) at 17.00hrs i. E late by 6.00 hrs. Due to this we missed the connected train no.14659 from delhi to jaisalmer. Train no.14659 pnr no.[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].
                                      We're not able to cancel the tickets because the connected train left the station and more some of members were senior citizen and we could not take risk to meet different railway authorities for further enquiry as we all went for marriage of my son at tatanagar.
                                      We have lost money, faced lot of difficulties and agony in reaching to tatanagar and back at jaisalmer. Further on 14.12.2017 i have to organise
                                      Marriage reception which i also posponed on 15.12.2017 due to late reaching at jaisalmer by road.
                                      When i tried to fill the tdr but site not allowed the and no other authorities at jaisalmer helped me.. I also made twit on 12.12.17 to railway ministry. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange the refund.

                                        My parents mr. Balakrishana aged 68, male and mrs managala aged 62, female travelled from secunderabad junction to hubballi junuction on train no 17320 starting on 5th jan 2018 from secunderabad junction. They reached hubballi on 6th jan 2018

                                        They were booked on coach a1 3 & 9 with pnr no [protected]. However, mr balakrishana travelled in berth no 1 after exchanging it with a fellow passenger.

                                        Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        AC switched off around 12 midnight in the 2 tier AC coaches.passengers had to get up from sleep and complain to get this on.
