I have booked four parcels at surat on 17th to be sent by bhavanagar express (17203) on 18th nov 2017 along with me on pnr no.[protected] to kakinada and the prr no.[protected] and i have received a sms stating that your 4 parcels or loaded in the train. To my great surprise on 19th night at around 8.30pm i have received a sms stating that your 2 percales have been loaded in the gowthami express at secunderabad. After getting down fromthae train i did not even found the rest of the two parcels. On 20th morning we got two parcels in the gowthami express and the parceles were cut open and almost worth of ten thousand rupees (10000/-) sarees were stolen. The rest of the parcel were not found where they are. So kindly do the needful and take action as soon as possible and handover my parcels. Thanking you yours sincerely match. Samuel vinod

After taking home we found another parcel also was cut open from down and out of that they have stolen 15sarees worth another 10000/-actually they are not supposed to unload any where since they are booked against the ticket and they have to give delivery as soon as i get down the train. Pl. Take action and do justice. Thanking you.

Yesterday evening I have received a SMS sating that your 1 parcel loaded in Gothami express and the parcel received in an open condition and stitched with thread where as I made it packed with tape and seal.for your kind information i am herewith enclosing the photos. This is state of the parcel received at kakinada today.

Train 12497 shane punjab.date 17/11/17 Coach D5, dirty stinking toilets with cockroaches. Dirty non cleaned seats and coach. Complaint to [protected], [protected], [protected] yielded no response. Train was standing in the yard yesterday. Even then such a poor condition. Who will take care of indian railway.
Korba express is being held at vaikom road for the past one hour with out any reason. The passengers in the train are continuing to wait long hours from aluva station itself. Please try to rectify the problem as our time is also precious.

    I am on the dhanbad express train no 13352, here many peoples are there without reservation ticket, lead to so many people in one compartment in reservation seats and also these peoples use berth in day time so we can't sit there,

      I travelled in 12413 on 19 nov 17. Normally the AC coaches are in front. This time they were at the back. I had to rum from front to back to get in my coach.
      Decription
      The train number 12413 is from ajmer to jammu. Normally this train has ac coachez ac 1 and ac 2 and ac 3 which are in front near engine. But on 19 nov 17 all these coaches 5 in number were put near to guard cabin at back. No prior intimation was given to passengers on this arrangement.
      Due to this casual attitude of railways passengers including me had to run from front to back of train to get into my reserved coach. If required i can send my pnr number of said date.
      Railway must intimate the coach postion with reservation statis to each passenger

        With reference to above pnr nos we would like to inform you that we are travelling from howrah to ahmedabad on 22.12.2017 by train no 12906 howrah porbandar exp our majority tickets are for the passengers falling from age 50 to 80 but we are allotted all the seats of either middle or upper berth.
        I request you that please help me in this matter i would also like to inform that we have booked this tickets on the very first day tickets were available at railway counters

              Myself darshan soni from surat, gujarat, india. On 9th october i have filed an tdr for train being late for more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled. Transaction id of tdr filed is [protected] and amount is inr 340/-. On 7th november 2017 i mailed them regarding this matter. My ticket id is #7144157, but till date (19th november 2017) on action is being taken on this matter. I want my refund back.

                Sir/mam,
                I am sai vilas. This complaint is regarding very poor management and maintenance of the railway station at bhopal, which is called as the capital of madhya pradesh.
                Actually i have booked my ticket in a 3rd ac coach. So naturally, i have to wait at the upper class waiting hall till the train comes (*i guess*). But, today when i went to the waiting hall for resting, i had the worst experience at any stations in india. Basically an upper class waiting hall is exclusively meant for the ones who have booked their tickets in one of the ac class coaches. Also, the upper class waiting hall has a good air conditioning system (According to my experiences till now). Here i observed many failures..
                1st. Acs not working.
                2nd. Many people who were not the ones who booked in ac class were resting there.
                3rd. Above all.. Most of the people there seemed to be ticket less.
                4th. I think, some of those might be homeless too.. As they do not have any home they are depending on the railway stations waiting hall for shelter.

                Because of all these disturbances, i thought of adjusting myself at a sleeper class waiting hall.. But i found no luck there too.. So disgusting.

                So i here by request you people to kindly look into this matter and take actions as soon as possible 🙏🙏🙏

                I don't think that my message would be considered and actions would be taken.
                I just wrote this for removing my frustration off my mind.
                I never expected such a disgusting experience from a railway station of a capital city of mp.

                I would be very glad if my complaint is considered and given a proper reply soon.

                  Sir. I have a rac ticket with pnr no [protected]. I was supposed to travel from old delhi railway station to bareilly.

                  I am also attaching the copy of the tickets.
                  I wasn't aware that without prior notice or without informing my the tickets can be cancelled.

                  Just want to know how can a rac ticket be cancelled automatically.

                  I never did that.
                  The ticket taker wants 250 as a bribe. He is the tt travelling in this train.

                  The compartment says it's a general compartment and he is taking money and selling seats.

                      It has been more then one month passed but still i not received resolution of my complaint. I not understand why i am not getting refund of ticket.
                      My ticket for two passenger with pnr number [protected]. Was booked in train 02821/pune-src spl, coach b7 was got allocate to me with ticket number p1-b7, 15 and p1-b7, 16. But while on boarding from pune station it was noticed that train (Train no. 02821) got delayed by three hour and after three hours delayed when train arrived at pune station's platform number 6, all passenger got shock that coach b7 is missing, later at last moment railway staff informed us that coach b7 was cancelled due to some technical fault and b7 coach passengers were not allowed to travel, railway staff also said that all passenger will get the ticket refund back. I and all the passenger wait in the station for more then three hours, later at last moment when train arrived in platform, it was informed that the coach has been cancelled. Most of the passenger were going to there native place to celebrate the diwali festival with their family but due to railway staff carelessness all the passenger of coach b7 have to cancel there journey. If there is any problem in coach the railway staff have to inform the passenger earlier. Alternate travelling option to passenger should be made available by railway during such instance. The railway staff behavior was very rough, they were not able to listen to anyone. Because of this all passengers got very upset and nervous. For ticket refund, i have filed the tdr online in irtc site on 16th october 2017 but still i not got my ticket refund. Tdr registration no:[protected]. Cancellation id: [protected]. I have registed two compaint via sms and online but still not got any resolution. Complaint no: s/nr/irctc_tkt/[protected], s/se/dyccm_clms/[protected], s/se/dyccm (Ref)/[protected].
                      I am not at all satisfy with this pathetic service of railway. Totally disappointed. Some from ministry has to take immediate action on this.
                      It is now earnestly requested to look into the matter and do the needful. Please give instruction to railway staff to be in discipline and bring politeness in there behavior, railway staff is the government and public servant. A full refund of the entire amount against the ticket cost of the said journey may please be refunded immediately along with the adequate compensation.

                        सर मेरे पास 50 मेल आये है मगर अभी तक रिफंड नहीं आया है जबकि फुल ट्रेन कैंसिल थी और इसका कन्फर्म मैं 139 पर और irctc पर बात करके किया था मुझे अजमेर में भी यही इनफार्मेशन दी थी 7 और ८ नवम्बर को कैंसिल है ट्रेन फर मैंने ntes एप्लीकेशन में भी सर्च किया तो फुल्ली कैंसिल दिखाया था मैं तुरंत irctc एजेंट से बात की तो उन्होंने बोला आप परेशां न हो आपकी ट्रेन फुल कैंसिल है और अगले 7 डे रिफंड आजायेगा 07 नवम्बर को फर मैंने कंप्लेंट भी की थी मगर मुझे बोला गया की आपका 7 दिन में रिफंड आ जायेगा मगर अभी तक कोई बैलेंस नहीं आया है और मैंने आज दस दिन के बाद फिर कॉल की तो मुझे गलत इनफार्मेशन दे रहे है बोल रहे है आपकी ट्रेन कैंसिल नही हुयी थी अब आप ये बताये 7 नवम्बर की ट्रेन 8 नवम्बर को आ रही है तो 7 को तो कैंसिल ही हो गयी अब बोल रहे है की 139 पर काल करके प्रोफ्फ दो हमे या फर स्टेशन मास्टर से पैड पर लिखवा कर लाये अब ये बताये 1100 किलोमीटर दूर होकर मै उस स्टेशन पर कैसे जाऊ लिखवाने के लिए और जब 139 पर ही डिटेल नही है तो फिर वह स्टेशन पर कैसे होगी आज मैंने 139 पर कॉल की तो वो बोल रहे है हमारे पास सिर्फ ३ दिन की डिटेल होती है अब हमारे पास कोई अपडेट नहीं है आप irctc में बात कीजिये जब उन्होंने बोला है 7 दिन में रिफंड आजायेगा तो फर अब बात से क्यों मुकर रहे है अगर मुझे पता होता तो मै उसी दिन स्टेशन पर लिखवा लेता मेरा कई बार पेमेंट काटा गया है और सिर्फ एजेंट की गलत इनफार्मेशन जिसका मेरे पास कोई सबूत नही है नहीं तो मई मिन्स्ट्री तक जाता रेल मंत्रयालय में बात करता मुझे झूट बोलकर मेरा पैसा काट लेते है ये लोग प्लीज हेल्प में

                          Dear indian railway,

                          I am travelling from danapur to pune, details as follow pnr:[protected], train:12150, doj:17-11-17, sl, dnr-pune. I am boarded to coach s-11 where there is no charging socket available. I have raise the issue with tt thrice where i got replies as "we cannot do anything" and "so what shall we do. If its not available then we cannot do anything".
                          If the tt present is not willing to take up the responsibility then to whom shall we escalate for such issues?
                          I hope this will be resolved soon.

Some young boys from howrah in without ticket misbehave with my mother and wife... It is very unfortunate that no tt no rpf officer is present here... We spent horrible night yesterday...
                            Under this circumstances please do the needful otherwise i will go for legal step.

                              Refer to my previous complain no w/eo/wat/[protected] dated 17/11/17 regarding diversion route of 12503.
                              Sir with the permission and authorisation from station master i boarded 12704 because i need to catch another train from howrah.
                              Sir when i boarded 12704 i have spoken to tte he said their is no seat available so i sat outside seat of b1 coach. And tte asked me to go to sleeper coach though i am having ac train ticket.
                              Sir the b1 coach attender mr mobin has spoken very rudely to me in a louder voice. When i said you can't speak to me like this he replied i can and this is my seat you go from this seat and he is saying "i have seen many person like you. You can't do anything to me, my name is mobin go and complain wherever you want".
                              Sir i request please take some disciplinary action against this so that such incident never occur to any person in future.

                                Was of no help. Are we living in such a country where no one will listen and perform. What has gone wrong with this once elite train "shane punjab". Train is on its way from sonipat to panipat. Will concerned authorities do some thing for betterment. Why are they paying to the contractor for such a shabby state of the train and suffering for the consumers and why railway is charging for the services it is not giving to consumers.

                                  I have gone to asked how to cancel the ticket if the clerk had not written the mobile in my ticket. They refuse to answer. N the ticket that could be cancel before 12 hour of journey which was not possible. Because of them. Now in morning it will come in 12- 4 hour before journey, deduction will be 50% who is responsible for this.

Everytime i go to get a season ticket and make a payment with my debit/credit card, and after 10 to 15 minutes i hear that we have a network issue and we cannot accept the card from the respected employee at the ticket counter at juinagar railway station (Navi mumbai, india). The way they treat the commuters is very arrogant. This happed with me today (November 16, 2017) at 10:30 p. M. I am a handicapped person and if i am getting treated this way then i think of the other commuters. If this happens in the suburbs of india, i think we are way behind the development and digitalization we should have some supervision and strict rules set for these kind of employees.

                                      I am being stopped to cancel my waiting list tatkal ticket.

                                      I can't wait till next day to get confirmation. What if the ticket is not confirmed. Should i stay back.

                                      I have made my ticket for today in similar route as i am not sure on tomorrows risk.

                                      If it's waiting list i should be allowed to cancel my ticket.

                                        Hi, please consider this as my manifestation of concern regarding the recent incident i have faced during my family trip at tarapith. I have booked my ticket from sealdah to tarapith (Pnr [protected]). On the date of journey i had missed the tarapith station as that was a small one and i was completely unaware of the route. We got down from train at rampurhat and there were no way to extend my ticket in a running train and no tt was there in train checking our tickets. At the station i had showed the documents to the tt (551134) and explained the untoward predicament. My father was with me and he is a diabetic patient takes insulin every day so i was in a hurry to reach hotel at earliest but that very moment that tt started taking advantage of this whole situation and from his it was clear from his acts that he was trying to make some money in illegal way. After getting the pnr he was checking the pnr in makemytrip app while his internet was off. I have no idea what was use of such # acting when i was showing him the printout of my ticket. Then he was trying to take advantage of our situation and indirectly asking for some bribery and want to make some adjustment. I was very annoyed with such irresponsible behaviour and insisted him to complete the formalities legally and also asked for his name and employee id. Firstly he was showing attitude telling his name but when i have said that i will complain against him then he was totally changed his position and was reluctant to tell his name. If i would have any intention to go for one more station then i could have booked ticket for rampurhat, it was available at the time of booking and it wouldn’t cost much more. Like all and sundry we could have escape the checking rather than explain the unavoidable situation. I have availed my return journey from tarapith station you can check that for my return ticket. You can check my ticket details and i am ready to provide all necessary documents to proceed further. I hope the authority will react on this inhuman act of your employee and take disciplinary action.

                                        Reply i have received "as per railway's extant rules, overriding is treated as travelling with improper ticket and railway dues including higher excess fare are realised from the passengers detected to have overridden. The on duty ticket checking staff are supposed to realise such due."

                                        I am quite aware of the legal procedures of travelling without ticket and escalation matrix. If i am not wrong in the complaint i have mentioned about bribery and heinous acts of the ticket collector. There is no use of such trivial reply over closure comments.in other words management is supporting the corrupted action of his employees.
