Today[protected] i traveled in amaravathi express (Train no. 17226, s3 coach, berth no. 32) from munirabad to vijayawada. At 5.30 am when i am getting down at vijayawada station someone staled my bag and ran away. I had my very important college books, documents and notes in the bag. I have contacted railway police regarding this matter to lodge a complaint. They told that there is no need of fir and they will try to search.
Its very important and precious for me. Please help me to get my bag at the earliest.

I m traveling in train no 13352 in S2 charging point is given but don't work any people's facing lot of problems.we people r talking about bullet train but reality is still that railway is still unable to provide basics needs to passengers

    Be bsb exp got late for more than 7 hrs, unusual delay caused me loss and wastage of time and money. Improper railway enquiry services and app services.. Fake information is provided, which lead me to miss my train. E
    Not only this train, but since last month i am suffering from such losses due to unusual delay, rescheduling of trains.
    I want my grievances should be dealt as soon as possible and want the whole amount to be refunded.

        On 27th october, i requested for a reservation ticket for the nxt day 28th october on Ernad express to ernakulam. the ticket provider checked details of availability and confirmed my ticket. Next day, i was on my train and there was another person already in my seat. Upon checking the ticket details, my ticket was found to be provided for 28th december 2017. I checked with the railway station where i took the ticket and the details given by myself were correct for 28th october. I had no way other than getting another ticket from TTR. I had to pay 345 rupees for that ticket. It was only caused because of the carelessness of the ticket provider. I need my money to be refunded.

          I was travelling by sarvodaya exp on 9th nov from ambla to ahmedabad. The condition of coach cleaning and toilet cleaning was pathetic. Nobone responded/attended even after complaining by sms.

          The heap of garbage was lying in train for more than 20 hours till last station.

          Pipes of toilet flush was perished/absent.
          Foul smell through out the sleeper coach.

          I don't know railway is saying "we are making the aminities better".

          Felt very dis appointed to see the condition of indian railways.

          The condition of door very poor. Lot of vibrations and jerks in train coach.
          Please check photos.

          Please investigate.

          I think we also need to consider the conditions of running train. Running new projects and new trains is ok but older trains must be hygenic and good.

          A journey in indian railways
          I jaspal a jawan of indian navy was traveling from vadodara to ambala cantt by 12471 (Swaraj exp) on 05 nov 17 to meet some emergency requirement at home. I purchased online ticket from irctc through paytm. My pnr no. Was [protected]. My ticket was not confirmed when the chart was prepared. I had to travel and i bought a general ticket from vadodara station ticket no. N43627133 for rs. 300/- i boarded the train and approached the tte. Tte refered me to some one who was in civil dress and he (Who introduced himself as a special flying) asked me to pay rs. 480/- extra. I told them humbly that i had already paid rs. 300/- and you can charge extra money. He did not agree and told me that i have to pay the fine. I objected and resisted for that asking them whether they i would be alloted any seat. He disagreed and said me there is no seat available or told me to confirm the seat from tte after paying the the charge. I paid rs. 480/- again (Rs. 230/- as difference and rs. 250/- as fine).
          I had to pay the fine for not doing any mistake and for being loyal to the system by purchasing two tickets. By being loyal to system by approaching tte of coach s4-8 (Who did not tell his name upon asking) who once hold my ticket checked the chart for availability and was about to allot me seat when flying person came and interrogated him "is there any thing?" then he refered me to that person.
          All done i approached to tte of ac coaches for availability of seat. He asked me to contact after godhra station. I went to meet him after godhra station and didn't found him there. I then asked other tte of iind ac for ticket or other tte of ac coaches (Whom i met earlier). He replied that he would be sleeping in some where and told me not to disturb him and come later. I took 3-4 rounds of ac coaches and did not find him.
          At dahod station i got down at the station to meet/locate the tte of ac three tier with whom i had spoken earlier to allot me seat in ac by paying the difference. He was in pantry car sitting with other tte of sleeper class.
          He said, "800 rupees difference ka or baki jo dena hai de dena".
          I said to him, "baki kya 800 rupees ka ticket banao or bas".
          He said to me, "go to sleeper s1-3 tte has 3-4 seats vacant.
          When i reached the tte for coach s1-3. He was alloting those seats which were vacant to three persons who were standing there with general ticket. I requested him to allot seat to me first, as i had already paid the charge and the fine also. He said that those three persons had approached him and that he would make their ticket and will allot seat to them. On my objection and on arrival of other tte of coaches s 4-8 to whom i had already met. He decided not to make their ticket also for those vacant seats. Upon asking his name he got angry and asked me,"who are you to ask my name"and threatened me that he will not allow me to travel by the train by asking rpf to throw me out. The other tte told him to tell his name and finish the issue. Then he told me his name"prasad". God knows it is right or wrong.
          Again i went to ac coach tte. The story there is different. The two seats which were vacant in b-3 he alloted those seats to other two persons on making a paper ticket of rs. 1400/-.

          My questions to authorities are
          (A) when i approached tte for making difference payment slip for sleeper ticket why was i charged for fine amount.

          (B) railways authorities/railway minister keeps on saying"everyone will get confirm ticket". When will that day come?
          (C) why ttes on duty are not wearing name talley?
          (D) why inspection staff are not coming in uniform and not showing their identity.
          (E) when will this corruption end in indian railways.
          (F) why the booking starts four months prior. This is increasing corruption and the railways is reserving money of everyone for long time making profit out of it and when the ticket is cancelled charging extra money.
          (G) warrent ticket is not made for short distance in ac class even if the seats are available latest rule from jul 17. Jawan has to travel in sleeper when he is entitled for iind ac/iii ac.
          I further want to say that.
          The sufferer is always the poor. The inspection team will come and charge the poor and loyal people for fine. The corrupt people are rarely cought.
          Again there was a problem of very high vibration noise and burning smell in coach s-4 which was reported to tte and station staff at nagda station. The train was stopped for 30 minutes.
          The condition of toilets in train is miserable, no pipes for flush, brocken bolts, faint smell, and many more.
          The govt. Is daily announcing many new schemes but in my views the basic facilities are not being improved. The comditions of passangers facilitiea are getting worse and worse. The accidents are increasing. With this condition as i saw at nagda station the passangers circled the train and station staff and there was heavy hungama over there. The passangers feel that they are not safe in the trains now a days. They are helpless because there is no other optionwith them. For earning their living aome people have to travel a long distance and rail is the only available resource.

          I want to say that train name &no- Bhagalpur garib rath is running late
          per day 18 to 24 hrs. We are facing so many problem regarding the train
          is running late.

            We are traveling in train no.12833 from nadiad to raipur with pnr no [protected] in a1 coach seat no 13, 14, 15, 16 as one senior citizen is with us. We are not having physical identity proof but we are having aadhar card in digital form. Checking staff not considered that and fined us with heavy amount of rs.3740. Is this fair in the time of digital india. And it is clearly mentioned that aadhar card in digital form is acceptable.

              Hi,

              This is regarding the refund on my waitlist ticket. For 10th and 12th of november 2017 i had booked two sleeper tickets (Pnr: [protected] & [protected]) and both were on wait list. After the chart has prepared my tickets were auto cancelled and rs 60 (120 rupees) for both tickets are deducting as service charge. Please give the clarity regarding the same.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am one of the passenger travelling daily via ladies special train from kalyan (Central railways) at 8.01 am. We are facing issues with regards to ladies travelling down from dombivali/thakurli, who board the train from dombivali/thakurli as the train starts from cstm and becomes ladies special train when it reaches kalyan. Due to this, people from kalyan do not get seat though its a starting train form kalyan. People have to jump in the running train for the seat and only certain people get seat because of the same. Almost 15-16 seats are occupied by people from dombivali/thakurli, who don't even have a pass from kalyan. There is no ticket checking in the train as well. Unnecessarily, fights/arguments happen between ladies for the seat as there are ladies who are old/have health issues/travel to cstm and cannot afford to stand for the whole journey.

                We request you to kindly start/bring the train from car shade as this will avoid unnecessary fights/arguments/accidents and ensure safe journey of people from kalyan.

                Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

                  Purse contains jewelry worth rs 12000
                  And cash around rs. 20000.

                  My coach details ab1, seat: 19.

                  I have also informed the same to the railway official as well.
                  But didn't get any positive response on the same.

                  Can someone help me or guide me in locating it or compensate me for this loss.?

                    This is an incident occured at night in bhadreswar railway station, hooghly, wb when i came here to see off my aged father-in-law. He had to go back his home at burdwan. Suddenly bardhaman main 37853 of time 20:56 at bhadreswar station came to platform no.2 without any announcement. It was a big trouble for us to catch this train running through the overbridge from platform no.3. Nevertheless we had run after the running train as this train is not frequent in this line. It could have been an accident at this very moment. So, seeking a kind attention over this small matters which is not less important.

                        Date of travel: 18th novermber 2017
                        From:chennai to vizayanagaram.

                        Main complain : we have booked e-tickets (Through irctc web) on the above train and date of booking is 15th oct 2017. It was informed to us last week taht the above mentioned train stand cancelled through an sms. Also the news was published on http://irctc-co.in/ posted on november 6, 2017 by usha latha and i found out that this is due to facilitate infrastructure development works at kharagpur station in south eastern railway. But its ulmost a week from the news published but the money was not refunded to us. Would you advise/suggest on this regard if we need to follow any particular process to get refunded or since the train got cancelled the money will be refunded automatically to my account.

                        Suggestion: would request you when such kind of information get published in the web or portal, its will be always helpfull convey the refund status on the web/ or through a sms.

                        Your earliest response is highly appriciated.

                          The train number is 12907 and train is Maharashtra Sampakranti Express. No one comes to clean the train and the water got over in washbasin. The water gets finished at 8:00 a.m. and it reaches Delhi at 2:00 p.m.Till 2:00 p.m. there is no source of water. The tea is made at the morning and gets again and again boiled and gave the same tea to us so that it gets black. There is no taste in sipper tea. It is very bad.

He said that they want 10 rs to complete our complaint. He asked us all the details of the debit card and we provided him. He made two transaction of 5, 000 rs. His mobile number is [protected]. If you can do something, please do it fast or we are putting a case in the court.

                            Sir, i booked for my motorcycle twister honda red color vehicle number cg 10 ep 3087 from chittaurgarh to bilaspur on dated 3rd november, 2017, whose receipt number b 102666 and came with me. But on the second day after taking the motorcycle, it was found that my motorcycle was not transported by the railway here. Which is why i have trouble in both economic and mental situations. Please request you to know about my motorcycle and to pay the penalty for

                              I have booked 18 tickets from vizianagaram to shalimar in visakhapatnam shalimar express on[protected] to travel on[protected]Exactly 120 days prior to the travel) i gave an application to the station master to allow group ticketing for my son's wedding. All the tickets were issued, but to my astonishment 11 berths were alloted in b2 coach and 7 were alloted in b1 coach, that too all upper, side upper and middle berths. 8 senior citizens and a mother with an infant are there in our group. Immediately, i booked 6 more tickets online. Again i got all upper and middle berths. Quite disgusting! When i spoke to some frequent travellers and travel agents, i came to know that railway is holding almost all lower berths to for sale to thathkal and rac passengers. Booking tickets with a great planning well in advance is absolutely of no use.

                              The train scheduled to reach Gorakhpur at 5 p.m. on 5/11/17 has reached Gonda at 6.15 p.m. and yet to reach its destination.Name of the train contains the words *superfast-express* . This is without giving any information to the customers travelling for more than 30 hours continuously including senior citizens.How the inconvenience be compensated.

                                We boarded delayed train (By 1 hr 30 mins) lokshakti 22928 at ahmedabad. We were alloted ha1 - a1 and a3 lower birth in the coach with only one passenger mr. Yadav travelling with us. Ticket checker after due diligence instructed us not to lock coach since some female passenger was supposed to board from baroda and same instruction was followed by us. According to us attendant and ticket checker were only two people aware of whole whereabouts of our luggage. The mobile was put on charging and handbag of my wife with my gold rings and other valuable was in the coach near her head and covered by blanket. During transit before surat my wife went to refresh for few mins and while she was back she found hand bag missing. She immediately informed me and other passengers about missing handbag i thereby checked my mobile phone to lodge complaint and discovered that my mobile was also missing model one plus 5 imemi number tn-maah[protected] :. We immediately searched attendant and he was found sleeping we informed him and he instructed us to inform ticket checker. We informed sleeping ticket checker about incident. He came to our coach and called guards of train. The incident was reported on which they suggested to file fir on forms available with tc. Form was filled according to our understanding and awareness at that moment.

                                We have booked two tickets from SC to BSB one no[protected] booked tickets online but allotted seats different places .This is the fate with digital technology. What's use of it.

                                I am travelling from ahmedabad to guwahati in train no 15635 (okha express). While it was running on time till it reached kanpur and then it was halted for more than 2-3 hrs somewhere, then it continued to delay and it reached to 10 hrs late. Why such bad service and also there is no way to complaint for this and no consession option.

                                  मै एक किसान हूँ. मै आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि मेरे एक खेत में रेलवे का एक पुल बनाने के नाम पिछले तीन सालों से कब्जा कर के रखा है तथा इसके लिए मुझे केवल एक बार ही मुवाजा पृदान किया गया है. लेकिन इसके बाद मुझे कोई भी मुआवजा नहीं पृदान नहीं किया है. जिसके कारण मेरी पिछली छः फसलै कि बुआई नहीं कर पाया हूँ अपने खेत में. तथा मुझे बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है कृपा कर के मेरी इस परेशानी का उचित हल पृदान करे. आपकी बड़ी कृपा होगी.

                                    I did reservation on 10 nov 2017 for bhopal to dahod. Due to unavailable seats my transaction was failed but the charges of 770 rs deducted from my account (Acct number sbi. [protected]). On that day i got message from irctc i. E "an amount of rs 770.81 (With charges) deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 10-nov-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered."but till today no refund is given.

                                    On 6/11/2017 I am waiting for Patna express in coimbatore junction platform number 3. the train arriving before 10min no display in couch numbers at platform.many more senior citizens waiting this train.9.41 train arriving in station the old ladies and man running very sad .in future please display the couch numbers.

                                      Horrible seats and bed bugs all over! Passengers are charged so much in 3ac and its unfortunate that there is nk hygiene maintained in the coach. I am travelling from pune to gondia, coach b1seat-24. First of all seats are very uncomfortable with hardly any cushion over it, train seems to be quite old and there is no maintenance of the train. And to top it all there are bedbugs all over! People are unable to sleep or relax as the bedbugs are all over! Its really disappointing to see this considering the railways charge so much for the ac ticket and there is no hygiene or comfort that passengers are getting during their travel! Please consider this utmost important as its very disturbing and passengers are unable to relax or sleep
